1. Class Introduction: Hello, everyone. I am Chen tibi an artist from Vietnam, and I'm so excited to have you here. In this class, you will paint this lovely, charming Gus mood car together. This is a short and sweet class perfect for the festive season. All you need is a basic understanding of watercolor and wash, and we will complete everything in just 30 minutes. Now, let's dive in by checking out the materials you may need. 2. Materials: In this lesson, you will go over on the tones and materials we need for this class. These are just suggestions. Feel free to use whatever brands or supplies you have on hand. So for watercolor in this class, I will use a small set of cotmon Watercolor from Windsor Newton. And this is a standard mop 12 colors. I just replace the ivory black with paint gray because I do feel that I rarely use ivory black. I prefer to use paint gray or other color to paint the ducky shade of the painting. For wash in this glass, I mean, use who by in wash and in particular, I mean, use poor red. White and primary, yellow. You can use other brands such as Himei wash. If you participate in my other wash glass, you can see that I often use Himei wash for my painting. The reason I use Hobe in in this class is because I have Hobe in wash in a tip, why I only have a very large box heme wash and I don't want to put it on the table now. I will so use metallic poster color from sakura. I use it to paint the you see the star on the top of the pit, you can use Metolic wash. The reason I use watercolor is because I don't have metolic wash pen at home. And if you don't have the metolic poster color pen, you can use metolic pen or you can just replace it with orange color. For paper, I use a small piece of Bohm. Artist great coat paper. It is a six podcast size. You can use pre made podcast like this. I try this design in cold breast and hot breast before and both look good, but I prefer the vibe from the cold breast one. If you want to create this ton edge, check out my wash for beginner glass. I mean, only use one brush for our tus glass. It is a size five nc avel brush. We will need a white pen in order to paint the white lie. If you don't have this one, you can use other brands such as gel white pen or you can just use a lilac brush and we will put a white wash paint on top of this. I will use water container and some small bits of cloth or tissue paper to clean our brush or when we have some accident with water color. For our today's class, I will just use the premade mixing chi from Gutman set. That's all the materials and tons we will need to use in this class. Started from the next class, we will paint this lovely grisbd car together. 3. Painting with Watercolor: Et's jump into the fun part. Paint the lovely Grismt cars. Together. Now, let's paint this lovely Grisme car together. So far, I've been painting the PashiH do you say the middle Pashi here and I use. This one is Bona Bonsiena so I put it about two thirds piece paper and in the middle of the paper. It is not really middle. As I mentioned again and again, this is hand paint and we don't need to graze something which is perfect here. Perfection is not good in art. Then this is subary spin to be in the ply sheet. So it is in a triangle. After put this, I I will paint the leaves at the bottom, first, then in the middle. That way, I make sure it is a angles. So I I will hold the bras at the end of the handle to go with the very low for this painting. After that, I mean, this green, it is dian green. I mean paint the dark shade of the Pache I do feel that this area is a little bit too uniform, so I want to add a little bit of lemon yellow in this area to add more forget. I forget we need to I need to splash some watercolor here to make the bending look looser. And finally, that is pain grey. It is pain grey I've been put the paint gray in some area of the phi to gray some upped. Now, we will wait for the water color to work and wait for this piece to dry before painting the wash color on top of this. 4. Painting with Gouache: No, the water colour is already dry and I will use this we pan to add some le onto it. So you don't have to be exact here. So the s bad, we need to re draw it to make it really white. Now I've put the wash pin onto it. I forgot to mention in the tones and material lesson but I think I need to use a smaller brush to paint the paint decorations on the pash because this brush is a little bit too large, but I do believe everyone have this smaller pin brush at home. So it is it is red and yellow. I will start with the Y first. Leave the gap so that you can put the yellow and red letter. Now I will mix I will mix this y a little bit while to yellow. This way, I went in with the opaquity of the yellow pen. Then we clean our wash. We clean our wash before mixing a little bit why to the red here. You see the red color really make this card pop Finally, I use this metallic, all the color to draw the star here and also in some more decorations. I will draw a five, how do you say five petal star. But you can choose six or eight petal star. You don't need to follow me on this. Again, the star don't have to be perfect. But try to make a thick layer of pin so that it stand out from the card. Then I awesome chat a little bit here and there. We finish painting the pai hi, the gs naci. In the next lesson, let's do some calligraphy at the bottom, please. 5. Merry Christmas & Final Thoughts: Congratulations. You've reached the end of this class. Now, let's write something on the card together and don't forget to submit your beautiful creations on the project session of this class. I would love to see them. Now, let's start to write something on this gsm card and just let you know, I'm not a igraphy myself. I haven't learned oligraphy properly, so it is just uh maybe you can consider my handwriting and you can write whatever you want. You don't need to follow my lettering exactly. I use this pen. But whatever pen. That's why I didn't mention it on the tones and material lesson. Wait, just a little bit for it to dry before you raise the line. This band dry very fast. And now you have this lovely Grismd card, and I hope you are successful in pending this and you can give it to your friends or families and don't forget to upload your artwork into the Bjtraon of this glass. Thanks for joining and see you in another glass.
