1. Introduction: Welcome to the course on Canva Magic Studio, the complete guide for stunning design and video creation. This is Bangladesh, I'm a instructor for this course. In this course, you're going to learn how to use artificial intelligence, which is A features with Canva for creating stunning designs and video editing works. With this course, in first module, you are going to learn how to use the Canva Magic Studio. In second module, you are going to to use the magic text A features in Canva. In third module, you are going to create the AI images and manipulations using Canva. In fourth module, you are going to learn how to use Magic Switch features. In fifth module, you are going to learn how to create the A videos, A three D models and animations using Canva. In sixth module, you are going to learn how to create a standing images, games, video clips all with envaA features. In seventh module, you are going to learn how to generate the bulk designs, how to do the automation Canva AI. In eighth module, you are going to learn how to use Canva for data analysis with Canva Sheets. In ninth module, you are going to learn the Canva AI apps. At the end, you will know how to use the KvA features. At the same time, you know where to implement the A features with video images and text in Canva. Let us see in our classes. 2. Navigation with Canva User Interface: In this lesson, I'm going to show you the user interface of Canva. So when you sign in or sign up with your account, after completing that basic information you have submitted through the Canva, you will get this screen, which is that Canva dashboard user interface. In this user interface, at the center at the top, you can see, we have a banner area. It shows you the search option. So with the help of this search option, you can just search your own created designs using Canva. You don't need to go for anywhere else. Simply you can type the keyword and you can find the design using this banner itself. So after that, I have the icons, which is having the shortcut icons for creating new presentation, creating a social media page, creating a video, creating a documents, and if you want to create a whiteboard work and if you want to create that, you know, the Excel sheet, you have all the options here, including the printables, and you can directly go for the printing process. You can submit and you will get that for, you know, with a print in your home or the particular address. So all those things are available here. And if you want to access more designs, more category, you can go for this option, which is more. After this banner area, we have that water all the new elements and new features are added with Canva will be listed in this category, see what's new. And you have recently created designs with Canva. After that, what's new with Canva. On your left hand side, you have the menu option. So if you want to open a menu, you want to access all those folders you have used, you can go for this option, or I close the menu. And after that, I have Create option. When I choose Create, I can access all the creation works, the creation process using Canva here. You can see that we have all those option here, including custom size, which means you can provide you know, apart from the defined the preset values available with Canva. And you have the classwork. If you're a student or a teacher, you can access your classwork and you have the projects, which is having all those files you have created with Canva, and you have template access, the help of the templates, you can access all the million designs available with Canva. And you to have a brand option. So if you want to create all designs for the particular brand, you can upload the logo that color combinations, and you can upload the fonts, you can upload the audio, the images, all those things, you can apply that particular brand, the settings for any template using Canva. You have Canva AI. We'll see about this and usage in our upcoming lessons to have a more option, we'll see about these option also in our upcoming lessons. Apart from that, you have the notification icon and you have the account setting icons there. And I click this home icon now. So whenever I click the home, I can access this homepage. That's the reason we have this button here, home. So these are the user interface of the Canva. You're going to use all those functions for our upcoming lessons. 3. Copyright Ethics and Best Practices for AI enerated Assets: In Canva, we need to follow the proper ethics when you're using the AI futures. So when you are using AI future, we may have two ways to access the A future with media. First one is we have uploading the elements like images, videos, and audio files, and we are going to use that with AI. Second thing, we are going to use the preset values, the stock images which is provided from the Canva itself, and we are going to utilize that stock images and videos with AI future. On both time, you have to follow some rules and regulations. I'll show you that I just opened a new document here. Anyone new document. And whenever you are opening anyone new document, on your left hand side, we have the upload icon. I click the Upload icon. So whenever you are accessing the uploads, you can see what are all the images, video files, the audio files, you are uploaded with Canva. So here I have uploaded one logo that was available here. And if I want to use this uploaded image, videos, Canva futures, Canva AI for instance, I can use that image Video with Canva AI. Whenever you are doing that, remember, you have uploaded those images, and you are responsible if there is any issue with copyright or the violation with the copyright issues. So that's your process. You have to follow those things carefully. And in elements, you can see that whenever you are doing the design work, you have the graphics, photos, videos. You can use all those things with the A features in Canva. You don't have any issues. And if you are downloading the images from other sources, other websites, it should be the royalty free, the commercial royalty free images. Otherwise, you'll face the consequences. For example, I'm going to use the website called Pexels. So Pexels is one of, you know, the biggest website. They provide free stock images and videos for commercial purpose. So I use a lot of time, you know, the images and videos using this website. And I was, you know, facilitating my students, I'm going to choose this picture. And when I choose this picture, you can see, we have a free download option here, and I have all those different resolution, the dimension available with this picture. Whichever is required, I can download and I can use it for the purpose, which is educational or commercial. At the top, you can see, they provided the license. Clearly says that, what is allowed and what is not allowed. They are saying that, yes, this is for completely free. Attribution is also not required, and giving credit to the photographer or Pexels is not necessary, but always appreciated fine. You can modify the photos and videos from Pexels. Be careful when edit them as you like. So be creative not so you can do all those things. Yeah, you have the rights, the two provided what you cannot do. So you should be careful with this, and whenever you are using the pictures, you should be aware of what is allowed, and based on that, you can utilize those images and videos inside the Canva with A features. This is how you have to be careful, the uploaded and the elements which is available with Canva. You can use all those with A features in Canva and create effective works. 4. Working with Canva Docs: In this module, I'm going to show you how to use the Canva Dog, how we are going to use the Canva Magic A which is for text. So let me show you how we do that. But first, let me show you what is Canva Dog. So Canva Dog is as we have a Google Docs. So we have a dedicated document format here for text processing. And here I'm going to use my homepage. On my home page itself, you can see that I have option called Dog. So this is the way you can access the Canva Dog. We have another way which you can go to this Create option. Create you have a lot of options. You can choose this dog. So when I choose dogs, it shows you the different options here. If you want, the blank document, it will be autosize. I can change later. So if you want the default one, you can go for this. And if you want to browse a particular template category, you can go for this place. Or you can directly come to this homepage. You can choose this option, dog. So let me click here. So when I choose Canva Doc, it just load the blank document. At the top, you can see it shows you untitled design Iphon doc. So it clearly shows that it's a digital document. The same thing was, you know, displaying here also. So if I want to change, I can change the type the particular name of the document here. Like, I'm going to type the queer business. So in a type business, it shows you the particular file name and the type, and whether it was a digital or for print purpose, it shows you all the options here. So this is how you can simply create your own Canva document. So after creating the Canva document, it shows you the text, which is start typing or hit slash or Magic Write. So if you want to, you know, press slash, you can access a lot of options in Canva. You can see I'll tell you that in our upcoming lesson so here we have the magic, we option access. And at the top of this toolbox itself, you can see, we have this option, Magic Write. So with the help of that, you can generate the text content as we use the Gemini AI and Chat JBD AI. So here after that, I have Hach one, which is the default style for the heading, and we have the H two style the subiding style, and we have the font phase. You can choose which font face you need, and you have the font size, and you have the font color and the background color, the hightlor all those things are here. We have the font styles like Bold, Italic underline, strike through. All options are here. Apart from that, we have the alignment for the text. By default, it will be left. When I click it once, it will turn into center, and if I click again, that will turn into right. Again, if I click, it will turn into justify. The single option shows you all the alignments you need, and I just sit that into the default left. And you can set this list option if you want unordered list or order list like numbers, or you don't need any something like the symbol. So you can switch over those list options and you have advanced settings like letter spacing, line spacing, and you have a lot of options here. Apart from that, you have, you know, the intent values you want, you can simply adjust the intent values also. And finally, you have the copy style. So with the help of copy style, you can copy the particular text style or the paragraph style, and you can paste the same thing into another place. So these are the tools available with the Canva documents. On your left hand side, you can see, we have the common manubar which is accessing all the features of the Canva. At first, we have the template access, so you can access any template, the dog template using this option, and you have the elements. You have the brand value, palid saved any brand information here, you can use that directly. You can use the upload option to access uploaded elements of images, video, audio, and the entire folder. Apart from that, you have the projects, apps, magic media, all those Canva features are available here in this manubar. And apart from that, on your right hand side, you have the features to share this particular document to others. You can share or you can download into your local PC also. So those things are available on your right hand side. And here, after this home button, you have a file menu to manipulate and set the values of this particular document, and you have the Magic Switch option. We'll see that in our upcoming lesson, and we have other options also. So that undo and redo all those things. So this is how we have the structure of Cana document. Uh, we are going to use in the same way, we use the Google Docs and Microsoft Word. But we have a lot of advantages with AI features and the magical things. So let me show you those things in our upcoming lessons. This is the basic thing about the Canva Docs. 5. Make available offline in Canva: A In this lesson, I'm going to show you the most important feature with Canva, which is make available online. So this is one of the best feature with Canva we have to do the editing works even without Internet connection or if there is a problem with the Internet or the temporary process, so you don't need to worry about the Internet and all those odons. We can continuously do the work. When the Internet was restored or connected, all those things will be updated on your Canva. So let me show you how you can avail that option with Canva. So the same process you can use for any Canva document or any file. First thing, you need to open that document. I already created one new Canva Doc. I'm going to use this one. Now, after open that, I go this file Meno. In file Meno, I have option called Make available offline. So I just click here, make available offline. So it just changing the process. I can see that it was updating, and it shows you the last saved. It was just now last saved, and it downloads the entire design, you can see. It shows you that you can keep editing while it was finished, so you don't need to wait for the entire thing will get completed. You can continuously do your work. I'm going to type the keyword research. So I'm going to type research title. So after adding that research methodology title, I'm going to type that two words. So I was added, okay. So I was added two words here, and I was availed that into, you know, offline. And it was still in the process. I don't need to worry about that. And I was added those things here. And here I can choose that. You can see it was by default, the Hach one style, heading one style. And this two comes under the normal text. It's not, you know, H two. When I add H two, you can see what was the subheading style size. So it's not obviously the H two, right? So this is how we simply add those elements. And you can see it was still in the process. So it was preparing the design for making available offline so that, you know, you can access and do all those modifications at any time. And when the computer was connected to the Internet, it will be restored there. And here you can see it shows you the process which is saving to device. So it will be, you know, loaded or saved in a local device. And this icon indication shows that this complete design is available for the offline. I just click here load to continue. So this design was, you know, now available for offline editing process. And whenever it's required, I can do. And here I come to this place. It shows you that offline availability. So if I don't need to, you know, grant this offline availability, I can remove also, so you don't need to worry about that. We can give permission, and you can remove at anytime when it required. This is how this feature is functioning, which is offline Eitan, I'm just going to this file menu. I simply choose this remove so that removing process was happening. You can see it shows you remove offline availability. So at anytime you can make AL offline or can remove offline availability. So this is how it works. You can see it was removed. So this is how this option works, which is make available offline in Canva. 6. Magic Write Crafting High Converting Copy from Simple Prompts: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create the A text content using Magic Write. So the Magic Write is a feature the text A feature available with Canva. You can generate any number of A text using this. Let me show you how to use that. To access that, I was created the Google Docs, not Google Docs, the Canva Docs. In this Canva Docs, at first at the top, you can see that we have the option Magic Write. As it shares, you have another option to access that when you are using the keyboard, the shortcut key, which is slash. So IpressSlash. When I press slash, you can see, I can access this quick access, and I have the option called Magic Write. I can use the same option here from this toolbar. I click this option Magic Write. So both occasions, the same thing will get opened. You can see that I click here the Magic Write. The same thing was getting opened. So after click or selecting that slash, you can see this option here. And with this, I have a small arrow I click here. It gives me the two options, Magic Write for text and create new voice. So let us see this in this lesson. In our upcoming lesson, we'll see about this create new voice. So by default, it will be Magic Write. It gives you the description. You need to given your description in minimum five words if possible, so that that A can understand what you exactly required from the AI. They too provided you a lot of options here. They provided you the instant options. If you want, you can go for that. To have another option, which is add something to your request. So if you want to add some design from your Canva or if you want to upload some file image, you can do that using this option. Or here I have option called use this design for content. So if I want to use, you can go for that also. But right now, I just want to generate the A text. So here I'm going to provide my request. Like I'm going to give a request about the research methodology. I just need to know about the various types. And I just want to go for that. Now, if you want, you can go for the clear and you can again add that prompt. Right now, I just happy with this prom that I choose this generate. When I choose generate, it start to generate the text content, you can see. So it starts with the types of research methodology. I was saying that, it has three types of content. You can see. We have a heading and we have the subheading, then we have the normal body text. So it shows you quantitative, qualitative, and what are the themes we have with those things. And we have mixed method of research, experimental, descriptive. All those information are here. And if you're happy with that, you can copy from here, and if you want to paste in another document from outside the Canva, you can do that. Or if you want to insert the content on this same document, you can add this option insert. Now, I click this option insert or you just press Enter on your keyboard. When I choose Insert, you can see the very next second, all those things are added here. In this banner, you can see it by default, add that particular text, and that animated background is also there. So this is how it works. It was added all those generated content inside this Canva. Now, wherever you required more information, you can add can use the same magic write option. Like, I need more and more detailed information about qualitative research. So I choose qualitative research, and here we have that qualitative research information. Now I just want to add more information about qualitative research. So I just press slash, and I choose Magic Write. I just want to know more about qualitative research. So just type qualitative research in detail with a study or example. Now, I choose to generate. So it's taught to generate a lot of, you know, information about that qualitative research. It creates a lot of information. As I told A, I need to generate with a lot of, you know, the case study or example. Now I choose insight. So it was added the qualitative research in depth. I don't need this headline, and I want to, you know, continue with this. It gives me the enough amount of explanation about that, you know, qualitative research. So in this way, you can keep on ad and, you know, you can keep on expand. You can keep on enhance the content, what you have collected through this magic right future. Apart from, you know, this kind of research information, you can also generate that information for your advertisement. Like, I'm going to create content for my advertisement or my social media, you know, post. So it's for research, um, you know, um, seminar. So I just want to generate here, I'm going to, you know, provide the prompt. I just want to provide the common term. So this is my requirement, and I choose generate. So it will generate that information which is required to share with that social media regarding this seminar, and it was added. Now I can just customize all those information as I required. I can select, I can entirely change what thing I need, according to my specializations and specifications. So this is how we simply generate the information from this Magic Write future. You can keep on engage, you can keep on generate a lot of information, the text based information, and you can keep on enhance your content using this Canva Magic Write. 7. Generate AI Voices in Canva: I this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the voice generation option in Canva. In Canva, we have a voice generator. You can use it and you can simply add your feed, the text. You can convert that into the voice. Let me show you how to do that. To do that, I just copy this particular content, and I want to turn that into voice. So I copy that. Now I come to my homepage in my home page, I choose this Create, and I want to choose this video. In video, I had to choose what kind of video landscape or portrait I was required. I choose landscape now I want to add that voice in this video, and let me show you how we are going to do that. At first, what I'm doing is after creating this new document, the video document, I come to my upload area. In Upload, you have the option called Record Yourself. So with the help of this only, we are going to do that work. I click this option, Record Yourself. Choose record yourself, it shows you the option which is try out generative AA voice. I can use this option, generate AA voice. I click here, and here I want to add the particular text or the content inside this area. So I just right here and I paste the text. This is how you have to feed the input. And after that, you have the options here. You can select the voice. You can see all of the voices. So by default, it will have the English UK. You can change that as you require. You have the options here. I choose English United States, and you can see, we have the options, and these two voices are premium voices, the pro voices. But here we have the free voices. Let us have the review. I just click this option Ralph. Understanding the different types of research methodology. This is how we generate AI audio in Canva. 8. AI Voice Editing and Captions in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can edit that A voice generated one and how you can generate the cap shines in Canva. Now, in our previous lessons, I shows you how to generate the A voice using this upload and record yourself option. We have created and added that on our timeline. As you can see, this is the video timeline on Canva. By default, it will be added on my audio track. You can see the audio track was having more audio, but according to the video duration, it will show I expand this video frame duration so that that audio can be visible and you can hear the entire audio here. Now, after that, I just show you the other options to do the editing works for this voice. I choose this voice. When I choose this voice, at the top of this toolbox, you can see it shows you the different options split. So if I want to split the audio here I'm going to play Diffic types of research questions. So here I want to split. So here I want to split. When I want to split, I can choose this option split or I can use the shortcut keys. So when I press yes or choose this split option, you can split that particular audio into two can see that. Now you can process or you can move anywhere as you required. Like, I'm going to expand this duration and I can move this. So this is how you can simply just split the particular audio you want. I provide undo, yeah, I got back the normal view. So you can use the splate and you can use this volume option. With the help of volume option, you can increase the volume. Let me show you that preview now. Ug. So this is the audio, and I'm going to increase the volume here. Each methodology. So you can hear that, you know, the voice is louder. I can also reduce the voice if I want. Of is unique inside. So you can set the voice value. By default, it will be hundred. And if you want, you can adjust that. You need to have the balance all options. Like, I'm going to choose this one. And after choosing that, it shows you the option here, which is, right now, I selected only one audio track. So you can select all or you can select the particular alone. So after choosing that style and this, I'm going to choosing this option, generate captions. So it turned that audio into, captions, and it will be added in a timeline. It will be visible with this view, and let me see how it added. With this, we can access a lot of aspect ratios. Here we have the default full h D presentation, and here we have the mobile presentation, which is having 102 1920 pixels, vertical view, and we have the presentation again. And here we have 43 aspect ratio of presentation, which is having thousand 24 and 768 pixels. And here we have the full edge D. And if you want to directly browse the templates, you can go for this option. Now, by default, I choose this presentation. When you choose this presentation option on your home screen, you'll get the same result as I have now. Now after that, I want to generate a presentation. So if I want to generate a presentation, I can generate this blank presentation first. Then I come to the templates. In templates, I have option here. You can see that generate. So with the help of this generate option, action directly generate any presentation using Canva. Here I'm going to mention my need for generating the presentation. So I'm going to give a prompt here. So I just want to create that for photography and its type. I need the entire presentation with the different example images. I So I want to generate now. Remember, I'm not going to search, I want to generate. So if you want to add any input, you can also use this option and you can, you know, either upload the content, you can add a design from Canva. And if you want to select the style, you can select the style. Now, I'm not going to choose anything. Directly, I'm going to use this option generate. So I choose this generate option. You can see that it shows right now that the Canva A 1.0 was, you know, processing. And you have 2.0, it was you know, not yet loader. It was coming soon. So right now we are using the Canva AI 1.0. It was, you know, preparing the presentation completely generate using the A future. It was getting and in a few seconds, it will be completed. Remember, I want the presentation of photography with its types, and I do need a proper images example for that. So it was generator and I'm going to load it. Here itself, you have the preview, and I to have the option here. You can redesign if you want, and you can provide your feedback here. Like, I'm going to load this option redesign again. So let me see how it transforms that presentation. And at the bottom, you can see, I had a lot of, you know, pre defined templates, which is having similar area, which is photography. So we have photography portfolio. Most of them are portfolios PDF files and the presentations and photography services and all those things most of the time, we have is the portfolio of the photographer. So it was getting finished. So once if it was finished, I can directly load. You can see the previous presentation also I can see, and this is a new one having nine slides. So I want to load this, so I click here. And I choose this option, aplay all nine pages. So when I choose this aplay all nine pages. In the blank document, it was completely loaded, and it shows photography and its times. I have what is photography the definition and types of photography. We have image for only a few slides, not for all slides. But in my first presentation, that shows I have a lot of, you know, examples with presentation. So it shows me a lot more information other than types of photography, and we do have, you know, the proper conclusion and the essentials with thanks. So again, I can change all those things for that I can come back here from this place. So I was applied, and you can see that it was generated by Canva AI. It's not a normal design. It's not a template. Okay. So it was a new template, and I want to change the styles here. So again, I choose the sphion templates and I want to access the remaining elements. It was fine. So I just refresh and I got my the templates back. And here are a lot of templates. I can load any template style into this particular presentation. See here, I come to this place. I want to adopt this style instead of having this blue. So I come to this presentation, the menu, I click here, and here I have options, which shows I have to adopt a text only or colors only or the elements, or I can play the entire style to the page. I choose this, I play style to the page. And you can see that style was completely adapted. And if I want, I can also shuffle the colors and other things. See here, I choose shuffle style. So it shuffles the background, and that's really cool. And I want to apply this for all pages. So at the bottom, I have a play styles to all pages. I click that, and that style will be replaced with entire presentation. This is how it's easy. You can simply generate any presentation using AI Canva. You can also change the style with any style, a lot of templates here. And even if I prefer this particular style, I can come here. I can simply ala this a play style to page, and that will be adopted. And if I want, I can shuffle that. And finally, I can choose this apply style to all pages. So all pages will be adopted with that particular style. So this is how we use this feature to generate presentation in Canva. We can also do a lot of style changes. 10. Ask Canva feature: In this lesson, we are going to see about another new A feature, which is available with Canva, which is Ask Canva. To access that, I come to my design area. In my design area, I had to choose any one element. For example, I choose the background. When I choose the background, here I can see the option, which is ask Canva. I click this option Ask Canva, and I have the options here to ask information about Canva. So through this, I can interact with Canva. It will generate it will add the text. I will give me advice. Everything is possible with this ask Canva. So it's a very good companion for you. Let me show you how to use that. I choose this particular text, and here also, I can access this ask Canva. Choose the image, there also I can access. When I choose the graphics, there also I can use access. So for all elements in Canva, we have this feature which is ask Canva. Like, I'm going to create, interaction with this. For example, I'm going to choose this give me design advice, and I choose submit. So it generates the design advice, you can see, I was thinking, and it's going to provide me the information which it was processed. Okay, that it looks strong, but the yellow shape, that's a problem, right? Dream Lab in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the Dream Lab AA future in Canva. To access that, I come to my homepage. In my home page, I have the three dots here, which is showing more. And when I roll over my mouse over that particular menu, I have a lot of options here. With this, I choose this option, Dream Lab. I click here once. So when I click Dream Lab, I have the Dream Lab page here with Canva. It has the banner area here. I can describe what kind of image you want to generate using this Dream Lab in Canva. And you to have the style here. By default, it was none. But if you want to add a style, mod, cinematic cancer, creative, boogie, macro, there are so many out there. You can choose what kind of shot you required. And apart from that, you do have the aspect ratio. You can choose 16 is nine or nine is 16. You have so many aspect ratios here, and based on that need, you can choose which one you want. Now they have provided, you know, a few examples here. Like if you want to generate an image, you can just click here and this prompt a plane taking off in a runway with beautiful sunrise. That's the prompt, and this image was generated. And if you want to test, you can just click here. In the same way, they have provided a lot of images for an example. Magic Media Text to Image: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the Magic Media A future in Canva. To access that, I want to open any one document. So what I do here is I choose a new presentation. I want to create a blank presentation. From that, I'm going to show you how to access the magic media a features. In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to provide the prompt and turn that into the image in Magic Media feature. So to access that, I was created one blank design I was having here. After having the blank design on your left hand side, you can see, we have a lot of options. With that, I have option here, which is Magic Media. Can see I can directly access that I can also access that using the apps if it was not here. I click here the Magic Media. When I click Magic Media, it shows you the options like images, graphics, D, and three D. Here I'm going to see how I can generate the AI images using Canva Magic Media. As it shows in our previous lessons, you can use the Dream Lab to generate the AI image in Canva. But this is another option. We have magic media. With the help of this, also, you can generate the images, and you can customize more when you compare with the Dream Lab. It has its own features and the magic media has its own features too. So here I'm going to mention what kind of image I require. So I'm going to create advertisement for my advertisement, I need a Indian girl or someone want to drive the bike. So I want to mention that here, and I want to create that picture using Canva Magic Media. So here I'm going to provide a girl with red color bike. Okay, not a bike, scooter. So this was my prom, a girl with a red colour scooter driving over the road. I'm going to mention the more things. So she was far away from the city. And she wear helmet. So this was my prompt a girl with red colored scooter driving over the road. She was far away from the city. She wear a helmet. So that's what my prompt. I am going to generate here. And before I'm going to generate, I can choose the style if I want. I have a style here. Can see we have the high flash long exposure. So you can see, we have the results like this, and I'm going to add a new slide. I can load whichever I feel I want. And this doesn't have the proper quality with the face. You can see. Text to Graphics in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the Magic Media graphics feature in Canva. Like we have create the image using the Canva AI Magic Media. You can also generate the graphics using Magic Media future. In the same way we generate the images, you can generate the graphics also. Let me show you how you can generate that using the magic media. So to do that, you have to choose this graphics tab instead of choosing these images. In graphics tab, I'm going to mention the same kind of, you know, the prompt which I required as a graphics. So what is graphics? So on your left hand side, you can see we have the elements in Canva. Canva elements, you can see, we have the shapes. So it has the basic shapes, geometrical shapes, all those shapes here, and you to have the options here called graphics. So the graphics are like clipbods. You have a lot of different shapes, the symbols, the illustrations, the cartoons all comes under this category graphics. If I want to load something like here I have the options called Zodiac symbols, I click here, and I just click this option. So it was added, and you can see, I can scale this. It was not showing any pixels. This is completely vector image, and I can customize the entire, you know, the graphics using this, you know, the menu Bar. I can add which color I required for this particular animal. I can select whatever the detail I required. So I chose that and I want to change the color from the yellow to the dark gray or black. Can select what I require. So at first, it's not with this color tone. It was like this. But after changing the color values, we got the values like that. So you can customize that particular, you know, the graphics, that colors as well as you can scale that because the graphics is completely vector graphics, not raster graphics. So if you want to generate the graphics, you can go for this option, Magic Media. And here I choose the option graphics. This place, I'm going to mention what kind of graphics I required. I'm going to mention the graphics ce, which is a fish. A fish inside the bowl. I want to add another more detail here. There is a year So, a fish inside the bowl, and there is a earth inside the bowl, too. And I want to mention more about the bowl. So the bowl is full of water. Now I choose this option, generate graphics. This time, I didn't select the style. I want to, you know, generally provide that generate option. And here we have the result like this. So I told, you know, through that prompt like there is a Earth inside the bowl. But here we have the Earth, you can see, was adding a new page again. I load this graphics and it was added. That is a earth you can see. And here also, I have the Earth inside that particular bowel, but it looks like a map, not the exact Earth. And here we have a concept but we don't have the exact earth inside the bowl. I can generate any number of graphics like this. And if I want to change the colors, you can see here, you can change the color as required. So, uh, this is why we have this option with Magic Media, which is graphics. You can simply generate your own graphics if it was not available with that elements graphics category. You can customize it and you can effectively use inside any Canva project. This is how we use that graphics in Magic Media. You can generate it using the text. 14. Work with Magic Selection: I in this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the Magic Selection option in Canva. In Canva, we have different selection methods, and this is one of the best method to do a selection work with raster graphics. Let me show you how to use this Magic Selection in Canva. To do that, I create a new document. In a new document, I'm going to choose the printable, and you can choose either one of the document you required. Right now, I was choosing this printable, and I'm going to choose, the postcard. You can choose whichever you want you want to design. So after choosing this, I had to go for image. I go to the elements. In elements, I'm going to choose the images. So choosing photos now. After choosing photos, I'm going to mention what photo I require. I'm going to mention that car and I press Enter. So when I press enter, I have a lot of results here. I'm going to choose only one picture from this. I choose this image. So this image have the background and the subject just core. I do have other images having transparent background or a solid background or the background with very good contrast. But now I want to test with this particular image. So I was downloaded from the photos. So after getting that picture from the stock image in Canva, I'm going to use that option which is image selection. So to use this Magic Selection option, I select the image first. After that, I choose Edit. In Edit, you have a lot of options. With this, I'm going to use this option, click. So I click this option. So when I choose click, you can see that Canva AI was scanning the entire image and it simply select the subjects which is available with the picture. So here I have the subject, which is the core. You can say it automatically traces everything with this picture. Now if I want to select and if I want to use that Magic Selection upon, I can simply click this particular core. So you can see, I can select this without any issues. And if I don't want to select, I can select this option, which is deselect. So it was not selected. You can see. When I click there, then only I can select the particular picture or the subject. So this is how we use this, the Magic Selection using Canva, and you can do whatever the work you want to do with this Canva. The same way, I come back here. I want to add another image. So I add another page here. This time, I want to make sure I was having multiple subjects on this particular picture. So I'm going to choose another one. I type the keyword people. I have more people here, but I need individuals so that I can check how it works. Fine. I had a lot of images. As I told you, I need individuals. Okay, let's add the keyword for people. So now I have a lot of images with a different result. So from this, I'm going to load one. Fine. I'm going to use this one. You see I have multiple subjects here. So I use the edit option, and in Edit I'm going to use the same clique. So when I choose this clique, you can see it track different subjects from the picture, and I can select this element alone. Can select as I recency, that purple colored area, which is showing that I was selecting the particular picture. This is how I had to do the selection. Then after that, I want to uplay that selection. So when it's fine, yes, I can go for that selection process. Or if I think I don't need, I can go for deselection. This is how this brush area works. The brush option works with Canva. And again, I come to this place, and I have the foreground and background options. I can use that. So I choose this foreground. So when I choose foreground, select the nearby pixel or the nearby elements or subjects which is available with the picture, and I'm going to choose this background now. So it selects the background of the particular picture. So this is how it works, and I can do whatever the change I need with that particular selection. Like, I'm going to choose the click and I'm going to click those subjects. Now, after the selection, if I want to delete that, I can use this option delete, or if I want to duplicate this as a separate layer, means a separate objet, I can use this option which is duplicate. But unfortunately, you have to use the pro account or business account for access this feature. But however, if you have a teacher account, also, you can use this. We can simply access all those benefits. But this is how the magical selection works with Canva. You can simply select the picture. And can use Edit option, and you have all the features here to do the selection with a background, foreground, and subject. So this is how we use this option, which is Magic Selection in Canva. 15. Apply Magic Layers: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the magic layer option in Canva. So this is a new feature which is added in the past week. Let me show you how to use that option. To use that, I'm going to use our picture here. I'm going to use the picture from fruits. And from this, I'm going to use any one picture. So we have a lot of images here, and I'm going to use this picture. So you can see that this is a single astrographics, and we have a lot of, you know, fruits, the banana, and we have the lemon, orange, apple, and tomato. So let me show you how we can, you know, use this option called Magic Layers. To access that, I select the picture and I come to the Edit option. So this is the new feature. As a free con user, you can access this option. You know, until they avail this for the trial or beta version. So I choose this option Magic Layers. So I was not doing anything else. I just select the picture and I use this option Magic Layers. I did nothing else. You have seen that I was added this picture from the Canvas stock image using the elements. I used the keyword, which is fruits, and from that result, I was collected this picture, I was added with this particular background. Now you can see after using this feature, which is that magic layer, you can see, I converted that as the picture, which is having multiple layers. You can see that each fruit was separated with a background. Including the banana. So here we don't have the details. That's why we have things like this. And the background is entirely different. So this is one of the best feature we have with Canva. They have added in recent time. I just provide, you know, just Control C to do undo. So you can see that this is a single picture, and with only one option usage, which is magic layers, we turn that into the separate objects. If you do this with, you know, any other software like AutobyePhotoshop, you'll spend a lot of time with selection tools, you know, selection techniques, and still you'll face some struggles. But here you can see that even, you know, that glass of juice with a transparency, that's really amazing. So this is how we use this option, which is called Magic Layers. You can use any picture. I'm going to choose another picture here. Like, I'm going to choose another complicated picture. Let me show you and going to use the keyword public. So here we have a lot of, you know, complicated elements. So I'm going to use this picture to do the same. I'm going to use Edit, I'm going to use the magic layers. So that A analyzing the complete picture. You can see the different buildings and the street lamps, the buses, the billboards. So all are there, and another important thing with this picture is we don't have too many different colors. We have only different shades. We don't have too many different colors to differentiate the subject. So let us see how it works. That magic layers with the Canva separate this particular image with different layers. So it process and it was completed. Let me see how it was processed. Oh, my God, you can see that it would simply created the layers of each and every object. So I was removing one by one. And it's easy. Oh, my God. So so you can do any design work with this, and it's easy. Minute, I was turned that place into, you know, something desert. So the most important thing with this magic layer is it regenerates the background elements. When you remove the particular element which is available with the original picture. You can see here also we have that you know, its regenerates the background elements. And here also, it was created. You can see it simply created that elements, which is available with the background. So this is how it works, and I too can move the buses here from this place. Okay. So this is how it works. This magic layers with Canva. You can simply separate each and every subject and element from that picture, and it's easy to use when you are handling dealing with the srographics in Canva. 16. Magic Edit in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the Magic Edit app shin in Canva. To do that, I create a new document. Going to choose a printable, and I'm going to choose anyone printable from this. So I'm going to use this one. So after choosing this, I'm going to add my picture with this. To add that, I'm to the elements, and here I'm going to choose the photos, and I'm going to choose anyone model image. So I used the keyword model and was d and I'm going to load that picture with this background. And here I'm going to add this model. I was expanding the picture area. Now you can see, I have a picture of the model, and I want to do the editing option, the edit function with Canva. I'm going to use the option called Magic Edit. So let us see how to use that option. I choose the picture. I choose the edit option. And here I have a lot of options. I'm going to use this feature, which is Magic Edit. I click here, the Magic Edit. Remember this is a pro user function. If you have the free account, you cannot use that option. And if you have a pro or business or teacher account, you can use this. After choosing that, you have two options here, the brush and click have told you about this click option in our previous lesson and the brush option in our previous lesson. Here I'm going to describe what change I required or what kind of editing work I required with this picture. So you can directly mention that with the description here or you can either choose a particular place. I'm going to choose the click option so that analyze the entire picture, including the subject and the background. So I choose a subject here. Can mention what kind of changes I acquired with this girl. Like, I'm going to, you know, do some modifications, and So I used, you know, just five words address for this girl. L choose generate option. So it simply analyze the entire picture, and it's going to use that magic getting feature with Canva and let us see how we have the result. It process, and you can see it was added the dress for the girl. The lighting is also really good. Previously, we don't have the dress option with this girl, but right now it was added. The same way, I can either select and mention what kind of changes I record with the picture or I can use the brush option. And here I can select the area. Like I'm going to select this particular area, and I want to add her ring like Indian girl. I So I used, you know, that Tamil girl. And I chose generate option. So she already have a small, you know, earring, but I just want that style should looks like a Tamil girl. So it process that particular picture, and that's going to turn, you know, that into another one. So you can see it was simply added. Again, I'm going to use the click option. I was selecting the girl again. I'm going to mention a So she should wear half Sari as, you know, the people wear the half Sarin Tamil culture, and she should have, you know, some flowers on her, you know, hair. So I was added, you know, more detailed information, and I chose generate option. So it's going to process all those things. It was, you know, first worked with a goals dress, and that too works with that, you know, goals, the earring now was added more details, and you can see how it simply, you know, edited the picture as I described. So this is how we use this option, Magic Edit option. You can turn the picture into anything as you mentioned or you want to do the changes with that. And I'm going to do another change here. Like, I'm going to choose the hair area. And I want the hair stylus, the tumble girl. So I was adding more details with that. I so as you need to transform, you need to do the changes, you can add all those details with that Magic Edit feature, and that works really well. So this is how you can simply do all those changes you required. Now I'm going to choose this option reset edits. I click here and I choose Confirm. I want to revert all those changes. So this is the original picture. You can see how you used that Magic Edit option used to turn that picture into another different cultural girl. So this is how we use this Magic Edit option with Canva. You can also use according to your needs. 17. Work with Magic Expand: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the Magic Expand option with Canva. To use that, I'm going to open a new document, and here I'm going to add the picture, and I'm going to use this feature which is Magic Expand. Let's see how it works. Here I want to add a picture, and it should be the house with a landscape. So I'm going to choose the elements, photos. I'm going to mention that here. House in landscape, and it was added. Now, I want to add that with this particular place going to use this house. Yeah, I was added here. Now you can see, I have more space on left hand side and right hand side. You cannot stretch the picture like this, so you will lose the details of the picture at the top and at the bottom, also. So now I need to, you know, keep that detail, and also I need to expand this area. So in porter shop, generally, what we do is we simply, you know, duplicate the picture area and we add a lot of elements using the clone stamp tool or we, you know, pick the picture area from another image. But here in Canva, we have easy options. We have the option called Magic Expand. To use that I choose the picture first, and I use the Edit option. And here I have the option called Magic Expand. To access that, I can directly access that from the toolbox also. To access that, I come to this place and choose this option crop. So when I choose this option crop, it shows you the options to do the cropping function and expand function. So I choosing the expand function. If you want to maintain the aspect ratio, you can use this. And if you want to stetch that particular magic expand with the whole doc area, you can use this, and if you want to maintain aspect ratio of one is one, you can use this. I choose this option, the whole page. So when I choose whole page, it automatically detect the start to end area of the particular picture. And here I'm going to click this option Expand. Not going to do anything else. And if I want to control, and if you want to customize, I can use this preform option. I can adjust the corners as I'm required, and I can use this option Expand. So here I'm going to click this option Expand. When I choose Expand, it generates four different results. So you can choose which one you want, or you can choose multiple also from the four results. So it simply generates four different results. It was created the wall, based on the aspect ratio. And here I have the wall. You can see here I have a different wall. Here also I have the wall. And if I was not satisfied with this result, I need another one. I can go for this option which generate new results. So it will generate again the different results. Until you satisfy, you can go for those options. So here, it gives different results to you, you can see, I don't have too much amount of wall. I have all on this side alone. And here, in this result, I don't have the wall on right hand side. So in this way, you can simply generate, you can create any kind of, you know, expandable function using images. And I just press close button, and I'm going to, you know, provide Control Z, the undo. Now I want to do this manually. To do this manually, I'm going to use this option crop, and I'm going to use the free farm option. I just expand this area alone. Not going to expand anything other than that. Okay, by mistake, I was increased the picture. So I choose Expand and I expand on this left hand set area first. Not going to do anything else. So it analyzed this area elements. Most of the time here we have only the plant and other all things. So it will add the details as required. It process all the data. And you can see it really looks good. You know, to compare the overall expand option, it generates a better thing. And now I come to this, it was done. And again, I choose that option, the same option which is drop the expand. And here I want to expand the right hand side. And I want to choose the Expand. So it will generate this spot alone. Magic Grap for Image: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the Magic grab aption in Canva. To do that, I'm going to add a new page. You can either use a new document or new page. When I choose Magic crap, it automatically select the particular feature and it tracks the subject, and I can select as required. So I choose that model picture, and I'm going to choose this option grab. We can see that we have a result, and I'm going to use this picture. I just select the girl alone, you can see or simply select the girl alone. And this is the original picture we have used. You can see that it simply removes the shadows also. It maintains only the background, and it separates the girl from the background. You can see the edges. The result is really good. So you can simply do this kind of work. Now, I just expand that area as I require and I can adjust the model size as I required. So on those and side, other places, I can add the details of that product and all things. So this is how it works. This magic wrap option. You can use any photo, like I'm going to add another photo here. We already know how to use all those functions. Going to use the same going to use a keyword model, and I'm going to choose any one model from this. I prefer, you know, the model with bit complicated background, not the simple background, and I'm going to use the Edit option. I'm going to use that magic graph. And it analyze the entire subject, and I can select whichever I want, and I can use this option graph. That's it. It's very easy. The most important thing with this magic graphic it automatically replace the background information. After removing the model, we have the background area. It automatically generate the background also. So this is how it works, the magic graph in Canva. 19. Grap Text in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the magic grab text in Canva. As we have seen in our previous lesson, can also grab text from the image in Canva. Let me show you how to do that. To do that, I was having a new document, and here I want to add some raster graphics with text. So I'm going to search a photo with text. And I had a lot of results here. I'm going to choose anyone from this picture. I So I was choosing this. I was added this picture here. After adding this picture, I come to the Edit option in the toolbar. In Edit, I come to the CL. In CAL I have option called grab text. So I click here once. So when I click there, it automatically track the background and it detects the text what we have with this image. Remember, this is the raster graphics, and here I have one paragraph which is starting from this place and ends here, and here I have another paragraph and third I have here. So I want to choose the first one. If I want, I can choose this option, grab on this place. Or if I want to grab all the text, I can either select all the text or I can use this option, which is all text. So it will select all the text information which having with Rusa graphics, and I choose grab. When I choose grab, it automatically convert that pixels into text, and you can use it for, you know, doing graphic design work or documentation, whichever you want to do. And I just move this here. I just you select that, and you can see it to transform that particular texture style. Here, I choose all three, and I'm going to change the texture style into default one with my default font size. And you can see that, you know, each paragraph was, you know, perfectly changed. And there is, you know, small issue with the text, which is that text itself having a small amount of space, and it automatically adjusted the line space, the text space according to that picture. So I select that particular text, and I come to the advanced setting. Here you can use the letter spacing into zero, and that's a default value. I choose other two paragraphs also and make sure that letter space is zero. So now we have a proper space between each and every character which is leading. You can see, tracking, you can see. That's how we have the grab text option. Let us set with another picture. I just load another picture here. This time, I want to load some bit complicated text information and let us check how it simply grab Okay, so fine. So I'm going to use this picture. Where is it? Yeah. This one and this one. Both images are not in front to view. Now, I chose this picture, and I'm going to choose this Edit, see all and grab text. So it reads, you can see here also, we have the numbers, and wow that perfectly select the text alone. I choose all text. I choose grab that scan, again, this time we'll have the State text instead of having the diagonal appearance. It was just having the rotation. And you can see the background is so clear. We don't have any issue with that. I just rotate as I required, and we can simply change the font style as we required. And individually, you can choose each text box and you can check the positions. And if you want to adjust the rotate, you can set that into zero here. And I choose the left alignment into you know, with align elements. And I to have some space here, and I have the center alignment for some text. I choose the text alignment into left so that all those text starts with the left hand side. And I want to ensure there is no letter spacing. Most of the time, the line spacing will be 1.4. So if you have apart from that value, you may adjust it. So this is how it works without any issues, it perfectly grab the text, even if it was the written text, it'll grab, but that was based on your script style. So this is how this works, the Canva magic grab in Canva. 20. AI Upscale the Image: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use AI upscale feature in Canva. With the help of this, you can upscale any picture which is uploaded inside the Canva. Let me show you how to upscale those things. To do that, I was having a new page, and I already have one image which just downloaded from paxils.com. I choose my upload and I was uploaded that picture. I was adding that on my design. You can see this is the dimension of that particular picture, and I just place that and I just expand that to the complete page. And I zoom that you can see how we have the picture quality, the eyes, the skin tone, the hair details. I lost all those details, including the lips and other face details. What I do here is I was having another page, and in this page, I had the same picture. Now, instead of transform that into bigger scale into the bigger one, I'm going to use this option, which is magic scale, which is the scale. Let me show you how to use that option. Use that I use the Edit, and with this, I have the option here, which is upscale. If you cannot find it here, you can go for the CO and you can see that option here. So I choose this option upscale. When I choose upscale, it automatically track the entire picture. And what you need to do next is simply just go to that picture and scale. You don't need to do anything else, simply scale it. That's it. And now you can see the picture's quality. It was really good. It's not low, and we have the detail of the face, the eyes, all are fantastic. You can see that I can compare both images. This was upscale using Canva AI, and I'm going to crop it. And here also, I'm going to grab this picture. I place both pictures sidewise. And you can see the difference. This one was, you know, normally transformed with Canva, but this one not transformed. We used upscale feature and look at the detail. Both are from the same image. But we have a huge difference between both images. And you can see, we do have almost 99% same detail what we have with this feature also. So this is how this feature works, one of the best feature with Canva. Can simply use this option for all images, which is having royal resolution. You can also use this to enhance the *******, you know, the appearance. You can see all are fine. You can see the details here. All the details are really good with this upscale image. You can see the eyes when I zoom that, and here you can see the eyes when I zoom that. The skin tone is perfect, not only with the upscale that process of making those pixels was fantastic. So this is how this works, the Canva upscale, the magic upscale with Canva image editing process. 21. BG Remover Feature: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the BG Remover AA feature in Canva. As we have used previous A features in Canva, we can use this to manipulate faster graphics. Let me show you how you can use that. To do that, I open one photo from my stock library. I need a forest image, but I need the forest with animal like so I just provide the kvet for a animal. I chose this cheetah. And here I want to remove the background from this picture. I'm going to load one or two pictures additionally. So I'm going to use this one or another one which is having bit complicated background. So let us check another one. I'm going to use this one. So this is not original picture, but still the background was challenging. Let us check how it works with Canva. So we have two images here. I choose the first one to remove the background from the picture. You can either go to the Edit and you can see we have a lot of options. Here we have a BG Remover, or you can use this option, which is BG Remover from this tool box itself. Both are same. I click here, BG Remover, so that analyze the complete background and that automatically remove the background alone. You can see the edges are really good. We don't have any sharp edges, the unwanted thick and thin edges with this feature. And here also, I'm going to use the same. Here we have the challenges. I choose BG Remover, and it should detect the subject perfectly. Wow, that's good, but still we have some issues with edge, the quality of the feature, but this result is good. The background was vanished. So this is how this works, the BG Remover. You are not going to do any changes with the value there is an option here. Whenever you use that particular A feature, here you have the option BG Remover, and you can see you can change the value using this option. You can change the size and you can adjust yourself if you want to erase the particular part, you can erase manually, and see how I erase the particular part from the picture. I can zoom it, I can adjust manually. I can also adjust the breast size as I require. So you can adjust it. And if you want to restore, you can use this option to restore, and you can simply check what are all the details you have lost and what you need to, you know, add with this restore feature. Finally, you are going to confirm it and just close this option. So this is how it works. We have those details using that settings. So this is how it works, this BG Remover option. After removing it, you can crop the picture as you require. And you can use it in design. Like, I'm going to add one background here. Let us check how it was having that, you know, the background removal process with some background color. So I'm going to add a background color here. Choose the background color, and I'm going to change into dark. So, you know, most of the areas are very clear, you can see. We don't have any disturbance with that. Whenever you want to remove the background in quick manner, you can use this feature in Canva. 22. Magic Eraser in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the magic eraser AA feature in Canva. This is another image editing A tool. Let us see how to use this. To use that, I want to add one picture on my design. I'm going to load one picture from this. Let us see which one is good to add here for this work. I'm going to use this picture. I just click to A here. So we have four bords here and we are going to use the magic eraser option, which is having some A feature. Let us see. Do that, I was added the picture, and I choose that particular picture, and I chose Edit option. After choosing that edit option, I have a lot of options here. With this, I'm going to use this magic eraser. I click that magic eraser, and after choosing that magic eraser, I'm going to choose the particular area. So I have a brushes here. I was reducing the size. Now I want to select the particular subject, what I want to edit. So here I want to select this particular board. When I remove this bord, all three boards, which is existing with that picture will have, you know, distance almost equal. So I was selected here entirely. And here, I'm going to use this option arrays. So let's check how it works. I go a little bit closer, and if you want to zoom, you can just pressol command or control. You can scroll your mouse. You can adjust the values as you required and try to select like this. Don't, you know, just end with that particular board area itself. Just expand a little more so that algorithm, the A algorithm can detect and completely vanish the particular picture. So I choose this option arrays, it processing and it's going to remove it. Yeah, it was removed. You can see it was perfectly removed. Now I want to remove this picture also. As I told you, I just expand the selection area a little bit above the subject area. So at first, I was focusing the outline. Next I'm going to focus rest of the areas. Now, we chose arrays. So that perfectly doing the function. Let's see how we have the result. Yeah, that to erased. But here we have some issues. You have to use the Magic Edit option to correct those issues. So this is how the magic eraser option works. You can simply erase any part of the image and you'll get the exact output what you required after the erration process. So this is how we have the magic eraser in Canva. 23. Image to Video AI: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can turn your image into video using Kenva AI future. To do that, I open a new Video document. I prefer landscape. And here I'm going to prefer one picture, which I want to turn into video. So I have to select the picture first. I'm going to use the stock images. From that, I'm going to add the picture. So I choose picture photos. And here I want to, you know, choose anyone, which I'm going to use some, you know, rare thing or some video which I want from that image. So let us check some, you know, vintage image. I was loaded just the vintage image and we have a lot of images here. I want to load one picture with this particular screen. Let us check how it works. I was adding this picture. Okay, so this is the pro media. I cannot use it. Fine. So I was dirating that and I choose the upload, and I'm going to use the elements again, and we have a lot of vintage images. I want to use some free image instead of using that. So I'm going to use some pre image. So here I have the picture. I want to animate that girl, you know, or boy who was typing that particular information. So, uh, now I choose the Edit option, and I choose image to Video. And we have the smart option here. I will automatically convert that into video. Or if you want to provide the prompt information, you can provide custom prompt information. Here at first, I choose this generate five second video, the Mt. BG Generator AI: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the BG Generator option, which is AI background Generator feature in Canva. To do that, I'm going to open any one picture. You can either use the transparent background image or the background image. So here I'm going to show you how to use those options. So I have a lot of pictures here. I was adding this model image, and I just expand this till the end. Now you can see, she was in the beach. Now I want to turn the background into Dorset. So to do that, I select the picture. I come to the Edit option on the menu. In this, I'm going to use the option BG Generator. Lick BG Generator. And here I want to mention what kind of, you know, background I required. And I'm going to mention that. So I choose generate. It analyze the picture, the subject, and it will generate the background as I mentioned. So it was processing processing, and you can see where she is now. She was in the desert, and it provides you four results. First one is this, and this is the second one. The third one, she's on, but this is the fourth one. So I can generate again, and if I want, I can also change the prompt here. I choose CAL, so all those are suggested from the Canva itself. And if you know what should be the exact work, I can go for the suggestion. And again, I come to this option which is browsed by category. So now I want to turn the design in a landscape view. So what I do here is I come to this printable and I have a lot of options here. You can see how we have those options. I want to turn that into this particular, you know, marketing and stationery, all those things are there. I want to turn that into this landscape view design, the postcard. I choose that one. And when I choose that one, at the bottom, it shows you two options, copy and resize and resize this design. I need to keep the original design. I need to copy and resize. So I choose this option, copy and resize. So by default, it was in a portrait mode. I want to convert that into, you know, the landscape mode, the postcode. So I chose this copy and resize. The process was initiated. I analyze all those things, the elements which is available inside, the design, the background, text, image. And we choose this option which is open, the postcod size. So this is a landscape size. You can see it was adjusted automatically. And now what I need to do, I just double click the picture and I can simply adjust the picture's position as I required, and I choose done. So this is how we simply adjust the work, and I can also change the colors which I have required. So I choose the Edit option here. And I want to adjust the image, not the page. So I choose image, and here I have a lot of options with color settings. I can choose a filter either or I can do the color correction directly. So I choose whichever is required, and I have resize design. So this is how you can resize any design in Canva. If you exactly want to specify the particular dimension, you can also do that. So to do that, instead of choosing the other categories, I had to choose this option, which is custom size. So I choose custom size. And when I choose custom size, they have provided a lot of pixels and inches values, and I can mention which dimension exactly I require. Right now, it was an 8.5 and 11 inch dimension, and I want a square appearance I need 12 into 12. I was mentioned what exactly are required. Based on the values we have provided, it will choose either it is a square or portrait or landscape appearance. So it was selected. And if you have desire to change a unit from inches or pixel or centimeter, you can do all those changes, and you can also do the multiple, custom sizes. This is the 12 inter root 12, which is one ist aspect ratio, and there is another one. I had to allow that, always allow. And it will be opened with a separate tab or I can go to the homepage also. In my home page, I will have that design. So here I have that seven in 12 inch design. I can choose it and I can do the editing works. Let me show you how we have that. So this is that design. Not that. This is 12 12. And this is 12. So with this seven inch and the height is 12 inch. So you can resize with different formats and you can also change the particular, you know, the unit. You can also change the values as you required, and you can choose copy and resize and you'll get with different dimensions using this Canva, magic resize feature. 26. Magic Transform in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the Magic Transform feature in Canva. This is another A feature. Let me show you how to use that. To do that, I'm going to open any one particular work. So here I have my, you know, design. So after open a design, I come to the resize option. In Resize option at the bottom, you can see, we have the option called Transform. So you can transform this design into document using this option. So let me click here. And it shows you the different options. So just click these three dots. It shows you what kind of, you know, suggested summary or the content you required. So it shows you executive summary, creative blog or, you know, the post, the presentation outline, whichever the form you required, you can mention or you can get that. So I choose the presentation outline and I choose this option transform into dog. So it was processing. It will transform that into doc, this design into doc, and it will provide you the final output in a few seconds. So just wait and it was getting loaded. So this is how we use this option, you know, the transform the design into dogs. I opened the dog now, and this is the dog document. It'll have all the information about this particular design. You see that fun and create kids academic class. All those things are here. So this is how it works to add some other, you know, new information with it, and it has all the details about that, you know, that address and all those things, what they are going to learn children from this design. All those things are available here. This is how we simply turn that, you know, design into another format. Can also do the same, you know, the transformation for the docs, also. In resize, at the bottom, you can see that we had the option with Magic Switch, which is translating. Choose this translate and after that, I want to choose the language which I need to translate from this particular present English. So a lot of languages here. I want to choose which one I want. Like, I'm going to choose French, and it should be original or professional. How do you want? That's what they have asked here. So I need original. I don't need to do any other change, so I was in original only. After that, I had to come to this place. If I have multiple pages, I can choose multiple pages, and I can choose translate. But here, I have only one page, so I don't need to do anything else. And here I have the option to translate existing design without, you know, creating a copy. So if you simply want to, you know, don't need a copy, you can simply want to convert everything, you can use that option. Most of the time, no one will prefer that. Since it was having 20 pages, will take a little more time, but it will completely change that particular language. It was transferred, open the magazine now, and it will be in Arabic, not in English. And see each and every page was transformed. Not only that very first page. So this is how this future works, that Canva transform. And you can simply note that that alignment also changed since Arabic was, you know, right from right hand side, not from left hand side, the alignment was also changed. Magic Video Instant Video Creation from Graphics and Prompts: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create animations from the existing graphics. Now I want to add few graphics elements inside, which I want to convert that as a video. So you have to be very careful when you choose the element because you have to mention the proper animation which you require. So I choose elements. In these elements, I choose graphics. Previously, we used only the photos. In graphics, I can mention what element I require. Like, I'm going to choose the element bird and I press Enter. So you can see we have a lot of birds here. I'm going to add this bird image. So we have the plant and we have two birds here. Now I need to animate this particular clip. You can see this is not the video clip. This is just an image. So I'm going to use this. I'm going to convert this graphics as video. So I select the picture first, the graphics first. Now I go to the edit. In this, I'm going to choose this option image to video. So I was selected, and since it was a pro element, I cannot use it, I'm going to choose another picture. I'm going to choose another one. I need multiple bords, so I will look for the free multiple bords picture. Fine. I'm going to use this one. So it's a completely free element. I have a plant as well as the bird. And here I choose Edit. Going to choose this image to Video, and I'm going to use this in a two way. I'm going to generate directly with using smart option. So I'm going to use the same image again and this time, I want to provide the prompt, so you can provide whatever the prompt, you know, you need to add. Like I want to generate the video of Chennai City or New Delhi or New York City. You can provide anything here, what you required. So I'm going to provide my prompt here. Two pair of dogs walk near the which one I can say Egypt Premier. So I'm going to provide this information and I want to generate the video. So it says to take one to 2 minutes. But, you know, in a quick manner, it creates the video. Just a minute and it will provide you the video. Remember, this also provides a five second video for you. You can generate the B rolls, and you can maintain the consistency with the same, you know, video creation process continuously, and you can complete the entire video editing project using Canva media, AI features. 30. Magic Media 3D: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how we are going to use the Magic Media three D feature in Canva. To do that, I'm going to access a new document I have created. After that, I was choosing this magic media feature. With this magic media feature, I'm going to choose the three D at the top. So it's a new feature. The Canva added here with this Magic Media. Here I want to mention what I need as a three D. So I can mention whichever I required as a three D model, it will generate and it will provide you. Like, I'm just going to ask, you know, three D model of TRx. With a red colour texture. And I need to add more, you know, information about the T regs. The mouth. Should be open condition. So this is what I required, and I was just press the button, generate three D. So again, it also provide four different three D models based on the need, you can choose which one you want. So it was generating and it asks only 32nd, not as one to 2 minutes the video option. So it's easy. It will generate and it will provide, and we can simply add that inside our orara. So let's wait, and I was looking for the red colored one, and it was finalizing. And I'm going to get that. You can see. I have 13d model here, TRx and it looks like almost, you know, our Gdzila so the 43d models are already here. I add the very first one. I just click there to add with my design area. So you can see it was added. I can scale it, the three D model, and I can rotate that, you know, two D axis if I want. I can change the position. And at the center, you can see we have three D control space adjustments. So I can just click there and I can roll on left hand side, so the entire dinosaur will be, rotated on and I move again to the right hand side. I can move to the top and bottom. So this is the complete three D model. You can see that. We got the three D model with the Canva, and it's a three D space, not just the two D space we have. So I can just line up what are all those nuses I want. I just line up here and I want to duplicate this, I duplicate that. And this time, I just change the direction. I can see I was placing like this. And here I want to add at the center. So again, I duplicate this and I want to add it the center direction. So it's an easy process. You know, we can use this three D feature in effective way to do all kind of works, and I'm going to add another dinosaur here. So I just move this away and I want to add this dinosaur. This looks terrible. Can see it looks like, you know, very angry and powerful dinosaur. You can see that, right? So right now, we can only rotate it. We cannot zoom it. We can see that we can only zoom the screen. We cannot zoom that character. We can scale the character, but we cannot zoom that particular character within the boundary. The character area will be maintained with that particular area. You can see the transformation controls, and the three D plane was visible when I was adjusting that particular dinosaur. So this is how we can add three D models. You can generate any three D model as you require. Just provide the proper prompt and generate and you will get that three D model. You can use it inside a video or design in Canva. 31. Magic Graphic Design: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create the designs using Canva Magic Design AI future. To do that, first, I want to create the content. So I used Google Docs and I was generated content. And this is for the coffee advertisement, the social media advertisement, design using Canva. So here I have the content and I want to gent the designer. To generate the design, you have to do one thing which is go to this Canva. After this Canva, you have to type Magic hyphen design. So after that canva.com, you have to add this and you can access this page. This is one way. We have another way. I'll show you how to do that using Canva. So here I want to paste that prompt what I want. So here I'm going to copy this and I'm going to paste here. So after adding that, okay, it was having limitations fine, and I'm going to generate now. So after adding that, it has the limitation, I have to generate design or click Generate Design. So it creates a new document here, you can see. And with the help of that, you know, I was already provided the prompt, and it shows me the lot of, you know, coffee templates available with the Canva. Also do this in another way. I had to go to the home page, and you need to select the particular design, like I need to select for the social media design. So I go for social media and I have to choose what kind of, the dimension you require. I choose this one, the Instagram story, and after choosing that, I had to provide the information on the prompt. So on your left hand side at the templates, you can see, we have the prompt area, I need to have the option here which is generate. So here I'm going to mention that I was mentioned, and I choose this option generate. And okay, so I need to attach media. Okay, fine. I choose this and I had to go for, you know, the attachment. I had to go for the style. So I had to go with the style of chill. And yeah, I had a lot of, you know, templates here directly use it or else I can go for generate option. So now I choose a generate. Okay, and not yet attached to media. So from my uploads, I'm going to add. So I have a lot of uploads here, and I'm going to choose which one I want. Okay, so not yet added. Or you can directly upload here also. So this is how you can simply, you know, generate that template what you required, and it will be added with your design area. You can simply select it, and those things will be out there, and you can modify the images and all things using Canva. So don't forget to, you know, use this generate feature. You can attach your elements, like if you have the pictures, which is required for your design, your own uploaded custom designs, you need to use that in the design. So you have to choose this, you know, the custom images from your local disk. Or if you have in a Google Drive somewhere, you can choose here and you can generate and you will get that exact design what you required for that social media. So this is how we use the Magic Design feature to generate graphic designs inside Canva. 32. Magic Animate Motion Graphics: In Canva, we have the Magic Animate future. With the help of Magic Animate, we can animate the entire design with the background or the particular object alone. Let me show you how you can use this Magic Animate option in Canva. It was added previously itself. It's not just a new feature. From the beginning, the Canva was using this option, which is Animate. To access that, I just click the background or element. So on your menu bar, you can see the toolbox, it has an option called Animate. So whenever you choose element, you can see that animate option there. And right now, I choose the text. They choose this Animate, and you can see I have the animation for the text alone. I had different effects for the text. I can use whichever is required for me. And I choose a picture here. When I choose to animate, I have the special options for the image animation. You can see that those things are not available for text. This is only available for images. You can see. This is how we have those animations. So when you apply that particular animation, you can select, you know, that kind of animate you required on both, which means when it was Enter and it was exit. On both time, if you want, you can go for both. And if you need only once on Enter or exit, you can choose for that also. And there is a style here, so it shows you the curve, and it shows you the wild and it shows you the day. So whichever the style you required, can go for that with that particular, you know, the animation. And more animations out there. So based on the need, you can choose which one you want. There are many of those animations out there. So these are, you know, the photo based animations, and these are the text based animations. You can choose which one you want. And we have another option here on the left hand side, you can see that page. So I just click this page. Here, if I add anything, it will be applied for the entire page, not only for that picture or the video or the text, it will be applicable for all the elements which is present inside this particular design. So if you want to add the motion graphics in a quick manner, you can go for this option, which is the page. So it will be added with one click, you can see that how it was added with one click using this. So after adding that, I choose the individual images, and if you want to animate the individual images, you can go for that also. There is no problem with that. You can see I was adding that individual effect for those. So I have the review now. Just play that. So we have all motion graphics effects, and for the images, we have the individual animations. So this is how you can use the Magic Animate feature in Canva. You can apply for the entire design and you can apply for individual objects also. So this is how we use, and you can also completely control the animations using these options. And this is how we use the Magic Animate feature in Canva. 33. Grow – Create Ads: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the AI Grow feature in Canva. So with the GLP of this a Grow feature, you can create social media advertisements through Canva itself. You can directly connect your social media with Canva and you can create and post using Canva. Let me show you how to use that option. To use that, you need either a pro account or a business account. For the teacher account, you cannot use this since you are a teacher and you are using that account for teaching purpose. But here, I have a free account. I was not having teacher account or that pro account. So to access that, I come to this menu and here I have option Grow. So it shows you that A tools to grow your marketing. I just click that. So when I click that, it shows you this particular options. So on your left hand side, it shows you that connect Ad account. You have to connect your advertisement accor from social media. I just click this plus icon, and it shows you you have to connect either TikTok or Facebook Instagram. You have to connect at least one accor with that. So after connecting that, you can see on your banner area, you have the A feature. You can provide the prompt to, you know, generate the design, what you required. And at the bottom, they have shows you the list of, you know, the examples how you can generate what design. And here it is a social proof, and IG story, copy focus, comparison work and collage. For all those things, you can simply select it and you can provide more information if you want. You can attach the images or the design from the Canva, and you can go for this option submit. Remember, as I told you, if you want to submit, you want to use, you need a Canva Pro account or Canva business account. Now here also, you have the option called Create Ads. You can also access the same connect option with this place. So after that, we have Create Ads option. Right now, you can see that this was that area we are using that create Ads option. But it's important that you must have the P or that business account, then only you can use this option. So with the help of this, we can generate directly that design using the prompt, and you can share it through your social media. You can directly use that for advertisements in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. So that's how you are using this, you know, the A Canva Grow option in Canva. When you have a pro or business account, you can directly utilize that. 34. Canva AI Design Function: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can directly use Canva AI 1.0 used to create graphic design works. It's the most important thing with this course. I choose this option, Canva AI on my left hand side. As I told you in our previous lessons, Canva also launching Canva AI 2.0. It was on the way. I will share you the updates once if it was received. I choose this Canva AI option. When I choose Canva AI option, it shows you the banner area. You can provide your prompt information here, and at the bottom, it shows you the design, image, dog code, and video clip. Below that, it shows you that this is Canva AI 1.0 and ever better Canva AI 2.0 expenses coming zone for paid plans, not for free. So here I'm going to use that design option first. I click the Design. When I choose the design, it shows you a lot of diffint categories like social media, presentation, marketing. You can use whichever you want. So I choose social media. And here, I'm going to provide that design requirement. Like, I'm going to provide the information, which is This is my recommend. I want a social media advertisement fashion design, and I can also provide more information if it requires. So right now, I was just submitting and it simply thinking and it's simply analyzing that you need this one, which is you need to upgrade your plan. So when you have the upgraded plan, you'll get everything. Now, let me show you that feature with my teaching account. So right now, I was in my teacher account, and here I'm going to submit after choosing that design. So it was thinking and it was generated different designs here, and it shows that it was polishing the design. So here you can see, I have four designs. It was expanding the details. So it shows you that, you know, the first one is out of fashion design, and it was finalized. And the third one is also finalized with different posters. And you can see the second one or the second one is also for fashion. And the fourth one also looks good. So based on the need, you can choose which one you want. And if you need any modifications, you can provide the prompt further. Now, if I want to use this, you can go for this edit option. And when I click that edit on right hand side, I can directly access those elements. And if I want the Canva editor page, I can use this option using no use Canva Editor, click that and that load the complete that design editor window with Canva. So here I can do all those changes what I required. I can change that picture. If it requires, I can change the contact numbers, the details with the website, the information, what provided with that headlines. So this is how you can simply create can simply generate a graphic design work using Canva, simply provide the prompt and you'll get the suggestions. You can choose which one you want. 35. Image AI in Canva: I in this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the image AI feature in Canva. So I just close this design option. And here you can see I have the image. I choose image in Canva AI, and here I'm going to mention what kind of image I required. Previously, we also used our Dream Lab and other features to create AI image. Here I'm going to mention what kind of image I required. So I'm going to mention that sky with flight and This is what I required in the picture. And after adding that information, I submit. So as the Canva AI I do every time when you generate the images and videos, it started process. At the same time, you can see it gives you the four choices as we do. So it was generated the four images. First one is here and second and third and fourth. So if you want to use anyone image for the advertisement with tourism you can use. I was mentioned that it should be the Troy line, so it may collect the pictures from the Toyland and it was added here. Now, I just download the picture directly from this particular place, and I can have the view here and see the quality of the picture is really good. I can use directly this for the design purpose. So this is how you can use, and you can also zoom if you want, navigate that picture, how it has a look. You can navigate all those pictures, not only a single picture, you can navigate all those pictures, and you can see the output. So this is how we use this AI image in Canva. 36. Doc AI Feature in Canva: I in this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the Canva AI dog using Canva. To use that, first, I'm going to use that Canva AI. With this, I'm going to choose this option, dog. I click that. After choosing that, if you want to select the particular type of work you required, you can go for the type and you can choose the particular one. Right now, I just want to create a resume design using this Canva dog. So I'm going to mention that create resume design for graphic designing job. And what to submit that. I chose Submit. So I need a resume design for applying Grappy Design job, and I don't know exactly what are all the elements I want to add. That's why I was creating this. And you can see that it provides the exact thing what the graphy design job requires. Provided everything with this dog. Now I'm going to use this Canva editor. So it will open with doc in a separate window. And I can change the things from this particular template. I can change my name, the details, the contact details there, and it shows you that basic skills, what the Graphi Disney required. So it provides a brand and visual identity, and the software you need to know the concepts, you need to know. All those things are present. So you can choose what are the skills we have. And if you want to add more, you can go for the particular place and you can add further. And the two provided the particular summary with yours, and you can mention the number of years you have spent with this particular industry, and you have all those informations to customize. And you can mention your experience as a graphic designer and junior graphic designer, your education, certification, all those information out there. So in a few seconds, you can complete your resume work using this option, Canva Docs. In the same way, you can create any kind of documentation works using this Canva Dog AI. It's the best thing to do with Canva. 37. Code Mode in Canva AI: The next most important feature with Canva AI is code. So using this code, you can generate any kind of program or application using code in AI. Let me show you how to use that. To use that, I choose this code option, and it shows you what are all the things you can generate using this code. And you can generate the biologic vase or interactive certificate or grass released. So here I'm going to mention what I require. So I'm going to mention that create a and I need interactive game. I'm not mentioning a particular game. It can be anything. It should be interactive, and I'm going to choose to submit. So the process was initiated. I need a simple game. It should be interactive. That's what I mentioned. And when I was provided that keyword, simple, it doesn't require, too many lines of codes. It requires limited lines of code, and it will complete the work. And the most important thing about this particular task is the game should be in the Canva itself. I need to run the game. So that's the most important thing. If I cannot run the game in, you know, the Canva, that's not a useful one. So here I have that process. It was generated a game, and you can see that it has the options here. It's a memory match game, and I to have the new game button here. So I just click here. I have the icons there, so it was worked. Okay, so this is how it works, whether it punch in fully or not. So you can see how it works. So the game was completed. It shows you that the number of moves pass, and I can reset the game using this option, new game. So if I want to use this in a design, I can go for this option, which is used in a design. And if I want to directly publish that, I can go for this option publish. I click this Option publish, and I can, you know, separately save and export this as a, you know, complete website, and it will be available with that particular URL. That's how this publisher option works. I choose this use in a design, I have to choose what kind of work it is, whether I want to provide the activity in a classroom so that I can choose as a can the whiteboard or I can add this in a presentation, or I can also add that in a website. So right now, I was choosing website. It will be added inside the website. I can add more pages, you know, with this website dot Zoom. So this is how it works. It was added inside the website. You can see how it works. And it shows you that you can double click to have the interaction. I choose the preview now. When I choose the preview, I can have the complete function, and this is how it works. Have the preview with the mobile and you can see how smart it was with the mobile also. Close the preview. This is how this Canva AI code works, and I'm going to ask show me the code. And it will show me the entire code which is used for this particular game. So this is how, you know, I was using this Canva AI code. You can create any kind of applications using Canva AI code. 38. Video clip AI in Canva: In Canva AI, finally, we have the video clip option. Using this Canva, I feature also directly, you can generate the video. So I choose video clip. And in video clip, you have a lot of options. You can choose the aspect ratio. You can add audio if you want in AI. Right now, by default, it was no audio. And if you want a frame, you have to choose the particular frame, what you required, like wide shot or medium shot, close up shot. You can choose what kind of shot you required, and you too can mention what kind of lighting you required. Like, I'm going to choose this hard lighting, and I'm going to choose the frame wide, and I can choose the style also if I want. I'm going to choose animated style. I never generated anyone in this course, and I'm going to choose that quality. It should be a quality and I need the aspect ratio of 169. I'm going to mention that on board. So I was mentioned the prompt, and I'm going to choose this option, which is submit. So it was processing the man on board in C, waiting for his girlfriend, and I need a white shot, the hoard lighting, it should be the animated clip, not the live action clip, and I don't need any background music. Bulk Create with AI Generating multiple Social Media Posts: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can generate bulk amount of designs or data using Canva. This is the best thing about time saving when you are doing multiple design or bulk data works in Canva. Let me show you how we are going to use that. At first, I need to generate the data. So for generating the data, I just choose sheet from my Canva dogment and I need to store the data here. If you already have the data, you can directly utilize or else you can just create and you can use it. Now I'm going to choose my Canva Docs, and here I'm going to generate the data, and I'm going to paste that inside the Canva Sheets. So here I'm going to choose the data. Um, I just want to generate the multiple choice costins. Um, I'm going to generate five costins and going to add the answers in the table, so I'm going to provide the prompt. I So I was created the prompt and I was choosing generate. So it will generate the five costins and four options. I was inserted. Now I just copy this and I want to paste that inside the text field. Just copy that, and here I'm going to paste. At first, I want to add the Costin and I want to add those answers. So this is how we have the costs. You can generate the bulk amount of data and you would use this, and I'm going to add that sheet name is biology. And I'm going to provide that file name, which is multiple choice Costins. So it was told that first column name is Costin, and we have all four options to show the data. Now, I already saved that. And after that, I'm going to create a design. So I'm going to create a social media design. I choose social media, and I'm going to choose my Instagram post. In Instagram post, I want to create the design first for attach this biology questions. So I'm just going to add a simple template, and here I'm going to choose the keyword biology. And you can see we have different designs. You can load whichever you want, and I'm going to use this as a segment. And here is going to add the coin, and I'm going to add the four answers. I'm going to change the alignment into left, and here also I'm going to change the alignment into left. So it should be the ya. I'm going to have some dummy text. And I'm going to use the bullet marks here instead of showing that bullet with the text. So I'm going to use shapes. So I'm going to use the basic shape here just circle. I'm going to reduce the size, and I'm going to place it here. I change the color into white. And if you want to provide that information A or B, instead of providing this, you can also add the text A. So I'm going to add that and I'm going to place it here as I required. So this is the design area, and this is where we are going to add the data. So I'm going to add the answer one, answer two, answer three and four. So it should be B, and it should be C. And finally, it should be D. Here I'm going to provide the costin. I may have multiple lines. It's okay. And if I feel I need to align in a better manner, I can place exactly where I need. Now I'm going to integrate both things with Canva, and I'm going to generate large amount of designs. So if I have 200 ostens within a second, I can generate all those as a separate post for the Canva. Let us see how we are going to attach it. The name of this excel sheet with the Canva is biology MCQ. And here I was creator. After completing this design work on your left hand side, I want to choose the option which is bulk create. So I chose this option Bulk Create. When I use this Bulk Create, it shows you the options. You can use, the data from the ER sheets in Canva itself, or you can use anyone you know, the app like Google Sheet, Google Analytics and anyone app you have with Canva. Or you can enter manually. You can just click this Enter data manually and you can mention all those data yourself. Or you can also upload the Excel sheets, CSV file and TSV file also. Right now, I was having that data in my Excel sheet with Canva. So I choose sheets here, and you can see it shows me that Sets which is available with my account, I choose the Biology MCQ. So this is the sheet I want to attach with this bulk generation process. So it was added, and I choose Dunn so you can see, we have the Costin that is the first column and ABCD. Those are, you know, four columns for the four answers. Now I want to connect that text to field with this. To do that, I select the particular text field on, you know, that, you know, toolbox, we have connect data option. I choose this connect data, and I connect which particular field I want to connect. And here I choose answer A, answer B, answer C. And answer D. And if you have the right answer, you can also add a field and you can add the right answer also. So this is how it works. You can see each time when I choose that particular text file, it shows that it was already connected and with which data it was connected. It's fine. So we have successfully, you know, created the design. We have generated the data and we attached the data with this particular design. To have atomtch field when it recurs, you can use otherwise, you can attach it manually. Now I choose this option continuum, and before that, I chose Advanced option, you can see it shows me more options we want, you can go for that. You can save in a separate place. Otherwise, simply go for continuum. And it shows you that it was added the data and everything is ready. And if I don't want the particular ostin, I can simply disable here or if you want all the data I can select all by default, it will be selected. Now I choose Create Five Design because I have five data, so I chose Create Five Design. So it was processing and it was completed. It shows you that design was in a separate document. I click here to access that design. It shows you that file name is bulk one TXT, and you can see that all those designs are created. So I can post one by one. And here you can see that particular font style required more space. So you have to be careful with that. If it requires at the beginning itself, you can align in a better space so that three or more lines of the esten will becoming with this area. So that's the only issue we have here. But anyway, here I can manage myself, and here also, I need to manage so you have to be careful with that space, which is required for multiple lines. So this is how you can simply generate any number of designs. You can have the data. You can create and add it and you can simply design one design itself. And after completed the one design, you can add the data using the bulk create option. And after bulk, you can just connect the data fields, can generate, and you will have the separate bulk data design. The source is also there and you have a separate one also. At anytime if you want to change the ta option here, you can do the change itself. This is how we generate the bulk amount of social media design in a single bulk generation A process in Canva. 40. Building an Automated Content Calendar with Canva AI: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the content planner schedule using Canva. So with the Canva, you can schedule all designs, and it will be automatically shared with your social media. You don't need to post it manually. To do that, I come to this more option in homepage. Here I'm going to choose this content planner. When I choose content planner, I have the present month on my screen, and it shows you what are all the things we can add with this content planner. Right now, it shows you the dates. And if I look at carefully, it shows you the different dates like International Yoga Day and International LGBT Pride Day, and we have World Chocolate Day. So if you want to post some information here, I want to share a particular social media design on that day, you don't need to wait for the day. You can simply create the design and you can schedule it and you can automatically add with your social media. To do that, first, I come to this place, and here I have the option called Ad Nu. At the top, I have the AR NU, and it shows you the two options, the post and event. When I choose post, it will show you the detailed information for the post. I can select the design first, like you just imagine I'm going to use this particular design and it was creating. And it was in a process. And again, I come to this content planner. I choose add new and I choose post. So that design which I was used was added in reason. So I choose that design. And after choosing that, I had to choose the remaining things also. Like, I need to, you know, choose the particular date, so I can come here and I can choose on which date I want to publish that particular information. Also select the particular time which is required. After choosing all those things, I can select the particular values. So if I was selected that particular YouTube channel or if I was selected that particular social media page like Instagram or, you know, Twitter or Link RIN, whichever you are link, you can choose the channel here and you can write the captions here and you can choose this option which is schedule. And if you want to publish now itself, you can use this option published now. So after that, you know, schedule, it will be stored with your content plan you don't need to look after that. You can automatically move to the next one. And on eighth on that particular time, that will be automatically posted with the respective social media. You can also choose the particular day here. You can choose the Option plus icon. And here itself, you can access this new post feature also, not only with this area. So this is how you can add all your designs, you can schedule all your designs using this content planner, and you can go for the next design next event without worrying about sharing this with social media. The Canva content planner automatically do everything you're required to share with social media. So this is how the content planner is work in Canva. 41. Canva Sheets and Magic Formulas: A In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use Canva Sheets and magic formulas in Canva. To use that, first I come to my homepage. In my home page, I have option sheets. As we use the Google Sheets, we can use the Canva Sheets also. To click this icon, I click there, and I got a new blank sheet. So here I can add my data as I was adding with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. You can see a lot of templates here, and we do have the blank document. We use Microsoft Word Excel and that, you know, the Google sheet, we can use the same kind of process to expand the columns or rows, or you can, you know, simply select and you can do all those things, adding data. Everything is similar with, you know, the same kind of Google sheets and Microsoft Word, not Excel. Yeah, Excel, not word. So this is how we have Microsoft Excel. We can use those font style styles, all those things as we use with normal Canva Docs. Now I want to know how to use the formulas here. Now I have a sample data here, and I'm going to use the A feature to add and, you know, calibrate the formulas. So let us check how we are going to use the A formula in Canva. And here also, I'm going to use, but this time, I'm going to use the option called Canva AI formula. So I don't need to know that process, the syntax of the formula. To do that, I just come to the actions. In quick actions, you can see, we have a lot of options here, and I to have the option here, which is magic formula. You can see I have the magic formula. I click here, and here I'm going to mention the prompt, which is required. So I'm going to provide the prompt. So I was just provided provide total of product sales, and I'm going to choose this summit. So it will generate the formula for my this, you know, prompt, and I choose insight into G four. G four is the location of this particular output. So I chose insight into G four. You can see the formula was added using the A feature. Now by Dwolck here, it shows you the ta was, you know, derided from the quarter to oar, which is C 44 press Enter. So in the same way, you can just track and trap as we do with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. So we have the formula of all those datas. And you can also provide, you know, the same thing with that, you know, magic formulas, and you'll get everything with that Canva sheets. So this is how you can simply use the magic formula. And here I'm going to provide, uh, you know, um, the highest product sale, data here. So I'm going to choose the formula again. So I use action and magic formula. And here I'm going to, you know, add the prompt. I so I need you know, I just ask provide highest sale Q and choose submit. So it will generate and it was adding insight. So this is the highest, you know, value, the same way I can generate all other values, which is highest. And here it is 27, and here it is nine other or 786. So this is perfect. You can simply provide, you know, get all the results using the prompt instead of searching the form blows and you're forgetting the open bracket, close bracket, the dots, all those things are not required here. This is how the magic formula works in Canva. 42. Generate Magic Insights: I in this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the magic insights in Canva Sheets. To use that, I select the data. After selecting that, I come to those actions. In these actions, I'm going to choose magic insights. I choose magic insights. So when I choose magic insights, it automatically select all those data I was selected, and it process shows the results on my left hand side. So you can directly, uh, you know, have the results and that insights which is required in the form of picture. Want that picture, you can click that, and it will be added inside your design. You can expand X axis or can expand the Y axis, or if you want to adjust together, you can use the corner points so that you can adjust the overall height. So this is how you can use that Canva Magic insight. You can choose multiple data also. Like, I'm going to choose the revenue alone. And I'm going to choose that magic insight using this actions, going to choose Magic Insights. And after choosing that, the data will be loaded on my left hand side. So here I'm going to see the updated information about this data. And if I want to provide any prompt, I can add the prompt here, and I can submit, and I'll get the data according to the prompt. So this is how the magic insights work. You can directly have the visible, you know, the picture representation of that selected data using this option, which is magical insight. So you can also add that data within this design, and you have seen that it was not just provide a single output. It provides you the multiple output, and whichever you require, you can simply drag and drop or you can just click there. It will be added inside your design. Click here and you can see it was added inside my design. So this is Magic Insights in Canva Sheets. 43. Create Magic Charts: In Canva Sheets, we do have the charts. We call it as Magic Charts. So using magic chart, you can generate the charts and showing the data in the form of picture. To access that, I select the data. Like, I'm going to select the entire data here. And I choose the magic chart. The chart is here, you can see, I don't need to go for the actions. On here itself, I have the magic charts. I click that. So when I click that, it shows you the different charts here. It shows the bar. You can see we have the bar charts and scattered jot. You can scatter data information. We have the radar shot and Pi hot, whichever is preferable you can choose and you can have the data there and you have the area, you have the funnel. So based on the need, you can choose which one you want. Of the time the people use bar chart. So it shows you the data. At the same time, I can use the pie chart showing different profit and other things. So I'm going to use this one. I just click here, so that data will be added in the form of chart, and I can customize that particular chart diamondon. So after adding that, here you can see it shows you the bar chart, and by chart, all those things are available with graphs. This is how we use that magic charts in Canva. When it requires based on the need, you can add and you can use. 44. AI Comments and suggestions: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the Canva AI suggestion and commands in Canva Design. You can use this in any design work. Let me show you how to use that. To access that, I just click the background, and we already know how to use this Canva or Canva option. Now here I'm going to use this command. So when I choose this command, it shows you the different options. You mentioned Son and you can add MOG, add a sticker and you can format, and you can also add the command here. Already seen how to use that ask AI mens ask Canva option, that to have, you know, give me the design advice option. So if you want to get advice, you can use this option. We already seen that in our previous lessons. And here we have seen about that commenting only. And let me show you how suggestion for this design itself. So I was given, you know, the prompt and the Canva thinking and it will give the suggestion. Obvious the design. It will, you know, analyze, and it will share the information which is required for me. So it shows that, you know, this looks good, and this is how it works, the Canva commenting option. You can mention and you can share the information with other teammates also, and you can use the Ask Canva and you can get that you know, the design advice using this give me design advice in Canva 45. Analyze data with AI: I in this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the AI analyze feature in Canva. So we can use the Magic Write option to do that work. To do that, I was selecting the data from all the categories. First, I want to expand this information. Now I was selecting the datas. After choosing the datas, I come to the actions, and here I'm going to use the option which is Magic Write. Here I'm going to provide the prompt which helps us, analyze the data. So I'm going to provide So I was added to the prompt. I need, you know, the suggestion for more profit. So it generate all the data. First, it collect all the information from my selected areas. After getting that, it starts to process and it provides you the suggestions. And after completing all those things, I can simply copy the data and paste wherever I require. So you can see here we have all the information. So I can simply copy that and I can paste where it requires. So this is how we can use this Canva analyze option. We have the option starts with the actions, the quick actions, and we have to select the data. And after seleting the data, we have, you know, processing and that will provide you the data as you record through prompt. So this is how we use that, you know, AI analyzing features with Google sheets, not Google sheets, that Canva Sheets in Canva. 46. AI Frames for Design: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the AI frame in Canva. We cannot use that directly. We are going to use it using apps. Let me show you how to use that. To access that, I was creating a blank document, and in my blank tagment I'm going to add a frame. So frame is a container. We can add image or video inside those containers. To access that, I come to the elements. In elements, I have option called frames. You can see, we have a separate option here, which is frames. Click frames. So when I click frames, it shows you the basic shapes, which is having the frame, and we have the device based appearance with frame, and we have film photo based appearances with frame, and we to have the paper flower, different categories. So all are already exist with the Canva. Add any image inside the frame. Like, I'm going to add an image just now going to choose a photographs, and I was choosing this picture, I was adding here, and this picture was adding here, and I can adjust the particular picture's appearance. And here, I'm going to add this picture. So this is how you can add the images inside any frame. You can adjust the size, you can scale as it requires, and you can place wherever you want. In the same way, if you want to customize the frames, you can use that option to access that customized if you want a customized if you want customized frames with different shapes, you can use that option, that AI width frame. To access that I come to this apps, and here I'm going to choose that option which is AI frame. So when I type AI frame and press Enter, it will load all those, you know, relevant apps. I was mentioned AI frames, and it was just, you know, looking for those and just keep on searching, and it shows me all the frame relevant apps. With this, I have the option here, which is AI frames. I click that, and here I had to accept that. Yes, I was accepting that conditions and was providing permission for that. And here I need to generate that particular A frame which I require. Like, I just need, you know, frame. So after adding that, you can choose generate frame, and it will provide you that balloons frame using the A frames. I do have a gallery option. So those gallery features and the frames are not available with the Canva library. So I can load it from here also. You can see I can load the different frames using the Aframes also. And the reason frames also out there we want, we can simply choose and it will be added with your design. You see So this is how we can use A frames, which is add and it's app, we can additionally use with Canva. 47. AI Music Generator: I Canva, you have the music generator AI. To access that, I go to the apps, and here I'm going to mention that Music Generator AI. So I was mentioned and it was press enter. So it collects all the apps which is available based on the music generation. In our previous lesson, that shows you how to customize, you generate customized prompt based AI frames. And that time it shows you the lot of results, not only the particular app, same way. Here, also, it shows you a lot of options. So you can either use anyone and you can make your own music. I'm going to use the very first one, choose Open. So after choosing Open, it shows you the options. You can provide the particular prompt, which is required, and you can also select the music category. After that, you can mention the duration in seconds, and you can mention the particular type of, you know, music you required through the prompt. So this is how we have this a music generator option. You do have so many apps out there. You can use whichever is suitable for you to use this music with a video in Canva. 48. Mojo AI – Image Generator: In this lesson, I'm going to talk about another A feature just Mojo. So Mojo is a feature which helps us to generate the images in Canva. To access that, I come to my apps, and here I'm going to mention that Mojo and I press Enter. Now you can see we have only one result with this name which is Mojo. I click that app and I choose open, so it shows you that it's a image generator. So you can generate the images using this particular AI feature. You can select the aspect ratio as you required. It has more aspect ratio to compare the basic image generator in Canva, because in Canva, we have one is one, nine is 16 or 16 is nine, and that the two only we have available and we have the different 43 and three to four. All those things are available with this moduI you can provide the prompt again generate and you can use, five credits a day. You can see that. And here also, we have different categories like Express infinite vision. You can also do the editing process by uploading the picture and you can describe what kind of changes you required, and you to have the library. So from the library also you can simply load the elements. You can just click that to add inside your design and the two available with Canva. So this is how we have this Mojo AI. You can generate the image as you required with different styles, and you can also edit the image, you can upload and you can edit the image. Finally, you can also use the library elements. You can simply add it. You can scale it. You can see the quality is really good, not just a simple quality. This is how we are using Mojo AI in Canva. 49. Vidoz AI – Avatar Video with AI: In this lesson, I'm going to show you another AI feature, which is available in Apps, which is IDNs. So with the help of this AI, you can generate your own Avadar and I'm going to show you how to use this AI in Canva. So I was used Vidnoz AI that name and press Enter, and we have a lot of, you know, A features based on that keyword AI as well as V. I choose the first one. And after choosing the first one, I'm going to choose the open option. And here you can see it shows you different Avadars in the form of video, not only the images for loading, and you can utilize any of Avador into your design or video. So by default, it shows you the different A AvadRs. They are not real pictures. They are just AvadRs only. And you can also upload, you can generate your own Avador as you required. You can mention the script, and you can choose this option sign in. Means login can generate the video. It will be added inside your Canva page. If you don't have the account, you can just sign up and you can do all those data. You can fill the data. You can choose the voices, you can choose the style and you can choose that A AvadR which is available here. And you can also use this MI video. Here you have all those generated videos available with this Vidnoz AI. So this is how we are using this A future. We can simply add the Avador. We can add a script, we can add the language, everything. And finally, you are going to generate the video. It will be available with your videos also in the category MI Video, and it will be added in your design also. Flyer AI – Design Generator: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use another app which is Flyer AI in Canva. To access that, I come to these apps, and I'm going to mention that AI name which is Flyer. So I'm going to use the keyword Flyer AI, and here we have the results. I was loading the results. So we have so many, you know, A features. I'm going to use this flier AI. So with the help of this flyer A, you can generate the fliers in few seconds. You have to mention the particular style of flyer you required in a portrait or landscape. And for what purpose you required that flyer. After adding all those information, you can simply generate the image, and you'll get the result in the form of flare. So this is how you can use this flier A feature in Canva, the same way you can access all other apps, which is having the A features. There are many more apps out there in Canva, which is containing A features. I was listed only few, and those things are much important to compare other apps.
