1. How This Training Is Going To Change You (w/ Good Will Hunting Movie Clip): And that's when I really realized that my beliefs are the ones Hold me back. And nothing in this outer world was holding me back. And just exploring. Limiting beliefs in general over the past week has done more for me than any other tool out there by far. Like this stuff is serious. And holy crap, like, I feel so much freer. I feel like I finally figured out the cage that have been in It's like an invisible cage that's kept me trapped, but I didn't know what it waas This is kind of your ticket out and this work that we're giving away for free you're gonna love it s okay yet. We just want we just want everybody to experience this. So, uh, you know what is it like? Will has an attachment disorder. Is it all that stuff? Fear of abandonment? Is that why that Why I broke up with Skylar? I didn't know you had. I did talk about No. Hey, will. I don't know what you see. This all that shit? It's not your fault. Look at me. It's not your fault. And now it's not your fault. I know. I don't know you know it's not your fault. I know it's not your fault. It's not your fault. It's not your fault. I don't. It's not your fault. Don't fuck with me, all right? Don't fuck me. Not you is not your fault. Start your foot. Oh, okay. Hi, I'm David, and this is Eric. And why did we just show you that clip from good will hunting? Because that's actually a perfect example of what can happen when we get stuck in our limiting beliefs. If you remember that movie, the main character will. He doesn't pursue his relationship. He doesn't move forward in pursuing his career or his genius. He just stays stuck in old patterns that air going on in his life. He had his liming belief inside about how so much of what happened to him was his fault. And that stopped him from trying anything new. We wanted to make this little video this gift to you about changing your limiting beliefs. It's transformed things in our lives. And it's such important amazing work. We wanted to just share this with you. So we have this video and there's a pdf workbook below. And we're gonna walk you through right now. One exercise, one particular method that we really like for changing, limiting beliefs, thes things that stop us from pursuing the things we really want in the world.
2. Story: How This Work Changed David's Life: I have. I have a story that I'll just share with you about limiting beliefs, how they played out in my life. In my twenties, I was in a relationship that was definitely not working. I was in this relationship for about six years, but I didn't see that it wasn't working. Other people saw that it wasn't working. But why couldn't I see that it wasn't working? Well, it had to do with some of my limiting beliefs limiting beliefs. Like if if this if I lose this person, I'm not going to find somebody like this again or that I'm not lovable enough to find another relationship like this, You know, these kind of beliefs were running in my head, and I really I held on so tight to this relationship, even though it was failing, It wasn't working and and I wasn't happy. But I wasn't even willing to see that at the time, because my beliefs we're so focused on keeping this relationship together. Eventually, the woman I was with called it off. It was on the phone and hung up the phone, and and that sadness and terror and all these these things that I was so afraid of came into my experience a tiny bit. But what actually was so much stronger than that, and bigger than that was this incredible sense of freedom. And I was like, Wait, what's going on here? I was so afraid to lose this relationship. What's this? Freedom? And I realized that I was gonna be so much happier outside the relationship. Now, why couldn't I have done that for myself? Why couldn't I? Didn't I take that step for myself? It was because of my own limiting beliefs, and fortunately, the universe and the situation just cracked me anyway and forced me to look at a different way. That was beyond my beliefs and beyond my beliefs was a whole new realm of freedom that I didn't even know was there. Now this got me looking into all different aspects of my life. I looked at my job and I realized that job I had chosen was because of limiting beliefs about what I should do and the kind of person I should be, and that what the job didn't make me happy. Where I was living didn't make me happy. It literally started to crumble. My life and I went into kind of a crisis mode. I went into a depression because I realized none of my choices were actually aligned with my happiness that my brain didn't know how to make me happy. And it was in that depression that it first started working with limiting beliefs, and I started to find these things inside of me that were holding me back. And after years of doing that work, I now so clearly see and many, many shifts in my life shifts that have totally changed. How interact with women shifts that have totally changed how I interact with men, shifts that have changed, how I interact with my working world. I now work for myself. I work for myself for five years. Shifts have changed at what I'm willing to put out there in the World. Express things make this video, you know, in a simple room, a simple gift for you. All of these things happen because I worked in my limiting beliefs. I found the things that were limiting me and truly, truly the only reason you don't already pursue what you really want and experiencing what you really want is because you have beliefs inside of you that are stopping you from doing that
3. Story: How This Work Is Changing Eric's Life: this tool. I'm not just saying this. It is game changing in the last couple days because leading up to this, I've been living in different countries around the world for a couple of years and kind of thinking that the next country is going to make me happy or the next person I'm going to me , it's gonna make me happy. And it's this whole treadmill of once this happens, then I'm gonna have find happiness. And it came to this point where eventually I was alone in this room feeling completely isolated in Mexico, and I got this parasite and it just killed me inside. I remember I was woken up in the middle of the night with the shakes, and I was scared, way scarier than I've ever been in my entire life. Went into like this fetal position on the roof from like, I can't live this way anymore, like something big has got a change. I surrender to whatever is gonna happen, and that was the moment that occurred to me, that something's not right with my mind and how we see the world because I've tried all these different things on the external plain and it's not changing anything. So there's got to be something else going on here. And that's when I really realized that my beliefs are the ones Hold me back and nothing in this outer world was holding me back just like you were describing your relationship. It's the beliefs that really kind of, like make it so everything doesn't work out or everything does work out on this external plane. Yeah, so then going full circle these last couple days, I've been doing some of this work that we're going to share with you and holy crap. Like I feel so much freer. I feel like I finally figured out the cage that have been in It's like an invisible cage that's kept me trapped, but I didn't know what it waas This is kind of your ticket out. And this work that we're giving away for free you're gonna love it is so yeah,
4. Action: Identify a Self-Limiting Belief You Have: we just want We just want everybody to experience this. And this is this is one technique of several that Eric and I are gonna explore in the future. We'll talk to you about that more later. For right now, this is all you need. All you need is to try this exercise along with us. We're gonna go through a riel world example of a belief that Eric has, and we're gonna go through these steps that we're going to share with you if you haven't already downloaded the pdf workbook below. Get that? Because we're gonna tell you to pause this video certain points and you can follow along with us and filling the steps as we go. And you can work with a direct belief that you have, and you can see how you can transform it. And you can see what that feels like on the other side. And I just quickly out of there to download the pdf. There's either gonna be a button below this video or it's gonna be an attached to resource to this video. Okay, so the first thing we have to do is figure out we'll find a limiting belief find a belief that's holding us back. You know, common limiting beliefs are things like, I'm not good enough to do this, or I don't have enough knowledge to do this or I'm not attractive enough to get with that person. I'm not smart enough to do this business or something like that. I'm not organized enough to work for myself chatter. These mental thoughts that happen, You know those air each of your thoughts is so important to listen to because it's pointing you to the limiting beliefs that you have. Those are some examples, and I'm going through them so you can find an example for yourself in your life. Something something you think you can't do some way you're You think you're not good enough . So these air mechanisms that are trying to keep us safe. So think about the things that you know you wouldn't do because you just seems too much of a risk that you help you find some limiting beliefs. Eso Eric, you have one you wanted to work on today? Yeah. So the limiting belief is I must work hard to survive. Okay, That's a great one. So survival takes hard work we have. The only way to success or even just survival is hard work. A lot of people actually share that belief. I used to have that belief too.
5. The Creator of This Work & Why It's So Powerful: Let's go through the process now. This process we want to be really clear is inspired by an amazing woman who's an absolute genius in this field. Her name is Byron Katie, and she has a process called the work, and it's available completely for free online, and you can find at the work dot com. And it's a set of four questions now what we've done in using the work many, many, many times in my life. What I found is that there are a couple extra things that we can add in that really help us understand how believes work and what the beliefs are doing in our system and how we can unpack them and transform them. So we've added a couple things to this process, called the work, so we're calling it like the work. Plus, you know, it's just, Ah, seven steps that you can do toe to change any belief. And literally, when you change the leaf inside yourself, you will find that your thoughts are automatically different about certain situations. The ins you're willing to take are completely different about certain situations, just like you. No good will hunting in that movies after he was able to flip his beliefs. He pursued that relationship that he really wanted across the country, right? Those are the things that we have the energy to do when we unlock that energy by dissolving these beliefs that we have, you know? And one thing that Eric is noticing, which is a really important point, is that when you change one of your beliefs, the first thing you'll notice is that your reaction to the world is completely different, Like without any major. You know, life events happening to you in the last couple days, you said, You've already felt, you know, more free, more at ease. You know, it's like a feeling of being lighter just in the world. It's more playful, less serious, Yeah, and don't you think that being lighter, less serious and more playful is actually going to help you create more of, ah, life that's more joyous and playful? There's already like it already feels more joyous and playful, even though nothing's really shifted on the outside. So exactly so that's what happens first is you start to experience life in a different way , and we really want you to see this and This process is a simple process that you can do any time, and it's totally available for free online at the work dot com. And our little augmentation to it is happening right now. So let's go through. Definitely check out Byron Katie Online. She's amazed.
6. Step 1 Action: Is It True?: I have to work really hard to survive. So do you have your notebook? Eric, you're ready to write down because it's better if you write down your answers to these questions and not just try to do this in your head, because your head can really easily convince you and distract you. When you write down things on paper, you're you. Then get a chance to see what you've written. It's It's like an extra level of being able to see your thoughts that you can't do it when you just do in your head, so really advocate you writing it down. That's why. Get the get the PdF and do this along with us. So the limiting belief we're gonna start with is I have to work really hard to survive. So just write that at the top of the page, and you can do it too. So the first, the first question that we ask in this process is, Is it true I must work really hard to survive? Is it true? So just be really honest. What's the first answer to that question? Is it true? Part of me says yes, and part of me is saying no. Yeah, yeah, well, you've been to the process a couple times, so you know what's coming next, but it's OK. It's important to acknowledge that part of us that actually really does believe this is true. I have to work really hard to survive. So right now your answer is yes. That's okay. The next question. So let's, um, maybe invite them, like, pause the video now. Yeah, sure. You can pause and make sure you write down your belief and answer honestly the question, but see how it feels, you know, pause the video and see how it really feels inside answering these questions.
7. Step 2 Action: Can You Be 100% Certain It's True?: Okay, So the second question is, can you be 100% certain that it's true? Can you know, beyond the shadow of a doubt 100%? That is true. No, I can't. Okay, so that's the second question on pause and answer that for yourself. Now, why do we do that? Why do we have is it true? And then can you be 100% certain is true because we're trying to see how our thinking really holds onto these ideas that are not actually true. And the first thing we have to acknowledge if you want to transform some thought that we have is that you know what? Our thoughts most of time they're not true. Most of our thoughts most of our thoughts are actually coming from fear. Our brain is trying to get us to survive all the time. So most of our thoughts are not actually trying, you know, and and certainly 99% of our thoughts we cannot be certain that they're true. So this question brings a little crack in the idea. So just as an example, you know, why can you not be certain that it's true? Like I must work really hard to survive. So let's just take that little further, you know? Can you 100% certain? No. Well, why not? What? Some evidence that it might not be true. I do remember. I've had some days where I was just really fun. Felt spontaneous, going on a trip with someone. And I didn't even cross my mind once. Any survival related thing and we were OK. We survived the day and had a great time. Okay, It's okay. Great. So you had situations where it wasn't work at all. And you had actually amazing day. Yeah. Okay. That's great evidence. While other evidence is there that you don't have toe the, you know, I must work really hard to survive. Might not be true. I mean, there's definitely times, especially when I was younger, where survival wasn't even consciously on my mind and I still survived. Like I'm still at this point now. Okay, Good. Another one. What about? Have you ever met anybody that doesn't seem like they're working so hard but are clearly surviving? I met a lot of people like Yeah. Yeah. So that would be clear. Evidence, I think, actually get a little envious of them sometimes probably because the Belief Day. That's why that's exactly why. Because of the belief, because you have inside this idea that wait, something's something's wrong here. So you see their situation of not working so hard and totally surviving. It's somehow wrong because it goes against your beliefs. So that's that's a really interesting point to notice is really good point to notice.
8. Step 3 Action: What Are The Benefits of Holding This Belief?: you can't know that it's true. So the next question is, why you holding it right? And you're holding it because it brings some type of benefit to you so that the next step and this is one of the things we added to this process. The next question is, what are the benefits that you get from having this belief? So we'll answer, and then we're gonna have you pause the video and do those questions for yourself. So what are the benefits you get from believing that I must work really hard to survive? Mm. It feels like there's if there's a problem. I know what it is because I'm constantly on the lookout for What's the problem that could end me like kill me? Because I'm not surviving. So no matter what if something bad happens, I'm gonna know about it as soon as I can. And that's a belief of like I can control it, Aiken prevent it if I know what's going on. Okay, so the belief somehow makes your world a little bit simpler. Kind of like, you know, gives you an avenue of control over events because of the survival component, huh? I think also related to that. Is this idea of, you know, hard work, Okay, Can just answer every every problem. You know, these problems you're looking for? Well, I must work hard to survive. So if I just apply hard work to this problem, it's going to resolve itself, you know? And that might sound on the surface like a fairly rational idea. But how many times have we been in situations where we just worked really, really hard and hard and hard and hard and and nothing happened? It was like banging our head against the wall. Right? Hard work doesn't always solve the situation. Sometimes letting go solve situation sometimes stepping away Selves, situation sometimes doing nothing solve this situation, right. But having that belief I must work really hard to survive gives you a simple way to see the world where it's just like, Oh, here's a problem. I just apply hard work. Okay, Good. That's just one benefit. What else? So right there, it seems like it makes me feel like any problem. I could make it my own like take control of it. There's nothing that can hurt me with this belief because it's like Oh, no matter how bad this problem is, all I need is more hard work and I can overcome it. Yeah, so it's like a comforting in a weird kind of way. It's comforting. It's an idea that is keeping you safe. And that's that's the next question. We don't want to go too far. We'll get there in a second. Let's just make sure we've uncovered some of the benefits. Why is Eric holding on to this belief? So so what is somewhat, What's another benefit? Let's see if we get another one of my most work really hard to survive. There's one where if something bad happens, it's not my fault because I did my hardest. I could possibly dio okay, so that it's like a way out of it. So is protecting you from blaming yourself, having to blame yourself? Maybe. OK, Uh huh. I think related to that is the idea that you can you get to you get to blame other people because if if you see someone else who is not doing well, if you have this belief, you get to say to them Well, they're just not working hard enough, you know, you don't have to face the idea that, like, you know, maybe maybe there's some other problem. Maybe there's some more complicated issue. Or maybe, you know, maybe they're really struggling. For some reason that isn't, they don't doesn't seem like is in their control, right? And, uh, so But because of this belief, I must work really hard to survive. Now you you can say, Well, that person's obviously not working hard enough. That's why that's a good point. So it gives you it gives you, ah, some separation from maybe the suffering of others. Yeah, that's a big one, that xgo That's what's going on inside, guys that's going on inside of us. You know, This is why we want to do this work. It's so freeing toe. Let these these ideas go. You know, there's so much related to our judgment and our control and us needing to feel safe. So will Ah, we're gonna ask you to pause here and go find this belief that you're holding that you can't know it's true. Find the benefits, find the reasons you are actually holding it. What is this? What the extra things is giving you cause that's gonna help you understand why it's in your system and what is trying to do for you
9. Step 4 Action: How Do Those Benefits Keep Me Safe?: Okay, So the next question after we find the benefits is we look at those benefits and we ask ourselves, how do these benefits keep me safe? So you know this idea that you get Teoh, you get to have very more control over situations. This'd idea that you can. You have a very simple tool, hard work that you can just apply to any problem. You know, How did those things keep you safe? It really is. Control, I think, is the big thing here. All of this is a way to feel like I have control over my environment because otherwise it scares me because I think if I don't have control, bad things are gonna happen. Do you? So hard? Work is the way to control everything. They Yeah, there you go. So one way it's keeping him safe is it's keeping him safe from uncertainty. It's It's a belief that's trying to keep him safe from from the the unpredictability and changed. That's always happening right now. Why are we asking that question? Why we Why do we want to look at that? How is keeping us safe? Because when we will me examine these walls that we put up. We can decide over these walls we want. We want to keep So, for example, like this idea of being trying to control the world, you know, in the face of all potential uncertainty, like, what does that feel like? What? How does that idea feel to you when you approach that idea? It's exhausting, like I just get tired thinking about Yeah, they're great. So it's exhausting. So is that something you want to keep trying to dio? No, no, no. Right, So that's that. That's the benefit of seeing these things more clearly, you know, put seeing them on paper, seeing the thoughts that are going on her head. Okay, so great. So that's that's one of the ways is keeping your safe. Now. What about this other idea of kind of like of protecting yourself from blame and being able to blame others you know, based on your own hard work? Or they them doing hard work or not? What is what happens that keeping you safe? It's, um, I think it's a way to separate from guilt because I feel guilty if other people are suffering or feel bad and because a lot of times there's nothing I can do toe prevent their suffering. This is a way for me to separate from that without feeling responsible or like I should be doing more. Okay, great one great one. Now that's a protective mechanism. It's trying to keep you safe because approaching someone else's suffering might be painful . You know, might be painful to really approach that suffering and consider that suffering. And that's one way that our hearts really open. You know, when we really allow ourselves to for a second, connect with someone else's suffering and have that compassion go through us. I mean Dalai Lama, you know, and teach not on the the great Buddhist monks of this world. They talk about how seeing that suffering is, actually can really open our heart and even opens our heart door on suffering. You know, that's really I think what's going on when we're trying to protect yourself from other people's suffering is that we don't want to acknowledge some suffering inside of ourselves . So you so by separating yourself from this guilt, you actually are preventing yourself from touching more of your wounds that you need to heal. That makes sense. Yeah, yeah. Uh, good. Good. So you can see now some of the ways that this belief is keeping Eric safe and closed off from from the world And the last one we talked about, you know, is is prevents him from engaging with other people in a deeper way in engaging with himself in a deeper way. And these are the reasons that these beliefs restrict our freedom. We want to be more free. We won't have more energy going through us. So finding out how they're keeping us safe is one of the ways we get clearer on where we're blocking our energy. So pause the video right now and go answer that question in your workbook. How is this belief you're working with these benefits that you came up with? How do they keep you safe?
10. Step 5 Action: How Do You Feel When You Hold That Belief?: Welcome back. Okay? We're gonna move on. We only have a couple more pieces after we've you know, we've looked at the belief that it's not necessarily true. These benefits and ways is keeping you safe. The next question is, how do you feel? So we've worked on the intellectual part of it. How do you feel when you hold this belief Disbelief that you must work hard to survive? What does that feel like in your body? What does that feel like? Emotionally? It feels heavy, goes heavy, makes life feel less like a game. Not like plane. But it's all this is serious stuff where the stakes are too highly. Everything is just If I fail, it means something really bad could happen. OK, Ok, so it feels heavy. Feels like the stakes are really high. It sounds like that's a lot of pressure. It feels like pressure. Okay, Good. What other? What is what's what's other sensations? Are you getting in your body or emotions when you say it out loud? Like just try. It tested out. You know, I most work artist must work hard to survive. It's like constricting, constricting feeling. Yeah. Okay. Okay. So Why are we figuring out what these emotions are for ourselves? Why we figuring out how it feels in our body? Because that helps us get a better sense of the energy. And then once again, we have a decision point to make. We have a conscious decision point to make. So the question for Eric is Is that how you want to feel in your life? Do you want to feel heavy and constricted? And do you want to feel like there's all this pressure and that life is hard? Absolutely so one. Once you connect with the emotions that you're that are attached to this belief, you you too, will quickly realize that Oh, my God, I don't want to feel this way in my life. This is not how I want to feel. These feelings are the opposite of the playful happiness that you want to experience, right? So you can see why holding these beliefs restrict our happiness because they're carrying with them these heavy feelings. All right, Good. So now that we've gone through intellectually, while we have the belief and what it feels like and other thoughts associated with it, we've You've made the decision. It sounds like you don't want to feel this way. The right 100% on board with
11. Step 6 Action: What Are The Turnarounds?: So now we're on now on the final step, one of the final step people. Well, second to last step, but the final step of Byron Katie's original work process, which is this Can we come up with some some ways to change the statement Some ways to turn around the statement to make an opposite statement that actually are just is true or even truer than the original statement. Okay, so I'm gonna have Eric do this first. So your original statement was I must work hard to survive, Right? So what are some? What are some ways to turn around that statement and find another weight of another statement? That actually might be more true. I must work hard to survive. How do you want to turn that around? Life is effortless. Okay, so that is a That's a good conceptual turnaround, But turn it around in a way that keeps most of the words of the sentence the same. Okay, so I must work hard to survive, so I don't work hard to the opposite of survive are No, I don't want to Just try one. Yeah, maybe I don't have to work hard to survive. Yeah, Okay, so that's just one example of a turnaround. It's a simple opposite statement. I don't have to work hard to survive, and then you, then you decide. Oh, does that actually feel justice? True as the original belief that was bothering me. So how does that when you compare them? You know, I must work hard to survive, or I don't have to work hard to survive. Which one feels more true that one feels more true. I don't have to work hard to survive, so that already you're starting to realize Oh, my God, there's another way. Okay, so then this was a really believe this is a real belief, right? 100%. Yeah. This is on your list of beliefs that you've been working on, right? This is what I haven't gotten to yet brought here yet. So this was real. This is live. And this is the kind of thing that you have a chance to do with us as well. We'll tell you more about that in a minute. So Okay. I don't have to work hard to survive. Uh, then let's think of some other turnarounds. Your original statement was I must work hard to survive. So what's another? What's another turnaround of that? Like, uh, and this time that for in the first sentence we changed the must into the opposite. Let's change the work hard into the opposite, so I must What? To survive would be the opposite of work. Hard for me, play is the opposite of working hard. OK, OK, so I must play to survive. Uh What about What about, like, another opposite of work? Hard. Like what about? I must do nothing. Yeah, I just want to I must do nothing to survive. Yeah, it sounds ridiculous, but I see how it feels. It feels so light, right? Those feel I must do nothing to survive. And that might be true. That might be even more true. But let's write it down and see how it feels. I must do nothing to survive. Yeah, there's something feeling good about that one. Yeah, And then would it be helpful if I come up with examples of when that was true? That turn? Yes, Yes, definitely. Come up with examples for how these turnaround statements are our justice. True or even more true than your original statement. So I need to do nothing to survive. Tell me. Tell me why that might be true. Well, one example is last week I said, I'm gonna do nothing today and ended up feeling way more recharged and then had mawr fun moments just random come out of nowhere. And then the next day, I worked harder than I did like way more productive than I was before because I had all that time to recharge and think about stuff. Perfect. Perfect. Also, I imagine if you did nothing for months on end, you would still survive. Like you probably end up in living with someone else, you know? But like you'd be alive, right? You and you wouldn't die. So I must do nothing to survive. Is justice true? Maybe more true than they were. Just a minute. What? What is that more true? Get good. What's another turnaround from? I must work hard to survive. You maybe try more things opposite this time. Kind of closer to your original statement. Okay. What's the opposite of survival? What's the positive was a positive opposite of survival, like thriving like thriving, thriving. So I guess it's a total turn around in this statement would be if you switched out, work hard and survival and even must you could A complete turnaround Could be. I can play and thrive or I must see nothing to thrive. I must do nothing that thrive. Good, Good one. Write that down. I must do nothing to throw. That sounds amazing that it's amazing. I love that one. So what? So how does that compare? In truth, you know, Does that sound? Does that feel more true? Or a justice? True or more true than the original statement? Or less true, that feels the most true out of all of them so far. All right, I must do nothing. This the thrive. That's awesome. Okay, great. So let's stop there. I must do. I must do nothing to thrive. Or you know what? Let's go a little bit further and see if we can come up with another one that takes out the most, you know? So what's so keep? Keep the core. That's the statement. Keep the I keep the thrive, but change the must do nothing to some opposite that doesn't have like a must. Yeah, could be. When I do nothing, I thrive. But that still means I have to do nothing to thrive or I can do nothing in thrive. That's good one I can. I can play and thrive. But I think I can. I can, yeah, because there's freedom in that street. Yeah, it's a it's a go. I can do nothing and thrive. So just to clarify with this stuff, the goal is to find one that feels, but exactly yeah, great clarification. The goal is the goal is to really to find turnarounds that you clearly see are as true or justice true or even more true than your original limiting belief. And you will notice that they feel totally different. And you will notice that one of these turnarounds will match how you really want to feel in your life. And that's what this is all about. It's about feeling free and joyous and happy in our life, and so we find a turnaround at the end of this process that actually gives us those feelings we wanna have right away without our life needed to change. And then our life does change. Okay, so is that that's where you want to stop. I can do nothing and thrive I'm having with perfect perfect. And that's so much more powerful than I must work hard to survive from the beginning. So that's the process, everybody. Now there is one more step. But before we tell you that, pause the video, get your turnaround statements and then come back.
12. Step 7 Action: Integrate New Belief Into Your Life: and we're back. All right. So the final step is now that you have some some new belief that actually feels really good , feels really empowering and is aligned with the things you really want to feel in your life . Now it's up to you, Teoh. Really help that belief sink into your nerve assistance. A sink into your subconscious because that's what we're working with here. We want that new feeling to really be part of our everyday experience. You want it to be inside of us. That's where all our great emotions come from. They come from inside of us. You know what other people can't give us? Joy, Joy, Something that comes through us, you know? So let's, uh Eric, I know you've been experimenting with away that you've really liked in helping these types of things sink into your subconscious. And so we wanted to make that part of the process we share with you. It's really helped Eric. So wanted you. So I've been using it with affirmations. I haven't been able to use these new beliefs from Byron Katie's the work stuff in our variation of it. But even with these affirmations, it just gets me fired up and excited. Teoh kind of start the day. So what it is is there's an app on my phone that plays theon formations. I wanna keep hearing, but it plays one of my favorite upbeat songs in the background. And so the first thing I do is when I wake up, I put in my headphones and I'm hearing in my own voice the positive affirmations. I want to sink in with this upbeat soundtrack That's just getting me excited. Teoh start the day and it's a game changer. So I'm so excited to fire it up with this new stock. Great. And what's the APP calls? So for the iPhone, it's think up, and I could add a little short video walking them through how to do that. OK, OK, yeah, so or you can. You can make the recording yourself with some with the music. I mean, you could easily do it with lots of computer programs, or you could just record your voice saying these affirmations to yourself and play them when you wake up. And it's good if they're in your own voice, because your subconscious recognizes your own voice. And so you're gonna put in. I can do nothing and thrive this process. Wake up here that a few times with some upbeat music. And I can imagine if you if you did that, it would. It would change the energy used to approach the whole day. We would frame the whole day in this new life. Yeah, yeah, and that's what we want because when now, when his When Eric's day is framed in this new light, he's gonna have different ideas in situations. He's gonna act differently in situations is gonna feel differently in situations and from that place, we literally make the changes in our life. That's how this stuff works. So we hope you're as excited about this as we are. I mean, this is thes air tools that I've been using up been using for years so many times. And Eric is been amazing, like diving into this journey and having some great experiences just in a few days, and you can as well just try this. Just try this exercise. If you didn't follow along, Go stop this. Go through the whole exercise with yourself. Look up, Byron. Katie's the work. If you need a little more explanation on some of the questions
13. The 6 Most Powerful Limiting Belief Changing Techniques: If you want more depth in this work and you want to continue doing this, you can work more with us. Just as, um we want just as I worked right now, Eric and I worked together on one of his limiting beliefs. We want to give more people a chance to do that. We want to work with more riel limiting beliefs in the world. So the idea that Eric and I have is that we want to put together Ah, six week course, and in this course, every week, we're gonna be using a different limiting belief, changing concept. We're gonna teach it to you, and then we're gonna go through a live example with one of you of working through one of your limiting beliefs with the technique, and we're gonna introduce three intellectual techniques in addition to this one. You know, we're just share with you today. Three other intellectual techniques that work with the mind and how the mind thinks about limited believes. And then we're gonna look at three more emotional, energetic techniques, and we're gonna get into some of the energy, energy work and the emotional work that's underneath these beliefs, and that's sometimes where I mean it personally. In my life in the last few years, that's where my biggest transformations have happened that have led to me being totally connected with my intuition, totally connected with my higher self and living in making decisions in a whole different way. So we want to bring more of that information to more people. But, you know, we want to do it only if you want it. So what we're doing is we're making an offer for you to join us in this six week program with these recorded calls and you join us live and ah, and then if you can't join live, you get the recording. But we want at least 20 people to show up. That's kind of our litmus test of 20 people pre order this program, we're gonna make it, and we're gonna do it for you. And we're gonna do it together and we're gonna unlock, are limiting beliefs together. And then we're gonna have this community of people working on these types of techniques together. And because we're giving you this one plus six more, you're gonna be able to find the one that really works for you the best. And that's gonna you know, each of us work slightly differently, and and this one will help you. The one we shared today will help you, and one of the others might help you even a little more. So we want to provide that as well, if that's what you want. So we invite you to take a journey with us where we really dive into these looming believes and change the way we feel, operate and interact in situations so that we have more happiness in our life and create more of a life that matches that happiness. Do you want to say anything, Eric? About what We're offering folks? Yeah, I would just say one thing is, for years I've been reading all these self help books talking to different people, kind of on this thirst, like, how can I change these beliefs or whatever this feeling is where I can't really get what I want And this Byron Katie's work in our variations of it and just exploring limiting beliefs in general over the past week has done more for me than any other tool out there by far. Like this stuff is serious So I really hope that you follow along and just do this in your own life and see through firsthand experience. Don't take either of our words for it. Just experience it yourself and you won't need convincing like I'm excited for you to have that journey. It's fun. Does a great point. I'm glad that you said that. We don't want you to believe us. We want you to have this direct experience. And if you'd like to do that with us, we have that offer for you and we want to get 20 of you by the end of October. That's that's our date where we're trying to decide if we're gonna do this or not. So if you're excited about this sign up by the end of October. And by the way, if anyone signs up and we don't get the full 20 people, you'll immediately get your money back. You'll get your money back in the beginning of November. So this is kind of like a mini Kickstarter type deal. We just want those 20 people. And if the demand is there, we're gonna create this journey together. So we hope you join us. Watch this again. Go through it again If you need the example that with Eric, go through the workbook and we really hope this helps you tremendously. Just like it's helped us. So thank you so much for watching and listening. We really appreciate it. Talk to you again soon I
