1. -INTRODUCTION: I'm Rachel. I know you McCandless and unworkable. It rather, I'm a dreamer who drinks on making viral everybody, not just the subject. And for all the watercolor enthusiast am bringing up another beautiful glass. The glass in which I will be telling you about making beautiful orange, beautiful green. And tell you the secrets of thoughtful. Why the mushy brown while mixing blue and red and how we can get blueberry. So this will be a wonderful class for anyone who is struggling with color mixing. Who wants to know how to make the beautiful oranges, purples, and greens. So with this class, you will not only learn to make that beautiful colors, but also we'll be able to make your own color palette. Learn how to play with colors. And I know many of you as a big column mixing is a big Schroeder. And so it was from Best Buy. I am so excited for this class. And without any further ado, let's get into the class. And for you there. 2. - How to make beautiful orange: In this lab we are going to make some beautiful, beautiful oranges. So let's dive in into color mixing. I am taking my red, Indian red. And we played these four colors. And here I have three shades of yellow and you can grab whatever your favorite yellows are. So this is Indian yellow. This is yellow grown. And other half lemon yellow. This is a fun exercise and you get to know your favorite orange through it. Okay, so let's start and let's dive in far mixing orange. The one technique here is that always makes your yellow first and then go with light tint of red. Otherwise it will be too reddish and you'll not be able to get orange. So this is my favorite orange. So far. I totally love it. Let's make a little mix with a little more yellow in it and see what happens. Now let's mix a little more red in it and see what happens. We can always control your yellows and oranges, depending how much yellow and how much radio mics on it. If I mix too much red, then it will be reddish orange, and F, If I mix too much yellow, then it will be orangeish. But if I have more, a balance of both, I'll get something like this. But still NSA in this 70 percent to 60 percent is yellow and 40 percent insulate. Now let's experiment with the yellow chrome. Always wash your brush before diving into the next planner. So I'll be taking more of the yellow chrome. Now see, this is a lady or the orange. If you want to make any sense, Fette. I not go with this orange. I will prefer this warm, nice tone of orange. Let me mix more relevant and see what happens. Yellow gorilla or the color. So it will always meet up. Or the orange. If I make small yellow ocher in it. Then what happens? Either all the experiments which we have to do with our colors, to know alkalis Val, and find out of good, beautiful oranges. But the end of this exercise, you will find out your favorite knowledge. Now I'm taking my lemon yellow. The yellow is a very sensitive color. And the range of Rayleigh have taken now fetus. This is very lemony and cool. Orange. Still with mass M phase. I would like to go with this if I'm making some dresses or our d1 and go with this orange and lemon yellow. Hardly uses lemon yellow tinge. It maybe 30 more red and see what happens. The psyche, I used my florals, but I've not used this orange. Landscapes. And mouseY. See, we get the three oranges with three different yellows. The same way. You can have three different rates, like Indian red and the glimpse handrail and any other red which you get as a human, right? And then you can practice and you can experiment with the colors. Don't stop yourself with these three colors. Like the sky is the limit. And the more you practice, the more shaded, more fun you will have. Experiment this and let me know which is your favorite items. 3. - How to make beautiful greens: Now let's get ready to make some beautiful greens. And basically they are experimenting with three different yellows like lemon yellow, yellow ocher. And in any yellow and Lexie, what happened? And we make them a bit. But know that it's Coval. So I'm taking hair, cobalt blue. You take any blue and yellows and keep this experiment up. The whole purpose of this exercise is to get, to know how to get dream and what happened. Using different, different yellows with then Indian yellow, lemon yellow, and yellow ocher. And I left, it's ready for the magic. Little bit of cobalt blue. I visit a member, you have to take more yellow if you want a yellowish green, and more blue if you want a greenish. Here I have taken yellow ocher. Let me show you. If I dig more yellow ocher, then what will happen. You can easily make out the D don't. And if we take more blue, then what will happen? At t? You are able to choose your favorite green. So these are all the exercises with yellow ocher. Just MCA yellow here. Now will be taking Indian yellow. To keep a mark here. Again, I'd like to take for us to more yellow and then jump green in it. Now let's see. This is a beautiful fabric, green, yellowish green, which I totally love. If I make more. And you can see what happened. This is not a way favorite green of mine. Maybe you like it. And if I make more yellow in it, then I get a little dark on this also I like so to me, these two colors with the Indian yellow and cobalt blue. I'm liking it. So I am basically I like more of a yellow and less of blue. And that's the best greens which you get. Now let's stick. I thought yellow is give beautiful, beautiful greens and the vertebrae. My, one of my favorite yellow to make, green, lemon yellow. So I'll be taking more of the lemon yellow and just hint of cobalt blue. Medieval like a mall. And assay. If you like olive green, kind of a green, then you'll go with this. Like my, mostly in my paintings, I mostly like to give all the shade. So I mostly prefer to make olive green. But if you want to go for a sunny paintings, and I'm Robbie being authentic and always this lemon yellow with cobalt blue. So this last exercise, let me think more. Blue with the yellow is to show you all these colors bit more blue and lemon, yellow. There are not many popular green. Although the lattice you have free to use any, any green. But to me, with all the greens, with more yellow and less blue appeals me more. And I'm more inclined towards stop. Olive shades of green. But this lemon, yellow and blue is also a very, very nice combination and a beautiful green. So you can choose your favorite grief. You can play with them. And you can experiment with different shades of blue, ultramarine blue, and deep blue, ocean blue and turquoise blue with these three shades of blue, yellow. And make your shot chat and summative assignments and have fun. 4. -How to make beautiful voilet (part 1): In this class will be lying to mix, taught secondary shape, that is poeple. For that, I'll be taking three blues, ultramarine blue. You will get in most, most of the kids that you buy. And this is one of my favorite blue for my landscapes. Cobalt blue. A3 we lose. You can take, and I'm taking here push in blue, these three blues. And first I'll be taking my Indian red and this for making purple. And show you with Indian red and the combinations with crimson red is where, because stairs where the secret of poeple via Popper comes in many different varieties. And you can, like any poeple. You can lie, but I like the blueberry poeple the most. And with making this, you might get some grave as well. It was blue and orange are complimentary Fellows. And the red has maximum amount of orange. So far as I am taking my Indian red with ultramarine blue. And see what happens. This is more of red dish brownish. The VR about to get a complimentary color brown. And if I mix more of the blue, you can see I'm getting grayish kind of a thing. More blue. It will make it more green. So you seen via know we're getting poeple, a fieldwork with ultramarine blue and Indian red. And let's see what happened when we mix cobalt blue. Let's see if we get the poeple have is still get the complementary colors. Blue and just a hint of red. So this is what happens with most of you when you mix your blue and red and you get brown. But this is a beautiful brown. If I take more of red. Let's see what happens. Again, I'm getting a beautiful predominant mode of blue. A totally different. So the more you experiment with these things, the more you will get it. The different shave and how their farms. So you can easily see that this is the dish color and a little hint of blue. And the last one, I'm taking my brush in blue. Let's see what happens. So I'm taking more of ocean blue and red. Let's see. So this motor not the purple and almost agree. If I take more of it. And again I'm getting brown. The defect pediment. You know how to get beautiful, beautiful grounds. If I take a little more of my blue, again, I'm beautiful grayish data sheet. So I think these two colors, though, I'll draw it in blue. More blue and less red colors are standard foil a little bit in the purple category, but not do our favorite purples. So nests dive in into I by two and see how to make beautiful purples. In this exercise, we have explored different beautiful brown and green, because blue and orange is a complimentary color and red have a lot of orange. So now why did a solution of it? Now, let me show you that in the part two. 5. -How to make beautiful Voilet (part 2): So the magic of creating beautiful purples live and this beautiful color. And that is crimson, red, magenta, or you can say windrows. So let me now do the same experiment with the three blues. That is ultramarine blue, cobalt blue. And in the end I will tell you why we didn't get that Indian red and the desired color. I hope you I can give, but keep guessing whether dying. And it's beautiful, beautiful, magenta. And you can see windrows, favorite color with four florals. Now let's take value first. And I'm adding it. Now see only the first experiment we are getting our purples. Okay, let me add more purple. And the end of cobalt blue. This is another beautiful purple. And we get the extremely beautiful, vibrant bogus. With this deep guessing, what's the secret? More Coval, blue and live. See. Leave all three colors we get from our beautiful compiled view. Okay. Now let's take our next. Let's take an x blue, that is Bush in blue. Okay. So I'm digging potion blue. And a little bit of C. Dudley defend beautiful purple. For your flows is ready. If I take more magenta or queen rose, then this. And then if I dig more Persian blue, the meditative duty or in my while its width portion view. And now comes the third, my favorite. I draw it in blue. I don't do love the combination of Andromeda in blue and windrows. Okay, Let's see what happened. I'm still looking for my favorite purples and I like this middle one. Whatever to you. This is the latest one. More blue and less Queen Rose. Now I make small Queen Rose. I'm agenda, whatever you have. And I get if so beautiful. And if I add monitored in blue. And when rose approximately 50, 50. And again, my favorite blueberries, pulpal, good for my oil Flores. Again, you see this where changing when I read, I get a whole different boil it and poke holes. And using this red, I did a very different, different shapes. So this is all an experiment which we have to do and find a favorite combination unchecked, very important stage, which are best, miss. Odd, ignore, but believe me, don't ignore the stage. Let me tell you why this glimpse and read walks and why this Indian red doesn't work, because this Indian red has a lot of orange in it. And this glimpse 100 is actually a pure red. It has low mixture of orange or yellow in it. And quickly show you a magic. If I'm makes my win rate like this, and my yellow. Let me show you what we get. C, I get a red color. Indian red color. So that means that Indian red color is not our primary color. As of now. It has changed. And since we get this Indian red color by mixing crimson, red, and yellow. So that's why the new scheme, which most of the people uses CMYK, which has N magenta as a primary fellow. Not that it. So that's the theory behind. But the crux of this exercise is that if you want beautiful Popper's, then go with the content, read and read. And either crimson, imagine that shade, not the Indian red and you will get your pupils beautiful code.
