Ultimate Adobe Illustrator Training: From Beginner to Pro

1. Part 1. Introduction: Hi, my name is OPEX Zillow mode, a graphic designer. And together me and you are going to link everything you need to know to get started with Adobe Illustrator. Now in this course is for beginners. There is no need to have any previous knowledge in Adobe Illustrator design of a server. We are going to start right at the beginning and work our way through step-by-step growing this course, we are going to go through a vertical real world examples and project together, learning tips and tricks to make each of those projects have been. We will start with exploring the interface of Adobe Illustrator, learning the basic tools to complete the project that we are going to end at D, you will learn how to complete a promotional flyer design, a corporate flier as well. We will walk through how to design your own business card letterhead. You will learn how to design a certificate. Also, I'll show you how to design identity card, a bush, a pull-up, Stan, using Adobe Illustrator, easily show you how to design a wedding, invite, a flyer or poster design, logo design, and many more. We will spend some time with creating a 3D effects. Share with you how to go about a product design, as well as creating exciting mockup design from scratch. I will show you how to design a desk lambda m, pleasing it in a mock-up to showcase how the final printouts will look like using Adobe Photoshop. At the end of the course, you will know how to present your final design client. Last but not least, we'll make sure that you can see when a spot your print and web document like professional. Also throughout the course there is going to be an S size that you are going to undertake. And the exercise is to redesign the same flyer or poster that we are going to do. You get the idea right? So you can practice the tips, tricks and techniques you're learning as we move to the course. If you've never opened a large beta or you've struggled with it. Follow me and I'll show you the best way to meet awesome designs in Adobe Illustrator. 2. Part 2. Illustrator Essentials: All right, It is paying to get started. So just click on your space bar. Clicking goods, move around your document. These are the things that you need to get yourself familiar with. Alright, next, let's look at how to open a new document in Illustrator. So to open a new document in Illustrator, go to File. Click on that, and you are going to have an option. And also we have the web tab. The webshop will give you an option to design something for maybe laptop screen. You can see we have the web light, have the web, so we can choose this. And you design on the most widely used W, the print. The print will give you the option of a US let the A4, A3. And then you can also toggle with the adds an illustration. So you can choose from any of these presets that we have for you. Maybe during the course. These are the small thing that you need to get started with this code. So if you don't have that alignment panel go to Window. And at the top you might see alignment panel. So you see it's checked because I have it here. Then you click on this and it's going to align center for you. And with the alignment to we can also change the option from this one too is aligned to selection. When I select align to art board and I click on Align Center, you see that it moves this one from today center of the artboard because the alignment is always on the board, but when a choose the selection and it is here and I want to align this one to the same, select both of them. When I click on that, you'll see it aligned to the center for me, when I choose the art board, click on antenatal, come to the middle. And this one also goes to the middle. How to Design a Promotional Flyer: Hi guys. I welcome everyone to this course. Today, we are going to create this nice permission or fly off of social media in Adobe Illustrator. We'd offered I do. And you know that Open Sans comes with plaintiff font weight. These are the weights of the fonts. So I selected each suit. The first one was the lights. So select the light, then you make a sample of the lighthouse, it looks like. Then you go to the next one is light italic, the same pin to show them the font that you use. Would I be can apply these fonts in the works and therefore we can make a copy of the logo, make it very large, and then position it somewhere here. Right-click on it and visually you have sent it to the back. Select one of these gray color. Also, you can reduce the opacity to maybe 50 per cent so that it doesn't look disturbing at the back. Control D to repeat this one several times. Lets all of them control G to group. And then I'll move this one also here, control D to do this several times. This is how the pattern is going to look like. If you use this one as a pattern for them to let me make a copy, draw a shape around it, right-click and send this one back. And I would like to copy this color. With the shift, select the goods object's lock the selection. Then I'm going to change the color of this one to whites. They're really help off the rectangle tool, make a line, make sure I have a color selected. Make this one very tiny, and drag this one in, please. How quickly are these informations? And boom, we also have the foreign side of the business card ready x2. I can select all of these control G to group, then group this one also as well. From here I can click this one. From here. Let me select all of them. Make it very small. Click and drag it over here. Make it very, very small. Let's apply this. And then I'll increase the background I want to use over here. Alright, so our light apply a shadow today, so good effects. And then apply shadow, drop shadow. Let's increase the S offsets to maybe 20. Why upsets? Maybe 15. We can blend this one that's ten pesos. Click on. Select this one good effects and apply the drop shadow as well. Click on our key. We can see there we have it.
