1. Introduction: Hello, my friends. Yeah, welcome to our class. Today we will talk about the food photography. Yeah. We have done professional food photography for a couple of years. Like I've shot food photography for five years. For the, for the first three years, I shoot food photography for every single day. So after five years then, after we start teaching food photography, I found that many thousands of our students asked the same questions again and again. What does that question? Yeah, After they here our teaching about food photography. And then the first question is, how they want to start if they want to shoot right now in their home without any proper tools, without proper lighting, without proper camera, without proper and expensive props. But they can shoot very good and very beautiful pictures. And today I will share you the secret. And in this session, we will shoot without any expensive lighting. And also we will shoot for you with the professional camera and with the phone camera. Okay. When I try to shoot with phone camera, even people ask me what kind of camera do you use, oh... You have beautiful pictures because you use, IPhone 11, okay! And then I will take the challenge today. Yeah, I will shoot beautiful pictures with the phone under $100. Okay? And you will see that the first thing that you have to learn to be a professional photographer, is that, there's many things beside expensive camera and expensive lighting. That is, you have to know about the props, what kind of props? Every props you use in food photography doesn't have to be expensive, but it has to be useful for your mood. So, and then we also test it by using mobile phone, and then we will use very cheap lighting. The lighting, I think it's under $30. Okay. Yeah. Are you excited about the class? Okay, So after you learn this class, you will be able to apply this right now in your home. Okay, Let's see our first section. I will explain about the lighting. 2. What Lighting do We Use?: Yes, welcome to the lighting sessions. Okay. Yeah. So far there are three kinds of lighting we use. Okay, the natural light, the continuous light, and the flash. light. Many of my students asked me, if I shoot with natural light, can I get the same quality as good as the professional studio lighting. My answer is yes, of course, actually, it's just the light. The difference is the source. Yeah. If you can control the light and you know, the light characteristics. And if you know the best light position for food photography, then you don't have to worry what kind of light you use. But I will introduce you three kinds of light that I mostly use. The first is natural lighting, in natural lighting. You can use the window light. Yeah, when you shoot with the natural lighting. Yeah. I suggest you prepare one. Lighting accessories. That is diffuser. Okay. What is diffuser? Okay. You can use this one to make the light becomes softer. So the soft light is very friendly to create the best quality of food photography. This one can increase the quality of the lighting. This is the secret. Yeah. The second type of lighting we use is... This one is the continuous lighting. So what is the continuous lighting? Continuous lighting is the light that turns on continuously. So in this session, we use very affordable light. Yeah. We use only light bulb. I think this one is maybe around 40 watt. Sure. You have to use the white one. Please don't use the warm white. Only the white kind of light bulb. Okay. What does this bracket, okay? If you are not very familiar with food photography tools, you don't have to scare with this kind of thing because it is very simple. Yeah. We put the lighting here and then this is the button to turn on and turn off the light. So this is very simple. Yeah. But why I suggest this kind of lighting, you can use also the natural lighting, but if you shoot in your home, you can use area or space at your home that is unused for now? Yeah. Maybe your warehouse, maybe there's room or garage. Maybe you don't have to use the room that have window. So you can use this one and shoot anywhere. Okay? Yeah. Because this one is very cheap. So you can invest this kind of tolls, okay. And then the third kind of lighting is the flash light. And yeah many professional food photographer use the flash light. Some of my students asked me if I use this one. It's the quality always below. If I compare to the flash light, my answer is no because actually the flash light, the benefit of flash light is that they can offer power the natural lighting. So the professional photographer, use flash light, they can shoot anywhere, okay. If you cannot afford the flash light, you can also use this one. And then if you use the natural lighting or use this continuous lighting, please make sure you turn off all of the lights in your room. Okay. So the only thing you control is the lighting from this one. Okay. Yeah. And then I've explained to you before that to create the beautiful light, we have to use the diffuse light. Diffuse light is the high-quality light for food photography. So if you use only this light bulb, then the picture will be very harsh. How to diffuse then? If you buy this one. The white sheet in front of the softbox is the material that will diffuse the light. So the function is still the same with this one. Yeah. If you use another type of lighting, don't worry, because the position is still the same. The only thing to focus on for the lighting. Yeah. are its position and its quality. So if you use a flash light or you compare it to this one, you still can use the same technique. Okay? Yeah. See you on the next section. 3. What Camera do We Use?: Okay, In this section, we will talk about the cameras, okay? In this lesson, we will try to use different types of camera. We will use the mirrorless. Yeah. You can use either mirrorless or DSLR, okay, In this time we will use mirrorless, and then we use the canon micro lens. What is the best camera to shoot? Food photography? Okay, I often get these questions from my students and what is the best lens okay? For me to be, to be able to shoot the best food photography. For me, it's the skill. So you have to master the skill first because in this lesson we will try different type of camera. And in the end of the lessons you will know that to shoot beautiful pictures. There's many factors will affect beside the camera quality. So, yeah. This time, if I can suggest for the lens, yeah, we use right now is Canon micro 100 millimeter, 2.8 lens. For food photography, I suggest you use prime lens like 50 millimeters or 100 millimeters micro. Yeah. Because in prime lens the quality is higher. And then you can look at the detail of the pictures. And then the contrast is very nice. So there is the first camera we want to use, and then we also use the mobile phone camera. So mmm... you can see the comparison between the iPhone and the Android camera. Okay. When I post a picture in our Instagram account, many people like, oh, I told that I shot it by using mobile phone and the picture is very nice. Most of them put... the comments like this. Yeah. It's reasonable that the picture is nice because I use expensive phone cameras. Okay. And then I took the challenge. So today we're going to shoot with the phone camera. There is under $100. Okay. And then you will see the results. Okay. Yeah. I think there is a section of the camera. Yeah. Okay. All I want to say is whatever camera and lenses you have, you can practice now. You can practice today. You can practice right after you learn these lessons. So you don't have to try to buy the new camera. You don't have to buy a new lens. Because for me, when I want to measure how many skills I get is using all the same tools, all the same cameras. And then I compare the pictures before I learned something and after I learned the course. So yeah, I challenge you, don't upgrade your lenses or your phone, and then... apply this technique at your home and then you can see the result. Okay, and then we are moving to the next section, okay? In this section, we'll talk about, how to modify the light? Somehow when we shoot food and then we use only one lighting Somehow we will see there is a condition that we want to make an area, Brighten an area, or make some area darker. And then we can use this one. Okay. This is the black one. And this is the white one. The white board. Yeah. And this is some kind of folder yeah. I just buy it online and then maybe if you can find the black one and the white one, then it's okay, you can use both of them because... I like this one because I can directly use it and it can stand easily. So when I want to make some area darker, I use the black one. And then when I want to make some area brighter than before, I use the white one, so you can prepare both of them. So if you want to modify the lighting, then you don't have to add additional lighting, just use this white and black board. 4. Project 1 : Choose the Right Props !: Okay, my friends, we are moving to the next section. Yeah. We are really close to the photoshoot section, but before we shoot the pictures, Yeah, The first thing we have to do is choosing the right props for our mood board. So our mood today is the dark and rustic mood for we are shooting tomato soup for today, so we have to choose the proper props for our mood. The background we use is the grey, the natural grey here, the dark grey. So we choose the props. There is also dark. For now, we choose the wooden props like this? Yeah. And we we choose the darker, wooden, so it matches the background. Okay. And then we put some ingredients inside the wooden bowl. Okay. And then we also have like wooden spoon and others. Yeah. Okay. There's a tips for preparing your photo shoot. You don't have to wait your food to be ready first. And then you shoot because, if the food waiting... you to prepare all the backgrounds and then the food will drive very soon. So you can arrange the props and using the empty bowl like this. So. The food doesn't have to be waiting for you and then you, you can spend your time to arrange the props and then after it's ready and after you get all the Moods you need and all this lighting settings, and when you already get the mood you need, yeah. You can put the fresh food and then you shoot it directly. Okay. Yes. And then the next I will prepare the background, and then the next I will prepare the settings of the backgrounds. 5. Project 1 : Compose Your Shot !: Okay, Then I have another tips for you. When you are arranging the composition, okay? The first tips that you can use is, you can start with the bigger one. So when arranging the props, I start with the biggest props in my frame. So since my tomato soup is already finished, so and then I changed the empty bowl to the fresh tomato soup And then I arranged the bigger props first. Yeah, after we arrange the bigger props and we continue with the smaller bowls, and then we continue with the ingredients. Okay? Okay my friends, I have some tips for you when you are arranging the props. Okay? Yeah, the first tips, you can start with the biggest props first in your frame. So in my frame, the biggest props is my food. Yeah. Okay. We already replace it with the fresh tomato soup here. And then I put the biggest one first. And then I continue with smaller bowl, I put the smaller ball, and then I continue with the ingredients. Okay. And after I got the position I need, usually I take it with my phone first. For this frame, we will start with the flat lay frame. Yeah, the pop shoot. So usually I'll try to take the look from the top shoot. Okay. It's very nice. And then I will continue to arrange until I get the frame perfect for what I... imagine. Ok. And then yeah. The last thing I put inside my frame is the thing that is very difficult to replace. like these sprinkles, it's very difficult to move if you already put all of them and then you want to arrange the position, it will be very hard. So this is the last thing you want to put in your frames, so, okay, and then we continue to... we almost ready, but I want to do some other arrangement. And then we continue later, Okay? Yeah. 6. Project 1 : Light Your Food !: Okay, We have finished arranging of our props. our few and our mood. And then for the... next section is about the lighting positions. Okay, there's some lighting positions for food photography. In our first mood, we use the back lighting. Okay. So we put the lighting in the back of our food Yeah. The distance it's about one meter in the back of the food and then the position. I think it's about 80 centimeters and the height difference is about one meter. Okay. And then like I explained it before, if we wanted to shoot with continuous lighting like this, we have to turn off all the lighting, so yeah, well, I'm shooting and then we will turn off all of the video lights here also. So we will shoot for this one, the main frame in my mind for this picture is the the top view. So we will start for the top view first And then there's the tips for choosing the angles. Yeah, since we have put our effort to create the ambiance to prepare this products. And then please don't only shoot for one angle, you have the shoot as many angles as possible, okay? And we will shoot for the top angle first, and then please remember for the top angle, we also can create many compositions. You can try to take the close-up shoot and we can take the more high shoot. And then we also take the shoots that have the negative space. What is negative space? Negative space is the area that we can put the copywriting. If you want to use the picture for like digital marketing, you want to use the picture for the brochure or other needs like Instagram feed design. And other design, somehow you have to take the picture with negative space. So if you have graphic designer work with you, then the graphic designer will be very happy because they don't have to think where to put the letters, where to put the copywriting so we can try to make the negative space like in the left side, right side, in the upper side of the food and below the food. Okay. 7. Project 1 : The Result !: Okay. My friends, before we have taken the pictures from the flat lay and then I will explain to you a little bit about the camera settings. Okay? The camera settings we use for this setting, we use 125 shutter speed and then we use aperture 3.2. And then ISO 320. Okay. And then for the white balance, I usually use Kelvin because with using... Kelvin, we can get the consistent light for our frame. So in this picture, we use the Kelvin. Kelvin Number is made 5000. Okay? Yeah, after we take that top angle, we will try the 45 degree angle. by using the micro lens. Okay! Let's do the shot! Yes, we have taken the 45 degree angles and here's the preview. Now, we will continue shooting with mobile phones. Okay! There's many types of mobile phones, but you don't have to worry because we will test with iPhone and we will test it with the phone... there is under $100. And we can see if using this kind of lighting and then using our steps in editing will help. Yeah, Okay, We will figure it out later, and then another tips for you who shoot pictures by using mobile phone, please. You don't have to be desperate when you find that your pictures while shooting the mobile phone. Like, "I don't think I like to color" " I don't think I like the contrast. You don't have to worry because the mobile phone's lens. are designed to work in every situation. So it is very understandable if you shoot it and look that the picture is not so good. But if you use our settings of lighting, if you combined it with our editing steps in mobile Lightroom, yeah, and we combine with another apps also. Yeah, you can see the result is very amazing and you don't even know that which one is using iPhone and which one using... the $100 phone camera. Okay. Yeah. Let's continue shooting with mobile phone. Okay. My friends, we have taken pictures using iPhone. Yeah. Okay. Here's the preview before and after editing. Okay, i'll give you the visualization of the editing so... You don't have to worry. If you don't like the color of the unedited one. Because we can tweak it later. Okay. I will tell you the secret, and here's the preview. Okay, next we will take the pictures using very affordable smartphones. We use smartphone that the price is below $100, I think it's even below $80. Next, we will see that... I don't know if you can tell which one is taken from iPhone, or which one is from... the cheaper phone. Okay. Yeah, let's do the photo shoot 8. Project 1 : Set the Light of Your Edits!: Hello guys. Okay, welcome to the editing section. After The photo session Here comes the very exciting parts for me. This is the editing parts, okay? Yeah, this is where we increase the quality of the image Okay. Now you can open your App Store if you are using iPhone, or you can open Google Play Store if you're using Android phone, okay. You can just type Lightroom Mobile. Now, this is the main app. we use to edit most of our picture. Okay, after you install the Lightroom app, you can find the view like this one. This is the way how you import your picture. You can tap on this one and then you can choose import from the camera roll. Okay. Yes. After we import from camera roll, you get some... Yeah. Okay. You can choose the picture and then the few of the menu is like this. Okay? This is the raw file and then you guess what? This is the file from the phone under $100. Okay. This is the challenge where I can show you how we can increase the quality of the image from this one to a very amazing picture you cannot imagines, okay. So, if we can enhance the quality of the image from the very cheap phone, then I'm sure that if you apply this one from the better phone, the results will be very amazing, Okay? Yeah. Okay, let's do it. I'll show you most of my system when I am trying to enhance my quality of the image. Okay, the first one, I choose a Light menu from here. And then I'll choose... the first is the highlight. usually this is the first one I modify, for the highlight, Usually I drop all of the highlights. Why? Because I want to restore the nearly white or blown out area. So I make sure I still get the detail when I try to brighten the image. Okay. You can see when I drop down the highlights, it seems like I make my image darker, a little bit, but actually, I tried to make sure the nearly white area is restored. Okay, then I don't use exposure to make my image brighter. Mostly I use White. Why? Because this is my very powerful secret, okay, I almost never use called Exposure or Contrast. Mostly I use White. Because when I increase the White, the quality and the bright of the image will increase. Followed by the color of the image also increase nicely, okay? So the color will be very nice if you increase the White, different with the Contrast and Exposure. Because if we increase the Contrast and the Exposure, the color will not that nice Okay So I increase the White here. I increase the White until I liked the color. Okay, I think this one is good. 9. Project 1 : Sharpen the Image of Your Edits!: The next one, Okay, I'll use the shadow. This one will be different for each image. This is depends on what kind of feel I like. Ok. For this dark mode. Yeah. Okay. I think I want to drop it down because I want to make my object more pop out and more... three-dimensional, I have to make it more contrast. Instead of I increase the Contrast, I use the White, Black, Shadow, and Highlight. This is the key to make our image better, but looks naturally. Okay. And then I think, I want to drop down the black a little Yes. Okay. Now you can see the image quality, the color is increase and there let's compare before and after, okay! This is before. Oh, okay. And this is the after. Yeah, you can see the image quality is increasing, the color is better now. Then. Don't worry, we're not done here, we are far away from that. And then let's continue. The next one. Usually I use the Detail here. Okay, I tap Detail and I sharpen the image. Usually if you edit the image from mobile phone, You can increase the sharpness to make it better. Okay And then if I sharpen the image, they will sharpen all the area. Okay When I increase the sharpening area, you can see that the image like more noise, have more noise in all the area. And then you can choose Masking here. This is very, very important when you sharpen your image. If you increase the Masking, you can please see the area in this one. You can see that this is like very noisy. When I increase this Masking. Yeah, you can see that the only sharpen, the edges one. Okay. The smooth one doesn't sharpen so it keeps natural. Yeah. Okay. Usually I increase until this one, until here. And then I use the noise reduction to reduce the noise in many area of the image. I don't increase much, but usually here. Okay. To make sure. Usually I use moist reduction until, I'm sorry, until here, Okay, to reduce the noise. 10. Project 1 : Give Lighting Effect to Your Edits!: Then what I'll do here, I'll go back to the light. And then let's play with curve, okay?! For the curve, I have some ritual. I tap it here, here, and here. Okay? So you can see 1, 2, 3 you can see three dots here. So if I increase here and here, it will not effect the middle one. And then this is the effect. Maybe you don't like it. But yeah, you can edit if you like it. Okay. And this is adding the fade effect in our picture. Yeah. If I increase this one, yeah, you can see that the black is not that black Okay. This is the dark area and this is the light area. Okay. This is the intensity. So if you want you to brighten the dark area, we can adjust the line in our image. So if we increase here, the dark and the shadow area will be brighten. And if we put this line down so the bright area will be darker. Okay. So you can see this one? Yeah, the dark area, they only brighten the dark area. And then if I put down here, they will reduce the white area. The light area and figure it. Okay, so here's my very favorite one. I increase here so the dark won't be that black. And then I put it down. So the white also won't be that high. Yeah, the next one, I wanted to make my product more focus. So I found that this here is quite distracting. So I want to darken this area, but before that... I think I want to crop it first Yeah, I think it's better And then I'll choose the Effects here okay, I'll put down the Vignette, wow! So nice. Wow! It makes our product more popped out Okay. I'll increase the Feather Yeah. Then I'll put down a little bit Okay, you can see that the image is much better. Okay. Okay, I think I'm done. 11. Project 1 : Adjust the Color of Your Edits!: And then let's continue. The Light here. Okay, I'll show you one technique here, I'll back to curve. And then I want to improve this. Yeah. Yeah, especially for dark mood like this. Here's one of my favorite effect I can choose. You can choose here, the blue one. And then the principle is still the same. I put three dots here, here, and here, okay, One, two, three. Have you seen the editing technique to make the dark mode like this more bluish. Yeah, because the technique I increase this one up in the shadow to make like bluish effect. Okay. Yes. Like this. Yeah. And then done. Okay. In this image, I'll modify the color because I want to increase the red in our... Tomato Soup more I want to make the Tomato Soup looks more delicious, okay?! I think this is a little bit orange. It's supposed to be red. Okay. Then I'll come to Color part here. Then let's go to Color Mix here. You can tap Mix. And then, okay, there are so many colors here. You don't have to worry. And this is, this feature is very amazing because you can modify each of the color in your image. Okay?! So you can increase the red to make the red become orange. You can edit it, the green, you can edit the blue in the image. Okay, there's three options here, Hue, Saturation, and Luminance. What is that? Okay, you didn't have to worry. It's very simple. In the Hue, you can twist the color. Let's say that you choose the red. Yeah, here, yeah, here. If I tap here, here's the orange and I'll start with the red one, I'll tap here. And then in the red section, in the red section, if I change the Hue, Hue is if I want to twist the color saturation, I want you reduce the intensity of the color in the Hue. if I change the Hue, you can see that the red becomes more orange. And then if I reduce the Hue, the red is more red, okay?! Okay, so I think I like this one, okay. And then if I change the saturation, you can see that if I reduce the saturation... the intensity of the red color will be gone. And if I increase the saturation, the intensity of the red will be increased. Okay, I think, I'll increase this one. And then for the Luminance, you can make the red more dark and more bright, okay?! And then I think I'll settle with this one. And then for the orange, I think the orange image is still high and then I'll reduce the orange part in it. Okay, it doesn't only works on our food, but it also works in overall image. Okay, so I think I'll reduce the orange because I want to change this one. All I focus is in the food because in this area, if we change, we can, we can edit it in another apps. Okay. So when I edit, the food and the color, I focused on the center of my food. Okay. Then I'll reduce the Hue to make the orange more red instead of more green. Okay. Oh, wow! Very nice. Okay. Look at the food, yes! 12. Project 1 : Raise the Brightness in Your Edits!: And then I think I can still detect a little bit purple color here. So since I don't have the purple color in this image, especially here, you can see it's a little bit purple. I'll reduce the purple color. The color part is specific for the image you create, so you don't have to copy these settings for all of your image because in the color of your image may be, it will be different. Okay?! So I'll explain to you what I do for this image. Okay? And then maybe the purple, I'll reduce the saturation and this one, I also reduce the saturation. Okay. Yup. Okay. It's getting better. And then maybe I'll increase the exposure a little bit to bring up overall image.... brighter. Yup. Okay. I'll see. I'll back to the color, I think. Mix color. Yeah. I want you to reduce this yellow area because because in my food there's no yellow color. But I think this is very dominant. And then I'll reduce the yellow color. I'll tap the yellow, and then I'll reduce the yellow color. It's saturation. And then also the green. The green. Actually for the green, in most picture I don't reduce the green because the green makes our food fresh. But since we don't have many greens here on our image here, so I'll reduce... this one, okay a little bit. Yup, okay. Look at this. Oh, you cannot imagine how far we can go from the Lightroom. Okay. Let's compare the before and after. Okay. This is before. Okay. You can see, this is the after. Yeah. So this is the power of the Lightroom. Yeah. We're not done here. I'll explain to you a couple more techniques in another app. 13. Project 1 : Save Your Edits into Presets!: Yeah, the next one. Before we move to another app, I'll explain to you about how to save the editing into your preset, okay So you can choose here, three dots here. And then you can choose "Create Preset" here. Then you can type and click here. Yeah, let's see. Usually I type the date of the day and then the explanation about the image. Okay and then I choose this Yeah, maybe this is the tutorial for the English version. Okay. And then I'll type here. Yeah, this is how we set our preset. How to use it? Okay. I'll explain to you after we save all of our history here and then I'll choose all, yep! We come back to the first image. And then to use the preset we've set just now. we can just use the preset here. And then we can find the preset here. Just choose here Then wow! But the preset doesn't crop the image, so.... So, let's crop the image once more Yeah. Okay, wait... too close. Okay, yes. Okay. Yeah. The last part is when you want to export it, Okay, to export the image, you can choose here. And then you can choose "Export to Camera Roll" Yes guys, okay. After this, you can find your image in the photos in your phone. Then we're moving to the another apps to increase the image even more. 14. Project 1 : Erase the Dirty Area on Your Edits!: Okay then... the next apps we want to use is this Snapseed Okay. here's some picture there is not covered by free Lightroom Mobile. So we mix the app with the Snapseed Okay. I'll explain you later. You can just type Snapseed on your Apps Store or Google Play Store. Yeah. You can just open it. Yeah. You can view like this one and then you can just open the last image. Yeah, open here, open from device. And then we can choose recent. Okay, Then we'll choose the last image here. We have just edited from the Lightroom, then okay. So let's do it. We can just choose tools. Okay In the special part of the Snapseed, is we will edit in the certain part of the image okay, We will take down this blue. You can see there's the blue paint here. We can take out this because this is from my props. I don't know why there's blue here, but yeah, it become a lesson because you can know how to take down this one. And then I'll increase the sharpness just in this area. Okay. And then yep. Okay. Let's do it. Let's choose tools. And then and then I will start with the Healing. Healing brush is very amazing tool because yeah, If you want to edit, I recommend that you oh, sorry. I'll go back. I'll choose this one. to back. If you want... to edit the detail part. I suggest you zoom the most of the image to edit it more detail. okay, just brush here with your hands in the blue area. Okay?! And the magic happens. Okay Yeah. Okay we're done. And then we just click here. 15. Project 1 : How to Edit Certains Area of Your Image!: Okay, what's the next? Let's choose tools here And I want to go here okay, the selective menu here is the feature if you want to edit, this certain area of the image, okay So in this case I want to increase the sharpness in my food. Then I'll come back to Tools and then I choose the Selective here. Okay First, I choose this one make sure the plus in blue color because to make sure we are choosing this one and then just tap once in the food. Yep. Now you can see the B letter here and then you can pinch your hands Yep. Like zoom in and zoom out, yeah. And then using both of your thumbs like this. And then you can make sure that the area is exactly only on your food okay You can swipe up and swipe down to see the menu. Swipe up and swipe down. Yeah, anywhere Anywhere, since you choose here. Okay. Since the color here is blue, then, when you swipe up, you can see the menu. And then I'll choose the structure here and I swipe right, and swipe left to increase the structure intensity. Here you can see the Structure is still zero. And let's swipe right, you can see that it is increase I can swipe until it's Maximum. Okay. Okay. Yep. And then I'll choose another one, this one. And I'll tap another food. And then I'll increase also the structure Okay. And then I think I have an additional one. At another one. I'll increase the brightness a little because there's a little dark. I think this one is good. Yeah. Okay. What else? Yeah, to export from the Snapseed. You can choose Export here, and then you can choose Save a Copy. Okay Now you can access your image from the photos in your smartphone. Yeah. We've already done for our first image. Okay guys, yup. Here's the preview of our image in the photos of my iPhone. And then I'll show you when I zoom in, can you believe this is the quality we can get from the phone there is under $100. Okay. The Sharp is high and then it's also look like high definition. And then you can see wow very detail, right? Yeah. Okay. Wow. This is very amazing. Yeah. Okay, so practice makes perfect. Okay, so you can try to practice the editing part, even if you still don't have the props like this, and then you still don't have... I cannot say that you don't have the phone. Yeah. Right. Okay. But if you don't have the props and don't have the proper image, then you can start the practice from this editing section using your own image and you, you will be amazed with your technique if you apply the skills I teach you just now, let's move to the next part. 16. Project 2 : Choose the Right Props !: Okay. The next one we will continue with the second foot. Yeah. Now, we should add a very beautiful kale soup. Yeah. And then, yeah. Before we shoot, I will explain to you about the prop selection. Yeah, every time we change the mood of our food photography, we will start with prof selection. Since we are using bright background. Then we will choose the bright props also. This time we will choose the white props and then the glass prompts, okay? And then we also use fabric that is slightly similar with the backgrounds. So it gives the texture. Why we use this prompts with the same color with the background asymptote s. We want to add more texture inside our frame, but we don't want to affect the focus. So the only focus in these pictures, the green one, so that green Kelso is the main focus. There is very strong. Okay? Yeah. And then in this session, we will show you that when we shoot the dark mood and now we should the bright moon lightning position is still the same. Yeah. It feel the same way a previous session. And then the main difference? Yes. The prompts and action. Okay. 17. Project 2 : Tips for Choosing Props: Yeah, you can see in the settings and it prompts and things. Yeah. I used the white bull white small bowl. And then I use the glass the glass one. And then I also use the ingredients that the color in the color of the ingredients I used in the glass is not very strong, so it gives the texture in our frame. And then to add more texture, you don't have to, you don't have to be afraid when we are using very plain prompts. Because actually if we use our props to make the texture on our frame, it won't be very played. For no fabric itself. We also use a slightly similar with the background. We fold it. So more and more extra insight or frame. So if you see this happening, you can see that the main focus on this picture, if the Kayla's to incite or frame. And then I add more prompts like this, olive oil actually descending. It's one of my favorites because it see-through. And then it can be very adaptive to our style when we add more color, but it's not very strong. So it just give more story inside outbreak. 18. Project 2 : Set Your Camera !: Okay, friends. We have taken the pictures just now. And then let's preview the result. Okay? Now, let's see the settings. Okay? Yeah, for this frame, we use 125 shutter speed and aperture for 3.2. And then the ISO is under 20. If you remember the surveys, we use almost the same settings where the dark mode before. Okay, so it's very simple. So you didn't have to change your settings many times and you don't have to change the lighting, even lighting positions. Because our, our main angle is still upshot for this one when we use the different mood, they should, but we still use the same lighting positioning as before. Okay. 19. Project 2 : Light Your Food !: And then I have another tips. When you see that the shadow is very harsh for your picture. You can add this swap, this whiteboard yeah, to bounce the light and then to make the shadow more bright. K, you can compare from this brachial. Okay, I have another tips when you shoot the bright background. Yeah. Please make sure you also take I'm alternative that is under exposed. I mean, you should take this picture with the lower exposure. So if you underexposed to bid, it will be much easier when it comes to post-processing. Remember, you have to underexpose if you shoot the right background. 20. Project 2 : Tips to Make Your Food more Appetizing: Before you decide to take the pictures, please check again. Your food. Is it dry or no? Yes. Now I have checked the foot and it looks a bit dry. So as a photographer, you have to repair a spray bottle like this. It's just simple spray. So I fill this with water and then we can spray to the soup. It still edible? Yeah. We just increase the freshness of the foot okay. To kill. So yeah, let's do it. 21. Project 2 : Shoot Your Food !: And the next, we will use blue camera phone. We use iPhone and then we use the cell phone that is under $100. Okay. And then we will compare the pictures. Okay. Let's go. Okay. My friend yes, we have taken from our mobile phone. Yeah. Let's preview the result from our iPhone. And then this one is from $100 camera phone. Then later we will compare the effort ended up on this one. And you can see those results. And then I will, it's shared to you some tips. If you want to shoot without tripod, Okay? The first, after taking beaker it, make sure you check the quality of the image. Make sure it's not shaking. And then to be able to shoot steady, make sure you hold your phone like this and make sure your arm doesn't move? Yeah. More bit closer to the center of your body so it won't be shakes too much. Yeah. And then if you are taking the 45-degree, make sure you hold it with your hand. Okay. Like then it will reduce the shake pictures than I probably will continue to editing session for this pictures. And then we move to the next. 22. Project 2 : Edit It with Lightroom: Okay, Welcome to our second foot. Like, wow, I'm so excited to edit this one because this is very amazing. Okay. And then let's do it, man. Okay. Do you remember what is the first menu? We can even remember where is the first menu we want you to go through to edit this image. It's still the same guys will come with light here. Okay, and then what do we reduce? So you really do the highlight. And then we will increase the white until we get the image we want. Okay? Yeah, I think this is the, this is how I increase the brightness of the image. And then for this one, yeah, actually, mostly for the bride. More. I increase the shadow instead of I bring the shadows down. Okay. Yeah. Thank Chris, them to bring up the shadow. Make sure I can see many details here. And then you have to make your food more three-dimensional. Yeah. To make it more contrast. Yeah. I have two bell up, something we haven't balanced between the highlights and the shadows, the bright and the dark area. So since here I increase the shadow and the white. So I want to bring down the black leaders. So just a little to make sure we still have the black area to make sure that our product is more pop out, yeah, balanced by the black here. So we still have more shadow. Then the next one, okay? I'll choose detail, just detail here. And then I'll increase the sharpening and Masking. Okay? Yeah. If you forget that explanation about most of the menus we are using here, you can always come back to the section that we added. The section that we added a tomato soup in the first menu. Okay. And then, yeah, I'll just back to the light here. And then I'll go to the curve. Okay? Yeah, the first one, I'll choose this menu for the cursor. Make sure you're active in this menu. And then I tap three times 123123. And then I'll increase the hero little bit and bring this up a little down. Okay. I'll increase the dark area and reduce in the very wide area. Yep. Okay. Then I'll just done if you found that this image is too bright for you, then you can anytime just reduce the light here. And maybe you can reduce the white or the overall exposure. Yeah, if you find that the image is too bright for you. Okay? Wow. Yeah, let's compare, okay. Before, yeah, after, before. After. You can see the you can see if you are using the wide to increase the brightness, the color will be very natural. Okay? Especially for oh, I see. Okay, Let's come back to detail and then we can choose the increased a lethal in noise reduction. Yeah. Okay. In this image, you can see that here is a little blown, blown out to white. And this is true. Little too shadowy. Okay, yeah, to edit this spot and this spot, we can use the Snapseed actually in light room. Yeah, I'll show you a little bit about the premium feature of the light room. If you want to use the premium feature, a best, the best I can tell you because this is very amazing. This is amazing. This is very amazing because if we want to bring down this tube blown out area, since we are using the same app. K This blown out areas. Yeah. That is too bright, we can bring it down very naturally if we are using our premium feature after light room. Okay, let's do it. I'll show you. Okay, You can choose the selective one here. And then let's use here. And you can see there's the, the circle and the gradient. Okay? In this, in this section, I'll teach you about the premium feature of the light room so we don't move through the slaps it. Yeah. So in case you want to consider subscribe the Lightroom Mobile premium, you can you can choose the premium. Sorry. You can you can use the premium feature to yeah. Okay. I'll just this one. Yeah, this is the gradient. And then I'll choose, and then in this gradient, I'll choose the light here. Yeah, I'll reduce the highlight. And then maybe I'll bring down the exposure a little. Yeah. Okay. And then we're done. You can see yeah. And then if you think this is very dark, you can also increase here with this one. And then you can choose the gradient also. And then you can bring up like this. Yeah. To use the gradient, you can swipe from the from here to here. Yeah. Is the dark area. The last point is the most real is not effected by your settings, okay? Not the dark area. I mean, in the first is the area that you want to effect the most. And this, the second area is the area that is less affected by your southern escape. And then let's choose the color and the light here. And then bring up the shadow. Oh, no, no, no. I think I'll just bring up the exposure. Yep. Okay. So is there an amazing if you don't have to switch the app? The reason why I explain the Snapseed before is to make sure if you don't want to purchase anything before you muster are in before you get any sort of any source of income from the job of food photography, maybe you can start with the free stuff because you can see the free stuff is already amazing. But if you really want to focus on the quality of the image and you want to value your time. Light room premium is the best, okay? Yep. And then I want you to choose another feature to increase the sharpness in this area. Okay, then I'll choose this one and then this one. Okay? Yep. I'll just move it like this. And then I'll choose the detailed part. And then I'll increase the sharpness here to bring the sharpness. Okay, and then I'll just copy how to copy it. You can just tap disease, this area a little bit longer, maybe about one or two seconds. And then you can choose Duplicate radiant radial gradient, okay? Okay, that, and then you just move from here. Okay. I'll just finish here from tapping this area. Wow. Look at this before, after, before, after. Wow. Isn't it amazing if you just have to using one app? Okay. Wow. Yeah. And then if I go to the detail, I think our Oman here is a little bit. Yeah. Okay. Let's just do it. Okay. I think I want to enhance the color of Amon here. Just this one selective. And then I'll choose the radial here. And I chose this, the middle one. And just yeah, let's come to the color. And then yeah. Okay. And maybe I'll increase the situation and then reduce the green. I can see that a little bit green here. So I reduced the green bike by swiping far away from the green area. Okay. And then maybe I'll swipe this to I don't know. All right. Okay. Yeah. Yes. Okay. So we are just we have just finished our editing using Lightroom Mobile premium. Okay. And then tap this one. Okay, The last thing is you just have to export your image. You can tap here and then just export the camera roll. So we have done or editing part. Okay, let's move to the next part. 23. Project 3 : Choose the Right Props !: Okay. And then this is our next photo shoot. Okay. What's the difference? Yeah. In this session, we will shoot not the top angle as the first angle, but we will switch to the 45-degree angle, okay? And the front angle, because now we should very beautiful burger, okay? And here's the feature we want to create. Before we, when I see, yeah, we have to prepare the prompts first. So I will explain to you what troughs we use or we plan for this picture. This is very important to plan what prompts you want to use before you shoot, because it will find all the ambience. So it's very important to make these burgers panned out. We used this beautiful gray trade below the burger, and then we also use the black fabric. It doesn't, it seems doesn't affect anything but texture. Because since we use blast would then to add this term, but not to distract the picture. We have the Blackboard under the waiver. And then we also use colorful ingredients of the rigor, but to separate the burger and the background. In this scene, we blocked the lighting with our Blackboard. Okay, so in this area will be darker. And then our burger get the light directly from our lighting. Okay? And then we create the distance between the burger and the background. So when we shoot, it will be more blur than this one. At some case, it's okay to put colorful ingredients at the back. We blocked the light. So the burger will be very clear and the background will be darker. So even if we use many colors in the background, it will be darker. 24. Project 3 : Light Your Food !: Okay guys. We have taken the picture for the ceiling and floor for this kind of setup. I have steps for you. Yeah. The lighting settings. We set the light thing yes. In line with the burger. And then the height of the burger compared to the light thing is the lighting a bit higher? It's about 15 centimeters above the burger. So the liking will be very beautiful one, this one. And then, okay, let's preview the result. 25. Project 3 : Set Your Camera !: Okay, and then I will explain this cameras. That means for you, for this picture we use 125 foreshadow speed. And then for the aperture, we use cuboid eight. It's smaller than before because we want to make the background more blurred. And then we use 800 for ice. Okay guys, this is the result when we shoot with iPhone and the fall under $100. Okay. I have a tips for you. Do you realize that? Definitely friends between burger and the dish that we showed before on the foot that we shouldn't be for the face. The face of the foot is on the top. But if the bandwidth, the burger Berger, the face is on the front. So make sure you have another angle for this one, you can take angle and the front angle. And the angle. For me personally, I suggest the front angle because this one looks very beautiful. And for the lighting, make sure the lighting is not too high. So it's almost the same level with the burger, but just a little bit just 15 centimeter above the burgers. So we can get this texture or the burger. 26. Project 3 : Edit It with Lightroom !: Hello guys, welcome to the next section. Yeah, we are coming to the editing section again. And then this one will be differently because in the first two image we added the top angle, okay, and then the next image here, we will add it the 45-degree or from angle a little bit front angle. Okay. The first one, I think I want to crop this area because it is too wide for me and then there's no information here. I think I want to crop the image. Yeah, I'll just choose this one and then I'll crop area until I get the, okay, oh, I'll make sure that my product is still in the middle using this grid line. This is very useful. Okay, now, I'll just pipe here. And then let's continue. Okay, guess what? First menu to twist again. Yeah, you're right. We'll start with the light and then we will bring down the highlights. Whereas like a Yeah, does it feel like an old song for her? Like also do it hurt? Like old song for you? Okay. Yeah. The sequence of the editing is almost the same for many of the image I added. Okay, so I'll bring up the white here. You can see that all my focus is only on this area. Okay. I don't have to worry about the other area because I can edit it later. The only focus for me when I tried to edit in light, in light menu here is this area. Okay, I'll make sure the food, the contrast of this area is very nice and the brightness is right. Okay. So increasing the white. Can you see that the color is where every heart here, the color is very high. So if you found this situation, it's very simple. You just come to the color and then you can just bring down the saturation a little bit. Okay. But you just have to make sure these areas you don't have to worry about the other area because The prioritize is just your food. And then the next one, we will come with the backdrop. And then yep. I think I'll go to the detail. Yep. We still do the same with the sharpening my skin and then the noise reduction. Okay, and then we will add it. If effects. Maybe I can, I want to use the feed nap here because sin, our program is an amino. And I want you to darken this area. I'll use the figure. Okay. Maybe before I used the freaking yet, I'll use the light here and then we will use the curve first. And then I'll just type the three dots here. Oh yeah, I will I will tell you how to if you tap it wrong, like, Oh my God, Okay. If you mistake you, if you tap this by accident, how to get rid of it, Okay. Just type it. Tap it twice in this area. Okay. So wow, it's gotten okay. And then I'll bring up here. Whoa, look at this. Okay. And I'll bring out, bring down the, the area. Okay. Lovely, Very nice. Looks very natural. Okay. And then I'll type that. Maybe I'll modify the green area here. And then I'll bring up the blue, the shadow a little bit blue, the dark area a little bit blue. Okay, and done. And then I'll come back to that effect. And then I'll come back to defeat. Yeah. Oh, okay. Look at this. Yup. Thing. I'll settle with this one. And then I'll try to bring up the shadow area here so we can still get the details. And let's do it. I'll come back to light and then let's play with shadows. Okay? So we can bring up a detail here. So you can see this area. We can bring up the detail in this area. Okay. So the shadow part is flexible? Yeah. It's flexible according to the situation of your image. Yeah. I think yeah. Yeah. We already bring this up. And then how about the TD kill? Yeah. We already used the noise reduction and then we'll come with the color. Okay, yeah, let's move to the color here. The mix one. And then I don't know, but I can see that this area, I think I want to change its color because I think it's a little bit red. Okay. I'll move to the orange because the color is orange and then yeah, I'll move the orange to shoot a yellow instead of the red. Okay. Yeah, You can see. Okay. Yeah. We remove we remove the red color in yellow, the orange. And then but if you move this a little bit green here, so we'll just come to the green and we move the green a little bit. Yellow. Okay. I think this is much better. Yeah. Okay. Now, okay, just typed Done. And then I think, yeah, I think we have already done our editing from the light room. Okay, now I will show you some features again from the Snapseed app. So if you still don't have the Lightroom premium, I'll show you how to enhance the quality of the image using another feature of the Snapseed, um, and you will be amazed. And then I have a secret for you to increase the quality of the image even more. Okay, let's see the before and after. Okay, this is the before and this is the after. Wow, it's very amazing. And then in the next area, I think in the next section in the Snapseed, I think I want to bring down the color of the background a little so it don't dominate the, so it doesn't dominate our image. So the hero in our image is still the burger. Okay? Yeah, Let's do it. 27. Project 3 : Edit It with Snapseed !: Welcome to the snaps here. Okay, Let's have fun with it. Another feature I haven't explained before. So please just use tools here and then we will, what we will do is we will reduce the background color intensity. So Okay. We will choose here tune image, and then I'll reduce the saturation of the image. But I know if I reduce the saturation here. So by swiping, laugh, I'm, the overall of the image will be reduce. It says ratio will be reduced for overall the image. You don't have to worry. Now, your job is you make sure you get this the background you want. So yeah, you can reduce. I think this is better. And then our next job is we can brush here to bring the color back to the first version. But yeah, we, in the background, in the background effect is still like this. Okay, how to do it? The first is you can just type this area and then you can come. Okay. Let's see, Let's see before and after, before, after. Okay? And then you can just type here. Choose the few edits. And then you can tap here. You can type the middle one. Okay? If you type here, you can edit the settings. Okay, I'll tap here this. Once again. Yeah, you can settings the tune image. At the first. You can edit the saturation again. Yeah. Okay. I'll just back go back and then I'll have the middle one. The middle one. So the first thing yes. I'll just tap here. And just tap here. Okay. Yeah. So you can see that the red area, the red area is the area that is affected by our settings. Just to remember, our settings is we bring down the saturation. Okay. So you just make sure that this area is the Xero? Yeah. You make sure if you tap here, you will increase it until one hundred. One hundred means if you, yeah, okay. 0 means if you brush it in the middle, then the effect of the settings will be 0. Okay? To brush, you just have to zoom in and then you can brush by your hands. Okay. Yeah. You can move to the tail. Okay. Yeah. You have to be a little patient. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay. Yup, yup. Yup. Okay. We're done and then just stop here. Yep. Oh, okay. I have another one. If you are missing, like, Oh, my God. Okay. Well, I have to do to bring back okay. Tap here until 100. Yeah. You can see the number here is in 100 and then you can rub this area. Yeah. Okay. With your hand. Yeah. Okay. Now, to see the effect, you can choose the I button here. Yep. Wow, this is the effect. Finally, you can see that this area is not too dominant and then you can see that this area color is very nice, okay? And then you can just type here. Okay, I think I want to reduce the background, just Alito. And then I'll choose this one. And then I'll choose this one. And then I'll back to the saturation and then I'll bring the saturation less and then I'll just type here. Okay. Just go back from here. Okay? And then I'll show you more secret. I can choose tools here and then left play around with this one. Lens blur, okay? Lens blur will make your food more focused and then make the background more blur. Okay. I think this one is better. Yeah, I'll just type here. Okay. Now you can see that the background is more blurred and we focus on here. Wow. What else? Yeah. Okay. So I have one more secret for you. Please wave, and then we have another amazing app. You don't have to worry because actually if you don't have so many time, you can just Cerebral with the Lightroom app. If you don't have so many times, you just, you can just saddled with the Lightroom app. But if you want to enhance the quality more and more, you can come with another app, okay? Don't worry, this one is very simple. The next one we will be very simple. I'll tell you in the next section. Okay, Don't forget to export the file, Save a Copy, and then you're done. 28. Project 3 : Edit It with Lens Distortions !: You guys, the next secret is the lens distortion. This is wearing amazing app. If you don't still don't know about this, you will be amazed because this is very amazing. And then it will give the effect. You cannot get any other app we used before, okay? Okay, let's do it. Let's just open the length is portion. You can just type lens distortion, App Store or Google Play Store. And then you can just type open. Okay, So let's just type our last image. Yeah. And then This is the amazing part because we want to add the lighting effects on our image. Okay? You can just type here. There's premium feature and the basic feature of this app. You don't have to worry because I will just use the free feature. I can, I'll just use the free feature of this app. Okay, I'll just type this one. And then, wow, we can add the lighting effects on our image. My favorite is you. Please don't use the small one because this is not look natural for me. I will bring it up, bring it bigger to make to make like the lighting as more natural. And then I'll put here and then the next one, I will bring down the color from here. Yeah, this one, and then I'll bring down the opacity of the light. And then wow, Okay, Here, tab here. And then, yes, if you already finished, isn't it amazing? Okay. If you like the natural lighting in your image, you can just use the lens. Distortion is pretty easy. It's really powerful to make certain mood of your image. Okay? And then I'll just save using Here. Yeah. Okay. So if I use the premium feature, I can use the J pack max, but you don't have to worry because the jpeg eighty-five percent is also great. Okay? Yeah, just pipe Export Image. Okay. We are done. 29. Project 4 : Choose the Right Props !: Now we are shooting our last food for today. We will assume everyone's Fabric folks that asked pancake. Okay? In this case, we will use the same setting as the Burger saying, yeah, and then we will talk about the prompts. Okay. I'll expert explained to you how I plan the problem. Okay. It is seen I used a light gray. Would this lead lighter than there would be four when we shoot the hamburger? And then this is some of like popular mistake for food photographer. Somehow, when we went to shoot, we don't plan what kind of plate we want to use. One kind what kind of prompts we want to use that mostly like Asimo as the plate. If we don't plan to use the darker mood, then we will unconsciously maybe choose the white plate. If you use the white plate for the scene, maybe the widespread will be too bright. So we use the dark played for the thin. So the gold color will be very pop out. And then the pink color will also be very out. Then when for something in, the highlight also will vary palm out. So please be careful when, when you choose either prompts, what kind of color of your plate, what kind of color of your prompts. Okay. And then the second one, yes. Please be mindful when you want to choose the size of your plate, because the size of your plates will define how big your knees. So in shooting food photography, I suggest you have to invest smaller plates like this are smaller, so your product will look bigger. Okay. And then we had a consensus consistently. And then we are continuously use the dark Tom here. So it gives more texture in our frame, but doesn't overpower our scene, our overall theme. And then we use the grape props also. So it blends to the wood like this. And we use gray spot also. And then we also used the glass here. So the scene will be wary support our mean. Then. Maybe you can see I put the orange here. But you have to be mindful when putting the orange here because when you shoot from the front angle, yeah, When you should from the front angle. Make sure the orange doesn't meet the pancake here. So our pancake doesn't distract it. By this one. Yeah, you can see it's expired. It. So when you think you can be mindful of it because the color is slightly similar. Okay, in this scene we will add the movement element here. Yeah, we will have my friend with a fork here ready to if the passing cake, okay? And then I have another slide. We want to clearly are making your hand is more feasible. Yeah. We made sure that in this area will be more clear without any prompts. If there's someone hold the form, you're going to be very clear. And we can put the hand at the back so the image will be a little blurred. In this area. 30. Project 4 : Shoot in Motion !: Okay. Now, we are continued shooting with the motion. Okay. I have a tapes before you shoot the motion. You have to take the best version of the book without motion first because it will create motion like this. Yeah, we pour the symbols Europe in the pancake. And then maybe we can run the foot, ruin the styling and everything. So to make sure we got the best picture first, then we have to take the bank machine itself. And then after that, we will gambling, we have the warship. Hey, first, we can take this sand before pouring. And then if we already get the same new one in our camera, then we can continue pouring decimal 0, okay? And we can use continuous shooting for this one. My friends, we have the motion and you can see this big toes. 31. Project 4 : Set Your Camera !: Okay, My friends. Yeah, we have the motion and our setting in DSLR camera is the shadow speed. We still use the same 125. And then for the thing, you have to make sure that our point of interest in this one is the toppings. So I make sure that pumping will be very sharp. And then for this one, I use five for the aperture. Then, because this is quite dark, I use the 1 thousand ISO, but if you shouldn't try block, then you can use ISO one. Okay? Okay, here's the picture. 32. Project 4 : Edit It with Lightroom !: Welcome to the last picture. We will add it. Okay. Yeah. This one. Yeah, this one. We also take this picture from the phone that is under $100. Okay? Yeah, we will bring the quality image using the light room. And then this time, compared to the last time we use the all the free feature or the app. So we have to switch between the Light room Mobile and switch between switch, switch from. So from the last time we switch from the free feature of the Lightroom Mobile chewed a free feature of the Smartsheet. And then we will just use the premium feature of our light or mobile so we don't have to move to the snap settings. So why I tried to explain both of them because I sold. You have an option. If you want to use the free app first, you can try to use the method before. But if you want to purchase the premium, offer your Lightroom, you can you can just follow instruction. Okay. So we know that we have to start with the light first and then we will bring down the highlights. Down. We will increase the y. Yeah. And then for the shadow, I think I will bring down the shadows to make this food become more three-dimensional. And then I'll go to the curve and then I'll bring down the blue. And then I'll choose this one. And then I'll bring up the shadow and then bring down the highlights here from our curve. And then you can type done. So the next is we'll come with the pale, will bring up the sharpening. Yeah, it was still the same with the LA thing before. So then what else? I'll come to the effect, and then I'll use the PDF. And then I'll modify the moot point. I'll use predator maybe. Yep. Okay. So look at how far you can edit with light room. You can see before, after, okay. And then you can choose collective. This is how I ringed seal off my foot. And then I'll choose this one. Sorry, I issued the detail and then I'll bring up the sharpening. If I still had acquired we did sharpness. I'll just duplicate by happened here. The blue dot, and then choose the Duplicate radial gradients, okay? Yep. Yeah, so it increase. The sharpness will be double. And then if I want to bring down the collar outside here, I'll just use this one and then choose one. Okay, I'll bring it here. Okay, Then I'll choose this one. So I will invert. So it will, now it will effect all outright of all my pancakes. And then I'll choose the light. Oh sorry, I'll choose image. Okay, so wow, very fast. And then I think I'll bring down this color because I don't have the red or purple color in my food. Then I'll bring down this color to make sure that the image still focus on my pancakes. Okay, then I'll, I'll choose our tab here. And then I'll choose color, color, and then I'll just mix. So we can choose the purple and we'd reduce its saturation. Both of the purple. And then I'll choose the rent one also. Shoot and reduce. Okay. So yeah. Usually I made sure that my image focus on my fruits. Okay. Wow. Okay, Now, if we use the lens blur feature on the flaxseed in the Lightroom. You can also make your background blur. The feature is you can choose the selective here, okay? And then you can choose here. You can just the radial one. And then yeah. And then I'll just hop here too. I'm sure they select the outside of my plate. And then I'll reduce the detail. Can type here, pipe here, and then you can reduce the sharpness. There's no effect here. Okay. Let's do it again. Let's do it again. Yeah. Yeah, no, the image is more blurred in the background. Our pancakes. I want to make it more blurred. Yeah, I think this is amazing. And then let's compare before and after. This is before. This is after, isn't an amazing, Okay, Very nice. And then the next one done detailed cost reduction. Okay? So I think finish, Wow, this is amazing, right? Okay, now we will add more effects from land distortion again. Yeah, that's it. Okay guys, I have one more thing to tell you. If you focus on this area. If you think this is very unsatisfying picture because this is very highlight, you don't have to worry because we can just use the selective here and then we can choose the radio. And let's do it. Okay, we can just focus on this area. And then we'll choose the light will bring down the highlights and exposure. Okay, if you see that the picture is more gray, you can just choose the color and then you can bring up more yellow to make it more natural. Okay. Yes. We got it. 33. Project 4 : Edit It with Lens Distortions !: Okay guys, Welcome to the lens distortion app. Okay. Now we will ask very exciting like here. We can choose here the smile, and then I'll move it to the corner of our image. Okay? Then I reduce Fs. Okay. I'll reduce its brightness, okay? Okay, sorry. Maybe I'll type this one. I reduce the opacity. Yeah, to make it more natural. And then maybe I'll reduce its saturation orbitals so it not very yellow. Okay. Yup. Okay, tab here. We're done, okay, to export, type that here. And then jpegs, maths, Export Image, okay? Yes, we are done. 34. Closing: I have tips for you to practice, okay? When you have finished all the videos in this course, while practice, I suggest you can practice while watching it again. And then maybe you can set the lightning and then open the video yeah. By your phone. Using your phone and then you can compare your settling in our setting. Yeah, maybe there's something you can remind. Maybe it's about the problems, maybe it's about lighting position. Maybe it's about the camera setting. Yeah. And anything? Yeah. I suggest you can watch it while setting. And then, second. It's very reasonable when you practice. And then maybe you find out that, Oh, why am I picture is not that good? Why my picture is not that amazing? Yeah, you don't have to worry because anyway, you have to aware that you have changed. What is the differences in you before you watch this video and after you watch this video. Because now, after you've learned all the videos, you can have steps to improve your picture. It's very reasonable when the first time we shot the frame, yeah, maybe is not as good as it is, but you know how to improve it. Maybe if props, maybe it's from the lighting position, maybe it's from the angle, maybe is from the editing steps. So I suggest you watch it maybe twice, especially from the editing parts, Maybe you can edit and watch the video to make sure you do all the steps that we've recorded for you. Okay. It's very nice to meet all of you and thank you for watching this class and I will see you in the next course. Okay, bye-bye.
