These are beautiful! I especially love the first and third, but they are all great.

Deborah, the layers feel raw and alive, like you really let the paint do its thing. I love how textured it turned out.

I love how thoughtfully you approached this, and you can really see the experimentation paying off across all the pieces. The color shifts are gorgeous, especially that bold purple with the rusty orange, and then the fresh blue and yellow one feels so alive and layered. Your mark-making is such a great mix too, those scribbly lines, dotted textures, and splatters give everything movement without feeling busy. And I’m extra happy you tried different papers and actually used what you learned to plan future projects, that’s exactly how you build your own creative toolkit. Thank you for being so open to stepping out of your comfort zone, it totally shows 😊

Not only did i try different paint colors, brushes and marks, I used different papers to see which ones I liked the best.  I used my findings to reorder for future projects.  I always enjoy these classes. They "make" me get out of my comfort zone and try new things.  Thank you!!!
