1. Introduction: Hello, everyone.
I'm uni and into this class we'll drop
cute camping bodies. This class doesn't require any prior experience
or fancy tools. We'll start from
scratch and we'll be using simple techniques
throughout the process. Everything you'll see will
be happening in Procrit. However, if you
have other software or want to try
traditional materials, you're welcome to join. If you are ready to start, let's jump right into it.
2. S'more: Begin our class firstly by deciding what kind of canvas
we are going to be using. Today, we are using a simple
standard square canvas that you can find in Procreate, both our pixel width
and pixel height I set at 2048 pixels. Of course, if you
would like to use any other dimensions for
your canvas, just go for it. Our DPI is set at 300 and our color profile is set as
S RGB with this low number. It's all done,
let's just it done and will be redirected
to our new canvas. Now, let's just zoom it out, we will see the whole canvas, and now we will need
to decide what kind of colors we're going to be using throughout the whole class. Of course, if you would like
to use your own colors, you are welcome to
go and do that. But if you want to
follow along and use the same colors that you will
see throughout the class, please go to the
project and rest and download all the materials. When you did it, the first
thing that we will need to do is to change the
color of our Bground. Let's just get
back to our layers and we'll go to our
background color layer. On the bottom, you can see, we have our color
palette, but for us, it will be easier to go
under palette right here on the bottom right and
here go under carts. Here we have all the
colors that we need. Let's just go to this
first color we'll tap on it and we will change
the color of our bert. When we did it, we will
go and pick our brush. Let's just go to
the brush slider, we'll go to the
calligraphy folder and we will choose
more line brush. Now you can decide what kind
of lines you want to use. You can go with a very
natural looking line, so they will be a
little bit jagged and you don't need to
adjust anything here. But if you want your
lines to be very smooth, we can just go and add
some smoothness to that. Just d on our Mline brush and Wole go inside the brush studio. On the left who go under stabilization, and
here on the top, you can see we have
the Option streamline, which has a slighter amount. Basically, it is a very
low value and we can just go to our drone path and
try out how it works. You can see we have a very
natural looking line. It has a little bit
of jagged view. And if you want,
you can just go to this amount slider and
you can adjust it. For example, let's
just go with maximum and we will go to our
drone pad one more time, and we will try
it one more time. You can see now we lost a bit
of control over our line, but it is very, very smooth. You can decide how much of
streamline you want to use, or if you don't want to
use it, don't use it, you can always get back to this option and you can adjust it. Now when we are satisfied
with our streamline, let's just go and heat
down over our top right, and we will go to our colors, and we will go here
on the cards two. The first color
that we will select will be the color with
the name biscuit. When we have this
color selected, let's just go and start
creating our first element. We will go with the
shape of the rectana. Let's just go over the
top part and we will just go with one line and
create a shape like that. In the end, we will
hold our Apple pencil, and you can see that on the top, we have this new option,
let's just dab on it. It is our editing mode. You can see now we
have some nodes. Let's just go and adjust
them just a little bit. We'll just go to this node
that we have on the bottom, we will hold it and we will
drag it to the side and we will put it underneath the node that we
have on the top. And we will do similar thing to the node that we
have on our right. Let's just put it
on the same line with the node that
we have on our left, and overall, if you want
to adjust something else, let's just go and adjust it. Generally, the shape that we
need is something like that. When you have the
result like that, let's just tap on our screen to get away from
our editing mode. Now, when we did it, we
will just need to go to our layers and we will need to make a copy of this layer. Let's just wipe the layer from right to left and
choose duplicate. Now we have two
layers like this. We will go to the
top one, we'll go to our ero Key on the top left. On the bottom panel, we are
selecting uniform methods, and also we will just
go under snapping. Here in the setting, we
will select snapping two. When everything is prepared, we are getting back
to our canvas, we are holding our Apple
pencil at some blink space, and we will just go down
with this new shape and we are following
these three blue lines. That way, we know
that we are putting our new shape right
underneath our first shape. Now decide how thick you
want your biscuits to be. When you are done,
let's just go to our okey and let's de
select everything. Now, we will need to go and get rid of the lines
that we don't need. So let us get our eraser, and we will go to
this back line, and we will very easily
go and erase it. Now, let us get
back to our brush, we will go to the sides, and we will create straight
lines going down in that way. You can hold your
lines and the ends, you can go to the edited
mode if you need to. When we have the
result like that, let's just go and put the
color inside of this biscuit. But firstly, we will
just need to go to our list and we'll need to merge these two layers together. Let's just go to the layer
that we have on top, we'll tab on it, and we
will choose merge down. Now, everything that we
have here is on one layer, so let's just go and
add the color inside. Let's just go to this icon
that we have on our top right. We will hold it and
we will drag and drop the color to
the needed area. We will do it two times. If you have the elements that you want to
adjust, for example, something like
that, you can grab your eraser and
adjust your sheep. Also with the eraser, you can just go to the
street corners and you can just go and turn
them into the curves. You decide whether you want to do that and if you
want to do that, just go and do that. Now, when you're satisfied
with this sheep, let's just go and add some
additional elements here. Firstly, we will go
again to our layers. We will tap on this layer with our biscuits and we
will select Alpha log. When we have Alpha log on, you can see we have the
checkerboard around our cookie, and that's exactly what we need. We are not adding any new
details outside our sheep, so we can just go very boldly to the shape that we have here and we can add the details inside. When we have this
layer prepared, let's just get back
to our color palette, and let's select the color
with the name biscuit line. When we have this
color selected, let's select the size of the
brush that you would like. And then we will just go to this little part right here
that we have on the bottom, and we will add the lines here. Let me just go to
our left firstly, we will create a street line
that will be parallel to the line that we have on
the bottom of our biscuits. When you have it,
we will just go to the opposite side and we
will do the same thing here. If you need to, you can
hold your line and the ends and go to the edited mode
and adjust it from here. You can go to the nodes, you can adjust it in that way, or you can just hold
your apple pencil at some blank space and move
your line completely. Find what works for you. Try to make a nice connection
right here, and when you're ad,
let just get away from our edited mode by
tapping on the screen. Also, if you want, you can
go right to the middle part and you can just go and add a straight line going
down in that way. Now, when we have the
result like that, let's just go and
make a copy of it. We will go again to our layers. We will go to this
layer, we will swipe it from right to left and we
will choose duplicate. Now you can decide which
layer you want to add. For example, to make it logical, let's just go to the
layer that we have on the bottom and we
will drag it down. When this layer is selected, we are going to our arrow key, Uniform method, snapping is on, and we are just
dragging this sap down. You decide how much space
you want between these saps, because here we are going to
be adding some new elements. When you are satisfied with
the position of this element, let's just go and deselect everything by heating
our arrow key. Now, when we have the
result like that, let's just go and
add this inner part. We are going to the layers, we are going to the slaer
that we have on the bottom, and from here we will
create one more layer. Now onto this layer, let's
just go to our color palette, and let's the white color. When we have this
color selected, we will go to the sides, and we will start creating
a marshmallow here. Let's just step a
bit from the side, and let's create a
shape like that. When you have it in that way, let's just go to
the opposite side and let's create
something similar here. When we have it like that, let's just go to the
bottom and let's create a curve going
through the bottom part. Let's connect it with
our sides nicely. If you want, you can hold your Apple pencil at
the end of the line, you can go to the Aten mode
and adjust it from here. When you have the
result like that, and if you have some
additional lines, let's just go grab our eraser and make a nice and
smooth connection here. When you have the
result that you like, let's just go to the top
and let's connect our shape right here just by creating a straight line
somewhere in that way. Close the shape and when
you have it closed, let's just drag and
drop the color inside. Now, take a look at
your marshmallow, decide whether you want to
adjust something or not. For example, we can just go to this little side right here, grab our eraser and
make it more rounded. So spend some time here adjust your shap if you want
to adjust something, and when you're
overall satisfied, let's just go and
add more details. Now when we have the
result that you like, let's just get back to our
layers and we will create one more layer about this
layer with the marshmallow. Let's just tap on it,
and let's clip in mask. In that way, we will be
adding the details only on the existing areas that we
have on our previous layer. It is quite similar
to our alpha log, but it is on a different layer. Now when we have this new
layer, when it is clipped, we are going back to our
color palette and we will select either dark red
orange color or brown color. Decide which one you want. When you have it, we will go and increase the size of our
brush just a little bit. We'll go over the top part, and we will start creating
some melting elements. Again, loom the shape around
and when you are satisfied, let's just drag and
drop the color inside. Decide whether you want to adjust something
about this elements. For example, you can
just go, grab an eraser, make the sides a little
bit more interesting. Note that straight. When you are satisfied
with everything here, let's just go and add
the additional elements. Again, let's just go
to our layers and we will go to our cookie
that we have on the top. Let's just go and select the same color that we
have for our lines, and we can do it
very easily from the colors that we already
have onto our screen. Let's zoom in our canvas
and let's hold one of our fingers on
this color that we need and we'll invoke
our eye dropper two. You can see if we
are moving our two, our color on the
top is changing. We will just need to go to
the color that we need, so we are going to these lines, and we will hold
our finger there. Let's just pick up the color and then we'll lift
up our finger. Now you can see on the top
you changed your color. Now with this color, let's just go through the
whole shape of this cookie, and we will add a few
additional textured lines. Very easily, let's just
go and add some dots, maybe some little lines, so just go and
creating some texture. Let's go over the top part two, and when you're adding
these little elements, don't go too close
to the middle part because here we are going to be adding the facial features, and these little elements might be a little bit
distracting here. When you are satisfied
with this cookie, let's just do the
same with the cookie that we have on the bottom. One more time, we are
going to our layers, we are going to the lier
that we have on the bottom, and with the same
color, let's just go and add some
textured elements. You can do the same thing
that you did on the top, or you can just vary the
amount and maybe the size, maybe the shape of these
elements, it's all up to you. When you are satisfied
with these elements, let's just take a look at our biscuit from the
distance and decide whether we like it
or not or whether we want to adjust
some parts or not. For example, let's just
go to our layer with this chocolate and let's just drag it a little bit higher. We will have some blink space on our marshmallow so we
can add some face here. We are selecting this layer, we are going to our air
keep Uniform method, snapping is on, and we are just dragging this shape
a little bit higher. So find the size and find the placement
for these elements. When you're satisfied, let's
just tap on our air key. And when you done, let's
just get back to our les. Let's just go to our layer
with the cookie on the top, and we'll create one
more layer above it. When we have this layer, we are going back to
our color palette, and this time, let's just go and select the dark red color. Let's adjust the size of
our brush if we need to, and we will just go over
this cookie on the top, and let's just go and add
the facial features here. Firstly, let's just go to this middle part and let's create an ellipse
shape like that. Hold it in the end, adjust it if you need to go into
our editing mode, and this time when we are
creating our facial features, we will need to follow the lines that we have
in a perspective. If you are not quite
sure what we are doing, we adjust creating an
elongated ellipse, and it should be
quite parallel to the line that we have
right here on the site. When you have it in that way, let's just get away
from our editing mode, we will tap on our screen, and we'll just go
inside the shape, and we will drag and
drop the color here. If you have some
miscolord places, go and manually adjust them, and when you have the
results like that, let's just go to
the opposite side and let's create another I here. We are doing something
similar here, just creating a
shape of the apse, and then we are going over our top part and adjusting
the placement of it, maybe the rotation of it, maybe the size of it. We are just working
with the shape and trying to make
everything nice. Again, try to make
the position of this element parallel to the line that you
have on the side. If you want to move the element, just hold your apple
pencil and drag it to the place you want
this element to be. If you want you can take a
look at your illustration from the distance and decide whether you want to
adjust something or not, this will be a little
bit more clear to you. When you're satisfied
with everything here, let's just tap on our
screen to get away from our editing mode and then let's just go and drag and
drop the color inside. Now when we have
something like that, let's just go right
between the eyes, and let's create a
little smile like that. Of course, if you would
like to adjust the sheets, if you want to maybe try
something different, you are welcome to
go and do that. You can play around
with official features to your liking and find
what works for you. Now when we have
this little mouth, let's just go above our eyes, and let's create little lines
like that for our eyebrows. Again, if you want to
adjust something here, you are welcome to
go and do that. Now, when we have the
result like that, let's just go to our white
color that we have on our marshmallow and we will hold our finger there to
pick the white color. When we have it,
we will just go to some of the sides
of our ellipses, and we will just go and put
the dots for our highlight. You can adjust the
size of your brush, make them big, or
make them small. Try to put a few of
them if you want to, just find what works for you. When you are
satisfied with this, let's just go again
to our color palette, and let's select either
pink or red color. With the color, we will just
go underneath our eyes, and we will put
little checks here. So let's just very easily go and create the cheeks in
a shape of the apses. You can do it manually,
or if you want, you can just go and hold
your line and the ends and go to the editing mode
and adjust it from here. For these elements, make
sure that they are quite parallel to the line that you have right here on
the bottom right. Again, if you want, you can
play run with the shape, with the size, with the
position of these elements, it's all up to you. When you're satisfied
with this result, let's just go and add the facial features
to our marshmallow. Firstly, let's just pick
the same color that we used for our facial
features on the cookie. Hold in our finger there, and when we have the color, let's just go to one
of the sides and let's just go and create
a phase in that way. We will just go and create a happy phase with the
eyes going in that way. Half of the circles or
half of the ellipses. When you have the
first one on one side, go to the opposite side and create something similar here. When you have these eyes, let's just go right
between them, and let's create a
smiley mouth like that. If you need to adjust something, go to the edited
mode and adjust it. If you want to create
something different, you are welcome to
go and do that too. When we have the fees, let's just go again
to our color palette, and let's select again
either pink or red color. With this color, we
will just go underneath our eyes and we will
put little dots here. When you're satisfied
with it one more time, let's just go and select the same color that we use
for our facial features. Let's just go to this cookie
that we have on the top, and we will add
little arms here. For example, let's just go and create a simple shape
going in that way. You can hold it at the end. You can create a
little palm here in the shape of the heart or any other shape that
you would like. When you have the first arm, let's just go to
the opposite side, and let's create
something similar here or maybe something more
peculiar. It's all up to you. For example, let's just go
with the line like that, and we will go again to the bottom and we will
create a little pump here. So now, when we have this first sheep and when we
have the first illustration, let's move on to our next part. We will create our
little cup with a coco.
3. Cocoa Mug: Begin this fight firstly
by going to our layers, and we will put all these layers that we have for our first
illustration in a group. When we have our
first layer selected, let's just go to the next one and we will swipe
it from left to right. Now, two of them selected and we will need to do this three more times to select all
the layers that belongs to this
little illustration. Now when all of
them are selected, we will hit group over the top right and we will
go to this new group, we will tap on it and
we will choose three k. Let's rename it as biscuit. Now, let's just go to this little V icon
near this check box, we will tap on it, and we will
collapse the whole group. When we did it, we will
just go and tap on the plus icon to
create a new layer. Onto this new layer, we will
go to our color palette, and we will select
this pin color. With the pin color,
we will just go over our right part
from our cookie, and let's just go and start by creating a shape
on the rectangle similarly to what we had before with our
first illustration. Creating the shape
just with one line, holding it in the end, and then go into our editing
mode and adjusting this sap. You have a few options here, you can just go with
pulley line because it has smaller amounts of dots and it will be easier
for you to adjust it. Or you can just go to
rectangle and work with it. If you don't have these options, you can try it out
one more time, or you can just work with the option that you already had. Now let's adjust our sheep, let's just make it a
sheep off the cap. Basically, we are
creating just rectangle, making it a little
bit more white. When we have something
in that way, when you're satisfied
with the sheep, let just tap on the screen
to get away from this molt. Now, let's just go to the sheep and let's create the top
part and the bottom part. Now let's just work
with the lines because it'll be easier for us to
navigate through them. Let's just get back to our list. Let's create one
more layer on top. Onto this new layer, we will
just go to the top part and we will create an lips the
size of our rectangle. Again, just with one
line, creating the sheep, if we need to adjust something, going into the editing
mode and adjusting it. Try not to make it a
little bit bigger, so we are not going beyond
the frames of our cup. We will need to connect it nicely with the top part
and with the bottom part. It is seamless and we don't have any additional elements
that are protruded. When we have
something like that, let's just get away from
this mode and we will just need to make a copy of the shape and put
it on the bottom. Let's just get
back to our lease, we will make a copy
of this ellipse, swiping the layer from right
to left, choosing duplicate. Go into our error key, uniform method, snapping,
everything is selected, just going down and
position it on the bottom, so it is matching our
main shape right here. You can put it a
little bit higher, so it's not that very rounded. Decide what you want for this shape and when
you're satisfied, let's just tap on our error key. If you want to adjust it, we will adjust it later on, or if you want to move it a
little bit lower or higher, you can go again
to your error key and adjust it from here. Also, if you want
to make the shape bigger and if you want
to make it gradually, you can just go to
the node that you have in the middle
of the bottom part. You can drag it a little
bit down and adjust the S. Find it works for you
when you're satisfied, let's just go and erase the
lines that we don't need. Firstly, as we are
at our bottom, let's just go to this
line that we have on top and we will
just erase it. Then we will go to our layers, we will go to our next layer, and we will erase the line that we have right
here on the bottom, and then we will merge all
the layers together so we don't have any additional
elements that we need to erase. Firstly, let's just go to this
layer that we have on top, will tap on it, we will
choose merge down. We will do it one more time with these two little elements. Tap in on the er,
chose merge down. Now let's just go and drag
the color to the whole sheep. When we have it, let's just go and adjust it if we have
something to adjust. For example, let's
just go to the bottom and let's connect
the sheeps nicely. We adjust grabbing our eraser and working onto
these connections. Now, decide whether you like the whole sheep or if
you want to squish it, let's just go and squeesh it. When we have the shape like that and when everything
is on one layer, we are going to our er key, and this time, we will go
under free for methods. With a free for method, we will just go to this
node that we have on the top in the middle and we
will drag it le bit down. Find the sides that works for
you and when you are done, let's just hit our error key, and let's go and continue
working onto our little mac. What we need to do
firstly is to go to our layers and we'll create
one more layer on top. Let's use the same color
that we have right here, so our pin color,
and we will go to one of the sides and we will
create a little handle. Let's just go to
the right firstly, and we will create two
elements like that. Getting back to our brush and creating little elements
going in that way. If you want to can adjust
the size of your brush, make these elements very
nice and very interesting. When you have the first
element like that, let's just go to the bottom and create something
similar here. When you have the
shap in that way, let's just go to the top and we will start by going
up in that way, and then we will
just go down and connect it with the sap
that we have on the bottom. When you have the
result like that, let's just go more toward the
bottom of this little part, and we will add
the similar line, so we are creating
a parallel line and creating a handle
going in that way. If you need to add
more thickness or work more on the shape, you are welcome to
go and do that. Then when you are
overall satisfied, let just go and drag and
drop the color to this area. Now, take a look
at your handle and decide whether you want
to adjust it in any way. For example, let just grab our eraser and work more
on the shape on the top. Work on the thickness and try to make the lines
parallel to one another. Now, if you want to adjust
the shape in any way, we can just go and do that. For example, let's
just go again to our arrow key using
free form method, and let's just drag this whole shape a little
bit more toward the center. It is a little bit squeeshed. If you want to adjust
it in any other way, you are welcome to
go and do that. When you are quite satisfied
with everything here, let's just go and tap
on our arrow key. When we are done,
let's just go to our lease and let's combine
these two layers together. Let's just go to this
layer on the top, tap on it, and
select merge down. Now, when we have
this shape done, let's just go over this layer and we will create one
more layer on top. Let's tap on this layer and
let's select clipping mask, and then we will go to our color palette and
select the red color. With the red color, we will just go and create a few lines. For example, let's just
go to the top part. We will adjust the size of
our brush to our liking so you can just go with something thick or
something thin. It's all up to you. We will just go and create
an ellipse here. Let's just go and create
something in that way. Hold your line and
the end as always, if you need to go
to the edited mode, go to this edited
mode and adjust it. Try to position this line horizontally and
when you are done, let's just go away
from our edited mode. Also with the same color, let's just go to the site, and let's create a little
line going in that way. We're just creating
a little divider between our handle and our mac. When we have something
in that way, let's just go again
to our layers, and we will create one
more layer on top. Onto this layer, we will
go to our color palette and we can decide which color we want to use for our coco. We can go with brown
or dark red orange. Select the color and
let just go inside this little part and we
will add the coco part. Let just go peat this part
that we have right here. We're creating another alepse. If you need to go
to the edited mode, go there and adjust the shape. Go to these nodes and
play around with them, make the shape more
open, or less open. It's all up to you.
All that we need to do is to create the matching
elements on the Bota. When you have
something like that, let's just tap on
our screen and let just go and drag and
drop the color inside. Then we will go to our layers and we will
grand this layer with our cocoa and we will drag it underneath our layer with
this little element. Now when we have
something in that way, decide whether you want to
adjust something or not. If you are quite
satisfied with it, let's just go and add some
additional elements here. Let Lines go on this layer where we have our
additional elements. Let's tap on the plus icon, and let's go to
our color palettes and select the white color. With the white color, we
will just go and create some little parts for
our marshmallows. Lets go and create
very soft rectangles. When we have the outline
on the first one, we'll just go and drag and
drop the color inside. Let's just go and create
three on these elements. You can decide on
the size of them, you can decide on the
placement on them. It's all up to you. If you have some parts
that you need to ja, grab an eraser and gas them. Now when we have
these marshmallows floating right here
onto our cocoa, let's just go and add one
more additional element. We will just go
again to our ers. We will create one more leer, and let's just go and create a little steam on
the top of our mac. Let's just go with
some pecular shape. We will get back to our
brush and we will firstly go a little bit
lower than our mac, and we will start from here and create a peculiar
shape like that. You can go with any
shape that you like. All that we need to do is
to create a closed shap, and then we will just go and drag and drop the color inside. Let's just go with
something like that. Close the shape, drag and
drop the color inside. If you need to adjust
something here, let's just go grab our
eraser and adjust it. Now when we have the
element like that, we can go and make
it more transparent. So Let's just get
back to our layers, we will go to this
layer, where we have our steam elements. We'll tap on the n icon. We'll go to the apasts
lady and we will drag it toward the left until
we like the result. Something around
50% will work best, and when we have
something in that way, let's just go and
add facial features. One more time, we are
going back to our layers, we are creating one
more layer on top. We are going to color palettes and selecting our
dark red color. Let's just go and adj
the size of our brush, so we will just go to the middle part and we will
put two dots for our ice. Try to put them on one line and when you're satisfied
with these elements, let's just go and decree
the size of our brush, and we will go and add
some beautifications here. Let's firstly go to our eyes and let's create
little eyelashes. Let's just go on the sides
with the lines like that. If you want to create
more eyelashes, you are welcome to
go and do that. When you have the
results like that, let's just go over our eyes, and let's create
little eyebrows. You can experiment with
the sheeps and you can experiment with the
position of these elements. When we have it in that way, let's just go right
between the eyes and let's create a
smiley mouth like that. Hold your line and the end adjusted through the ten
mode if you need to. When you have the
result like that, let's just go over
one of the sides of our mouth and let's create a
line going down in that way. Now, when we have the
result like that, let's just pick our white
color from the marshmallows. We will go and increase
the size of our brush, we will go to our eyes, and we will add the
highlights there. When we have our highlights, let's just go and
create one more lier, we are going to our
lease and we will do it from our lay
with this team. Let's select this lier and from here we will create
one more lier above. Let's just get back
to eye color palette and select the red color. Firstly, we will just go
to this little element right here on the mouth and we will create a
little tank here. Let's just go with
the shape like that. We just go on with half of the circle or half
of the ellipse. If you need to adjust it, go to the 18 mode and adjust it. When you have the tongue, let's just go and
increase the size of y brush and let's just
go underneath the eyes, and we will put little
dots for the cheek. Again, you can play rounds
with these elements, make them bigger or smaller. It's all up to you. When we did it, we are done
with our second illustration. Let's just go to our
lays and let's select every lay that belongs to it and we will put
it in a group. Let's hit the group. Let's
go to our new group, and let's rename it as Mac. So if you want to go
and make it bigger, you will need to select
the whole group, go to the arrow key, use uniform method and
go to one of the nodes. Let's just drag it to the side and let's just make it
a little bit bigger. If you want to rotate the shape, you can go to this green
node over the top. Hold your apple pencil there and make a rotational movement. If you want to place
it differently, hold your apple pencil
at some blank space and move your shape to the
place you want it to be. Find the placement, the size and the rotation for this element
and when you are done, let's just hit our arrow key. Now let me on to our next part, where we will create
our next illustration.
4. Campfire: Begin this fight firstly
by going to layers, and we will collapse
our group with the mac. We are typing on
this little V icon, and then we will create
one more layer on top. Now, when we hand
this new layer, we will go to our color palette, and we will select the
dark red, orange color. With this color, we will go
underneath our biscuits, and we will create a
few rectangles here. Let's first go make our
brush a little bit smaller, and then we will go and create
a few sheeps like that. Again, with one line, we are creating our sheap, and if we need to
adjust something, we are going over
our editing mode and adjusting it from here. Basically, we will
need to create something in that way
if you have some gaps, go and manually adjust it. When you have the first
element like that, let's just go and add
the color inside, and when you have
the first lock, let's just go and create
two more of them. We will first go to the left and let's create
something in that way. We just going through
the center of our shap and we are creating
the line going in that way. When you have it, we will go and create two more lines like that, and we will add
the color inside. Now when you have
the second element, let's just go to the right and we will create the line
going in that way. You can decide on
the size of it, you can decide on
the rotation of it. It's all up to you. When you have it in that way, we will go over the top and we will create
another line here. Let's just make it a
little bit wider this time because we will create
some thickness here. We will then go to this
line that we have on the bottom and we will create
a little rectangle here. Now, when we have
something like that, let's just go and drake
and drop the color inside, and when we are done, let's just get back
to our layers. We will go to this
layer with our logs. We will tap on it, and
we will choose Alpha L. Now, when we have it selected, we are going back to
our color palette, selecting our dark red color, and let's just go and add
some additional lines here. Firstly, let's just
make the size of our brush smaller
and then we will go underneath this first look and we will create a
little divider here. When we have
something like that, we can just go to other elements and we can
add a few more lines. Firstly, let's just
go and recreate this little rectangle
right here on our right. Just create two lines like that. When we have this rectangle, we'll go to the scorner
that we have on top and we will create a line
going up in that way. When you have
something in that way, you can just go and add a
few more beautifications. For example, you can go with
the lines going in that way. You can go for example, to the slope that you
have right here on the top and create a
little rectangle here, and then just go and create
a line going in that way. If you have some elements
that you need to adjust. For example, we will need
to go and erase this part. We can just easily go, grab our eraser and adjust
our element here. When you are done,
you can go and add a few more beautification. For example, let's just go
and add a few more lines. When you are overall satisfied
with these elements, let's just get back to our lease and create one
more layer on top. When we have the new layer, we are going back to
our color palette, and we will select
the yellow color. When the yellow
color is selected, we are going to the middle part, we are stepping a
bit from the middle, and we will just go up
with the shape like that. When you have it,
we will need to add a little bit of
thickness to it. We are going and creating
a corner on the top, and then we are going up with
another little flame part. Let's just go with another
shape going up in that way. We are creating another corner. We are adding some thickness, and then when we have it, we'll go to the
side on the right, and we'll go to
the opposite side. Let's create something
in that way. Again, let's just go to
the bottom and let's create the similar shape to
what we have on our left, and then we will go
to the bottom and connect our shape nicely
with a smooth curve. Hold it at the end. If
you need to adjust it, go over the editing mode
and adjust it from here. If you have some lines
that you need to erase, grab an eraser and erase them. Make a nice connection between the lines and make a
very, very smooth curve. Make sure that you
don't have any gaps inside your lines and
when you're satisfied, let's just drag and
drop the color inside. Let's work more on the sheep
and make it more smooth. Let's just grab our eraser and
work on the overall sheep. When you have the
result like that, let's just go again to our list and we will
create one more layer, and then we will go to our color palette and
select the orange color. When the orange
color is selected, we will go to the bottom part and we will create
another shape here. Let's just go with a
simple shape like that. We are creating something
similar to what we have for the mean shape of
our little element here, but let's just go with a
bit of a different shape. We will just go to the sides and we will create
the shape like that. Let's just go to the bottom and let's create a nice curve there. If you're going a little bit beyond the frame, don't worry. When you have the
shape like that, when you don't have any gaps, let's just drag and
drop the color inside. Take a look at it
from the distance, decide whether you want
to adjust it or not. For example, we can just go to the bottom and make
it more rounded here. If you need to erase something, grab an eraser and erase it. When you have the
results like that, let's just get back
to our layers. Let's just go to the slay where we have our
orange element, tap on it, and select
clipping mask. Now, when this is done, let's just go and create one
more lay on top and tonusly, we will just go with the
same color orange one. Around our little flame, and we will add a few sparkles. Very easily just go in there, getting back to our brush and creating a few lines like that. When you are done,
let's just get back to our layers on the same
lay or by creating a new, we will go and create
facial features. When you have a new lay, or if you are at the same lay, where you have your sparkles, let's just get back
to our color palette and select the dark red color. With a dark red color, let's just go to
this orange element. Firstly, we will just go and increase theise of our brush. Let's just go and put
two dots for the ice. When we have our eyes, let's decrease the
size of our brush, and then we will
go right between them and we will create
a mouth like that. Firstly, we will just go and create a straight
line like that, and then we will go
to the bottom and create half of the circle or
half of the ellipse here. Connect it nicely
with the main sheep. If you need to adjust it, let's go to our ellipse
that we have the option right here and adjust it
from our editing mode. When you're at
overall satisfied, let's just drag and drop
the color inside the sheep, and then with the same
size of the brush, let's just go above
our little eyes, and let's create
little eyebrows here. When you are satisfied
with the eyebrows, let's just go and add additional elements to
these little parts. Firstly, we are
going to our layers. We will go to our y with
the facial features, we will tap on it, and we
will choose Alpha look. When we did it, we
will get back to our color palette and
select the white color. With the white color,
let's firstly go and put the dots for our
highlights in the eyes. Let's just go to one of the sides and let's
put our dots here. When you have your highlights, let's just go inside the mouth, and let's create
little teeth here. Just going over the top and
creating two teeth like that. Plea runs with the sheeps. If you want to adjust
them in any way, you are welcome to
go and do that. Find what works for you,
and when you are done, let's just get back
to our color palette and select the pink color. With the pink color,
we will just go to the bottom part of our mouth and we will create
a little t here. When we did it, when we're satisfied with everything here, let's just go to the layers. We will go to our layer
with the facial features, we will tap on it, and we
will choose Alpha lock. Now, with the same pink color, let's just go and
criticize of our brush, and lets us go
underneath our eyes, and let's put little dots or
bigger dots for our cheeks. When you did it, we are done
with this illustration. Let's just go to our layers. Let's select all the layers that we have for this illustration. Let's just put them in
a group and let just go and train in this group
as little camp fire. If you want to adjust the size or the placement
on this element, when the group is selected, we are going to our arrow key, uniform method, and
adjusting it from here. Find the placement, the size and the rotation on this element
that you would like, and when you are down,
at our arrow key, and let me on to our next part. We will create
another illustration.
5. Marshmallows: Always, let's begin
this part by going to our layers and we will collapse our group with our camp fire. We'll create one
more layer on top, and then we will go
to our color palette, and we will select
the color with the name dark red orange. When this color is selected, we will go to our
last spares piece, and we will create a
little shape here. Let's just go and increase
the size of our brush, and we will just go and
create a line go in that way. If it's not happening
from the first try, if you think that this
line is too thick, you are welcome to go and
change the size of our brush, this will be a stick
for our marshmallows. When we have the line like that, let's just go and work
on it a little bit more. Firstly, we will go
to our color palette and select the dark red color, and then we will go to this
layer, we will tap on it, we will choose Alpha log, we will decrease the
size of our brush, and we will go to the top, and we will create a little line here to create some thickness. Just go over the top and
create a little curve, and if you want to add a few elements to this
little wooden stick, you are welcome to
go and do that. Mostly go to the top part and to the bottom because
in the middle, we will have our marshmallows. Now when we have the
result like that, let's just get back to our lis. We will create one more lay
on top and onto this lay, we will go back to
our color palette and select the white color. When the white
color is selected, we will firstly go over the top. Let's increase the
size of our brush, and we will create a sheep on the aps going through
the sheep of our stick. Try to position it horizontally relatively to this line
that we have for our stick. If you want to adjust it and
make it more in the center, you are welcome to go
and move the shape. When you have the
shape like that, let's just drag and
drop the color inside, and then we will go
to the side and we will start creating a few more
additional elements here. Let's just go over
the left and we will go down with a little
melting part like that. When we have it, we
will go to the bottom, and we will continue creating
our line going down. When you have it in that way, let's just go to the bottom and create a line going in that way. It is quite parallel to the line that we have
right here on the top. And we will go to our right part and we will create a
little line here too. Firstly, go into the side and create a line going
down and let's just go a little bit more down and create
another melting part. When we have
something like that, let's just drag
and drop the color inside and work on
the overall shape. Let's just go and
make it more rounded, so we will go to the
corner and we will cut it. If you have other elements
that you want to adjust, let's just go and adjust. When we have
something like that, let's just go to our layers. We will tap on this layer
with this little element. When it is selected, if
you want to adjust it, let's just go and adjust it. When it is selected, we
will go to our ero key. Let's just use three form method and let's drag it
a little bit down, so we will make it just
a little bit bigger. If you want to find a
different placement for it, you can just go for it. When you find the placement, let's just go and
deselect everything. We will get back to our lis. We will tap on this li and
we will choose Alpha lock. When we did it, we will
go to our color palette, and we will select
the biscuit color. With the biscuit color and with a smaller
size on the brush, we will go firstly
over the top and we will start creating a
line going in that way. Just creating the dividing line, something similar to what we had right here on our cookie. When we have it, we will
go to the smelting part, and we will just go
over the bottom and we will create a few lines
going in that way. So just creating the
outlines for our elements. Also, we will do the same
for this bottom part. Let's just go and put this bottom part completely
in some kind overshadow, so we are just creating
an outline here. If you need to adjust it, go to the editing mode and adjust it, try to make it even
throughout the whole shape, and when you have
it in that way, let's just go to the me
melting part that we have on our right and let's add
the outline here too. When you have it in that way, let's just go to our layers and let's create
another marshmallow. We will go again and create
one more layer on top. We'll pick our white
color and we will create another sheep similar to
what we have right here. Again, we are going a
little bit down and we are starting by creating
a sheep of the ellipse. Hold it in the end, go to the ein mode and adjust
it if you need to, or try it out one more time. When you have the
result that you like, let's just go to the
bottom and create some similar sheep to
what we have on the top, but maybe adjust it
just a little bit. Let's firstly go
over our left side and let's create a very
squishy part like that. When we have it, we will
go to the opposite side, create a little
melting part and just create a very rounded
sheep on the bottom. Connect it nicely, drag and drop the color inside, when
you're satisfied, when you have the color inside, if you need to adjust something, go and adjust it with your
eraser or with your brush. Now we will do the same
thing as we did on top. Let's just go back to
our color palette, select the biscuit color. When we have it, go into
this little marshmallow, tap on it, and
select an Alpha log. Let's first go over the top part and we will create a
little element here, so some kind of a
little divider. If you have some melting parts, go and create the
lines here, too. If you want to add
more additional lines, you're welcome to create them T. If you have some elements
that you need to erase, don't use the eraser, use the same color that you
have for your main parts. Now let's just go again to our les and let's just
drank this layer on the top underneath our lay
that we have on the top part. Now let's just go and work on the parts where we
have the stick. What we need to do is
to go to the slay, where we have our stick, we will tap on it, and
we will choose select. Now our stick is selected, and we will need to
go to our layers, and we will go to the slay where we have our
bottom marshmallow. So let's go and grab our eraser, and we will step from this bottom part of
this marshmallow, and we will create a
little element like that. We are just cutting the part and we will just go on the top, and we will cut it here too. When you have it in that way, we will need to do something
similar on the top. Firstly, we are
going to our lays, going into this
lier that we have on the top with our marshmallow, and we are doing the same thing. We are stepping a bit from the side and we are
making a cut here. H the line and the ends, if you want to make the size
of your eras are bigger, and then just go and
erase this part on top. Now, when we have the
result like that, let's deselect everything by
heating our S ribbon icon, and then let's just go
and add ficial features. Or if you want, we
can just go over one of the sides and add
additional element here. Let's just go to ours
create one more on top, and let's pick this yellow color that we had on our
little flame parts. We will go and
create another flame right here on the
right, for example. So let's just go and create
an element going in that way. You can repeat what you had before or created in
a different sheep. For example, let's just go
with something like that. Let's just drag and
drop the color. If you need to work
onto your sheep, grab an eraser, grab a brush, and adjust your sheep. When you have it, let's just go and select this orange color, and we will go inside this little flame on top and
we will add this inner part. Let's just go and
create a similar sap to what we have
as our mean shap, and then manually, we
will go inside the shap, and we will add the color. If you need to adjust
it in any way, go and adjust it, and when we are done, let's just go and add
our facial features. We are going again
to our layers. We will tap on the plus icon. We will go to our color palette and select the dark red color. Let's go and increase
the size of our brush, we will go over the
top marshmallow, and we will go and
create our ice here. Let's just go with
the shape like that. Hold your apple pencil. If you need to create an ellipse or a circle,
it's all up to you. Basically, what we need is
a little bit bigger here. We have the first eye, let's just go to
the opposite side and create something
similar here. Create the same shape, go to the engine mode, if you need to
find the placement for this element at
the inner part two. When you have it in that way, let's just go and
decret size of y brush, and let's just go right
between the eyes, and let's create even
bigger ellipse here. Again, hold it in the end, if you need to, if you want to adjust it through
your editing mode, go and adjust it,
find the placement, try to position it
right in the middle, drag and drop the color inside. Then we will decretize of
eye brush even more and we will go over the top and we will create little
eyebrows here. When we have the
result like that, let's just pick the white
color and we will go and put the highlights
to the eyes firstly. Let's just go over the
side that we have on our right and we will put
our little highlights here. When we have it,
let's just go to our color palette and select
either pink or red color. Firstly, we will just go
and add the cheeks here. Let's just increase
the size of our brush and put the dots for our cheeks, and then we will go
to our layers tap on early with a facial
features, select Alpha. We will go to the bottom part of our mouth and we will
create a little tank here. Now, when the first
facial features are done, let's get back to
our dark red color. Let's de create the
size of our brush, and let's just go
to the bottom and let's create the facial
features going in that way. We will firstly need
to go to our layers. We will tap on our layer
with the facial features, and we will turn off Alpha
log, and when we did it, we will just go
to the bottom and let's create the facial
features in that way. We will create these
shapes for our eyes. Let's just go and do
it on both sides. And when you have these shapes, let's just go right between them and let's create a mouth
going in that way. Let's create a straight
line like that, and then we'll go over
one of the sides and create a little element
going in that way. When we did it,
let's go again to our color palette the pin color. Make the size on the
brush bigger and if you want to go and put the
dots for the cheeks. Now, let's just take a
look at our illustration, and we will need to
go to our layer, select every layer
that belongs to it, make it a group, and rename
it as little marshmallows. Now, if you want to find a different placement
for this element, select the group, go to the
arrow icon, Uniform method, going in to the side, making it bigger or smaller,
it's all up to you, tate it, find a different
placement for it, and when you're a done, at your error key. Make sure that you
like everything and you don't want
to adjust anything. And when you're satisfied
with everything here, we are done with our class. Thank you for
watching this class, Live review if you like this, and consider subscribing for more COI videos in the future. Looking forward to
seeing your project.
