1. Welcome To The Class: Hello and welcome
to how to assert a successful online business
side hustle message care. In addition, you might
be curious as to what these are and who am I to
teach you how to do this? Well, no worries at all. Let's start with what these are. Message cards are a gift that people give to
others in their lives. They consist of a box, a gift box, a necklace, and a message card under it. The message current part
is the thing that we can create ourselves to suit whoever we are
targeting for the gift. For example, let's
say it's Valentines. And you want to sell a gift that a husband can give to his wife. While a message card would
suit those perfectly, the gift box necklace
and message on the card is just a
perfect combination. I could say something like
to my wife, You are amazing. I love you so much. Thank you for choosing
me. I love you. Happy Valentines is a love your husband or maybe mothers
stays coming up. You can create a
message card and sell it to people who wanted
to give it to their mom. Here's an example of one. I'll put it up on the screen. It says, Happy Mother's Day. Right from the start you were
the one who nurtured me, prayed over me,
worried about me, guide immune, supporting
me and every pursuit. Thank you for being there every day with just
the love I needed. I love you. Pretty cool. It is, but you might be
thinking how the heck am I going to make those and
sell them as a side hustle? I don't know what
I'm doing at all. Well, first of all, you
don't need to make them. We'll be using a print
on demand company to make and sell lease. That means you do not need
any inventory upfront. You do not need to create your own sales page or
collect payments or a print or ship or send no tracking numbers for
this, nothing like that. We'll be using a print on demand company to handle
all the heavy lifting, including most importantly,
customer service, which is not fun online. That's what I'll be teaching
you in this course. If you're confused, don't be. I've trained well

2. Class Project: The class project,
the goal is to get you selling message cards
as your side hustle. So we need a class
project for this. I don't like to focus on
things that I cannot control. I prefer to focus on the
things that I can control. I can control the
actions that I take. I cannot control how many people actually buy my message guard. That's why this class
project is going to be based 100% on taking action. And the action is
taking a screenshot of the first message card
eukaryote and post it here. There's a couple of things I want you to keep
in mind though. Number one, don't worry
about how great it is. Number two, do not expect
perfection on your first one, or even your first couple. Number three, do not overthink
your first message card. The key to it all is taking
action on what you're going to learn and showing your work
to the rest of the class. That way you're doing
something great which is gaining
momentum in your side, hustle sales will come later, but it's funny because whenever
I show a huge screenshot, I always have someone comments. Oh, he just got lucky. Maybe I did get lucky, but the thing about luck is
you can make your own luck. I've learned over
the past decade plus working for myself
online full-time, that the more action I
take, the luckier I get. The key to all of this is
creating your own luck, taking massive
action and posting your first card is the best way to prove that
you're taking action. So go through the course and at the end I
want you to post a screenshot of your first
message card deal, right on. Let's get into it.
3. Why Message Cards Are A Great Side Hustle: So why did I choose this to teach you this particular
product as your side hustle? Well, there are several reasons. First off, number one, people love giving gifts to other people for any occasion. Think of it like birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas gifts, Valentine's Day gifts, or even just because
I love you gifts. That's reason enough. But number two, it can
be an emotional gifts, so it can create a
tear inducing message, put it on a message current given to someone who's special. It's just a perfect way to
say thank you to someone. It's a perfect way
to show someone that they're appreciated
and works very well. The third thing is, it
can be a funny gift. I used to do strictly
emotional ones. Now I've expanded the
funny ones as well. They work really good. So don't be afraid to use funny quotes or sayings as well. The fourth thing is
they pay out nicely. Some can have a $61
profit per sale. That's crazy good. One sale
can put $61 in your pocket. How about 1050? How about a 100? There is tons and
tons and tons of potential to make
this side hustle to work very well for you. Now, number five is, you can market these
in multiple ways. You can use free methods. Free marketing is really good. A lot of people love to start there because it
doesn't cost anything. The second thing is
social media accounts worked very well for this. You can also use paid marketing, which is things
like facebook ads, Youtube, tiktok ads and more. I've sold over seven
figures so far. And I know a good
product when I see it. So these message
currents are awesome and they can provide you with a
solid side hustle income. That's why I like him
so much and that's why I wanted to teach
them to you too.
4. Do You Have To Enjoy Your Side Hustle: Alright, do you have to
enjoy your side hustle? 100%? Yes, you do. If you don't enjoy it,
then why are you doing it? If you wake up every day and
dread their side hustle, then you're not going
to do it at all. The end goal is
always money from a side hustle if there's
0 dispute about that. However, enjoying, enjoying the journey has
to happen to in life. You have destinations
and you have the journey that I got
you to that destination. Most of us focused so
much on the destination that we forget to stop and
smell the roses along the way. As I get older, I started to realize the destination is
not the best part. The journey is where
the fun happens. So I love coming up with
an idea in my head, putting together all the pieces
and then someone buying. And for me it's very rewarding,
not just financially. I love that feeling
because I know the person receiving my message
card is going to be one happy camper. I helped three people
in my journey. I hope the person buying it, I helped the person getting it. And I helped myself with
this awesome type SL2. We are humans and we need
to enjoy what we do. We're never going to keep add something if we do not enjoy it. So yes, 100%, you have
to enjoy doing this. Look at all the people
in your message cards are helping, including you. Enjoy the journey. Don't focus on the destination. That's the key to it all. You have to enjoy it. See

5. How To Make Time In Our Busy Lives To Do This: So how to make time in our
busy lives to do this? That means a good question. I know we're all busy. Some people work nine
to five in a job. Maybe they like it
and maybe they don't. But when they get
home from work, the last thing they want
to do is more work. Well, let's reframe
that thought of work. There's working for
someone else and then there's working for yourself
and your side hustle. One of those things is
100 times more rewarding. Working on your side, hustle produces more benefits to you. That's why you're
going to do it. I know time is valuable. There's a finite number
of hours and every day we need to really focus when we are
working on this side, hustle to get the most
of the time we have. What I love to do is
implement my one-hour rule. I use this in my daily life too. If there's anything I
think I can't fit into my day or maybe just
don't feel like doing. I'll use this technique
to get through it. I set the timer on my
phone for one hour, then I start my work. And when that timer goes off, I'm done. I have an option. Now if I'm really in the
flow, I'll keep going. If I'm slugging through it, not really feeling
it, then I'm done. I use this one, our rule
for a lot of things, even outside working
on my business. I use it for working
out to doing chores, to doing tasks that I really
don't want to do at all. For example, I had to clean
out the garage recently. It was a mess. It was a collection of junk that had piled up over
the past six months. It needed a cleaning badly. When I went out there to work, I had no idea where to start, nor did I want to
even start tackling the huge stone because I
felt massively overwhelmed. So what I did want to set
my timer for one hour. Just started. I knew that I
wasn't going to get the whole thing
done in that hour. It took five hours to
clean my clean microns, but it was broken down into one-hour segments over
a two-week period. So I'm a busy guy and I tackled that monster
job one hour at a time. I highly suggest you do
the same in your cytosol. It works. Give it a try. If you're struggling
to find time. One hour, set your
timer and go for it.
6. How To Get Motivated: How did I motivated? This is a tough thing sometimes to do. You might be exhausted
from working a day job or the kids or
the family or whatever. It may be, relationships
draining whatever, or maybe you're just
tired all the time. You need something to
keep you motivated. I know what I use all the time and that is I
figured out my y. You need to figure out why
you wanted to do this. It could be any number of
reasons including number one, you want to quit your day job. That's a very good reason to do a side hustle and that should
keep you very motivated. Number two, you want to spend
more time with your family. I've got five kids and I want to spend
more time with them. I've got away. If I wanted to spend
more time with her, my business gives me that freedom to spend
more time with them. That keeps me going on the bad days when
nothing is going right. Number three, you want to spend more time with your friends, maybe younger,
maybe you're older, and you just want to spend
more time with your friends. This will allow you to do it. It will allow you to take time
and maybe go work out with them or go to a movie or
go do whatever you want. The fourth thing is you
want to be self-employed. This was my motivation
when I started my business as a side
hustle as the 95 employee, I wanted to be self-employed. I didn't want to work
for anybody anymore. That was key. The fifth reason is maybe
you want to work from home. So I'm at home right now. This is my office
right here. I love it. I've got a huge window.
I can see the road. I'm right in the
front of my house. I've always been here for
the past 15 plus years. This has been my office. All these people who
are working at home recently that they
work remote work. That's been me forever. When everybody started
coming home and working, I was like, What
are you guys doing? Like Get out of my office, my office in my house so
I literally can go from my bed to my chair in under
a minute if I wanted. So working from
home his awesome, it's a great reason
to do your cytosol. So I think all you need
to do is pick one, pick to pick three,
make it your why. Your y will get you through the bad days because
maybe you're upset because you work eight or 12 hour shifts and never seem to have
a social life. Maybe you have kids
and you want to see them and spend
quality time with them instead of sitting in traffic
on your way home from work, maybe you've always just felt
you're not employee or an entrepreneur who wants to
do their own business. But it was never
sure what exactly that entails or how to do it. You need to figure out
what is driving you and keep that top of
mind every single day. For me. I love
working from home. I loved being self-employed. I love driving my kids
to school every morning. I love picking them up
from school every day. I loved the freedom that
my business gives me. If I don't feel like
working, I can go work out. I can go watch a
movie or I came binge on Netflix or do
whatever I want. I don't have a boss
bringing down my neck. I am the boss. I have a ton of freedom
and my motivation is to keep my freedom because I
love it so much for you. Try to figure out why
you're doing this. What you're doing is
four and then keep that front and center when
the going gets tough, That's how to get motivated. And I hope this
helps you as well.
7. How To Be Consistent: So how can you be consistent
with your side hustle? There's two main ways that
you can be consistent. Number one is really,
really good away, make it public for
accountability. Public doesn't mean
like buying ads on TV show or it could be like posting on social media like Facebook or answering
them or whatever. Story time Fourier
back a few years ago, I lost 100 pounds in 106 days. Now, I had a lot of
motivation for that. And I've gained most sway
back because I'm a dummy. That's not the point. The point is, I used public
accountability and to do it to drive me to keep going because I would post every week. In my case, I use my
Facebook account because I'm a little old people do
write postfix of me. I take a front shot, shot, shot, and then a
picture of the scale. And I posted that on my
Facebook account every week. And I didn't do it to say, Look at me, I'm losing
all his weight on it. Looks so great. Blob. I didn't do it for that. I did it for my own accountability
so that I would keep going so that during
the day I'm here alone. I'm really have freedom. I can eat whatever I want. If I want to go in there
and grab a bag of chips and eat it in the kitchen,
I could do it. So it's hard when you're not
accountable to anybody to really keep going like your why and getting
motivated is key. But man, the public
accountability really just pushed me over
the edge and made me do it. So the overwhelming amount of support I got kept me going. What I wanted to desperately bag of chips, That's
my kryptonite. I thought of the
people who support me. I thought the next
picture I have to take, and I thought over the
next post I had to make and the
accountability that I had, and the people saying those
wonderfully nice things, I felt accountable to them. If you have a goal
and make them public, let people follow your journey. You'll be shocked at how well
this works to keep going. Don't worry about haters. Are people being jerks. There, they exist,
are going to happen. The amount of positive
people out there far outnumber the negative
people by a long shot. So do have a, a 100%. Number two. The second thing is focus
on weekly goals, not daily. I used to focus on daily goals. So I'd say I have to create
five message cards per day. I have to create five
ad campaigns per day. It was not sustainable. I work in spurts, so somebody's I'm
super productive. Other days are a
complete write-off. Fortunately, my productive
days are always horror, like they always more than
make up for my non-productive. So now I focus on weekly
goals because I know I've got seven days to do it and that gives me a lot of flexibility. Weekly goals are
displaying better. You want to use them
in your side hustle. We're human. We don't always, we can't
always do the exact thing. We're not robots. Give us a week to do
something you don't get done, give us a day and make us do it every day, it's gonna
be a little bit harder. That's my two main
ways to be consistent. I know there's more
ways out there, but these two are the ones that I use in my life all the time. I hope they work for you too.
8. The Ultimate Angle To Use: What is the ultimate
angle to use? It's simple and effective. Instead of trying to sell a message current to
someone directly, you offer it as a gift for someone to purchase and
give to someone else. The gift angle is something
that I came up with years ago and it's been the
best movie I've ever made. If you tried to sell a
product to someone directly, it's possible, but it's harder than positioning
that product as a gift. The reason being people love, love, love giving gifts. They do for all
kinds of occasions. Christmas gifts, Valentine's
Day, Mother's Day. Father's Day gives birth. They gives anniversary gifts just because it gives
any reason at all. New mom gifts. New dad gifts. Now take one step
further and niche down. Don't do generic gifts, be specific and make them to one person from another person. Here's a couple of
examples of that. To my wife, love your husband, to my husband loves your wife. My daughter loved
dad to my daughter, loved mom to my son, loved that to my son, loved mom to my mum. Love your son, to my mum. Love your daughter,
to my girlfriend, love your boyfriend to my boyfriend, love
your girlfriend. There's probably like 50
more, but you can use, when you tie it all together, you get the perfect angle to
use for your message guards. The gift angle is the most powerful way
to get sales barn, and I hope it works
as well for you as it does for me and my
business every single day.
9. How To Research Message Cards Online: So how to research
message cards online? The good part is these already exists when
people are already selling them using
the gift angle online all over the place. I'm one of those people because
I practice what I preach. So you can research these and find lots of
ideas for inspiration, which I'll teach you in
this video right now. There's a million different
places online that I can go to to find message cards
and YouTube. You can do so. Let's list them off. Number one is the king of all
search engines. Google.com, google the
niche and the necklace. You'll get a ton of results. For example, go to Google and type in
to my wife necklace. Now warning it is a
rabbit hole and you're going to find so many
different results. You're gonna find a
lot of message guards. You're going to find some
straight up necklaces to which I do so as well. But look for the message
gardens, they're in there. You can just click on images
as well on your computer. And you'll see only
the images of them. They need to start diving in and looking at Udot and school. What's that one and say, I like this one. Oh,
that's a good idea. I like that quote or
that design looks neat. I like that. Maybe I'll
do something like that. Google is your friend, your best friend when
it comes to this, the second place is Etsy. Etsy.com. Go to Etsy
and search for these. They're on there. There's tons of Etsy shops
selling these right now. You'll get a ton of
examples that you can easily make as well. Just from Etsy, I love it. I
use that to me all the time. And the really cool
part about Etsy is you can see the best-sellers. So if something is listed
here, It's a little, I think it's a red,
whereas the green, the writing says bestseller rate below the listing on Etsy. You know right away
that it's a good one. Anyway, Amazon.com, same idea. People are selling
these there to go. Make some notes of any
that tickles your fancy. The fourth one is Walmart. Go to Walmart.com, not
don't go to Walmart. Go to Walmart.com. Led through the greeting cards. There's tons and
tons and tons of ideas there because we're
using a greeting card format. Walmart only stops
things that cell and they have buyers
that are in charge of only stocking
things themselves. Use that to your advantage. Reword a greeting card from their works
really, really well. The fifth one is greeting
card company websites. Go to hallmark.com, go to whatever greeting card
your favorite one is. Search for to my blank. And you'll see a whole bunch of different options to my
husband and my wife, to my daughter, to
my son, whatever. Maybe you'll see a tons and tons and tons
of emotional cards. You'll also see a lot
of funny and cards. Make notes, reword them. I'll drink, go. It's really that easy.
That's five places. But you can go to Research. She's message cards. You'll probably find even more and when you start
Googling them, because once you go down that
rabbit hole it gets crazy. Use those for inspiration
and create your own version. I hope that helps. I know it well.
10. Creating A Design: Alright, so you have some ideas. Now it's time to create
that image file. You have two basic options down a number one,
create it yourself. Even if you're not super
artistic, it doesn't matter. There are programs that
you can use like Canva, which has a free version
and it is awesome. It's quickly becoming
my favorite way to make a message card. There's also photoshop
layer you can use now they cost
like $10 a month, but I've been using
that for over a decade. Now there is also a free version of Photoshop called photo P. Basically then
copying Photoshop, It's Photo and then the word PI. You can use that or any other design
software that you prefer is going to
work to make these. It's basically just
a square image file. It is one hundred, ten
hundred by 1000 pixels. They do not have
to be super fancy. Sometimes simple cells best actually correct
that all the time. Sickle-cell is better
so it can be text, it can be a couple of ornamental features
are some flowers. Let's say that's all you need. You can put a background
on there if you want, but you don't have to. Now if you want to
get a little bit more advanced, spend some money. The second way is
to outsource it. So my favorite place
to go as fiber, which is 500k ARR.
That's your best friend. They have designers on there that I want to make
these designs. The designers know
the dimensions. You can literally go there
right now and type in message card designs and you'll get a bunch of
results from designers. So this business, there's
product is not new. It's just, I've been
doing it for so long and I want to
show you how to do it. So when you find one, you tell them what
you wanted to say. Tell them any design
types that you like. So in your research
you found some, say, I like this style and take a screenshot and send it to the designer, they'll make it. You can do a revision
typically as well. If you don't like it. I mean, their prose, they're not gonna be offended. And this will make a really
great looking design. I do both of these
options personally, sometimes I'm in a design
mood, so I'll fire it up. Canva and WIP went out. Other times. I
don't feel like it. I'll hire a designer for a
small fee to do one for me. The bottom line is if you're not a designer and have 0 interest
in doing your design, you can ensure outsourced. I hope that helps you get
in your designs created. I know it well. We'll

11. Creating The Sales Page: Okay, so he found an
idea in your research, you've got a sweet design
ready and now what? Well, now you upload that
design to the print on demand company and
they will create the sales page
from that for you. The sales page is where you send people to buy your message card. I've got two companies that
I like to use for this. First one is gear bubble.com. I've sold the most here. It's run by a friend of mine. I've sold over seven
figures so far with them. They're solid, they are trusted. Their sales page
converts very well, so you don't need to know how to create a website
or anything at all. I trust them explicitly. I highly recommend them
for your message currents. They also have really cool
ones that you can sell. And I know previously
I mentioned those $61 profit per sale
that comes from this police. It's awesome. It's really good, really easy to use. I can do it in my
sleep now, but I mean, the first time you go through
it might be a little bit difficult, but gear bubbles. Number one, my second
option is shine on.com. Literally SHI ONE ON.com
is another option. They do much the same
as viewer a bubble. They have some
very cool options, some high-quality stuff. I don't really like the
sales page quite as much. I never have. Mainly because they
have some reviews of other products on there
then I don't want on there, I want my description up higher. But anyway, they
do still convert very well in grumpy anyway. They're also always working on their conversion rate
optimization, which I love. They offer something that gear bubble and doesn't as well, which is a luxury
box with a very, very cool LED light on it. I actually have two sitting
here on my desk right now. They're based in the US and they should have
very fast actually, let me grab one right here. If this was the right one, no one was empty. This one. Here's one LED super cool chain. Then this is actually
one that I printed. The one under. I don't
know where it went. Oh, there it is. But that's it. A solid plastic box with an LED somebody opens at least see the chain, we see the message. There's one says
to my boyfriend, So I heard that
the kids can burn 6.4 calories per minute. You want to work on money. There's an example of one. Anyway. They're very cool, make a great gift and
they should verify. That means happy customers. Happy customers will
come back and buy more. Which one would I go with? I like to split tests, so I'll post on both companies and I'll see
you which one converts best? They're both solid companies. You won't go wrong
with either one. I hope that helps you choose where to create your sales page, whether it's geared
bubble or shine on.
12. How To Market Your Message Card For Free: How to market your message
card for free in all my years, selling products online and it seems like people flocked to free traffic way more
than anything else. The thought of getting
sales for free as alternate attractive because any profits
go right into your pocket. There's no worry about paying
for ads or anything else. So here's five ways that you
can market these for free. Number one, you can post
them on your Facebook page. Now, if you're younger and you don't have a Facebook account, just go down when it's free. There's a lot of old people
on there and they buy stuff so you can create
a page for free. You can post whatever you want on it within Facebook's rules, of course, and it
works very, very well. The second option is
post on Facebook groups. It could be your own or you could go to other
people's groups and post it. Now, when you go to Facebook and search for groups and your
niche posts a product, if anyone who
responds to send them a private message with
a link to buy it. Some groups, so do not
appreciate this method. But there are tons
of groups out there. You might get banned from a few. Who cares? Just rinse and repeat. I
mean, that's the group way. The third way. Suppose on Instagram. So create an Instagram account, post them on there,
make sure you follow others in your niche,
traffic will come. The fourth way is to
post on Pinterest. You can create a
Pinterest account, posts pins to your own
board of your products. This is a great way
because there's so many people that
are using Pinterest. And if they see a product from you that they like,
they're going to buy. The fifth way is supposed
on Twitter, again, created Twitter account or use your own, post
them on there. People will buy
if they liked it. That's the whole I mean, they're not going to
find it if they don't. Those five ways can get you a lot of free traffic
to your product. That means no money
needed for marketing. That's the great part. The bad part is it can take
awhile to get traffic going. So think of this as the
slow and steady method. I hope that helps get
you some free sales of your message cards.
13. How To Market Your Message Card With Ads: Alright, so how to market
your message cards with ads? In the previous video, we
talked about free traffic. Now let's shift gears
and talk about ads. This is my favorite
place to be because it moves a lot faster
versus a free traffic. But the downside is it
costs money to do this. Ads are not free. So if you make $61
per sale of an item, you want to make sure
that you're spending less than $61 together to get one sale, then
you're making money. $61 in that, in that case,
is your break-even point. Otherwise, your ads will be
suck in your bunch of dry. And that is not the
point of his site hub. So business now that said, here's my three favorite places you can run paid ions
for your business. Number one is Facebook ads. This is in no particular order. By the way, you can
run ads on Facebook. It's gotten a little bit
more complicated recently, but it does work very well. You need to create
a page and then the ads are run through
your page on Facebook. Pages are free to
create all you need really as an image and
description and a link. So go to business stuff, facebook.com, setup
your ad account. There are a lot of
different methods to use. Some work better than others. The basic gist is you
can pick the target. You can set your daily budget. You run the ads if they're
profitable, awesome. If not, you need to adjust them. That's what Facebook
has their own boat constantly tinkering,
constantly adjusting. But if you work there just when they're not
super simple anyway, number two is YouTube ads. These are similar
to Facebook ads, except now you have
to have a video. There's a lot of free
video tools out there. You can just do a simple
Google search and you'll find video editors for free. You also need a YouTube channel. Those are free to create two. Once you have your
ad and channel, open up an account, go to google.com slash ads. That's where you want to go. Even Google discount codes for Google or free money for Google, and you'll get little coupons for freons if you
have a new account. Now, once you do that, these can be tricky, but you set up who
you want to target. You run the ads. If they're profitable, you
keep on going if you adjust. The third one is Tiktok ads. Now Tiktok, these
are fairly new. They're currently way cheaper to run versus the other two. You need an ad in portrait
format, so that's vertically. And the key to it all
There's kinda make TikToks, not ads, is the best
advice I can give. If you don't have the app
for Tiktok, go get it. It's not just kids
dancing around anymore. It's actually very
entertaining to watch. I get a lot of renovation
videos and a lot of comedians and funny
stuff on there. When I go on there. With that, you would
target who you want again. And then you run the ad. If it's profitable,
keep it going. If not, pause it and adjust, always be looking at your data. There are a few more
sources for ads, but those are my top
three that will give you. I do suggest picking
one at a time, master it, then add in another. Just remember the golden rule. You'd have to spend less than you're making to keep it going. I hope that helps go ahead and run to manage your
message cards now.
14. How To Scale Your Side Hustle: So at this point,
you might have found a niche or product
that's working well. So now you want to get
more sales. Wouldn't. That's awesome. Congrats. And it's a place
we all want to be. Scaling means getting
more sales and hopefully putting more
money into your pocket. There's three main,
main ways to scale. Remember one is run more ads. If you're running ads, run more. If you're not running ads yet, start them up because your
free traffic is working. So odds are as well as well. The second way is
a free traffic way is posting more to your
social media accounts. So let's say you're
posting one once per day, doublet go-to times per day, that simple adjustment
will increase your sales. I personally post three times per day to my social
media accounts, to my posts or content or entertainment or
mean type posts, mean like M, naught mean. And one is a product
that I'm trying to sell. This two-to-one format
works very well because every time you
post on social media, it doesn't mean
that everybody who follows you is gonna see it. Sometimes the platform will show it to a small
percentage of people. Other times they'll show
it to a large percentage. But posting three times
per day allows you to hit different bucket of
the audience every time. So the two-to-one format,
it works very well. I'm not going to
upset any people. I also use some auto
posting software to do this because I want to automate things as
much as possible. The third way is to
take them winner. Make variations. Let's say a wife from her husband message
card is selling well to my wife,
love your husband. Maybe he says To my wife
loves you are amazing. Love your husband. Well, take that exact same quote on it and make a new design. Run a new design, as
well as the old design. This means that people
who loved the quote, but maybe not the
design will now by, I would repeat this
until five to ten times. Same quote, new design. This will allow people with all different tastes
a chance to get one, because we all have
different tastes. Now most do not do
this step and it hurts some long term as they're
leaving money on the table. So don't leave
money on the table. Create variations
of your favorites, of your best-selling ones. Those are my favorite three
ways to scale your cytosol. As always, pick one at a time, master it, then added another. That's the best way to
scale under control. I hope that helps

15. Quantity Vs Quality: So which one is better
quality or quantity? I'm not saying go make
solid designs. I look nice. I'm saying you have
to make a lot of them to make this
side hustle work. You cannot just launch
one in praise of cells. You have to launch a lot
of them to find a winner. For me, quantity is key to success with
his business model. They're saying I
like to follow as Imperfect action always
beats perfect inaction. That means the more action
you take, the better. Even if the action
is not 100% perfect. Don't worry about it. That goes for all
business online, but especially this
type of business. I've always found that a
launch 30 of these ten, we'll show some signs of life. And maybe two will be
long-term winning products that can sell continually throughout the
year and at scale. So knowing that going in means
you do not get discouraged when you're first
or second or third one doesn't quite work
as you wanted it to. Always remember the saying. Remember this video. Your goal is to put as many
out there as possible. See what works when
you're starting out, you'll find winners and
you can expand on those. That's why quantity is much
more important than quality. I hope this helps. I know well.
16. How To Deal With Failure: How to deal with failure. Face it, you're going to
fail before you succeed. But just know that
every failure you have put you one step
closer to the big one. If you look at any successful
person in history, they all failed before
they succeeded. Bill Gates started a company
called traffic data, which created reports for roadway engineers from
raw traffic data, snooze. It kind of worked but the
machine they built to present the software to Seattle County
traffic department failed. And build took a lot of
lessons away from that. He built a computer
based on the lessons he learned in his
presentation failing. Now he's one of the
world's richest man. I'm not saying you're
gonna be one of them. Maybe you are. I don't know. Anybody can be. The only limit is what's
in here. Alright. Jk Rowling. Now, she failed multiple times before
finally succeeding to. By the time she finished her
first Harry Potter book, she was divorced on welfare
and how to childhood support. That's rough, not easy. 12 other publishers
rejected her book until finally Bloomsbury
air, blooms berry, berry Camera Raw,
it's pronounced, accepted it and they gave her a tiny 1500 pounds
sterling events. That's not much for a queue. Imagine Harry Potter for
1500 pounds sterling. I didn't know what
that is in US dollars, but it's not very much. Now. She's a multi-millionaire,
billionaire, although they've got
some crazy thoughts about other things in life. I mean, we all thank you for Harry Potter, but the
rest of his life. Anyway. Finally, while Disney
is another example. So he's a big-time
household name who failed before he succeeded, He was fired from the
Kansas City Star because his editor felt he lacked imagination and
had no good ideas. Can you imagine being
an editor? Man? He was feels stupid. The foreigners first
animation company in 1921, he made a deal to distribute
the videos in New York, which was supposed to pay
him like six months later. It's something fell through
and it didn't work out. He was forced to dissolve that accompany
because you can not pay his rent and was
reportedly living on dog food. I don't know if
that part is true, but I read on the
internet. So it must be. The key is not that he
was eating dog food. The key is, we all know Disney now is a household name
and alter successful. What do those three
what are those three? You just quit at the
first sign of trouble. Where would they be known
with the simple devices this you will fail,
get used to it. It's not the failure
that manner matters. It's how you handle it. Make sure you are learning from each failure and adjusting, adapting and moving forward, then you'll be fine. You'll be willing to
accept that failing is just part of the
process and you're not a bad person

17. How To Never Run Out Of Ideas: Alright, how to never
run out of ideas? The worst part of trying to be creative is start staring at a blank screen
where human we need input and inspiration to make sure we never run out of ideas. That means we never really stop being on the
lookout for idea is if you're out
shopping and you see something that might
work, take a pic of it. We have cameras in our hand
all the time in our phones. Then create a spreadsheet and add that pitcher
to the sheet. Now I use Google Sheets
for this because I can easily add images and
photos to a Google Sheet. I don't really know if you can do them with Excel or
in the other programs, but Google Sheets is
free and it's online and it's on the Cloud so
I can use it anywhere. I'd like to not only
take picks one out, but I'll continue my research of the sites I listened
previously as well. I'll take screenshots
of products. I think my work, I'll add
those to my spreadsheet. And I've got
spreadsheets right now, while my main one has
over 500 ideas on it. Because anytime I see some, I take a screenshot and
it goes into the sheath. Those are products
I've compiled over the years that I
think would do well. Now, one thing I don't
copy people directly. I just use their products
as inspiration for my own designs in quotes because I've been copied
before and it sucks. I didn't like it
at all. If you do a carbon copy of my
stuff, don't do that. Just at least put
your own spin on it, your own unique angle and make the design look
different than anything. But when I'm constantly on
the lookout and building on where research spreadsheet it means I never run out of ideas. Also take what is working
and make variations, as I suggested prior as well. So you just need to
be on the lookout, have a Google Sheet and
be constantly filling it with ideas so that
you never run out. I hope this helps you
never run out of ideas. It's worked for me for years. So we'll see you

18. How To Create Templates : Okay, So how to
create templates? Templates are
awesome because they mean you're not starting
with a blank page. You can use them for
future designs all the time and they save a
ton of time and energy. A template means you can adjust, add, or remove elements
of your design. That using the software
that you have. The basic gist is there's
a final type called dot PSD that stands
for a Photoshop file. If you have that, you can edit all the
elements in it using programs like Photoshop or the free version of
Photoshop called photo bead. Now, if you're creating
your own designs, you want to make sure that
you can edit them later. This is huge and we'll
get you massive, massive number of
message cars out there. One of my favorite designer
tools lately as Canva, you can easily use that
program to grave templates to what I'll do is I'll create a message card
design on there, and then I'll just save it. Now, if I want to
make a variation, I can simply select, make a copy from
the menu on Canva, and then I'll have a fully editable copy to
work from. It is awesome. But now what if you're not
doing your own designs? Instead you're outsourcing
them maybe to Fiverr. Well, you can pay a
little bit extra to the, the designer to get
the editable PSD file. Some will even throw
in the lungs as well. So I built up a huge
database of templates that I can browse through now and select for
any product I want. And I also know which design
has worked in the bus, so I can make
variations of that. That way I'm not completely starting from 0
every single time. Each one has different
elements or styles to it. And it helps me make a ton of message cards and get them out into the world
for people to buy. Now, if you're just starting, remember templates are
key. I hope this helps. I know it does.
19. How To Get Consistent Results: Now how do you get
consistent results? We all want this, the income roller coaster and that you
can go on with your side. Hustle is very tough. And first, if
you've never really done aside wholesale
business like this online, you need to know how to stay consistent before you
even get started. That's what I'll teach you
right now in this lesson. So there's basically three
things that you need to do. First is focus on
the weekly actions. Like I said before, weekly works best do not do daily goals. Do weekly goals. That way you will not need to be upset if you missed
a day, you're human. You're allowed to miss a day. That's not a problem at all. Number two, is set
a weekly goal, so you're focusing on weekly, make sure you have
a goal to hit. Maybe it's five new
message gardens created. Maybe it's five new social
media accounts created. Maybe it's a combination
of all that. Send a weekly goal and
make sure you hit it. The third thing
is, don't be hard on yourself when you start. The first sale is
the hardest to get. If you don't get to
sail right away, do not be discouraged. It will come. If you're consistent, you'll
be making your own luck. That's what this is all about. Those three tips, you can apply them to your side hustle in order to get consistent results. In your business. It is a roller coaster or
some days you're gonna be flying high and you're
going to feel invincible. You're going to feel like I
can go out and buy a new car. I can buy a new toy or
I can buy some clothes, are some jewelry or
whatever you want. Other names, you're
going to feel awful and you're going
to doubt yourself. You didn't have a sale
and you're gonna be like, oh man, this is bad. Your human. It's okay to not be okay. I wish somebody had told
me that when I was young. Anyway. I hope this helps. Now, you know, we'll see

20. Should You Build A Team: Should you build a team? I get asked this question
all the time and my answer is, it depends. It depends on how
big you want to go with this
business personally, I've had teams in my own
online business in the past. Their grade. We accomplished more than
I ever could on my own. But I did not like
being a manager. The solution to that is hire a manager to manage the people that I didn't
want to be the manager of. So it's just more layers. When you have more layers, It's more headaches
to deal with. Now, it can bring in way more revenue than you
could ever do on your own. But it's always a trade-off. I know if I built a message
card team right now, I can employ about ten to
20 people from the start pulling dump trucks of money and make a ton
of revenue from it. But in scaling with a team, I add complexity to my life. So currently, I have a very peaceful and
fulfilling business. Do I want to change that? I'm pretty happy. Money can't buy happiness. I mean, it can help, but
it doesn't buy happiness. Okay. Do I want to get
an office space? They wanted to deal
with office politics. No. I used to be a financial
advisor my previous life. Everybody who advanced or got the banner
office or whatever, they're all but kids
are not going to that. Especially if I don't
like my manager, I'm not gonna kiss her, but I don't like the
office politics. If you're in a job right now, you've got it, you're
experiencing it. I don't want to when I created I created
my own CPA network, which is kind of like
an affiliate network. And I had eight account
managers and a sales manager, and I had an offer guy. And I can already see
the politics starting. We would do like a weekly call online and I could see like people positioning
and doing stuff. And I was like, I don't
really like this easy. It's not for me, but that
doesn't mean it's not for you. And who knows? I could change
my mind down the road. So should you the
answer is, it depends. It depends on what you want to accomplish and how
far you want to go. Sometimes more revenue is not
what a person needs at all, making enough to be comfortable
and having a good life. There's a nice trade-off.
