1. Intro: Have you ever dreamed of designing your very own line of holiday greeting cards, print on demand platforms today? Make it super easy to design and sell your own greeting cards. Hi, I'm Julie. I'm an artist from Vancouver Canada. I love finding new ways to apply my artwork to products, especially greeting cards. I've been selling my art Sazle since 2014, so I have nearly ten years of experience. I'm classified as a pro bronze designer, which means that I've made over $1,000 in the US market alone. I also teach other artists how to sell their art online through my website, Youtube channel, and here on Skill Share where I share premium long format content. The reason why I love Zazzle is because they have an extremely powerful design tool which allows you to combine your artwork with elements like text and photos that you can design as templates. So your customer can actually go in and add their very own text and photos to create something unique and special. In this class, I'm going to be taking you step by step through the process of designing your very own line of holiday greeting cards through the most basic cards to cards with custom text elements, custom photo elements, and even real foil elements. You can also take this class any time of the year if you're interested in just learning how to design greeting cards in general, the steps that I'll be teaching you in this class are relevant for any type of card that you want to create. By the end of this class, you'll be able to design and sell your very own line of holiday greeting cards. If all that sounds good to you, then without further ado, let's get started. 2. Supplies and Class Project: For your class project Today, I encourage you to share a screenshot of one of the holiday cards that you've created after following this class and share it in the class project section below. In terms of supplies for this class, all you're really going to need is a laptop. You could follow along using a tablet, like an ipad. However, not all of the functions in Zazl's design tool is available on the tablet. I recommend gathering just a few simple holiday themed illustrations or elements that you could use. However, it's not completely necessary. As I'm going to show you throughout the class, we can create some really cute design just using text and the elements within the Zazzle design tool. I'm also kind of assuming that you're already a little bit familiar with Zazzle and that you have a store already set up. And if not, don't worry, have another class that you can follow, which will take you step by step through the process of setting up a Zazzle store. So if you don't already have a Zazzle store and an account, I'm going to link my other Zazzle class in the description below. So make sure to check that out first. And once you've got your store all set up, then you can come back to this class and create some greeting cards. So let's move on to our first lesson, where I'm going to show you how to create a basic greeting card design step by step. So let's get started. 3. Gathering Inspiration: So we're going to get started working on our holiday card designs by gathering some inspiration. And of course, the best place to go, in my opinion, for inspiration is Pinterest. I have a board here that I've already created and gathered a bunch of really fun and actually quite simple Christmas card designs. I'll leave a link to this below, but you can just go to Pinterest yourself and search for Christmas or holiday card designs. And just start to take a look at some of the different themes and colors and honestly how simple some of these are. You can really create some really nice simple Christmas cards with just text and a few simple illustrations. So I'm kind of assuming that maybe you're an artist, since you're already here on skill share and maybe you already have some illustrations that you could use for this project. Maybe like a Christmas or some Christmas ornaments or presents. Any sort of holiday themed illustrations that maybe you've created in other skill chart classes or just on your own, that would be really great to use for this class. However, honestly we can create some really fun designs just right in the Zazzle design tool using text and maybe some simple shapes and things like that. So don't worry if you don't have any illustrations to work with, but if you do, make sure that you gather those. Another place that we can look for card inspiration is actually on Zazzle. I've just gone to their Christmas card section, just taking a look here through some of their top selling cards. And some of these are really simple. I'm going to be showing you later in the class how you can make cards with custom photos like this. But just start with, we're just going to make something pretty simple with text and some of those little illustrations. Now that we have a few ideas, let's move on to creating our first Christmas card. We'll see you in the next lesson. 4. Basic Holiday Card Design: In this lesson, we're going to go over the basics of creating greeting cards on Zazzle and selecting the correct template to use specifically for holiday cards. I'm here on the Zazzle website and I'm logged into my account. And as I mentioned earlier, I'm kind of assuming that you already have a Zazzle account and you're at least a little bit familiar with how to create products on the Zazzle website. To get started with designing our holiday cards, I'm going to come up here to this little hamburger menu on the top left. And then come down to the Create your own category. So I'm going to go up to All products. Now here under Blank Products, you can see there's a greeting cards section here under Invitations and Stationery. If you click into that, you can see there's 106 results. Zazzle has actually split out their greeting cards into a few different categories. So you can see there's a holiday card and a thank you card, and they look almost identical. In fact, I'm pretty sure they're same product, but for some reason they decided to split them out. I think just to organize it in their catalog better. So I already know that the product I want to make is like your standard folded greeting card. But rather than scroll through all 106 results, I'm just going to type in holiday and then see what comes up there. So now we've got all of their holiday cards. So the different types of holiday cards that you can create. So they have the flat holiday card, postcard foil, which I'll be going over to later. So I just want to find the folded one. Here it is, and it says small, but you can actually select different sizes within the product. If we click into the small folded holiday card, I'm going to change the size to the standard five by seven card. And then from here you could change the orientation to a vertical or a horizontal card. I think I'm going to start with a vertical card. I feel like that's like the most classic kind of holiday greeting card that you might receive. To start creating our card, we're going to go into customize this design. And that's going to bring us into the Zazzle design tool. Again, I'm assuming that you have a little bit of experience with the design tool. If not, then you should definitely head back over to my Beginner's As class. And I will link that below in the description as well. For our first card, we're going to just do a basic card using text only. To get started, I'm going to head over to the layers tab over here on the left hand side. I'm going to click there. Just before we start designing, I just want to explain the different layers because it can be a little bit confusing how they've labeled the layers. It says inside top slash left, inside bottom slash right and back. You can customize every single part of this card from front to back, inside everything inside top left. As you can see, it shows up over here on the preview when you click on it. So this one doesn't change because it's just showing you the left side of the card and then the bottom right is the right hand interior side. We're going to get started on the front of the card and I'm going to start by adding a background color. I want a festive red and I'm going to stick with like red and greens and whites, just classic holiday colors. I'm going to start by adding some text. I'm going to be writing, Merry Christmas. And I'm going to be typing in each letter individually so that I can change the color of each one. I'm just going to start with my M. I like that size. We might have to shift things around, but I'm going to make it pretty big. Then I want to retain the sizing and make sure the next letter is going to be exactly the same size. Okay, now I'm just going to hit control C and control V on my keyboard. You can also go up to Edit, copy and paste Control C, Control, move it over. And you can see it's snapping so that it's right next to the M. And then we're going to double click on that and type, or I'm going to change the color of this to white. Then again, I'm going to control C, control drag that over. Double click R. There's our R. I want to make this like a darker red. This is the same color as our background. I'm going to go into custom color picker and just drag it down until it's like a really deep red. I'm just going to continue with this. I've finished with all of my letters. Okay? So this is what I have so far and I'll have some work to do. I'm going to center these words. You can also group them together just to make it a little bit easier to move these around like that. Just center all of these to start, I think I'm just going to make these bigger till they are all the same width. Another tip is you can hold down control while you click on the plus and minus, increase and decrease the size just by like a tiny bit. So if you need to do more fine sizing, so this is starting to come together. So let's head over to our layers. So a classic holiday card, you know, doesn't really have anything on this inner left hand side. You could even leave the inside blank. Some people like to just write their own messages, but I like to just add a really simple message. You could just come up with something on your own. There's also like holiday card greeting generators. Now there's one on Creative Fabrica. So I'll just show you that. It's the CF Spark, Creative Fabrica.com slash Spark. And then if you come down, you can see all these different like AI generators and there's this one called CF Spark Writer. If you come into here, there's actually one for greeting cards. And so you can have it like generate a Christmas greeting for you. And sometimes they're kind of cheesy and long and I like to just kind of use it for inspiration. So if I'm kind of stuck on what I want to say, so that's a really fun way to come up with just interior greetings for your cards. So I'll just demonstrate that really quick. That's pretty cute actually. It's maybe a little bit lengthy. So again, I like to keep things pretty short and sweet. So let's just generate another one. So that's pretty cute too. So you can just like keep doing this over and over until you find something that you like. You know, I might just use this one actually. Wishing you all the joys of the season short. Sweet. So I'm going to go ahead and copy that into here. And then obviously we have our font really large, so just going to use the scale to bring this down and then change the size to like a 16. And maybe widen this text box, be all on one or two lines. That looks good. So I'm just like snapping this to the middle and maybe bring it down even more so like that, putting that right in the middle. And if we hit done now we can preview our card. And it's actually not too bad, to be honest. I feel like these colors need to be a little bit more saturated. So I might just continue to play around with this. But this is pretty much ready to upload. So if you're happy with your design, we can go ahead and list this product for sale. So to do that, I'm going to go over here to the salad button. And if you don't have the salad button, there could be a couple of reasons for that. Perhaps you've chosen the wrong product, so if you didn't go through the steps to pick the holiday card, you might not see the salad button. And another reason is maybe you're not logged in and not all is lost. I believe you could just log in from here and it should retain your design. So we'll come over here to the salad button. And now it's just double checking that you meant to leave some areas blank. So I'm happy with this, so I'm going to click on Publish It, and then we'll give it a title. And then if I click off, it's going to add holiday card to the end of my title. It says, we've automatically added that under Department. It's already suggesting a couple of departments here, honestly. You could go into either of these. Since our card does say Christmas, I'm going to add it to Christmas cards, specifically, if you made more of a non denominational card, happy holidays, for example, you could just leave it in the overall holidays department. I'm going to click on that one there for some reason. We have the merchandising showing the inside of the card To change that, I'm going to go up here to change Options, and then I'm going to select the front of the card because we want to show the front of the card, obviously, for our listing. So I'm going to go back to hit. Okay, Now that looks how we want it to show up on the Zavo marketplace. I'm just going to fill out a quick description adding some key words. Okay, so we've got our description and now we got to select the correct category for this product. So we're going to go here to select, and then it's going to be under holidays, Christmas. So make sure we've selected that and click Okay. The recipient, I feel like could be anybody. So I'm just going to leave that blank. If you created a very specific card, then you would want to make sure you select that category. But for this one, it's a little bit more generic, so we don't really need to do that. And then my store category, I have created these categories and we went through how to eight categories in class, so I'm not really going to explain that. Collections as well. I go over in my other cloth, but I'm going to select Christmas cards, collection that I've created. So I'm going to add that there. And then we're going to add some tags scrolling down under additional information. We're going to say this is suitable for a general audience and we're going to just leave these on. Royalty percentage is fine. Now coming down here to instant download, I'm going to have this enabled as an instant download. But if you look here, it has the retail price is like $12 which is really strange. For some reason, it automatically has the percentage high. So you're going to get $10 if someone buys this product. But I mean, who's going to pay for this? So I'm going to change this to 75% and then click to the side. And now you can see it's reverted to more of a reasonable price. So like people are going to pay $3.97 for the physical card and then the digital card is about the same. So I feel like that's fair and I'm actually going to make even more of a royalty. So now that we've changed that we've got this enabled for sale, you can also obviously choose to disable it for instant download. It's totally up to you, you know, learn more about that if you're concerned. So now I'm ready to publish it. I'm going to click on this rights agreement and then go ahead and post it for sale. Now we can scroll down to where it says, See my product. And now we can see we've created our first Christmas card. In the next lesson, we're going to create a more complex greeting card that includes customizable options. So we'll see you in the next lesson. 5. Cards with Custom Text: So the next card that we're going to create is going to feature customizable text. So what I mean by that is on the product page, your customer or the person shopping for and purchasing this card is going to have options that they can add or remove or change. So we're going to add some text that the customer can personalize. So there's like a custom element to the card. And I feel like people come to Zazzle specifically because they offer this type of personalized products. So it's definitely something you want to consider adding to your product. So I also want to show you a quicker way to make another Christmas card. Instead of going all the way back through and searching for the card and setting up the size and the orientation, I'm just going to basically make a copy of this card by going into edit design. And then we can just delete all of these layers and just basically start fresh. So this time I'm going to use some of my assets that I've created. So I'm going to choose this wreath design. And this is why I stressed the importance having your assets with a transparent background because it just gives you way more options. If you wanted to change the background color, for example, I'm just going to stick with a white background for this one. But as you can see, it just really expands the options of what you can design with your illustration. So I'm going to stick with a white background for this and I'm going to add my text layer and I'm going to go with Happy Holidays. For this card, you can do a merry Christmas or whatever other greeting you want to add. And I'm actually going to create two layers of text just so I can more easily move each line around because I'm going to have each word line. I'm going to add another text layer for holidays. Now I'm going to change the color. I'm going to use this color picker here and pick a color from my actual design. I think I'm going to go with this red color. I'm not crazy about this font. I want to have something a little bit more decorative. I'm going to go up to fonts, then I'm going to go down to script and calligraphy. That's just going to narrow down my font choices. Then I'm just going to start going through until I find one that I like. Now I'm going to go to my other line of text by just clicking right on it. And then I'm going to apply the same font. So I like that. So now we're going to add our customizable text. So I'm actually going to go back to my layers. I'm going to hold down shift. I'm selecting all three of these layers. I'm just going to drag this design up a little bit just to give us some more space down here for our custom text. So I'm going to add yet another text box. My text is going to say from the Johnson family, we've got our text layer. I'm going to make it significantly smaller. Let's go to like a 35, maybe even a bit lower. Drag this down to about here. I'm going to change the color to black. Finally, we're going to change the font to like a San Sera. We're trying to create some contrasts. I'm just going to center that, just go through a few of these fonts until I find one that looks appropriate, like that, maybe a bit smaller. Now I'm just going to visually make sure everything looks good. Just making sure everything is aligned nicely. Now in order to make this a customizable layer on the product page, we're going to go down here to make this a template object. Turning that on here, it says product page label. This is what's going to show up on the product page. We're going to add family name for URL, parameter name. We're going to leave this as text one, leave this allow editing on product page on. Now we also have the inside of the card which copied over from our other card. We could probably just leave this as is because it still works as a card. But we also want to add the ability for our customer to change this as well. Again, we're going to click on Make This a template object. Then here on a product page label, we're going to label it, interior greeting. I think the font is okay. I'm going to just leave it actually, I might just go back to recently used and just choose the same font as we have on the front of the card just to kind of add some continuity. And the beauty about this is your customer could come in to this design tool and actually further customize this if they wanted. But this is all we're going to do for this card, so we're going to hit Done. So now on the product page, you can see there's this personalize this template. So we're going to click on that. And now we can see here the family name and the interior greeting is all set up for someone to come in and personalize. So I could come in here and add my name and whatever I want on the inside. You can add even more text there. So I'm just going to change this back. It's always good to just double check that your fields are all set up correctly and that URL parameter that I talked about that has the text one and text two, that is actually going to indicate the order of these text fields. So whichever one you want to show up first on top, make sure that's the text one, then the second one be text two and so on. So that's going to keep your text fields in the order. That makes sense. Now I'm all done with that and just double checking all the layers. Look how I want. And now we're going to go in and click Sell It. And then again, we're going to click on Publish It. And here it's retained all of the information from our previous card that we did. And I'm just going to go through and update all of this information. And since we already went through this, I'm not going to go through it again for this card. In the next lesson, I'm going to show you how to create a template from a photo using like a stock photo. We're actually going to create these personalizable fields using a photo, so make sure you stick around for that. And we'll see you in the next lesson. 6. Cards with Custom Photos: The next type of card we're going to make is one that has a custom photo. By that I mean a photo that you're using as a template for your customer to actually replace with their own photo. This is a really simple example of one that I created with a photo of my cat. And if you come over here to personalize this plate, you can see that it shows the image. And then a button that says replace. So whoever is purchasing this card can replace the photo of my cat with their own cat or their own pet or whatever photo they want. And then just keep the background and the interior greeting and everything else that I set up. So you're basically just creating a card that has some photo templates for people to replace with their own photos. So to get started, I'm going back into one of the other cards that we've already created because we already know that it's going to be a holiday card and it's going to be correct size and category. But if you wanted to create, say, a postcard or some other type of card, you could come down here and transfer it to the postcard, the flat holiday card. Just make sure that it's one of the ones that has holiday in the title. But for now I'm going to stick with the folded card. But I think I'm going to change the orientation to a horizontal card just to switch things up. So I'm going to head into edit design. And I'm just going to go ahead and delete everything that I have here and just start with a blank slate before we get started actually adding our photo template, we need to download stock photos. If you're not familiar with where to get stock photos, there's a few websites that you can use such as Pixabay, Pexels.com Splash is another one, so I'm just going to use Pixabay. I tried holiday couple, but that just kept bringing up couples on holiday in like tropical locations which is not really the theme I'm going for. So I'm just going to search Christmas couple and then see what comes up. You could also do like family Christmas, family, Christmas pets. Just depending on the type of card that you're making. These ones on the top are actually not ones. We have to scroll down in order to find the royalty free ones, and there's already some cute ones here that would definitely work for our design. So we're looking for something that's horizontal, which most of these are. But if you're doing a vertical card, you'll want to get something vertical. So I found this photo here of kind of like a family or some friends in the snow, so pretty Christmas or Winter themed. So I'm going to use that one for my template to upload this. I just went here to my files and then upload images, and then I just uploaded this image that I downloaded from Pixabay. Now we can head back over to layers and you can see this is on the front of our card. And we're just going to center this for the background. I just have this red color, so you could just play with the background colors here. Or if you wanted, you could add like a pattern or some sort of festive image for your background. For example, I have this candy cane swirl pattern. I can make this super tiny. Then come up here to tiling. And then I'm click on centered. And then I'm going to come over to layers and just drag it under our photo that's already coming together. We can remove the background color. Now I'm going to click on this photo over here on the right. You have all these options. I'm going to come down to make this a template object, the same way that we created a template from our text in the previous lesson. We could do the same thing with a photo. We're going to click on that. Then I'm just going to change the product page label to your photo. I'm going to leave it fill as the interfit fill mode. That means that the image is automatically going to fill this whole square and there's not going to be any weird gaps around the outside. And the other really important option is to check off this, force customers to replace with their own content because we used a stock image, we don't want people to actually be able to buy this card with this photo because it's not even our photo. And also just be weird, you want to make sure that selected. And then if someone's going to buy this card, there's actually going to be a pop up that says you must replace this with your own photo before you can proceed to add it to your card. Definitely, don't forget to turn that on. Now, let's see what we have for our inner greeting. It's still the same generic one that we set up before. I'm actually going to turn on make this a template as well just in case somebody wants to change it or make it longer or add whatever text they want. I'm going to change the product label to Interior greeting. Now let's take a look at our product. I'm going to click done. So you can see we have the front of the card, the inside, and the back. That looks good. Now I'm going to come down to personalize this template and click on that. And now you can see we have our interior greeting is a template and the photo is also a template. That's exactly what we wanted. Now we've created our first card that has an image as a template. So now we can go ahead and click on Sell It to list it in our store. I'm going to go to publish it then. I'm just going to go ahead and fill this out. But one thing to note is if you come down here to additional information, make sure that this make product, a template is turned on and the Customize It button is turned on. So if somebody wants to go in and they can even go into the design tool and make further edits to the card. So just make sure that you're kind of covering all your bases and that your customer has full control to customize it exactly how they want. I do want to share with you one more thing in relation to creating templates from images. So we're going to create one more holiday card with a photo in the next lesson, so make sure you stick around for that. 7. Complex Custom Photo using Masking: For this next card, I'm going to go back to this one with the wreath that we created. And I'm going to make a copy of this and go into Edit Design. From here I'm going to delete this text. And then I'm going to go ahead and add our photo that we downloaded earlier and went back over to our layers. And I'm going to drag this layer underneath our wreath. And I want to center this behind the wreath that looks okay. I might bring it down in scale just a bit good. From here I'm going to add an element. I'm going to go up to elements and I'm going to add a circle shape. I'm just going to make the border and the fill color white. Now I also want to center this right on our wreath and going into layers. I'm going to, again, drag this down just below the photo. Now what I'm going to do is holding shift, I'm going to select both this oval and the image layers. Now you can see there is this button that came up that says mask. We're on that. Now you can see that our image has been cropped into that circle. Just to get a better look at this, I'm going to just turn off this wreath layer really quick. Now we can see how that circle has cropped the outside of our photo, But it's left a little bit of room on the top and bottom to fix that, I'm just going to unmask, then I'm going to change the color of this just to red for both the border and the film. I'm just going to make sure that the photo is going all the way to the edge of the circle. Now I'm going to go ahead and select those two layers again and hit Mask. Now we can turn our wreath back on. Mostly we want to make sure that it's just centered so we can go to align tools and just make sure it's perfectly centered. And then make sure our wreath is perfectly centered as well. Now we can select the Christmas wreath layer. And then holding shift, I'm going to select this mask layer. And then I'm just going to drag these up a little bit. We go to do, we don't actually have the template for the photo, we need to go back to edit. Then we need to unmask. We need to make this a template first, we're going to go to make it a template object, label it your image. And also make sure we check off to force customers to replace with their own content. Now we can go back through those steps of holding down shift, select the oval and the image, and then mask. If we hit down to personalize, now you can see that you can replace the image with your own image. So I realized I had to add back the Merry Christmas that we deleted, so I just went ahead and added that line. And this is our finished card, and now we can go ahead and list this product for sale. So there's just one other type of card that I want to share with you in this class, and those are cards that have real foil. So in the next lesson, I'll show you how to create Christmas cards with the foil. So we'll see you in the next lesson. 8. Cards with Real Foil: For our next card, we're going to head back over to the blank product section. Another way to get there is through this Create button here on the left hand side and under blank I'm going to go to view all. Now from here I'm just going to search for holiday card. Up here at the top you can see this one called Foil holiday card. We're going to go ahead and click on this foil holiday card. Here you can see they have the foil color gold, silver, and rose, gold. This little tag here says real foil. So it's actually going to use real foil on this card, so you can have squared or rounded shape for these cards. Remember this is just going to be a flat card so there's no interior section. Now we're going to go ahead and create our card by clicking Customize This Design. Under our Layers tab here, you can see there's actually two layers for the front of the card. On this layer you're going to place anything that you want to be, the foil part of your design. And then this front is where you could just add any other elements that you want on your card that are not going to be foil. We'll just start with something simple again, let's choose our red background and then come back to the foil layer. And I'm just going to demonstrate this with text, but you could actually use images as well like that. You can already see in the preview here that is showing up with this in gold foil. Anything that you place on this layer is going to show in gold foil. Now you can see this a lot better. I'm just going to come down here and change the line spacing and make the text a little bit closer together like this. You can also use images on this layer. When I selected my image, this dialogue box comes up. Whatever you see here in black is what's going to show in gold. This line is going to be gold. But then these lights on here are kind of like weird stripes. So there's different sort of filters here that you can use that are going to show the gold in different ways. So you can just kind of go through these and see which one makes the most sense. So anywhere that is black is what's going to show as gold foil. So this one here is basically making everything on here completely black. And that's sort of what I want. So let's see what that looks like. Okay, And then I'm going to use the crop tool and just crop out the top line of my Christmas lights. And then click off. And now let's do that and center this. And now I'm going to press control C and control V to copy this layer, I'm going to flip it horizontally and vertically. And then bring it down to the bottom of the card. Okay, so let's click Done and see how this looks. So here you can see that my lights are completely in gold foil and maybe I want the lights actually to retain their original color. So if I want to do that, I'm going to just delete these two. Come back to layers. Come to our front layer and you can actually see where you've got the gold foil, which is handy for decorating around this. I'm going to add my lights again onto this layer. Now you can see that they've got all the colors and everything still retained. Maybe we need to change the background to white. Now let's crop those lights and just do the same thing that I did before. Okay, now let's take a look at our design. Design is starting to come together. Let's see how it looks with silver. There's all sorts of possibilities that you can do with the foil. I encourage you just to play around with your own text and images and see what you can come up with. Okay, here is my final design. I just decided to make all the text capital letters and make sure they're all lined up and put it on this darker green background. The backside looks like this. You can actually edit this as well if you wanted to go into edit. And then on the back of the card there's just this divider and then the stamp placement. You could remove all of this if you want to. I'm just going to leave it as is, so I'm going to select done. Then if you don't like this QR code on the back, you can actually check off this attribution. So you can select none and then that'll remove that from the card. Now, right now it's not showing the slit button for some reason. But I did notice if I go down to envelopes and I select white, now it shows me the sell button. So I don't know if that's some sort of glitch, but if you're not seeing the slit button, just try selecting the envelope and see if that works. Now we can go ahead and list this product for sale in our shop. Again, I'm just going to go through the whole listing process like we already did. And that's pretty much it for this card. So make sure you stick around for the next lesson. I'm just going to be sharing some information about Azs affiliate program. You can actually make extra money selling your own products as well as other people's products on Sazles. If you're already selling on Sazle, I mean, there's no point in not being part of the affiliate program. If you're interested in that, make sure you stick around for the next lesson and we'll see you over there. 9. Bonus Lesson: In this lesson, I just wanted to make sure that you're aware about Azs affiliate program. If you're already creating products like these greeting cards that we created today and then selling them, you might as well take advantage of their referral program so you can make even more money from your products. To get to this Associate section, I just went over here and clicked on my account. And then there's this Associates tab. If you click on this, you may have to apply, but there's no barrier to entry. So you'll just automatically receive this referral code as long as you have a Zazzle account. So the most important part is this referral code here. So question mark RF, and then you're going to have a unique number attached to your account. And make sure you add this to the end of any link that you're sharing links of your own products and even other people's products. You can add your referral code and then you'll get 15% of the sale. So definitely make sure you're taking advantage of this associates program. Aka, and affiliate link. Now Zazzle also has this other affiliate program that's kind of lesser known and it's the Zazzle Promoter Program 2.0 Now this one's actually for more like established sale sellers. So if you've been on the platform for a while, you've made a few sales, make sure you check out this program. I'll leave the link below to this form. So basically what you're going to do is fill out this form and apply to the promoter program. And you may or may not be accepted at this point. So it is a little bit higher barrier than the associates. But if you do get into this program, you can then earn 35% on sales of your own products that you refer. So the difference with this is that you don't have to add your referral code once you're accepted into the program. You can just share your products like normal without adding the referral code. And you'll automatically earn that 35% If somebody clicks on your link, goes to your store, buys your product from your link, you'll earn your regular 10% or whatever royalty plus an additional 35% Let me tell you, you definitely want to be earning this extra 35% It makes a huge difference. So I'll leave the link to this below. Definitely check it out. And in the next lesson, we're just going to wrap up everything we learned today. And I'll share with you where you can find me, how we can connect further. Don't leave just yet. We'll see you in the next lesson. 10. Final Thoughts: So throughout this class, I taught you how to create holiday greeting cards from the most basic card to cards with customizable text and customizable photos and even real foil. So I really hope you enjoyed learning with me today and that you were inspired to create your own line of holiday greeting cards with Zazzle.
