1. Introduction: Whether you're a full
time professional or a business owner, an entrepreneur, you waste a lot of time, including myself, on a day to day basis, trying to do mundane task work which really have zero
impact on your productivity. On the contrary, they waste your time, they
waste your effort. They distract you
from the things that matter the most
during your work. Hours. But is there a way in which we could
leverage Chad GPT, an artificial intelligence
generative AI, in order to act as our
personal assistant, taking care of all of these various tasks
within our routine hours, within our day to day
activities at work, therefore, making us focus on
what really matters, saving time, increasing
our productivity, making us more efficient, tackling things that matter at work rather than
spending our day replying to e mails
and sending updates and all that stuff which
consume your energy, and they keep you in your place, and they stop you
from moving forward. And the answer is yes,
in this current class, I'm going to teach you
some powerful tactics, some unheard of tactics
in terms of using Chad GPT to make your day to
day work activities easier, more automated, more
effective, more efficient, saving you time,
saving you effort, making you more productive. All of these aspects, we're going to be tackling
them in this current class.
2. Your Project : Your project for
the current class revolves around applying
the key tactics in terms of using CAT GPT within
your day to day activities, such that you apply some of
the concepts to help you address the tasks that you
deal with on a daily basis, whether responding to e mails, whether creating
articles, whether planning for a project,
it's up to you. But towards the end
of the project, you are going to share how
you have used CHAT GPT, what prompts that you have used, and the output that you
managed to generate, which made your day to
day routine a bit easier.
3. What is ChatGPT: So what is Chad GPT? Ca GPT is considered
to be an NLP, Nager language processing method or model of communication
with artificial intelligence. We're not going to dive into the details of prompt
engineering and generative AI, in which we are going to tackle the applications
in this current class, straight to the point
with minimal fluff. But we need to understand
how does Chad GPT operate? It operates based on
natural language, the language that people
used to communicate. So once you give it a command, using an actual method
of communication that you use with peers, with fellow colleagues, with
fellow humans sort of speak, which is in the form
of verbal or written, it will translate it into commands and execute
accordingly. Therefore, Chad GPT is an artificial
intelligence model that operates based on the NLP model, which is natural
language processing, trying to mimic communication
between humans, then relating it to
algorithms which act and execute based on the linguistic
input from your side. That being said,
we need to have at the back of our minds
as we learn how to communicate with Chad
GPT and teach it how to tackle various tasks
within our daily routines.
4. Essentials of Prompt Engineering: Now, this lesson is solely
based on key indicators or key things to keep in mind when you are
crafting prompt, which are drawn from prompt
engineering best practices. Now, prompt engineering by
itself is a full own domain. Like I've mentioned,
we are dealing with the application in this
current class, how to use it. We're diving into the
applications, into the execution. We're not going
through the theory. However, in order
to ensure that we use chat GPT quite effectively, we need to understand some
key important fundamentals of prompt design and
prompt engineering. First of all, we
need to make sure that our prompts are clear, specific goal
oriented, and they are quite arranged in a
systematic fashion and primed effectively. So what does that mean? When you are dealing with Chan GPT, you need to be as
clear as possible, as specific as possible. Everything should be
structured out perfectly. Everything should be written in a fashion that you would
understand it as a human being. If you communicate it to someone and they're able to
understand it verbally, and then you pass on
that communication in a rhythm format to chat GPT, it should be able
to comprehend it. Simple as that. So when you are drafting prompts
or contacting, creating a contact of
communication with Chad GPT. You need to be sure
that you prompt. You are very specific, very clear with minimal
fluff and random words, because the same way you do not want to get your
colleagues confused, you do not want the
artificial intelligence to shoe out results, which do not align with
your requirements. In order to do so, we
need to be very specific. That's why I dedicated
this lesson for it. As part of prompt engineering, be specific, be
straight to the point, include context, include details such as job roles, themes, tones, all of these data, all of this data, all of
these pieces of information, which you might find
quite helpful to pass it on to a fellow
colleague add them in the form of the
prompt and pass it on to Chad GPT in order to give you the optimal result
that you're looking for. So I've dedicated this
lesson simply for that purpose, because moving on, we are going to apply tactics to make life
easier at work, whether you are a
business owner, a full time professional,
these applications, they are quite endless, and this will help you draw some inspiration based on
your current circumstances, your work routine,
your job role, which will surely have
a positive impact on your productivity and
time management efforts.
5. Exploring the Interface: Let's explore the
interface for Cad GPT. First of all, you go to
simply Google and type in Open AI Chad GPT to land
on the same interface. Now, we are going to navigate
the current interface, where we have the Chad
GPT logo in the middle. And then we do have the
top left side over here. We got the language model that we're going
to be selecting. Keeping in mind that Chad GPT
has two different options. We need to log in after you
create an account obviously, where you're able to
test the free virgin, or you're able to upgrade
to the paid virgin. Now, what is the difference
between both of them? The language model,
which is free, has the ability to come up with certain tasks and outcomes. But more complicated
outcomes are left off for the paid
version for Chat GPT. Now, at the bottom over here, we got the different
potential uses that we could have CAT GPT for. For example, test my knowledge, write a text, suggest fun
activities, help me pick. And then at the
bottom over here, you have the prompt window. This is the window where
we type certain commands, and we engage with the
artificial intelligence model. And if we take a look at the
top right side over here, Once you click on this button, this is where you generate a new chat. What does that mean? If I click new
chat, for example, it will open a new window like
fresh start with Chad GPT. Why? Because Chad GPT
has a working memory. So if I type something over here and I have a
discussion with Chad GPT, it will base its response based on the previous communication
and previous chat. That's why when you are
dealing with Chad GPT, you need to have a
systematic approach as we are going to see, rather than just simply
typing prompts randomly. So whenever you need a
fresh start with Chad GPT, just simply navigate to the
top left bar over here. Click on the new message button. And this will open for
you a brand new page with fresh memory slot
or fresh memory space, where you start to engage with the artificial intelligence
language model. That way, you are building
up a working memory, based on which any future additions in terms of prompts that you add
to the prompt window, it will pick up the information
from the previous chats, which have been saved in order
to fine tune the outcome. So this is just simply a brief overview of the
Chat GPT interface, and our main focus is
this part over here. How do we communicate
with Cha GPT to make work and business
automated and easier?
6. Creating a Business Plan With ChatGPT and Generative AI: Current lesson, I'm
going to show you how we could use Chad GPT to come
up with a business plan. First of all, let's prime it. When I say let's prime it, it means we get it ready to communicate in a way that we
wanted to. How does that go? Put on your business hat. This is one method, one
approach to priming Chad GPT in which we tell it to act in a certain way or behave
based on a certain role. Put on your business
hat and create a business plan for
a new coffee shop. This is a random example. It's up to you to put
on your business name or business model over here, and then wait for Chad GPT to come up with a business plan. This is very powerful, especially
if you're applying for certain financing
or you're trying to come up with a creative
plan for a new business. This is a great starting
point for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and
business owners. Let's click, generate and see the outcome. So take
a look at this. First of all, we have
a clear description of the business
with a basic name, business plan, urban
Brew coffeehouse. Quite catchy. You can add in your own
unique business name, but what we're
concerned about is the actual context of the business plan.
Let's go through it. Together. So over here, we have the business name, urban brew coffee house,
you got the address, the business structure,
the owner's name, which is you in
this current case, and the date established. Here you do have a
brief description of the actual business,
which is very good. Then we have the
key objectives for the business plan,
the revenue target, achieve $500,000 in revenue in the first year with 15%
growth rate annually. Customer base, build
lawyer customer base of at least 500 regular patrons
within the first six months, profitability, community
engagement, excellent. So we do have an actual
solid business structure. You got the actual business. You get the business objectives. Let's take a look at
the market analysis. Industry overview, the
coffee shop industry continues to grow.
This is quite good. Target market, the demographics,
the psychographics, basically individuals who
like a certain ambience, a certain place based
on certain preferences, location analysis,
competitive analysis. You take a look at
the dark competitors, ind competitors,
competitive advantages, products and services. You got the coffee
offerings, the food menu, additional services,
marketing and sale. So it didn't just
simply give you a general business plan, which is satisfactory up
to the previous points. However, it gave you a marketing and sale strategy
for the branding, digital marketing,
local marketing, customer loyalty program,
operations plan. How do you go about
building that business? Certain suppliers,
the technology, the financial plan, including
the costs breakdown. How do you go about calculating the costs of your business, which is very crucial
at the early stage? The lease, equipment, initial inventory, marketing
promotions, miscellaneous, total start up costs, which will help you understand the kickoff point
for your business, the revenue projections,
any expense projections, funding requirements, profit and loss forecast
for the first year, which is very, very good. Then you do have a certain
conclusion towards the end. Now, this is very,
very powerful. Imagine if you would like
to do this by yourself, it would take you at
least a month's work. And by the way, for
your knowledge, you do have professional business plan creators
or would sit with you, have a discussion with
you to come up with this over repetitive
meetings. And guess what? They get paid for that. So it's either you
can use this to help you craft business plans
if you are a business plan, creator, someone who's
an expert in the field, or for your own business, rather than having
random resources of information here and
there to figure things out, you are able to have a full on plan just with a couple
clicks by being smart about your prompt engineering
approach where you tell Chad GPT to put on a certain role as a
professional business manager, a business owner, and then to come up with
a business plan, including key elements
for any plan. Now, Is this enough? Of course not? If you are a business
owner, just like myself. You understand that business plans are just simply a couple, you know, like ink on paper. But the market tests your product tests your
service to get some feedback. So we've gotten the
actual business plan. Does this conclude our
job? Of course not? Let's see how could I help you get inspired to take
it even further. Now, I've gotten
the business plan with a couple clicks
from Chad GPT, and I'm going to have it conduct a feasibility
assessment. Is it worth pursuing it or not? Conduct. Again, I'm going to try a different
prompting approach. I'm going to tell it, act as
if you are a finance manager or a business executive and determine the fbility. Of the business plan
above and identify any potential problems or future risks to be
considered in the plan. So we've got in the business
plan, keeping in mind. This is a set of algorithms in the form of artificial
intelligence, right? We call it AI, but it's
a series of algorithms, picking up information
from across the web, saving us time, savings effort, making us more productive. So we need to be quite sure
what we are taking from it. It's not just simply pick
things up and that's it. So now we're going to
refine the process by iterating the response from Chad GPT to get more
concrete results. Now let's take a look at this. So now it's actually analyzing the previous business plan to identify key
areas of strengths, weaknesses, and to help us come closer to a decision whether or not to pursue
such a business. For example, if you take a
look at the market potential, positive indicators, challenges,
financial projections, funding requirements,
potential problems and risk, market entry and
customer acquisition, financial risks,
operational challenges, customer preferences and trends. So all of these things, which you have not incorporated
in the business plan. These are part of the
decision making process. It makes your life easier. So then you come
to the conclusion, let's take a look
at the analysis. Overall, Urban Brew
Coffee presents a promising business
opportunity with a solid market potential
and well thought out plan. However, to ensure feasibility
and mitigate risks, the follow steps are
essential, differentiation, financial prudence,
operational flexibility, and risk management. So these are the key things. You need to keep in mind
as you are implementing that business plan in order to ensure the
higher success rate. So see how things
are working out. Simply from a business
point of view, you're able to come up
with a business idea, or come up with a business plan, literally craft
that business plan, whether you'd like to present
it to your own partners, you present it to a financing
agents, whatever it is, or then you transition
to analyzing that business plan to have a clear idea whether
or not that works. And normally that takes months, at least four to six months
to come up with this. And we managed to do it in this current lesson
with a couple of clicks through Chat GPT.
7. Generating Business Ideas With ChatGPT: Welcome back. So now
I'm going to give you some additional insights
of how could you use Chad GPT to come up with
actual business ideas, but in a smart, tactical,
innovative way. First of all, what
I'm going to do is, I'm going to incorporate certain elements of
your personality into the prompt in order for CAT GPT to conduct
some analysis, to come up with
business ideas that work based on your
own preferences. This is very powerful. Now, let's prime it. Act as if you are an
experienced business owner with background in suggesting
business ideas for individuals based on their preferences and traits, including personality
and areas of strength. Okay? Let's take a look at this. Now, this is the feedback
that's going to give me. It's going to give me the
approach that it would follow. Absolutely, I'd be happy
to help you with that. Let's dive into your interest
ranks and preferences. Then it's going to show me how it's going
to deal with this. Now, this is if you'd like
to have a general idea about what could fit for you by taking a look at the
actual answers from Cha GT, like you a risk taker visionary, organization leadership skills, empathetic and
community focused. These are the different types of characters and the
respective businesses. This is very powerful, but I'm not going to go through it. I would like all of
this information to be compiled through Ja GPT to
give me with a proper answer. Now, let's take a look at this. Okay. I would like you
to propose a list of ten business ideas after I
share with you my preferences and preferences and insights regarding my work approach. And then I'm going to ask you, are you ready to confirm
the priming? Are you ready? And when I say priming, it means shift the responses of artificial intelligence
in that direction that I would like to have it. Now, I do have a full on class. Feel free to take a look at it, related to prompt engineering
and prompt priming, which will help you
get advanced tactics. In addition to feel free to use the free
prompt generator, which will help you come
up with prompt with a couple clicks without the need to go actually
into the details. Now, let's take a look at this. Absolutely. I'm ready. Go ahead and share
your preferences and insight about
your work approach, and I'll craft a list
of ten business ideas tailored to your profile, okay? I enjoy traveling. I like to work with small teams. I prefer flexible hours
and a business which is not stressful and hectic to operate with minimal
implications. This is just simply
a preference, random as is, feel free to put whatever preferences
that you would like to. Then I enjoy Health, fitness, wellness and
productivity based aspects. Now, I'm just simply
brainstorming as I'm teaching you this, so it's very straightforward. Like I mentioned, my approach to teaching you is
quite transparent, the same way I
would go about it. I'm sharing it with
you for you to see an actual real life
practical example, rather than just simply
fluff that does not work in reality. Now,
let's take a look at. Now, based on your preferences, it just simply suggested
a various types of business ideas that would
meet the following profile. Feel free to change
this as you please, based on your own preferences,
your own personality. I did not add personality
aspects over here. Any preference that
you would like to have in terms of generating
a business idea. Feel free to inject
it in the prompt, and then you'll have a list of suitable ideas that
match those preferences. Therefore, eliminating or just simply giving you
some inspiration. Here we go. Wellness
coaching business, virtual health and
wellness workshops, fitness retreat organizer, digital health product creation, Niche health blog or Vlog, personalized
productivity consulting, health and wellness
subscription box, online fitness
class of programs, travel and wellness influencer, health focused
mobile application. For me, personally, as I'm
reading these outputs, I literally enjoy every single one of them
because I like fitness, I like health, I like wellness, development, the whole
coaching approach. This is something that I
could see myself doing. And if you're able to find yourself in these answers
or in these outputs, it means you're getting
closer to a business idea, which matches your own personal preferences
and requirements. Therefore, minimizing
the problem of coming up with
a business idea that actually that
you don't like. So keep this in mind. This is a very
powerful tactic to help you become more
productive, save time, become more efficient
in terms of identifying business
ideas using CAD GPT.
8. Drafting Emails for Any Purpose: We're going to use Chat GPT to help us with
our communication, whether you're for
your own work, you're communicating with your
boss, for your colleagues, or for your own businesses, regarding cold e mails, e mail marketing,
it's up to you. So I'm going to walk you
through a couple examples related to e mail communication
through Chat GPT, which will help you draw some inspiration and to understand the various applications for
artificial intelligence. So now I'm going to use
Chad GPT to come up with an e mail for colleagues, for example, related to
a new project update. So I'm going to private
Prime Chad GPT, act as if you are my secretary and
administrative assistant. I would like you
to draft an e mail related to a meeting
for the projects team, which is set to to be today or to be
held today at 4:00 P.M. In the third and the
second meeting room, for example. Meeting room. So now I'm just
simply any business, they have got projects. You need to send e mails
to your colleagues and often to draft an e mail or just simply try to
come up with an e mail. Could be time consuming to
add all of the details. Now, keeping in mind, I've
added a lot of details, just simply to come
up with an e mail. This could take place
with a couple of clicks. I'll show you how. Now, let's
take a look at the answers. Here we go. Subject.
You got just simply a very powerful e mail
and a couple clicks. Reminder. Project team meeting today at 4:00 P.M. Dear Team. This is a friendly reminder about our project team meeting scheduled for today at 4:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in
the second meeting room. Please come prepared
with any updates or questions regarding
our current project. If you have any agenda items
you'd like to discuss, send them to me by 3:30 P.M. So we can ensure they're
included in the discussion. Looking forward to
productive meeting. This is very, very powerful. Now you can just
simply copy it as is. You put in your name, your
position, contact information, or you got your e mail
signature, and that's merely it. You can send it, or you can just simply since it's a
draft, you can modify it. I'm going to say, eliminate
the need for an agenda and include feedback sessions after the meeting through teams, which is Microsoft Teams. Take a look at this. So now
I've modified the e mail. Please come prepared any updates or questions regarding
current project. After the meeting,
we'll have a feedback session through teams where you could share your thoughts and
suggestions. Very powerful. I'm able to craft
various types of e mails based on
my circumstances. Now, this is part of my
day to day communication. Keeping in mind, this could
be done automatically. You could craft responses Now, I've initiated the inquiry
or the e mail from my side. But what if you
receive an e mail from your boss or you
receive an e mail from your colleague
and you would like to respond automatically saving
the time and the hassle. Let's assume that on
the receiving end. Here we go. I've received this e mail
from my team member, and I would like to reply to it. So I'm going to just simply
go to copy paste Okay. Here we go. Copy this. And then I'm going
to go to Cha GPT, create a response to
the following e mail. And then you have quotations, paste, close the
coats, and that's it. La. Here we go. So now, when I simply go
to my e mail inbox and I copy an e mail and just
simply paste into Chad GPT, and I add the prompt, create a response for the
following e mail, we missed the word for
for the following e mail. But Chad GPT is smart enough to actually
fill in the blanks. So let's t click the response. Dear recipient, the name
which goes from here. Thank you for the reminder. I'll be sure to
bring updates and any questions I have
regarding our project? Out of now, I don't
have any additional agenda items to include. Looking forward to
the meeting and the feedback session
afterwards on team. Take a look at this.
Very straightforward. But most probably, you know, I know, everyone knows. E mails, they have tones, right? They have a certain tone. You can be able to tell if the e mail is professional,
Is it offensive? Is it friendly? Why? Because
of the tone of the e mail? It's part of the
communication skills, how to craft the
tones of the e mail. But the question is, are we able to do this
with Chad GPT? Well, actually we can.
Let's take a look at this.
9. Tone and Personalization of Emails: This current lesson, I
just simply dedicated for the tonality and
the personalization of your communication. You could apply these tactics, I'm going to share with you, and they apply to e mails, messages, whatever it is, articles, it's up to you. Now, we left off where we
had the following e mail. Thank you for the
reminder. I'll be sure to bring up
this in a question, but it seems quite too formal. I'm going to tell Cha GPT the e mail response
is too formal. Rewrite it with a friendly Tone. Let's take a look at this.
Now, there's no need for you, by the way, to just simply
add the full prompt. You can just simply
copy an e mail. You can just copy, rewrite it with a friendly tone, and that's it. Let's
take a look at this. Hi, thanks for the reminder. Adding an exclamation
mark to be friendly. I'll be ready with the
updates and questions I have. I don't have any extra
agenda items for today, but I'm looking forward to the meeting and the feedback
session on Teams later. See you fo. Here we go. More It's a friendly
tone, right? How about? Change it to a
formal tone. Here we go. This by itself,
this basic prompt, when you go for
this basic prompt, simply when you go for, change it to a formal tone, this
is more than enough. So if you copy any e mail
and you can just type in, change it to a formal tone or change it to a friendly tone, this will get the job done,
saving you even more time. Let's take a look
at the formal tone. Thank you for the minor. I will ensure that
I'm prepared with the updates and any questions regarding your
project at this time, I don't have any agenda
items to be to submit. I look forward to
the meeting and the subsequent feedback
sessions on teams. Very straight to the
point, professional. And this is simply up to you. You're able to inject the tone, the tonality, the
personalization based on your preference. So when you are
responding to an e mail, you can just simply copy paste the e mail into the prompt
window and just say, respond with a formal tone, or respond with a friendly tone, or add more details. Anything which you would like to change
within the e mail, we can just simply have a GPT do it for you by
modifying the prompt. How about, let's say, I would like to create an e mail related to promoting
a certain colleague, okay as specific as
this example is. Now, create an e
mail to be sent to a colleague that I'm planning to promote
to a senior level. Making sure that this is
where I put in the tone. The tone of the e mail is
friendly and encouraging. Here we go. Let's take a look at this. Exciting news, promotion to
senior level. Very catchy. Hi, colleagues name. Notice it doesn't say, dear. It says hi. Is a friendly tone. I hope this finds you well. I'm thrilled to share some
exciting news with you. After viewing our
outstanding performance and contributions we've decided to promote you to a
senior level position. This is well deserved
recognition of your hard work, dedication, and the positive impact you've had on our team. Well, all of us, we wish that we received such an e mail
every now and then, but you could be, you could
lead with an example. Your new role will come with
additional responsibilities, but I'm confident you'll excel and continue to
drive our project. This is the
motivational part. Why? Because we mentioned we need to be encouraging to
congratulate to be friendly and to encourage the colleagues going
to be promoted. Let's schedule a time to discuss the details of
your new position, and how can we support you
during this transition? Congratulations again
on this achievement. We're looking forward to celebrating this
milestone with you. This works like a template. You're able to use
these as templates. We just simply put in
the colleague's name, you put in your name
and your position and replace the name over here. And this works for any
circumstance related to promotion. If you are an HR
manager, for example, You could use this template to communicate promotions
very easily, rather than crafting every single time a
promotional e mail. And the same thing works for unfortunately
for terminations, and the same thing works for any policies related
to H R. You're able to craft these
templates of e mails with a couple
clicks using Chad GPT.
10. Creating Complex Meeting Agendas: Now, for every
meeting, obviously, you do have what we call
as a meeting agenda. So now we're going to ask a
GPT to help us with this. I'm planning a meeting for a social media
marketing campaign, and I would like
you to brainstorm a meeting agenda in which the duration of the
meeting is for 30 minutes. Now, once we have
the word agenda, it means we have time
bound activities. So what we are going to
do is for any meeting, we need to have
clear flow points, what we're going to
discuss in order to make sure that the
meeting runs smoothly. And this applies
for any meeting. In this current case, we have 30 minute social media marketing
campaign meeting. Here's the agenda, social
media marketing campaign, the date and the time, the duration location, Now, we have the objectives, brief introduction
of the participants, outline the goals of the
meeting, review the agenda. First of all, we
have the campaign of review for 5 minutes, quick recap of campaign
goals and objectives, summary of target audience
and key messaging. Then we have the content
strategy for 7 minutes, platform strategy for 5 minutes, metrics and KPIs for 4 minutes, action items, and next
steps for 3 minutes. Question and answers
to wrap up that way, you have a 30 minute
agenda for a meeting. This is very powerful
whenever you walk into meeting rather than having to improvise within the
meeting things that need to be discussed or just walk into the meeting
without having a plan, you could use CA GPT to
give you the agenda, or at least some
bullet points for the agenda of key points
that you could discuss. So we use this example for a social media
marketing campaign. Can we use it for something
else? Well, of course we can. How about we can use it for the training of new
employees within a cafe. Okay? I'm planning a meeting to train new employees who
have been hired in a cafe. The meeting is for 1 hour. A, create the agenda. Now, since the topic is
not that sensitive to personalization or to a
tone or a certain context, what I need is just
simply a straight output. Notice what I've done over here. Just simply give it what I
needed to do, duration, coma, the end target, the
specific outcome that I would like it to give me as straightforward as possible. Now, if you would like to
add further context like based on a certain tone based on a certain theme based on
a certain environment, feel free to add
those to your prompt. Now, let's take a
look at the output. Meeting agenda, new
employee training, again, day time duration, and
we have the welcoming and the introduction
greetings by the trainer and the
manager for 10 minutes, then overview of the cafe
operations for 10 minutes, including all of the
key points, tour, explanation of the
daily operations, roles and responsibilities, customer service training,
health and safety procedures, break Q&A sessions, next
steps to wrap it up, summary of the key points, outline of the first day
and week expectations. This is very powerful. So by simply giving it
the clear prompt, the clear end goal,
being specific, asking it to come up with
an agenda for a meeting. You're able to just simply inject the duration
of the meeting, the nature of the meeting,
and the end goal. It will give you
a meeting agenda. You could just simply go
through it as part of the planning for your business meeting or for
your work meeting, or you could just
simply populate it to your colleagues once
the meeting is over, such that everyone has an idea what has been
covered within the meeting.
11. Generating Summaries and Reports: On this current
lesson, we do have a very powerful Chad GPT hack, which would make our life
easier as entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals
working a full time job. Sometimes when we are
presented with reports, we need to just simply get to the juice of the report
without wasting time, reading the entire report. And this is where Chad GPT
can be quite in handy, in which we are going
to feed it a report, and then we're going to extract
some key insights from it by either summarizing
the report or getting some important
takeaway points. How does that work?
Very simply put? I'm going to give you a report, and I want you to summarize
it. Then click enter. Here we go. Then I just simply
picked up a random report. I literally have no idea about
the content of the report, but just simply to show you that sometimes once you
get those reports, and you need to get the
juice out of them to get a clear idea without spending hours upon hours
reading the report. Here we go. Now, this
report is basically based on water pollution and
just simply add it. Let's take a look at the
summary of the report. Now, water is crucial, globally freshwater, annual
precipitation. Great. So it's summarized the
report into paragraph. Still, this sounds like
quite a lot to read. And I'm going to
say, summarize it to a single paragraph. Here we go. That's it. Let me
take a look at this. Water is a vital renewable
resource essential for life, economic development, and
various human activities. Excellent. So I got me the key
highlights from the reports. I understood it's
basically about pollution, some challenging elements,
some key metrics. That way you get an idea about the content of
the report, right? But like any other report, we need to obtain
some information. What I would like
you to do now list the key points and data in
the form of bullet points. So instead of having a full on summary in the
form of paragraph, just give me the highlights. Give me the main
points in the form of bullet points to understand
what the report is about. List the key points and data in the form of bullet points, making sure that You list
all the important details. Now, I truly hope that you
appreciate how much time you would save from going
through reports. This will save you
a lot of time. This is just simply for
the sake of demonstration, but the applications
are quite endless. You're able to take
financial reports, you're able to take articles, you're able to you take on a series of research
papers and just simply inject them into Chad GPT
and follow the practices I'm teaching you to
be able to obtain the relevant information
with fraction of the time. Now, take a look
at this. Here are the key points and data from the report at the bet points, Water's Importance,
global freshwater, India's water resources, river system, geographical
demographic data. All of these are basically the key
highlights from the report, and the summary points for
every single one of them. So instead of going
through the full report, which would take me hours, this is by the way, this is simply a
short version for it. It's a paper, I think it's about a couple 100
pages sort of speak. So going through
them, I just simply got this from a research
paper, like I mentioned. So to go through the
full research paper, it will take you
hours if not days, and I'm able to get
the juice out of it, the clear headlines,
and the summary for every single headline
with a couple key points. Not just that. I'm
going to make it actually highlight the areas
that I should focus on. In case if I'm going
into a meeting, I need to present this. I need to demonstrate
my subject matter understanding rather than just simply memorizing these details. So I'm going to prim it to pick up the information
that I need to know. So I'm going to a meeting to
discuss the report findings. Highlight the important elements
that I need to be aware of and the key metrics which
stand out from the report, either as concerning or important or need attention
as soon as possible. And this works great if you're dealing with
financial reporting, any key areas which pop up, you can use this to help you
out. Take a look at this. For your meeting, focus on these important elements and
key metrics of the port. The water's essential role,
the freshwater availability, and it gave me some
metrics over here to keep in mind the
water resources, the contributions, the
system, the population. These are key important areas
that I need to focus on, not just that, it gave me the
actual metrics. Here we go. Precipitation and
monsoon contribution, annual precipitation in India 4,000 kilometer cube,
monsoon rainfall, 3,000 population density,
water resources, then the points of concern, seasonal rainfall variability, environmental
impact. All of this. I was able to actually
conduct full on report analysis without even
reading the report. Lary. I just simply took up
the report, dit it. I got a summary to understand
the context of the report. Take me a couple
minutes to read, then further refining it to get the important elements and the key bullet points which are related to every
single one of them. Then if I would like to have a meeting or
discussion about this, these are the key
elements I need to focus on and the key
metrics I need to be familiar with and any key areas of concern
or consideration. So all of that with
a couple of clicks, I was able to get all of this essential information
of the report. Now, keeping in. As a side note. This works easily
most of the time. Me personally, I prefer
that you always cross check briefly to make sure that you're getting the
correct information, even though there's
a certain level of accuracy as we can see, but it's simply a computer algorithm through
artificial intelligence. You cannot depend on it. Fully, and there are always, always potentials
or rooms for error. So just to make sure that
you're always on the safe side. Once you finalize this, just simply have a quick
check up walk through the report to have
a clear idea that everything meets up
your expectations. So on this current
lesson, we have learned how we
could use Chad GPT. To actually summarize
any report that we have, could be an article, could
be a research paper, could be a financial report, anything that you're
presented with, you're able to
actually summarize it, then summarize it even further, then obtain the key
highlights and key points, and then retrieve the metrics
that you need to focus on. If you're a business
owner, as a side note, if you add your statements
for your business, this will save you a lot of time trying to dig
for information.
12. Articles, Blogs and Social Media Content Generation and Repurposing: If you'd like to actually write a blog post or an
article on any subject, a GPT can help you do this in which you are able to actually write on a specific subject, set the tone and set some key insights based on proper prompt
engineering and priming. So how do you go about this? First of all, we're
going to prime GPT to behave in a certain
way based on a certain role, and then we're going
to make it write the article from
that point of view. For example, Imagine you are a professional dietitian. And you are required
to write an article, which is about 300 words on
the importance of nutrition. Simply put, let's
take a look at this. Now, here, Imagine you are a professional dietician,
you could add a role. Imagine you are a
marketing manager. Imagine you are a
mathematician, whatever it is. And then add the title, add the name of the
article that you would like or the
idea or the topic. That way, Cha GPT
now is going to write that article from
your own point of view, giving it certain
limits, 300 words. Now, as part of prompt priming, once you add certain
limits or constraints, this includes anything
that you would like to keep in mind as the output
is being generated. 300 words on the
importance of nutrition. And I'm going to walk
you through right now. How could we iterate
the process till we get a final output which matches our requirements.
Here we go. So imagine your
professional dietitian, and you're required
to write an article, which is about 300 words on
the importance of nutrition. Now, let's take a look at
the article. Here we go. The vital role of nutrition
in health and well being. Now, if you take a
look at the content, first of all, it's broken down, using proper grammar,
proper punctuation, you go commas, you got
proper transitioning words. Moreover, everything is
perfectly fine. Looks great. Now, but I need to make sure that it matches my own sound, my own voice, my own
personalization, my own requirement. This is quite too sale and
professional, let's say. It's dull. It looks automated. It looks actually generated by artificial intelligence if you
go through it with detail. It's too technical, it's
too information based. So now I'm going to shift the output to match
my requirements. First of all, let's confirm
the number of words. Calculate the number
of words written. Now let's take a look at this. So we have 233 words. If you need to be
closer to 300 words, you can expand it to more. I'm going to say expand if I have my own certain
requirements, and then it's going to add
some more information to meet my own preferences when it comes to
writing this article. This expanded version
now has 340 words. Okay. Excellent. Now, I'm going to add further
refinements, let's say, which would make
it match my own preferences. Because, for example, if anyone types in
the above prompt, they would get the
same result at a certain point, the same
way that you're getting. It's not unique,
It's not special. It doesn't have your own
voice and personality. So how could we
fix that problem? Nothing to worry.
I got you covered. So I'm going to say,
rewrite the article, making sure it's in a friendly
and encouraging tone. Add some examples for
practical applications. The theme for the
article revolves around a monthly company news letter that will be sent
to our audience. Notice how unique the prompt is. Now the chances of someone else having the exact same
prompt is very minimal. Hence, the output is quite unique to your own
circumstances. Let's take a look at this. So if you notice now the output is different.
The title is different. Even the tone of the article would match
your own preferences. Like once you have
exclamation marks over here, it indicates some encouragement
and friendliness. As you go about it,
it's 260 words, you could expand it even more. Now, if I'm going
through this article, you could feel free to pause the current lesson
and to read it, you'll notice
there's a difference between the previously
written one and this current
one because we're closer to matching
your own voice. However, we could take
it one level further. I'm going to to highlight key important terms that the reader should
pay attention for. Here we go. Now,
notice the output. The font has changed because these are
key important words, nutrition, energy, mood, chronic
diseases, carbohydrates. These are important terms that the reader should
be familiar with. And it's up to you to modify
the article as you please, highlighting certain keywords,
removing paragraphs, changing the tone,
changing the theme. It's up to you. You could
also add references. Include the references within the article following academic writing
format, for example. Here we go. Now, we do
have a next level output. So from a very generic
article, basic prompt, we modified it to actually
include your own voice, your own requirements
and your own themes, then we're able to actually highlight certain key areas and elements inside the article. Even further, we're
able to list or inject the references which
have been used in the article as per
our preference, and we're able to obtain all of these references
in which you are able to click on any of them
to obtain the actual source. See how powerful this is. Now I've taught you
various tactics that you could use to actually write endless articles
with endless variations, with endless inputs with
endless personalization. You could take the same article and rewrite it in a
different format, different tone, different theme. Now, if you combine what we have learned so far, you
could just simply say, summarize the key points from the article in the form
of a bullet point, right? Then once we have a
clear summary, now, look how I'm going to combine everything to a certain point that we have learned into
one single workflow, and then it's up to
you to get creative. So we've written an
article, we've modified it, we've gotten the resources,
we summarized it, then write an e
mail to be sent to the marketing manager to
include the above key points. Make sure the e mail is in a professional tone and include two references in the e mail. After which, set a meeting, with for 1 hour on
Tuesday at 4:00 P.M. Creating the agenda as needed, and draft an e mail to be sent to the team
for notifications. Here we go. And we're able
to actually streamline an entire workflow
by a couple of employees with a single prompt. Let's take a look at this. First of all, we get the e mail from the
marketing manager. Hope this finds you well. We've added the
important key points. I've added some important
references in the e mail. Then we've included
the invitation for the meeting at
4:00 P.M. For 1 hour. Let's take a look at
the timing works. Thank you for attention. Once we're done with that, we've created a meeting schedule for our team that we are going to actually have the
meeting at 4:00 P.M. Including the key points, the agendas that
we're going to have, then we have the e mail
sent to all of them, once we copied and pasted. Then I'm going to finalize
it by adding create the agenda for me
based on the above, including key bullet points to be discussed in the meeting. Here we go. So have you I truly hope they've
understood the power of streamlining your workflow with such a great example
in which we have taken a regular day to day activity where we
create an article, and then we need to share
this article with our team. We modified the article, we e made it personalized, we added certain
tones, certain theme. And then we're able to add some references,
get the references, and communicate these
findings to our team, set a meeting, and then pass on the invitation of the
meeting to other colleagues, and then create the
agenda of the meeting. All of them with
a couple clicks, which would take
you hours, hours, and a lot of team members to
actually get the job done. And now it's a matter
of copy pasting all of these things and sending them to your marketing manager, to your teammates, you got your agendas, you
got your article. You could release it,
you could summarize it. It's up to you now. See how powerful these
tactics in combination. When you apply them
in a systematic way, you're able to slash hours
upon hours from your workflow.
13. Copywriting, Proofreading and Content Creation with ChatGPT: Come back to this lesson. Now we're going to examine, how could we take it
further in terms of optimizing our workflow
and productivity efforts, which I'm going to teach
you how you could use a GPT for copywriting and
proof reading purposes, whether for articles,
newspapers, magazines, books,
whatever it is. You're able to create
articles or run through that. However, what if you have a
text that you would like to proof read and make sure
that everything is correct, rather than going through
the text fully from A to Z, wasting time, wasting effort? I'm going to demonstrate
this for you. First of all, I have prepared beforehand a text which
is filled with mistakes, filled with grammar
issues, punctuation marks, but we are going to use it
for demonstration purposes. First of all, where you thinking hat thinking and proof reading hat and act as an expert copywriter. Now, what I'm doing is,
I'm going to find GPT, in order to pick up a certain role as an
expert and copywriter, in order to help
us in the process of going the text and
identifying issues. I want you to go through a text and this is where you list the key areas
that you'd like to focus on, identify and highlight
key mistakes in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and general layout.
Are you ready? Go. Now I'm going to
pass on the text to chat GPT based on the prop that I gave it to it.
This is very important. When you're putting
the prompt, once you identify the role, you're going to identify
the objectives, the goal that you're
trying to find. Now, we click enter, and let's take a look at this. Now, the piece of
writing that I've given, it's an article related
to simple machines, levers, crews, wheel, and axle, it has many mistakes in
it intentionally placed. You can tell it's a
very, very raw text. It's not very well thought. Now, let's take a look at
this, well thought of. Now, let's take a look at the
modified So from this text, which is filled with mistakes, it's actually broken
has broken it down to a properly
contextualized text, which has good copywriting,
good paragraph arrangements. It removed spelling mistakes.
Take a look over here. For example, the word
friction, got a number in it. So let's find that word. If we take a look at friction, it has to be somewhere
over here. Here we go. It fix that problem. Now let's take a look at scientists, again,
spelling mistake. We scroll down. And here we go. Scientists. Now, take a look
at the classifications. We got lever, wheel and axle pully incline plane
wedge, then screw. It's not properly arranged. It arranged them
properly and in order. So this saves you a lot of time, especially if you're preparing
articles, a blog post, or proof reading someone else's work
for grammar mistakes, spelling mistakes,
punctuation mistakes, and the list goes on. If you are going through
an essay, for example, and you'd like to
identify key mistakes, the first approach would
be just simply to fix it. Then you take it further
where you ask it for the corrections in order
for you to have an idea. What did it do rather than cross checking.
This is a pro tip. Instead of cross checking the final result with
the initial input, ask Chad GPT in the prompt
to give you what did it do? Key corrections
and improvements. As we can tell, these are
the mistakes in terms of the punctuation the spelling
and the corrections. Then we have the grammar
on the punctuation. It gives you exactly what it
has done. What did it add? Where did it put a comma, where did remove the comma from, then fixing the general layout in terms of punctuation
and the style. And combining the
previous lessons that we have covered earlier, you could change the tone, you could change the article. You could even summarize
it, for example, summarize the article, after correcting it. Here we go. Now you are layering the different tactics that you could use to automate
your workflow. You could write an article,
summarize an article, proof read an
article, check, edit, highlight any key elements and enhance the
communication channels, all of that with the lessons
I'm teaching you with a GPT. So I give me a summary. St que too long. I can I can indicate I
would like the summary to be in the form of a
single paragraph. Paragraph or let's say, as well as a bullet
format. There we go. Single paragraph, it gave
me both of these options. Now, I'm walking you
through this as is. That way you get the
thought process, you understand how I
operate with this, the same way, I will give
you some inspiration. It will give you some guidance. If you think GPT just simply for limited applications,
you're completely wrong. If you are innovative, you're applying these
creative approaches, sky is the limit. You could add different
tactic strategies to enhance your
productivity and workflow. So we're able to get the single paragraph summary
or bullet format, bullet point format
in which you are able to see the key
highlights from it. Now, in this current lesson, we have covered how we could use CA GPT for copyrighting
proof reading articles. Now, let's go we finished
the proof reading part. What if I would like to
add some copy to it? When I say copy, it means we are tailoring the wording to
meet a specific angle. So let's give it the prompt. Now, act as if you are a professional
marketing manager and generate a copy to be used
in social media and blogs, based on the prior
corrected article. Here we go. And VO. Now, from that piece of article, we were able to actually extract copy that we could use
in social media posts. We could use on our blog posts. It even included the
hashtags that are relevant to the article and
to the post. Here we go. I gave me a social media post. This is one. Then it gave
me a blog post. This is to. Then I was able to actually
include the hash tags, which are relevant to every single one of them,
and the list goes on. You could go from social media
post, something specific, Instagram post, or Twitter post, or Facebook post, a block post. Now I truly hope you understand the significance of this from a general article
that you could just simply write or extract
from somewhere. You're able to modify
it, proof read it, copyright it, change the format, repurpose it for
various purposes, whether you're going
for social media or you're going for blog
post, it's up to you. You could change it
to a different format or a script, for
example, how about? Turn it to a YouTube
video script. From the article which
is based on machines. I was able to tailor
it into a blog post, into a social media post, into a script for YouTube video, including all of the details, such as the narrator voiceover, then the screenshots,
the host, the voiceover, then what's taking place
throughout the video, including key elements
which have been marked and highlighted
based on the article. So you are going from one piece to the other
with a couple clicks, especially if you are an expert, social media marketer or marketing manager
or acoting creator. This is very powerful for you. You're able to take an idea
or a blog post or an article. Turn it into a
social media post, turn it into a video, turn it into a blog post, and the room for innovation
is quite endless. In this current lesson, we have covered
how could you use Chad GPT for copywriting
and for proof reading with a pinch off social media approach to
a copy in which we have learned how to actually
find you and end result to get a
social media post, a blog post, or even a
YouTube video script, all of that with a couple
clicks through Cad GPT.
14. Creating To Do Lists and Daily Schedules Efficiently: We're done. Of course, now. We got many stuff that we could use through Chad GPT to
help us make life easier. The workflow automation,
productivity, time management, and
the list goes on. One key important thing
we need to keep in mind is to optimize
our daily to do list. So this is where we
can use Chad GPT, either to generate
to do lists or to rank to do lists or sort
them out based on importance. And I'm going to show you
both in this current lesson. First of all, let's
have Chad GPT, create a to do list for us. Create to do list to write an article on social media as simple as that
sounds. Here we go. So I gave me a to do list
with a specific angle. Now, this is quite generic. It varies from one from
one individual to another, from one purpose to another. But let's go through it. A to do list for writing an article. First of all, define
the objectives, research, and
gather information. And if you notice, it
gave me the subtasks, the things that you need to do, plan and outline
for the article, then write the draft, edit and revise, add
visual elements, optimize, publish, and promote, motor, and evaluate,
reflect and learn. It broke down the end goal into a to do list to
achieve that angle tasks. Now, this is one approach. Now, I'm going to take
it one level further. Add a time frame to
make that happen, where every task should have
an estimated time frame. Of course, when you're
working on something, you need to have the time bound approach to understand how long everything is taking, and a GPT helps with it. So we start off by having
a general to do list. This is one. Then we include the element of time
for every single task to have a clear workflow throughout
our day to ensure that we're transitioning from one task
to the other and giving every single task the
attention it needs. Not just that. Here we go. Take a look at this, the
estimated time frame, 17 to 24 hours in order to finish up that block
post or the article. Now, this could be quite far
from realistic because if you are going to go through every single one of these steps, you need to spend a lot
of time, of course. Like I mentioned, for
demonstration purposes, we could have a GPT give us
a two do list in order to sequentially finish one task after the other in addition
to the required time frame, if you have no idea how to
approach a certain task. But for a more
realistic example, all of us we got many things that we need to do
throughout the day. Now, we need to
arrange our to do list based on
importance, for example. So now we have a
specific approach in which we arrange to do lists based on the importance
throughout the day. Now, let's modify this.
I'm going to give you a couple tasks that I need to finish tomorrow
within the working day, which is about 9
hours, for example, and I want you to arrange them
and schedule them based on importance such that I have a productive and efficient schedule. Now, let's take a look at
the questions from Cha GPT. It will help me arrange the task that I need to finish
based on the preferences. For example, let's
take a look at this. Workout. Have breakfast. I'm going to include
routine tests for many individuals and
some specific tasks to demonstrate how good it
does this in terms of modifying the arrangements and takes into account
the importance. Have breakfast, brush
teeth by grocery, cut the grass,
water the flowers, fill the tires, the car tires, the car tires with air. Now, let's take a
look at the results. So I gave it my tasks. General tasks, a work cow, have breakfast brush teeth, buy grocery, cut the grass. What are the flowers, fill
the car tires with air, all of these are random stuff. All of them are random stuff. They're quite specific and
some of them quite unique, but I'm planning
to make the task difficult for Ca GPT to
see how well it works. So let's take a look at this.
For the morning schedule, 7:00 A.M. To 715 brushed teeth. Obviously, this is the first thing
that you do in the morning. Then you have breakfast, then
you work out. Seems good. Home maintenance, cut the grass, water the flowers, fill
the car tires with air. Obviously, it prioritized
the car tires because if I need to
commute to other stuff, I need to have
proper tires which are filled with air and
it's safe to do so. And cut the grass
and water flowers since I'm in the same premises. It's good and smart
to allocate them together to make sure it's quite productive
and efficient. Then grocery shopping,
keeping in mind, the time frame allocated
for all of these tasks. 10:00 A.M. 1015,
drive to the store, then 1015, 11 15, buy groceries, 11 15, 11 30, drive back home and
unpacked groceries, free time slash buffer. This is very nice. So as part
of the optimized planning, it noticed that there's a sufficient time gap to do stuff. For example, planned lunch
slash relaxation for 1 hour, additional work for
personal tasks for 2 hours, flexible time for
any expected task or leisure 1.51 0.5 hours. These 4.5 hours have
been allocated 112-4 pm. Why, first of all,
it makes sense because all of these
tasks are required to be done earlier throughout
the day in order to proceed smoothly
within the day, right? Especially the car tires. So this allocated time has
been done in a smart way. The time allocation,
morning routine, all maintenance,
grocery shopping, free time and buffer, 1.5 hours, 1.5, 1.5, 4.5 hours. So this schedule includes some
key elements, flexibility. The free time buffer
allows you to adjust for any delays
or unexpected tasks. Task order prioritized
home maintenance early in the day to
get physical tasks before it gets too hot
and grocery shopping is scheduled before
lunch to avoid peak times at the store. This is very, very
important, right? Often, we tend to forget
about these things. Once you want to
buy some grocery, forget about traffic,
you forget about um, how packed the store is, by just simply throwing
the tasks at Chad GPT, and then getting smart
with the prompt, by asking it to give me a productive and
efficient schedule, it will sort it out in
the best way possible to optimize my tasks
within the day. In addition to key
important elements that I might be oblivious about, for example, flexibility,
the order of the tasks, the weather conditions which might be playing a role here, for example, cutting the
grass in the morning, because the weather
gets too hot. Perfectly smart. Yes.
Grocery shopping is scheduled before lunch
because usually at peak hours, when people have lunch breaks, they flood the supermarkets, so you end up wasting time. Therefore, the schedule is
productive and efficient. And this works for your work, for your daily routine, for your own business, how you go about
this very simple. The same way I taught you
in this current lesson. You start off by
priming had GPT, Then after your prime a GPT, you're going to
throw in your tasks, give it the tasks, all of them, and then get specific how long these tasks should be accomplished
within the time frame, the time required
to finish them, I give it like 9 hours. Then optimize it through
a proper prompt priming, where you mentioned, give
me an efficient schedule, give me a productive schedule, taking into account daily
elements such as the weather, traffic jams, et cetera. That way, you're able to use CGPT as your personal assistant. You throw in the tasks, simply drafts a tds for you, gives you the
estimated time frame, the arrangement of
the task order. This makes you very productive
with minimal effort, because I've personally tried this When you are creating
a task list or to do list, often you struggle with
which items should go first? How long would that item take? And then your day is just simply a random sequence of events. In order to minimize
that aspect, this will help you plan your day easily, effectively
and efficiently.
15. Powerful Research Methodology with Generative AI: We're going to take a look
at how could we use C GPT to actually create research
or research any topic? This is a very
straightforward problem that you could use create a research paper on the
effects of good nutrition. Now, you're able to just
simply with that basic prompt, without any priming whatsoever
to get a proper research, which is broken down
into a research format, academic format, whatever
standard that you're following. So you're able to by
simply adding this prompt, to come up with a research
on certain topics. Now, based on the lessons
we've learned previously, you're able to actually
further modify this to include a certain tone, a certain theme,
certain elements, certain job role, to help get even a more unique and
personalized result. So we're able to
get the abstract. The title is the effects of good nutrition, a
comprehensive review. The introduction, the nutritional foundation
is macronutrients, micro hydration, effects of good nutrients
on physical health, disease prevention,
immune function, weight management, effects of good nutritional mental well
being, cognitive function, mood and mental
health, sleep quality, effects of good nutrition
on social outcomes, academic and occupational
performance. This is very powerful.
With the click, if you would go about this by yourself writing
this research paper, it would take you
days upon months. Now, not just that. I was able to get the
references as well. Okay? Now, to make it even
more professional, include the citations, within the research paper. Here we go. So now I'm going to include the citations which have been obtained into
the research paper, for example, over here. This is one from
Harvard, for example. Then we do have National
Institute of Health over here. Then you got World
Health Organization. So the references have
been injected in it. Now, it's up to you to apply the tactics that we have learned earlier In the previous
lessons how to modify it. You could highlight
certain elements. You could even summarize certain elements,
as we have learned. I'm going to show you
in the next lesson, or you could just simply
create a block post out of it, create a social media post. All of them communicate it to your colleagues through e mail, drafting the e mail, to
include this article. Sky is the limit. But we're able to combine
these various tactics through JT GPT to make work more effective and for the
businesses to run smoothly.
16. Next Level Summarization: Going to see, how could I
summarize a research paper that I've just simply created or
any article or blog post? Simply put, after creating the research paper as simple
as that simple prompt, create a research paper on the
effects of good nutrition. You could add towards the
end and another prompt, summarize the above
research paper, and then highlight the
key important points that I should be familiar with? As simple as possible. So I created a research paper. I didn't even go through
that research paper. Now, in order to
save time and get more efficient with
our time management, we're not going
to read it fully. We're going to highlight
the key areas or elements from that research paper to
have an idea what's it about? Key points to know macronutrients
and micronutrients, disease prevention,
immune function, weight management,
mental well being, steep quality, social
and economic benefits, and the key pointers, the key highlights from every single one of
those paragraphs. So you're able to create a research paper And then you're able to draw
some summaries from that research paper through Chad GPT and get it into the
format of a bullet points, paragraphs, and
then you're able to repurpose this information and
use it for other purposes. Create a social media post, like we have learned, or send it to your colleagues
through e mail, or summarize it,
or repurpose it, or create an article or
a newspaper article. It's up to you. Sky's the limit. So on this barnt lesson,
we have learned actually, how could we summarize the research paper that
we have gotten earlier, such that we are retaining
the information that we have gotten and retaining
the resources, and simply we're able to by
further adding a prompt, we're able to
summarize the lesson and the research in the
form of a paragraph, which concludes
the full research paper and in the form of bullet points to highlight the key ideas that we
should be familiar with. All of this for the
sake of demonstration, we managed to do it
with a couple minutes, and the task would take you at least hours if
not days to do so. From finding the information for the research, finding
the references. I have personally
tried to create multiple research
papers by myself. It takes weeks if not months to craft a couple page
research paper. Now you're able to do so
with a couple clicks, and you're able to apply smart prompt tactics
that I've taught you so far to actually
make it unique, refine it, adjust it, personalize it the way
that you prefer it.
17. Planning Schedules, Timetables and Projects: Welcome to this current lesson
in which we are going to leverage a very powerful
application of Chad GPT, which is basically the
creation of work plans, schedules, and
planning projects. Now, when we are
dealing with Chad GPT at this stage, keeping in mind, we are operating
through the interface without being loged
in to Chad GPT. And once we log in to Chat GPT by actually
putting a new username, details, the free account, it will get the job
done quite easily. Now, in this current lesson, we are going to prime CAT
GPT to act as an assistant, planner to come up
with the project plan, the project schedule, the tasks, the work breakdown structure. Now, we are going to have a
prompt in which we are going to utilize Chad GPT for
demonstration purposes, to craft the plan for a project which revolves around
website design. So we're adding the
details of the prompt. We'll click Generate, and we are taking a look at the
output from Chad GPT, and you tend to notice that
Chad GPT is giving you some basic representation for the work structure based on the prompt that we have added. Now, you might be not surprised.
This is something basic. We've got the phases, phase
one, two, phase three. You got the duration, the weeks, the breakdown of the tasks
based on every single week, which you might
be familiar with. This might look like
a basic approach. You got the third phase, then you got the fourth phase. So every single part of the project is actually
broken down into phases in terms of duration and the allocated tasks for every
single one of them, right? However, we are going to take it to a different level
in which we are going to fine tune the output to make it more user friendly,
more understandable. Let's take a look at this.
So we are going to request a CHAD GPT to create
a schedule, okay, that represents the
above tasks using a time frame in addition to representing the data in a fashion which
looks like a table. That way, you're able to utilize the information from CAD GPT
in the following fashion, where we get the table
and we're able to copy it and paste it and display
it into an L sheet, in addition to the
modifications that we can do. We have three different columns. We can take a look at the
weeks, the durations, every single phase is broken down based on its own
respective weeks, and every single
phase is compiled in a fashion where the similar
tasks are placed together. This makes life easier. That way, you're able to see
the data in front of you. However, This is
not satisfactory. We need to take it to
a different level, and let's see how. Now we are going to level it
up from basic application to an actual more detailed project management
technical approach. If you are a project
manager, you are a planner, you are familiar
with the importance of having clear deadlines, clear dates, clear
schedule with days, dates, tasks, phases,
everything which is involved in the arrangement of your project from A, to Z. And the beauty of
this, we're able to add as much details as possible. And it's up to us to get quite
innovative and creative. Simply follow my current prompts as is for whatever project
that you're dealing with, in order to be able to come up with your own
unique schedule. Keeping in mind, you
just simply need to fine tune or change the
name of the project. And that's mainly it.
You're able to get the same output based on the same prompts I'm
teaching you right now. But leaving some room for
innovation and creativity. As you are building
up your schedule, you're able to change it
from a general layout, into a tablear format, and the tablear format, you're able to include
columns to represent all of the details that
you need for your project, including the dates, the hours, the durations, even the
responsibilities of individuals. If you would like to allocate certain individuals to be
responsible for the project, you can just simply
add an extra column or copy paste the following
details into an L sheet, Google doc, whatever it is, and you're able to
modify it as is, saving you hours
upon hours of trying to actually come up with the
work schedule by yourself. If you are a planner
and a projects manager, you understand how
complicated this is, and how long it takes in
order for you to be able to obtain sufficient plan,
sufficient schedules. Now, this works for a project. Now we're using
this for a project. And the same analogy applies for any time table
that you need, any schedule that you need, we are able to actually
add in the dates, the durations, the tasks, the timeline, the columns
based on the preferences, simply, you have to
type in the prompt, insert a column, and add the details that you would
like to be inserted. As part of your output. Now, this will help you plan your daily activities,
plan your projects, plan the sequence of tasks that should be
done for your project, and I use this demonstration
for a website, right? Now, we are going to take
it one more level further. We are going to
actually fine tune the output to show you
the possibilities, how would you go about this? Now, we are leveling
this up from basic approach to a more
sophisticated approach, and it's up to you to apply. Now, let's add the following
prompt and take a look at the output to see further enhancements
that could be done. I further fine tune
the output to have a specific approach in terms
of the risk level as well. If you are a projects
manager, like myself, some tasks they are more risky than others,
riskier than others. So we need to have the priority or the matrix of risk
quite available, and we're able to
do so as well as well by displaying
it on the schedule. So I'm giving you
some inspiration. How would you go about
18. Conducting Data Analysis: Is one of my personal favorites in terms of using Chad GPT. Keeping in mind, we are not
locked into the interface, and if you get locked
into the interface, you're able to
actually get better, more fine tuned
graphical results. Now, you're wondering
what I'm talking about. I'm going to be showing you
how I could use CAT GPT for data analysis and for graphical representations.
Now, you've heard me right. Data analysis and
graphical representations. You might have thought
that Chad GPT is just simply a matter of
text being displayed, and that's it. On the contrary. We got stuff that we
could actually use from Chad GPT if we're able to deal with
it in the right way. That's what I'm going to teach you in this current lesson. First of all, we are
going to prime it. So I'm going to tell Chad
GPT act as a data analyst. In which I'm going to
share some data with you. Now, at this stage, when you're equating
this prompt, feel free to use whatever
data source that you have. An Exel sheet, a word document. If you're using it for finances, for budgeting, for weight loss, whatever the approach is, you can just simply from
this point onwards, just add the data
after this prompt. So act as a analyst in which I'm going to
share some data with you and I need you
to analyze the data. And find trends and insights. So at this current stage, we're going to conduct
some basic data analysis, and I'm going to prime Chad GPT. Now, when I say prime, we're going through prompt
engineering tactics where we alter the output of Chad GPT to match our own preferences
and requirements. So I'm going to ask
you, are you ready? Now, Chad GPT has confirmed
its readiness and is going to get ready
to analyze the data. So what I'm going to
do is for the sake of demonstration purposes only. I'm going to add
the data manually. Just simply type in some
random data points. But if you got an XL sheet, just simply copy and
dump that data as is. And if you got the paid version or we want you log
into chat GPT, you're going to have an
attached button over here. Once you click on
it, you're able to upload the actual sheet, XL sheet and conduct the data analysis based on the tactics I'm
teaching you right now. So let's give it some
a theme in which the data is for fat loss
or weight loss is for weight tracker in which the data is collected
over six months, starting from January, where the weight of the person is
as follows respectively. And in the sequential order. Here you go. Keeping in mind, I'm just simply adding data as we are going
through the lesson. Now, when you have
certain columns on your data sheet
on your XL sheet, just simply upload it
and that's me lid. Now I'm going to give
you some references for weights, 190 pounds. Bs, then we got 60 LBs. Random numbers doesn't
have to make sense, simply for the sake of
demonstration purposes. That's all. Then 300 pounds. Since we set six months, we need six data points. We go one, two, three, four, five, six. Now, the data is
quite unrealistic for weight fluctuation from
190 pounds to 60 pounds. But again, for the
sake of demonstration, I'm going to show you how
Chad GPT will analyze this. Click, enter. Now let's
take a look at this. First of all, what it has done, it allocated the
order of the data, January, 190 pounds,
in order all the way to June in the approach
that I wanted to. Great. That's the first step. So now it's able to actually
obtain some analytics. If you are a statistics someone working in the
statistics profession, you understand the
importance of ranges, average mean, medium
weight, standard deviation. This is very important for
finance managers, accountants, data analysts, someone who
working in statistics, specifically, urban population, all of these things
are quite important. And usually you learn this at the university level in
order to do them personally, I know how to do them manually. Based on my studies, and you're able to do
them with a couple of clicks saving you
hours upon hours. Now, afterwards, after you conduct some basic
data analysis, you're able to obtain the
trends and the insights. Now, first of all, it has noticed there's
extreme variability. This is correct.
The data which I've added has extreme fluctuation. Doesn't make sense from low of 50 pounds to a high
of 400 pounds. This indicates that there might be anomalies or
errors in the data. Excellent. This is
very important. It's actually is actually able
to make sense of the data, I could reflect unusual changes
in the person's weight. So based on the data
provided, it is quite clear, like I've mentioned
this before we even took the feedback
from Cha GPT. The data does not make sense. So it was able to spot this, keeping in mind, as I
keep repeating this. Even though we call it
artificial intelligence, it's a set of
computer algorithms, a sequence of operations
to deal with data. So there are chances of errors. That's why always always, we need to have the human input when you're dealing with
artificial intelligence. They're not copy pasted data as it is. Take a look at this. Possible data errors. The drastic changes
in weight are unusual for a typical
weight tracker. One would expect more
gradual changes. These outliers might
indicate errors in the data recording or
extraordinary events. Again, this is very powerful. Potential anomalies, the way recorded in
February, for example, I give you specific
insight 60 pounds and June it 50 pounds. Are significantly
lower than others, which may indicate
possible data entry issues or extreme conditions
affecting the person's weight. So if you notice this,
especially if you're a data operator or data analyst or a data
entry professional or administration a professional
where sometimes you have an XL sheet filled up with thousands upon thousands of details and you need
to make sense of them. This will help you get the job done easily with a
couple of clicks. Now, let's take a look at
the recommendation section, verify the data,
analyze further. Take a look at trends, just to make sure that you're actually analyzing
the data properly. Now, once we're obtained that
we have obtained the data, we've conducted
thorough data analysis. This is simply for the sake
of demonstration purposes. We used it for
weight monitoring. This applies to budgeting, for finances, for
weekly planners, trackers, any numerical figures which are presented in
the form of an XL sheet, and you need to make
sense of the data. You're able to follow
these tactics to conduct some
statistical analysis. You can make it complicated, by the way, in terms of
statistical analysis. You can take a look at the
trends and the insights. You can take a look at the
recommendations to help you get some analysis behind
the data that you have. Again, you feel free to apply this for your budgeting,
for your finances, for your work applications, for your daily or monthly
routine checks, it's up to you. You follow the same approach. Like I've mentioned,
once you log in, you will have a button
over here to add an attachment in order to upload the data set as is and conduct as much analysis
as you would like. Now, this helps you
minimize a lot of effort, a lot of wastage in
terms of time and tasks, especially when you're
dealing with data. I've done this
before, and it wastes a lot of time looking
for insights, fishing for the
standard deviations, fishing for the median, then you have fishing for the average weight and the
range on all of these details, average mean or the weight. In this current case, especially
the median part requires you to arrange the data in order in order to
find the median. Now, imagine if you
have 1,000 data points. Good luck. Doing this in
a couple couple hours. So this will save
you a lot of time, and it's up to you to
apply it innovatively and creatively within your
day to day job or work.
19. Generating Graphical Representations: On this current lesson,
we are going to use the previous lesson as a starting point as
a lunching path. In the previous lesson, we have learned about data analysis, how we could actually do some statistical
analysis on a data set. But we get extra stuff that
I would like to teach you, which will surely
have a great impact. In this current lesson, we
are going to see how we could represent this data graphic
Keeping in mind, once again, once you log in or use a
different chat GPT, interface. You can just simply click on it and go for the pro version. The details are way better, way more fine tuned. Keeping in mind the data that I will get or the
output that I will get, simply from the loged out option on the interface
is satisfactory. But once you apply this, once you log in for free again on Ca GPT with the free account, you're able to get vivid
graphical representations. What do I mean by this?
Let's take a look at this. I'm going to request a GPT
based on the previous input, based on the memory
that we have so far with Ca GPT interactions. I would like you to create a graph to represent the data. So I'm going to ask Cad GPT to actually graph the
information for me. Now, what has it done? It's actually represented
the data, first of all, in the form of XL sheets, where you get to actually copy paste the data and an Xel sheet, and then shows you how
would you go this, how you go about this, or you're able to copy
a Python code. But this is for external
platforms, yes. But what I would like Cad GPT
is to actually do it here. So I want you to actually
to graph the data here on this interface and
get creative in the process. This is very powerful.
When you tell it to get creative
in the process, it opens the doors to go
beyond the prompt indicators, because once I told
Chad GPT over here, I would like you to create
a graph represented data. So I took the words, create a graph represented data. Based on this input, it's actually giving you the
options to take the data on Google Sheets and to
follow these steps to actually create
the graphs or copy paste a code somewhere in
order to get the data. But once you go on
the logged inversion, you're able to get this
on the spot without the back and forth
communication. Now let's take a look at this. So I've asked C had GPT to actually present
the data for me. So in this current case, it gave me a weight
tracker over six months in which it gave me the
X axis to be January, February, which is the month. Over here, I got the arrangement of the pounds, the weights. Then it marked
these data points. Keeping that keeping
in mind that these data points are
completely random and drastic. This is a basic
graph, by the way. This is very basic and you
can just simply copy paste it somewhere else to get a
more vivid representation. But once again, once you log in, this will look perfectly
fine, perfectly comprehendi. But am I satisfied with
this? Of course not. Now, once again, if you are someone in the
statistics profession, you're able to actually name the graph that you would
like a GPT to do for you, and it will modify
it accordingly, for example, won't you to sketch a line of best
fit based on the data. Take a look at this. So now I've asked it
actually to come up with a line of best fit
to represent the data? Here you go. Line of
best fit. Here we go. Let's take a look
at this. Now, it's actually doing the
calculations for me, showing me all the calculations to come up with the
line of best fit, then trying to draw
the line for me. So it's actually
trying to show me this is the equation of
the line, right? Once you log in, you're going
to see a straight line. Now, let's take it
one level further. I want you to create a
gain chart. With the data. Keeping in mind, I'm I'm making the task really
difficult for CA GPT, because I'm using the prompt for statistical
analysis on data, which is frankly wrong,
doesn't make sense, and I'm pushing the
limits of Chad GPT to actually come up with
graphical representations. Now, imagine what I could do with an actual
viable data set. So now I gave me again charts to actually
represent the data, January, February, and it tells you how you
go about this bars. Each bar represents the way recorded for a particular month. So every single bar For example, from here to here, 190 pounds, then
you get 60 pounds, you get 200 pounds. So it's trying to figure out a way how would you go about
this to represent the data. Keeping in mind,
technically speaking, it's what difficult
to use gant chart for weight management purposes. So I also gave me the indicator, how would I go about
placing this on XL or Google sheets to actually come up
with a ga chart or in the form of a code to
place somewhere and see a gant chart in addition to its own gant chart,
and the list goes on. You're able to use had GPT for
graphical representations. And this is the basic
representation. Like I mentioned, for the
third time, once you log in, or you upgrade to a
different version of the interface or the
process an NLP processor. You're able to get way more
vivid results with colors, with an X X, this Y Xs
actual lines, actual graphs. So this is very,
very, very important. Now, let me try to show you a basic demonstration once more to help you get
some inspiration. This is the whole point
of the class to draw some inspiration in terms of
your day to day activities, whether you are a student, whether you are a professional, whether you are an
entrepreneur up to you. Sketch the graph of the following equation y
equals to three x plus four. This is an equation
of a straight line. Now, Chad GPT, since I'm
logged out from the interface, it's going to display
the steps for me. It's going to display the
approach it would do. But once I log in, this will
turn into a white page, and I'm able to see an actual
line which looks like this. But what has it done so far, it simply displayed for me the data points because this is the basic approach
that it could do. It gave me the
equation, which is the equation of a straight line, and then it gave me the
data points of the line, and it's simply a matter
of connecting them. But once you log in, you're able to
actually see the line with the white background
and the actual axis, and it gave you
the explanation of the representation and the
key points of the line. So the applications are endless. If you're using the
equation, for example, to represent a certain graph, represent a certain equation, represent a certain dataset, represent a certain parameters, the application is ambles. You're able to get the
output either in the form of an actual visual
output from CA GPT, or it will give you the steps
for you that you need to follow in order to
copy and paste a code, and that code will be displayed on a web page for you to be able to find the unit if if you
have expertise in coding, or you're able to just simply take the steps it
gave you over here, to apply it on Google
or apply it on EXL, just simply to
demonstrate the data. For example, how to create this chart using Ex
or Google Sheets. It shows you that
you need to go to Excel or Google,
follow these steps, then follow the commands in order to come up
with the outputs. It gave you three
different approaches to visual representation. And finally, for
the fourth time, once you log in, by simply placing the prompts, you are going to get very
powerful vivid graphics. In addition to upgrading
to the paid version, you'll be able to get
even more refined output. Now we are dealing with the
free version of Chad GPT, and it does the job just right. And I truly hope that you found this advanced tactic quite helpful and you're able to draw inspiration from within
your day to day activity.
20. Wrapping Up: So, what do you think?
I truly hope that you found this class
quite helpful and beneficial the same way I found it quite
joyful teaching you these important aspects
would surely have a positive impact on your
life and my life as well. By all means, I look forward
to receiving your feedback, and make sure that you
follow my profile for the latest releases and updates, and I'll see you
in the next class.
