1. Introduction: What if I told you
you could create your social media posts
through chat GPT, through artificial intelligence.
You heard me right. We're talking about
Instagram posts, Facebook posts, Twitter,
whatever it is. I'm going to teach you in this current class how
to utilize hat GPT, specifically to
create posts which align with your own social media marketing
initiative and efforts, as well as incorporating
your branding elements. That way, you don't
have to waste a lot of time trying to create every single post by
yourself. On the contrary. I'm going to show
you how to utilize Chat GPT, to create posts, integrate your
branding elements, have a certain template
that you could replicate over and over again. All of these powerful
concepts are going to be tackled in
this current class.
2. Your Project : Your project for the
current class obviously revolves around creating
your own unique posts, whether for Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook,
it's up to you. Then afterwards, you're
going to be sharing your results with the rest of
the community for feedback.
3. Setting Up ChatGPT For Social Media Success: Come back. Now, the first thing that we need to do is
in order to create social media posts
using CHAT GPT is actually to navigate
to chatgpt.com, and everything I'm going
to be sharing with you, feel free to create it and use
it using the free account. You don't have to go with the
paid version of Chat GPT. However, it's important
to understand, at the time of the
current lesson, a new model has been
issued which is hATGPTFV. However, based on the usage
of Chat GPT or GPT five, I haven't found
it to be quite as helpful compared to
the previous models. So you could use it to test
it out by yourself, GPT five, but I would prefer
to make things even more convenient and to get results based on the
validated model model, simply click on GPT
five or Chat GPT five and try to
change the model, go for legacy models. And select GPT 40. Now, if you cannot
see this option to change to the legacy
model, because many users, they are not having
a smooth experience with the new artificial
intelligence model, which is GPT five, and many are preferring
to go back to GPT four. And me personally,
I'm enjoying GPT four way better
compared to GPT five. Important to note that. So once we go over here, if you cannot see
the legacy model, make sure to update the settings option that
you're having within Chad GPT to display the legacy
model as part of your account setting details, and then you're able to see the legacy model option
and select GPT 40. Now, if you'd like to
just simply proceed with GPT five, that's
perfectly okay. But to make things
quite consistent, I wanted to highlight
this that I'm going to be proceeding
with the model, which is HAGPT four Oh. That being said, the
first option that the first option that we need to cater for or the first thing that we need to implement
is the setting up of HAGPT in a way which will help us create
social media posts. And to do so, we
need to prime it. So how do we prime CHA GPT in this current
case by giving it a certain role to behave as
if it's that specific role, for example, a
graphics designer, a social media manager
in order to create solid prompt engineering
structures to get great results. So what I'm going to
be doing right now, I'm going to be priming Cha GPT, act as a professional graphics. Designer. So I'm giving
Chat GPT the first role and social media expert. So when I'm setting up the following segment
of the prompt, I'm giving hatGPT the direction. Behave as a professional
graphics designer, as well as a social
media expert. Now I'm going to be injecting
what I needed to do for me, where I'm going to
provide you with the brand that I'm working
with and the logo. Now, this is basically what
I'm sharing some context. From prompt
engineering practices, we're sharing some
context to help hATGPT get up and running
in the best way possible. So what I need from HATGPT
since I'm going to be using it to create social media posts across various platforms, right? So I need to make sure it understands what I
need the posts for. First of all, I'm going to be sharing the brand
identity, for example, provide the brand or the brand identity that you're working with or your own
unique brand, whatever it is. And the logo, if you do have in a logo,
that's perfectly okay. Or you can just simply
share more details about your own project that you're working on in case
you don't have a logo. But for professionals
trying to utilize this for social media
purposes, definitely, you have a logo or let's say, you do have in your own
personal branding image that you would like to use, feel free to inject this
at this current stage. So I'm going to provide
you with the brand that I'm working with and the logo to create amazing
social media posts across various platforms, using the best practices. This is very
crucial, by the way, using the best practices for
each one of those platforms. Now, this is an
extensive prompt, but it sets up the scene
for a smooth execution, where if you do this
properly from the get go, you will make sure that
every single stage later on is quite
easy and convenient. Let's confirm that Chad GPT understood what we needed to do. Let's take a look
at the feedback. And this is how you confirm that actually understood what
you're trying to achieve. I'm ready to act as your
professional graphics designer and social media expert
to proceed effectively, please provide the following. Well, you don't have
to provide everything, but whatever detail that you have will surely help you
fine tune the results. The brand name,
brand description, tone and style, target
audience, color palette. That's powerful as
part of branding. Then the logo, social media
platforms that you'd like to operate on or
share your posts on also indicate
the post themes. That's powerful.
Why? Because this will give me variations. Codes, product highlights,
behind the scenes, educational tips, posting
frequency, as well. Now, once I have this, you'll get platform
specific visuals, caption suggestions
with images, hashtags, posting schedule, and
editable templates if we request them. That's the juice of the
following structure. Take a look at this. Ready when you are just
drop the brand info and the logo file. Excellent. So we have started
from the macro level. Now we are zooming in to this current prompt
all the way over here where we have confirmed that Chat
GPT is up and running, and now we are able
to proceed further, which is coming up next.
4. Get Your Brand Ready: Welcome back. Now, moving on, we are ready to add in the logo. Let's say this is the
current logo I have created for my
coffee line brand, which is roasted
beans, for example. So this is a logo. Feel
free to add your own logo, whatever template that you have, whatever image that
you would like to add, whether you're doing
a personal brand, for example, it's up to you, but this is the stage where you inject your brand identity. So what I'm going to
mention over here, this is the brand logo. Feel free to use the
theme for inspiration. This is where we add
some sort of context, but I don't want hat GPT to
be limited only by the image, but feel free to get creative, as well, based on
what works best. Best for each platform. So we have established now the branding that
we're working on. This is basically
for my coffee line, brand that I have
created, roasted beans. This is the brand logo. Feel free to use the
theme for inspiration, but feel free to get
creative as well, based on what works
best for each platform. By the way, this is just simply for demonstration purposes. Feel free to get your own logo, use your own project, whatever it is,
because every result will be uniquely dependent
on your own situation. Created this for a
hypothetical project, which is basically a coffee line called roasted roasted beans, and I've used that logo
as simple as that. So let's take a look at
the feedback from ChaGPT. You've provided the logo for roasted beans,
which is the brand. You should be seeing
your own personal brand over here or whatever project
that you're working on. Now I'll act as your
graphics designer, social media strategist to craft content that's
visually captivating, optimized per platform, aligned with your
cafe's identity. Excellent. Now, let's
see how ChaGPT has interpreted the image to understand that will use
the correct details. The logo feel warm,
modern, minimalistic, flame over coffee beans implies fresh roasting warmth and premium artisanal
vibe. Excellent. So just a brand direction, color theme, the browns, warm, amber orange
yellow, it's excellent. So it got the colors
palette right. Tone cozy, passionate, refined with a touch of coffee
geekinessEcellent. Audience, coffee
lovers, minimalist, professionals, and cafe
culture enthusiasts. So it has captured the
essence of the logo, and it should reflect
the same thing with your own unique logo or brand. Let's confirm a
couple of things. Before I start designing
posts for per platform, kindly confirm or provide these. Which platforms are
you posting on? Excellent. Do you
want only visuals or also caption
ideas and hash tags? What types of
content do you want to start with product photos, behind the scenes,
menus, coffee facts. Excellent. So it's
giving you options for you as a creative
to get inspired. Is your coffee coffee shop open or pre lunch phase,
post frequency. So this will guide the
creation process to understand what kind of a post are you
trying to generate? Now, what you'll
get once I'll have all of these post designs, captions and hash tags, content and Canva templates
if you want to reuse. Now, at this stage, what we're going
to be doing is I'm going to have HAGPT simply create the captions in a text format and a
visual representation. So what I'm going to do is
I'm going to have HA GPT. I want you to create for
each platform that I ask for the text based template or
post structure and captions, then proceed with creating
the visuals or visual post, including the best practices. Now, why is this important? Because this will guide Chad GPT for the sequence
I would like to follow. What I would like
to do is I will get the text based
structure for the post, which I can modify later
on if I would like. If I have my own
visual, for example, I can just simply
copy it and paste it, or I can just simply
get the visual as its downloaded and
get it up and running. So let's take a look
at the feedback. For each platform you request, I will deliver per platform, text based template,
the hook, the body, the CTA, excellent hash
tag, post design visual. These are the two outcomes
I would like to have. Now, Chat GPT has narrowed it down to
the current platforms. It's ready. Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, YouTube,
whatever it is. For example, you could say, let's start with
Instagram post for product Showcase or start with Facebook announcement
for a soft lunch. Once you confirm the platform, the purpose, I'll begin. This is the point where
we need to get to. Now we are ready. Chat
GPT has been primed. I have given it the direction I would like to proceed
with to get me the text based structure for the actual post and a visual
based on the best practices, which I can just simply
download and post as is. Now we are ready to dive
into the platform specifics.
5. Generating Social Media Posts Part-1: Welcome back. Now
kicking things off, we are going to proceed
with the first platform in the following sequence to check basically if Chat GPT
is able to deliver. We are going to proceed with Instagram posts where the post should be related
to coffee Tips. That's merely it. So I've given some sort of
a theme, an idea, and then I'm going to have Chat GPT generate the
structure for the post, as well as the actual visual. Now, let's take a look
at this. Let's build the high performing Instagram
post based on coffee tips. Excellent. This is the
first post, number one. And by the way, since you
have set this up properly, if you would like
to get more posts, you can just simply just type in a create another post on
another post and another post, and ChadGPT will
keep on producing these posts over and over again across various variations. That way you have endless limits of options that you could use. Let's take a look at the
first post coffee tip series, why water temperature
matters and brewing coffee. Excellence. It's a very
powerful tip, by the way. This is the text template. This is the headline, the hook, the body actual or the tip of the actual tip
or the brand voice, which you could use if you are going to create this manually, the detail 90 to 96
degrees Celsius. This is where all the rich
balanced flavors shine, want smooth tuner cups, use a thermometer for
30 to 60 seconds, CTA and the hash tags. So this is the text based
setup for the template. Why I have asked
for this because sometimes if I would
like to create a post, need to get the visual
details from Chat GPT. I would like to get some
text based details, and then I'm going to be creating my own post
and then just simply mapping those details as is
to guide the design process. Now, let's take a look
at the visual design. This is what I'm
interested in in terms of the quickness or how rapid
I would share the post. Visual post design
plan, the post format, as per the Instagram feed
vertical for more screen space. So it's using the best
practices based on every single platform in line with the previous
prompt structure. That's why it's very
important to make sure that you are following the structure I'm
teaching you right now. To get the best outputs
without any variations. So this is the post format. We got the size,
the visual style. This is the sections in
the visual, the hook, the illustrated
temperature scale, the small tip tag, the logo in the bottom corner,
based on the branding. Proceeding to create the visual poster right now, here we go. So this is very
powerful, by the way. So I have the ability to create a post aligned with my brand within a
couple of clicks, both. Text based template. If
you're working with a team, you can just simply
pass this onto them. This is very powerful for the marketing managers,
graphic designers, creatives who are
working with a team, within an organization, trying to come up
with their own posts. You can use the
structure for the post, which is aligned with the best practices for each platform, and then you could map it
to its own unique visual, which you can use
directly by the way. You can download it
and share it as is. Why? Because we
have set it up in a way that we are following the best
practices. Here we go. This is the actual
dimensions for the post as per D Instagram feed following the
best practices for that specific platform. So as you can see now, this is the post which
is being generated. Like I've mentioned, if you
have set this up properly, you would notice that over here, it said Instagram
post number one, coffee tip series, right? So if I'm happy with this design without any
needed modifications, I can just simply type in proceed with the next post,
and I give it an idea. And the next post, and
I give it an idea. That way, if you think about it, you have your own dedicated
Instagram generation machine, speak, where you are
able to get the posts up and running for
Instagram specifically. If you follow these practices
for other platforms, you have these mini
machines which are creating posts for you for
all of these platforms, saving you a lot of time
in the creative process. Look at the image as
it unfolds over here. You coffee might be bitter, and it has a really nice hook, as we can see at the top, which is reflecting
the essence of the structure that Cha GPT has displayed from the
text based, right? Your coffee might be bitter
because of this one thing. So used the structure, now, mapped it to
an actual visual. And from an Instagram
point of view, I think this works quite
well because it's in the vertical dimensions
and it's quite catchy. People are scrolling. They're going to love this post. Take a look at how
professional this is. Your coffee might be bitter
because of this one thing, 90 96 degrees Celsius
for optimal brewing, then we got the branding.
That's powerful, by the way. That's really powerful
because I have the ability to download
this and post it as is. So let me know, would
you like to proceed with the next Instagram post or
switch to another platform? This is very impressive.
Now, ChatGPT has been taught properly either to proceed with the same platform or to
switch to another platform. Before we switch to
another platform, I would like to show you a different variation
of the actual post. We are going to create a
new post on Instagram, but I would like
you to get creative and create something
catchy. Here we go. So by simply shifting the direction for the
creation process, instead of going with
educational tips, let's go for something catchy. Let's take a look
at the feedback, create an Instagram post for roasted beans, something
scroll stopping. Memorable while fitting your
cozy, modern coffee brand. Excellent. Instagram post, too, creative and catchy, a cup without soul, that's
just hot water. This is quite impressive. A post that romanticizes coffee culture while asserting
your brand's identity. It's a very catchy hook, a cup without soul, that's just hot water. Roasted beans, coffee
isn't just a beverage. It's the ritual that starts
your day with purpose and ends with a moment of peace.
See how powerful this is? Like, by structuring
the prompt properly, I was able to have Chat GPT develop some sort of creativity. From a text based point of view, and then share this based on the platform's best practices. I got the hash tags over here. Let's take a look at
the visual design. So this is the design style. Take a look at the details, by the way, cinematic dark ones. Why? For some sort
of cinematic effect, coffee cup with
rising steam forming, a heart or flame, big bold coat, roasted beans
logo subtly in the corner. Take a look at the image as it unfolds, the
Instagram post. This looks very
professional, by the way. Like, if you would like to
create this post by yourself, definitely will take
you at least an hour or two to develop this. So a cup without soil, that's just hot water. This is very powerful,
very inspirational. The theme, the generation
of the actual post, even the branding itself
strategically placed. Like this is professional
grade posts. And feel free to
tinker with this. By the way, you could create different variations.
It's up to you. You could add certain elements. You can try to manipulate
the actual post best fit. Your own unique application. So now we could go in a different direction
like a coffee tip, code, product, or switch
to a different platform. And at this current stage, let's test a different platform to see how far we could go with the social media posts
generation approach.
6. Generating Social Media Posts Part-2: Welcome back. So we
have seen how we could generate a couple
posts for Instagram. Now let's proceed with another
platform to test this out. Now we're going to have Chat GPT proceed to the next platform, which is Tik Tok, for example. Even though TikTok is a
video based platform, yet, you do have the ability to add image based posts as part of the content
that you're adding. Let's take a look
at this. Let's take roasted beans to Tik Tok. County works best
when it's fast paced, relatable, and
visually engaging. So it's showing us
the best practices. For coffee brand,
the sweet spot is short educational tips
behind the scenes brewing or satisfying
coffee visual. So it's applying
the best practices for this specific platform. Then it has transitioned to the actual text
content for the post. Coffee hack and tip. Theme the lazy Brista hack
for the perfect morning brew. Excellent. It's quite catchy. It has given us also the script, 15 to 20 seconds long. Scene by scene, if
we're going to be shooting a video instead
of a post like I've mentioned TikTok is mainly
a video based platform. But you could create
a visual as well. It has added the captions, which will work for the
placement on TikTok. Now it's going to be generating a visual post for Tik Tok. It did not jump directly to
it because first of all, it's a video based platform, so I need to confirm this. Take a look at the
feedback from Chat GPT. I can now create the first Tik Tok visual post for the SAC. Using a roasted
beans brand name, so it's ready to post
as a short form clip. Right? Do you want
me to make it as a video storyboard
with visuals or fully ready to use TikTok
post graphic slash videos. It needs to go in a
certain direction. Obviously, I cannot just simply create a video over here yet. I need to create a visual post. So proceed with a visual post. So now I have
shifted HAT GPT into the visual creation for the
post in line with Tik Tok. Like I mentioned,
when you go for a specific platform and the best practices
for that platform, you would notice hat GPT needs certain confirmations
because it's adopting the best practices. Take a look at the
statement over here, logo in the bottom right
corner throughout the video. So it's assuming that
we're going to be applying the best
practices for Tik Tok, which are basically video
based content, right? Now, even though you have the ability to
add actual images, so we need to confirm this specifically to hat GPT
to proceed with that. However, it will follow the best considerations in
terms of the aspect ratio, the fully vertical style, 1080 by 1920, which is the typical vertical
format for video and for the visual posts on TikTok. So as we get the content, what I'm expecting is to have something different
compared to this, because as you can see, this works quite well with
Instagram, right? However, on Tik Tok, you tend
to find that the nature of the content is more of
a catchy, fast beat. So I'm quite curious to
see how would Chat GPT actually map the video based
structure for fast paced, catchy content to
an actual image, Atatic image that we could use. And it seems as
the image unfolds, it's actually pointing
in the right direction, the lazy Barista hack. Which is something
that you would use probably on Tik Tok in order to have a catchy video for the
perfect morning bruise. It's combining the texts from the actual
script over here. This is the structure
that we're having. So it suggested
the idea that lazy Barista hack for the
perfect morning bruise. Instead of going with the video, you could use this, by the way. Like, if you're trying
to shoot this video, this will help you to have
scene by scene placements and edits in order to come up with the finalized video
to guide the process. But take a look at the current image generation
that we're having from hat GPT based on the
actual video content. And as I could see over here, it's generating multiple posts.
It's not just simply one. So we got this one over
here, this one over here, another one over
here, and another one over here. Why did it do so? Because it went with the
story board with visuals, not just simply a single post. So what I could do is generate a single post per post Visual? Not a collage or
storyboard. Here you go. Now, if you notice the feedback
from Chat GPT over here, we could test an entirely
different concept because it has followed
what I've taught it based on Instagram
application, right? So based on Instagram,
we have said, Let's create something visual, something creative, and Chat GPT is applying
these practices. Now, as I fine tune the prompt, one bold single frame
vertical visual that works as a scroll
stopper. Excellent. Now, it's showing me the
direction for the actual post, then I'm going to say proceed. Now I'm expecting Chat
GPT to learn from these, combine it with
my current prompt that I need a single post, applying the best practices again to the
generation structure. Now I'm going to be having
the actual output that should align with
my own preferences. Yet, like I mentioned, it should be different than
the actual Instagram post. It's something similar, then you could point had GPT in
a different direction, ask it, create something different compared to
the previous ones. That way you end up having options as you go through the
content generation process. And here we go.
Let's take a look at the final post for TikTok. Still brewing bitter coffee. Excellent, quite catchy. Use 90 96 degrees, water for perfect brew. Fallow for coffee hacks, roasted bean, this is the brand. So it has compiled the actual feedback from what we have
generated previously. And then it has shifted to something different compared
to the Instagram post. This is something, let's
say, Instagram friendly. This is more of a
TikTok friendly. So feel free to tinker
with this, by the way, to get inspired to try to come up with your
own creations and variations for your
own unique situation or whatever application
that you are working on. Now, let's test this for
another platform as well.
7. Generating Social Media Posts Part-3: Welcome back. So we
have covered Instagram. We have covered Tik
Tok. Now, let's proceed with another platform. Let's proceed with the next
platform, which is Facebook. So we're going for
Facebook and feel free to apply these concepts to again, whatever platform
that you would like. I'm just simply sharing with you these for demonstration
purposes, for you to get inspired at the same time to guide
the process for you. But there are endless platforms and all of these
tactics work best. Now it's applying the best
practices for Facebook. Slightly different
from Instagram and TikTok in terms of strategy. Longer captions work well, single bold visual, text
overlay kept minimal. So it's incorporating
the best practices in the posting process. So this is post number one. And if you would
like to generate multiple posts for
a single platform, like I've told you,
you can just simply type in generate
the second post, third post, and fourth post. That way you have
endless series of posts that you could
modify and download. So this is the text
based template. This is the headline. Your
coffee deserve better. Here's how to fix
it in 3 minutes. We got the body, we got the sweet spot,
the call to action. Then the visual
post design plan, Facebook optimized,
excellent format, went for the square format, performs better for shares, 1,200 by 1,200 pixels, hero image, text overlay,
and the branding. So if you have noticed, we are adopting various strategies
for every single platform. And if you were to
do this by yourself, definitely would take
you a lot of time to shift from one
platform to the other, not to mention to adopt the content to a
series of platforms. So let's proceed
with the design. And as you go through
the process, by the way, you wouldn't realize or
notice that sometimes the Chat GPT latest model will
automatically be selected. I do like to go for the legacy
model because it's for me, more convenient to use
because it's quite fast, compared to the new model which requires time to be trained. So now I'm going to
click on Generate. Let's proceed with the design. And if you'll notice, the
feedback from CHAD GPT, once we go with a certain
model, let's say, the CHAD GPT 40, compared to the CHA GPT
five might vary slightly. However, the speed at this current case
is what I'm looking for because it's quite different in terms of the feedback. As CHAT GPT five at
this current stage, where the lesson is
being presented, it's still in the
adoption phase, and you tend to realize that many users are facing some
issues in the process. So to make sure that we
have a smooth experience, I'd like to go for
the tested model. Now, let's take a look at the Facebook outcome
that we're having. We've got Chat GPT four
running this right now. As you can see, it's
Facebook friendly, the three minute fix. Then we can see some fumes from the coffee for
bittered coffee. Excellent. So this is
Facebook friendly. Like I've seen a couple of posts once when you're using Facebook, I've seen a couple
of posts, which look in the same format. Now, if I would like to
create a variation of this, we can just simply
create a new concept. Try a new concept for
the next Facebook post. This will shift to a
different concept, and you could apply
the same strategy, and you would notice
that over here, it will become Facebook
post number two, and then three, four, five, and the list
goes on as much as you want as many posts
as you would like. So we got the text template. We got the visual design
plan for Facebook. We are ready to proceed
with generating the post, and we'll do so automatically. Instead of me typing, proceed
with the generation of the post because it has
learned what I need exactly, and it's just simply
proceeding with the generation phase, as
we could see over here. And this becomes like some sort of your content
generation machine. For Facebook, Instagram,
whatever it is. And the better you
go about prompt structuring the conversation
with a chat GPT, like I'm teaching you so far, it becomes easy where you
can just simply type, create a new post for Facebook, create a new post for
TikTok, for Instagram, and it will
automatically shoot out the best post based on what it has learned within the
conversation so far. So think about it this way. You got yourself your
own content creation or your own content
generation assistant. Now, let's take a look
at the F second visual. As you can see, it's a different
shade of the coloring. We're using slightly
different fonts. As I can see, as the font
is slightly different. Now, I'm quite curious to
see what kind of image will be generated as part
of the current post. That first sip moment, quite captivating
for a coffee brand. Now, you could download
these like I've mentioned. You can just simply click
on the button over here, and then you have your
own stack of posts. Like you could
spend 30 minutes to generate these posts
as many as you'd like, and then add them, and then you could schedule to post them. Take a look at this
very powerful concept. That first sip moment, we get a hand holding
the cup of coffee, quite realistic in general. So this works best compared This works better compared
to the previous one. So we could keep on
doing the same thing, create new concept or proceed
with a similar concept, and that way, you have a clear idea how to generate those. So at this current stage,
we have covered Facebook, we have covered Instagram, we have covered Tik Tok, and you have a clear
guideline now how to go about this for whatever platform that you
are dealing with.
8. Wrapping Up: Oh, what do you think?
I truly hope that you found the class inspirational. If it helped you slice time out of your social media
marketing efforts, then it's a job well done, and I look forward to receiving your feedback on the
current class and make sure that they follow
my profile for the latest releases and updates, and I'll see you
in the next class.
