to this class. Okay, I'm so excited to
meet you all in this class. I will explain to you
step-by-step to create the stop-motion video
using your own smartphone, you don't have to protest the expensive smartphone just to create a creative
stop-motion video. Okay? You also don't
have to invest too many props because
in stop-motion video, we only focused on the
movement of our main object. And then also, I'll explain
to you about the lighting. We use the position
of the light thing. So you guys just can follow
every single step-by-step. And then you can also
do IY in your home. Okay. So then we will look

the tools we use that we have to prepare before we issued

2. Choose Your Phone & Your App!: Okay guys, hello.
In this section, I will explain to you
about the smartphone you have to use for this
entire section. You don't have to worry because
you don't have to invest extremely expensive
smartphone, okay? Just use whatever smartphone
you have right now. Because actually
for the smartphone we use in this section, we only use the smartphone
under $200, okay? So I think it's quite
affordable for you. If you have purchased
this course, then I believe
that your phone is more than Two, $100 again. And many people say that the
more expensive a smartphone, if you compare apple to apple with the
cheaper smartphone, then the more expensive
smartphone looks better. Yes, I agree with that. But if you shoot
this one, given you, you are using witness
cheaper smartphone, but you use it with
the proper lighting. I believe the result
will be better. Okay. So you don't have to
worry if you don't have like so expansive
smartphone the years. And then I will explain
to you about the apps, the camera apps in your

that we prefer using the professional mode instead of the automatic mode. Okay? Why? Because the automatic mode in our camera will change the color if we another object in our

the automatic mode. And then you can see that when I have my hand in the frame, then the color will be changed
for the empire picture. Okay. There is something we
don't want because it will make inconsistency of the
color for the entire picture. Okay, so if you are using
the professional mode, even if you add another object, you add your hand in the frame, then the color will
keep consistent. That is the result that we want. So for this one, actually, if your phone have the
professional mode, then you can use the
professional mode in your phone. But if you are confused, how to set your camera phone
or the professional mode, then I suggest you
to install that. Adopt light room. Yeah. In my right side, you can browse the n-doped Lightroom and then
you can install this one. I know that some of you have already familiar with this apps because maybe some of you have already added a picture
using this app, but you have to
know that this app also have the camera mode. So it also has a feature to take a picture
using these apps. And then it also have the
professional mode, okay? So if you open the
app and then in the bottom you can see that
there's camera logo there. And then just press that
button and then you can, in the menu below, you can see that
there's more than you can change from the
output to professional. Okay? That mode that we want to
use for the entire session. Yeah. So we can get the
consistent result. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. That's
my explanation about the camera we use and
then also the app we use more the Photoshop
and then our explain to you another tapes more delighting
in the next section.
3. Choose Your Props & Background!: Okay guys, In this section, I will show you the preparation for us when we are doing
the stop-motion video. Yeah. Actually, for the slot machine, it is very simple. You don't have to like
use many kind of props. Yeah, because all we
wanted to show is just the motion of our
main product here. So we have the
popcorn product here. And then the only
motion we want to create the story is we want to show the real corn first and then it turns
to this product. And then we will also show the popcorn in sign this
one inside of this product. Yeah, the story we
wanted to tell and then because we just
want to show the motion, then we prevent anything that it's not moving
at all. Okay. So I don't use like
the cutting board. I don't use any props that
I don't move it. Okay. And then for the background, I used the word color like this. Yup. And then you have to
make sure that the surface of the board as the off, so it will look better when the lightning
hits this background. Okay. Then actually for
the stop motion, I really like this
kind of background. I'm in the color background for me and it's the best background
for the stop motion. Why I prevent using the textural background
for the stop motion, for example, like textural
background like this one. Usually I don't use this one for desktop machine because like
if you see the texture, but it is not moving at all, then it will
distract the motion. Okay? So because the only
thing I want to show is the motion of the object here. And then the static Baxter
that it has not moved. Oh, I don't need it. Okay, So I prefer this one with no texture at all,
but Duff surface. So our motion will be
very, very feasible. Okay. Yeah, that's my tips for the background
and the preparation, and the next one for the color. Okay, so I suggest you also

technique called monochromatic. As you can see, color
wheel right here. And then for the
monochromatic technique, then you only use the color

yellow in this popcorn. And the advantage of monochromatic technique

4. Light Your Food!: Hey guys, in this section, I will explain to you about

5. Photoshoot Session: Okay guys, In this lecture, I will explain to you

we use is live labs. Actually there are a lot of
application that we can use. So if you'd like exploring

Lisa and we can just use these apps because we

the process will be the same. You can install these apps
first and then choose Open. And after it opened. Then we have to sign
in. After sign-in. It, really so simple, we just can click the
plus button and guys, after we open, it will
appear something like this. And then we choose New Project. And then insert the
picture, we won. You can see Design tab here
to add clips to your project. So you can click the plus here and then click Import Photos. And we just vertical
dimension option. Here, we just use an
insert the picture, and then we click select that it will arrange
the picture itself. So important. Good. Good. Here we already import
all of the picture. And we can click play here to see the preview. Here. We also can adjust
the sad thing. We can change the
speed setting here. Yeah, so we can
increase the speed. And then we play again. Make it maximum. Baby reset this bit not so fast. These apps have a
lot of features. We can make a Boomer. And so if we click boomerang, it will go back again. Bossy share. When we click play and
when coming into the edge, it will go back again. Yes, it will go back again. And don't forget to turn
on the boomerang preview. We have to become a pro user. But don't worry, we
still can save it. We just use these to set it
and reduce export as video.
