About This Class

Sometimes we sense that a change is needed in our lives, but we're unsure where to start. In some cases, we may not even know exactly what needs to change.
Keeping a daily gratitude journal can encourage small, subtle shifts in perspective by helping us focus on what is working well, rather than what isn't.
Over time, this practice can bring greater clarity, spark new insights, and reveal directions we may wish to explore, supporting positive and realistic steps forward.
In this short and engaging 6-minute class, I’ll share some simple tips to help you get started. All you’ll need is a notebook, a pen or pencil, a quiet space, and just 13 minutes set aside from your busy day.
An added bonus is that positive changes within ourselves can create a ripple effect that ultimately benefits the wider community, and this class is ideal for anyone looking to invite more positive change into their life.

A Little bit about me....
I am an artist, designer and holistic health educator based in the beautiful Scottish Highlands and it's a joy to share my skills and ideas with you.

When we allow ourselves time to play it can have a profound effect on our senses, bringing joy and an immense level of wellbeing, both emotiona... See full profile
Hands-on Class Project

The class project is to start a simple daily gratitude practice by writing down a few things you are grateful for in a small notebook. The aim is to keep the process easy, enjoyable, and uncomplicated, allowing confidence, positivity, and awareness to grow naturally over time.
You can use any notebook you already have or purchase one that appeals to you. If you'd like to create something more personal, you can also make your own gratitude journal by following the simple notebook-making lessons in the following class:
