1. Class Intro: What's up, everybody. Welcome to another step by step tutorial. Amy and I'm going to be your teacher for today. And today, we are going to learn how to draw all might from my hero Academia. This is going to be a black and white tutorial. If you'll check the description box, you can see all the materials I'm using for this tutorial. And by the end of this class, I want you to submit your drawing so I can see how you did. So without further ado, let's get down to business. 2. Sketching and Shading All Might: Okay, so today, we're going to draw all mite or my toe. Sorry for that horrible Japanese imitation. As you can see, I started by drawing a perfect square. Each side is 4 centimeters. We are going to start by drawing all mites face. As you can see, he's got a pretty wide chin and a massive jaw. Next, we are going to draw his eyebrows. He's got some puffy looking eyebrows, just like me. And to create the eyes, we'll simply use two lines, two curves. Next, we are going to refine them by adding some lines, some diagonals. And then we are going to draw his nose right at the center of the square. As you can see, it kind of looks like an arrow. Next, we'll draw his incredible smile, draw the shape of a banana. And then add a teeth and the wrinkles. Next, we'll draw his cheek bones. And then we'll draw the ears. We'll start with the shape of the ear and then add the details inside. Now, I didn't add the details to the right side because we are going to color it black later on. We'll move on to draw his massive neck and the strap muscles just by using curves. Next, we're going to draw his hair. We'll start with two locks of hair from the front, the rabbit ears, if you guys want to call it. And then we draw his hair from the back. As you can see, I'm using a rough shape of the hair, and then I'm adding all the details that way I can maintain the same symmetry and the right proportions. Awesome next, we'll go on and draw the torso. We'll start by drawing the shoulders. Then I'm going to mark his collar bone. And then we'll draw the color of his suit. As you can see, I'm using curves to create that mess from Amit's muscles. Next, we'll get rid of all the guidelines, and then we're going to draw collar bone. And mark the center of the chest. Awesome. Once we are done with the sketching process, we can move on to the inking process. But first, I'm going to mark all the shaded areas for this join. And if you guys know my hero academia, you know, they use a lot of black ink, especially on t. Half of his face is covered with black, and that's what we are going to do right now. And as you can see for this join, the main light source will come from the left side, which means that the dark side will appear darker and therefore have more shade. Awesome. So now we're just going to take the black colored pencil or you can use a black pen as well and simply go all over the lines, but make sure to rotate the page so you can have your natural hand movement. That way, it's much more comfortable to ink. And of course, make sure to sharpen the pencil so you can have smooth and crispy lines. Awesome. Next, we color all the black areas. For this process, I'm going to hold the pencil closer to the teeth. That way I can apply more pressure and get more lead on the paper. And of course, I'm coloring in the direction of the shape. Awesome, once we are done with it, we're going to use a brighter tone. As you can see, I'm holding the pencil at the center. I still apply pressure but not as hard as before, and therefore, I get a dark tone of gray. Now, if you guys want, you can use a mechanical pencil with a B two lead. You basically get the same effect, but you don't need to sharpen the pencil every now and then. That's why I use it. And just like before, I'm shading in the direction of the shape. Awesome. Next, we'll hold a pencil closer to the eraser because you want to get a brighter tone of gray. We'll do the same process for the face. And for this area, I want to apply a minimum amount of pressure because this area is white. And the same goes for the hair. All my hair is blonde, so we want to create that illusion of brightness. And now you can lower the volume a bit because I'm about to shout out loud. 100%. Everybody. This is how you draw might from my hero Academia. Lisa let me know how you did in the comment section. Let me know which MHA character would you like me to draw next? Keep in awesome, as always, and I'll see you on the next video. Peace. Wow.
