Canva for Education and Personal Development: Empowering Teachers Students in the Digital Classroom

1. Introduction: Hey, everyone. Welcome to the course on Canva for Education, empowering teachers and students into the digital classroom. Myself Fingers, I'm your instructor for this course. In this course, you are going to learn Canva, as well as how you can use this Canva for educational and personal development. With this, at first, we are going to know basics of Canva, how to do a document setup, how to handle the user interface in Canva, how to create educational content using Canva, how we can create the presentations, how we can do the animations, how you can create interactive question and answers using Canva Live, how you can do the scrollable designs, how you can create the learning materials using Canva. You are going to learn how to create interactive classroom resources. I'll show you how you can create the digital poses, how to use the whiteboard in Canva, how to create bulk certificates and mark sheets using Canva, how to use the content planner, how you can use A powered features in Canva. We'll see how we can use A for creating educational resources in the form of images, text, videos, and three D models. You'll also see how we can use the A code for creating gamification lessons, turn any normal ordinary lesson into gain. You'll also learn how to have the collaboration with Google Classroom how to post the forms and quiz for the students, how to do a video editing audio for creating engaging video lessons using Canva. At the end of this course, you know how to use the Canva in expert level with all modules. And also, as a teacher, you know how effectively you can use Canva for your classroom management and your personal growth. Let us see in our class. 2. Canva User Interface: In this lesson, I'm going to show you the user interface of Canva. We also have the name which is the dashboard. So let me show you. At first, when you sign in or sign up with a Canva account, you'll have this screen. And in this screen at the top, you have the banner area. With this banner area, you have the Instant search option, so you can search your own created documents if you have. And after that, you have all new document creation icons. So if you want to create a new presentation, you can go for this icon. If you want to create a new social media design, you can come here and choose that. If you want to create your own video work, you can choose this. So in the same way, you have different new documents icons with this particular bad itself. After this banner area, we see what's new option with Canva. So every day, Canva releasing new features, new templates. So those templates and features will be available here. You can directly access those information using Canva user interface itself. And after that, if you already used Canva, the recent files will be displayed here. And after that, on your left hand side, we have open menu option. So when I click this open menu, it will show you the menu with your projects and all those works. And if you don't want, you can just close this menu. And below this menu, we have the toolbar, the standard toolbar. With this standard toolbar, we have the home icon. So wherever I was like, I was in a template page or was in a project page. When I choose this home button, I will get my default user interface. I can do I can access the files, all those things using this home icon. And after that, I have a classroom option. Since I was choose the teacher feature with the new account registration process, it shows me the option classroom. If I have choose free instead of teacher, you may not have this option, only for the teachers who choose their profession as a teacher, not for personal use with Canva when they sign up with Canva, this classroom option will be displayed. So I will show you how we can select that in our upcoming lesson. After that, you have the projects icon. So with the help of this project icon, I can click this project icon, and it load all the projects I have completed using Canva. I have the templates. So the templates have, a lot of templates with the different categories. So if I want to access the instant design, I can go for the template and I can choose that particular category. I can choose the particular template, what I required. I can customize it, I can export that as a final document. And apart from this, before all those options, you to have an option called Create. So if I want to create some new document work or project work with Canva, we can use this option Create. And with Create itself, you can see, we have a lot of options. It has the categories, starts with education. Since I was preferred education account, I was a teacher. I was preferred Education account. This option was displayed here. If you preferred a personal or business or commercial, you will not have this option here. And apart from that, it to shows me the presentation. Another all categories. And if I want to access more categories, I can come to the bottom, I can choose more. So it will load a lot more different categories which is available with Canva. I just close this icon, and you to have a brand options. If you had to manage a particular brand with a logo, colors, image, typography, you can go for band registration process. I will show you that in our upcoming lessons. And we have a Canva AI. So Canva itself having A feature, you can access all the A works with text, images, audio, video, manage all those, you know, the documents, the files, you can use Canva AI. I will show you that in our upcoming lessons too. And we have the print shop and more options. You can see we have a lot more options out there, and we'll see that based on the need in our upcoming lessons. And apart from that, at the bottom, you have the account settings and we have the notification panel. So this is the user interface of this Canva. In my next lesson, I will show you how to do that teacher verification process with Canva. 3. Setting Up Your Canva for Education Account: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can do the teacher verification process when you have choose the teach Racon with Canva signup process. So first, after I opened or user interface, I come to my profile setting. I click here, and here I have an option called Plans and Pricing. I click this Plans and Pricing option, and you will get this screen which explains what are all the different plans and pricing available with Canva. And you can see at the top, we have two options individuals and business and education. So in this category, individuals and business, we have a four option. The first one is free. So if you have choose individual and business means individual, when you sign up with Canva, by default, this particular account will be added with you. So it shows individual and it's a free account, and you don't need to pay even single ruby for that. And you have the five GP access and all those, most of the template access, the free template access with Canva, all those options are available here. So this is how the free individual account works. Most of the people use this free individual account, and they are getting their enough amount of resources to do their work. And if you want to go for the Pro account, you can go for the Pro account. And if you want the business account, you can also have a business account. Of features are same as we have the pro account, but you can look at this storage for the P account, you have 100 GP storage, and for the business account, they can access find GP storage with Cloud in Canva. And it to shows you a little more variation with the features available with Canva for P and business account. And if you want Canva for organization, yeah, you can have a bulk amount of account, you can contact their sales team for that process. And for each account, they provide you one TP storage. So that's how the individual and business options work. And I want to go for this education, so I choose education. In education, you can see that we have three categories. First one is teacher, and it should be Kwel teacher, not higher education institutes or university faculty members. So it should be school teacher, no one else. And of course, it's 100% free for the teachers who teach in school. And that's the biggest, the plus point with Canva. And what does that mean 100% free? Yes. Of course, it's 100% free. I to have Canva teacher account. I will show you how it works and what are all the benefits we have. If you look at those, you can access millions of templates and almost all the premium features, and you to have the same less LMS integration with Google Classroom, Teams Canvas. That was the best part of, you know, having the teacher con with Canva. And the most important thing is every individual teacher will have one TP of secured cloud storage. If you look at this business, they only have the 500 GP. You know, they spend almost hundred 6,800 rubs per year. But as a teacher, you own one TV from Canva completely for free of cost. So they are doing very good with, you know, the teacher's account, and they are providing a lot more apart from the storage. You know, we have AI access, lot more options available with Canva. And if you have a school, you need to apply for the entire school with Canva. You can also contact them. This is also completely free. You can use for the teachers and students entirely with your campus in the school. And apart from that, if you want to go This is school, you can see that. And if you want to use this for the higher education institutes like colleges and universities, you can contact them, and, you know, with that particular amount of price, they support you with, you know, the Canva accounts, that do good. So if you're a teacher, you have to prefer this when you sign up with Canva. And when you sign up with Canva with teachers category, you need to get verified. So what do you need to do when you want to get verified? I just click this button, get verified. And if you already, you know, submitted this process, you don't need to do this again. But right now, after you opened this, I'm going to submit this I hope you have seen how I have choose that option. So after, you know, received this user interface, I come to my account settings, and here I'm going to choose that, you know, the option which is plans and pricing. So after choosing this plans and pricing, I will get that window and I choose the education category. Here I choose the option, G verified. So when I hit this button, get verified, I will get the verification process. And here you need to provide the details of school. So I had to check for the availability here if I want. I can go there and I can check if you want. They provide the eligibility guideline here, what kind of teacher you should be, what kind of school it should be. So all those, you know, things are available here for information, you can just verify and you can apply for that. Now I come to this place, so you can choose which country you belong, that particular country you can mention here, and you have to mention the school location. And if you preferred, you can provide the zip code and the information what you have that school. And I was adding the school name here, the school email ID. If that school doesn't have the school email ID, you choose this option. I don't have a school email because most of them the school, if you are working in a school, you'll have a separate email ID. So all those official, communications will be done through that email itself. But sometimes, you know, those schools not providing email for you. So if they don't provide email for you, you can choose this option. I don't have the account. And here I'm going to mention that, you know, Pincode and the school here So when I type that school name, it instantly open all those details here and I can choose which school I prefer. And you can see that I was selected. And if my school is not here, you can see we have another option. My school is not there, so you can choose that option and you can continue. Now I choose this continue button after choosing all those details. And here, they provide the list of documents we can upload through this verification process. So at first, I failed because, you know, I was uploaded my ID card, but they need more documents. So I was uploaded my higher educational institution mark sheet, the degree. But still, they need the better document. So I was uploaded my salary slip with Canva teacher verification process that has all the details about the school and the salary process. So after that, yes, within the two days, they accepted my, you know, that application, and they provided me that teacher account. So here I click and you can see, what are all those documents you can upload. And I strongly recommend you to prefer the recommended document because as I told you, I was uploaded my identity card, but they asked for more, you know, the better documents. And I too uploaded my teacher training degree and certificate, which is BA degree and certificate. But still, they require more, so I was uploaded with a salary slip, and finally, it was updated, and I got succeed. And you can also upload your appointment letter, the accreditation certificate, affiliation Center letter, and you can also upload the experience letter, but as I told you, try to choose the recommended document from this list. So I just choose the salary slip, and you can see I had to choose my salary slip here. I can browse and I can choose upload. And I can choose Continue. So after I have chosen that document, I can simply continue so that you will get the email from Canva, which have the information like you have successfully submitted your document for verification, and Canva will reply you in a 24 to 48 hours. As it was mentioned within 24 to 48 hours, you'll get the reply mail, and if you want to upload more supporting documents, they will mention that through the email, and you can upload those additional documents if required. If you cannot find the email on your inbox, try to search with the spam, and sometimes it was available with a spam mail. So this is how you can apply for your teacher account, but you need to get verified. If they accept the application within two or three days, you'll get the email with congratulations, and you can access all those teachers features with Canva. So that is how it works. And with my next lesson, I'll show you how we have the user interface and other appearances for the teacher account and what we have for teachers in Canva. 4. Design workspace in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how do we have the design workspace with Canva. In Canva, this is the dashboard, and when I open any one project work, I will have the design workspace. Let me show you how we have the design workspace to show that I'm going to open this option, which is Dog. So as we have the Google Doc Microsoft Word, Canva itself have the Doc option, which is Dcment. So I choose this Dcan now. So I want to create a new document using Canva. When I open a new document using Canva, you can see, when I scroll over any icon, it shows me that create new option. So here I'm directly creating the new document using this, and it was loaded here. So this is the design workspace of Canva. When you open any document, like here I'm going to choose my whiteboard, so I choose whiteboard. I'll see about this whiteboard in our upcoming lesson. This is most important and vital part for the teacher. So I was created a whiteboard, new document, and I was created that Canva Doc. Still, you can see, we have the design workspace. So in this design workspace, at the top, you have the menu Bar. It has the file and the present document access, and you have a magic switch option. I will show you what is that magic switch in our outing lessons. And you have the editing part, you can provide comments and suggestions for your students about the particular content. And this is showing that all those corrections you have done was saved or not. When you have this mark, that tic mark, it shows that all those corrections, what you have done with that document was updated with the save concept. And at the top, here you have the document name. I can provide what kind of name I need for the document. For example, I'm going to provide the information about the Lesson one. So I'm going to type Lesson one. And I press Enter. So after that, you can see we have the name Lesson one here, and this is how we are going to name, and you have your account, you know, the sharing option, who is the owner of this particular account, and you have analysis of the document you have shared with other people. And you'll get the commands from the students or faculty members. You have a share option to share your document with various file formats and using various platforms. Finally, we have the assign option to share the information with the student. So these are the things we have with Mnubar and in front of this Mnubar you can see, we have a home icon. So when I press home icon, I can access the home page of my Canva dashboard. Apart from this manubr on left hand side, you have a box, the toolbox. This is a static toolbox. You cannot change the position of this. In this toolbox, you can see we have a templates option. So right now we have a blank document with Canva doc. Now I choose this template. So when I choose templates, here I have a lot of template design. I can choose which one I want. Like, I'm going to add the text, which is lesson plan. No presenter. So you can see I have a lot of lesson plan designs. I can use whichever is required. Like, I'm going to use this weekly planning. I click here, and I had a lot of options here. You see, when I click that particular design, that automatically added with my Canva doc. You don't need to create all those stuff. It was already there. You can directly use that using this option. So you have the template to access millions of template designs regarding your design. You have the elements option. With the help of elements option, you can add all the multimedia elements inside your document. You can see that I was having the recently used document, the elements at the top, and below that, it shows you the recommendations for you, and after that, I have shape. So when I choose shape, I have the basic shapes here. If I want to add anyone shape, I can simply click so that shape will be there. I'm going to delete that. I'm going to select this particular shape. So it was added. So that's how we are using shapes. And whenever you select some object, it will give you a list of magic recommendations. If you want, you can go through that and you might prefer the shapes from that. So that will be, you know, recommended based on your activity only. And after this, you know, the basic shapes, I press this icon arrow, and you can see that here it shows me that all and after that, all it shows me the graphics. So it shows me the graphics which I always used, and I was having photo video, all those things. Now I want to exit from the shapes. So at the top, I choose this clear. And again, I'll be in this elements homepage. After the shapes below, you can see, we have the banners, column table chart, graphics, photos, video. So all those elements, you can add inside this Canva document. Like, I was placed here. I'm going to add one picture here. So I come to the photos. And here you can see as a default photos, I'm going to choose education. Now, I press Enter. So here are a lot of images regarding education. I'm going to choose this picture. And you can see it was perfectly added. The quality is really good. So this is how we are using those elements. Whichever the element you require, you can directly use it using these elements. You can add videos, you can add graphics graphics or, you know, other than the basic geometrical shapes, we have a lot of graphics, the shapes, the pre installed library shapes. All those graphics you can use when you are using the Canva. So apart from these elements, you have two more options there. I'll tell about those, you know, in our upcoming lessons. So after the, you know, elements, we have brand. So if you want to create any one particular brand account, like, you know, you have a school and you have to create the brand for the school with a logo and the colors, the text, the picture, you can upload all those elements here. And thereafter, you know, you have set that brand. And whenever it requires, you can apply that same brand values to the any template. That was the advantage of this brand. And we'll see that in our printing lesson too. And we have the upload option. So if I upload some elements inside Canva from my device, like I'm going to upload the image, video, audio or design or folder, I can upload all those elements, and that will be available here. And apart from that, I have a projects icon. So using this project tool, I can access all the projects I have done using Canva, and I have magic media and before that, I had the apps. So apart from the basic, you know, tools we have with the Canva tools on left hand side, we have, you know, many more options available with Canva. Call it as apps. So you can add use those apps from this particular button apps. And here you can see, we have the search icon. You can mention what kind of apps you required. Like, I'm going to type AI so when I type AI and press Enter, I will have the list of A based apps using Canva. So whichever the app is required, I can choose and I can utilize that. So this is how the apps working with Canva. And apart from apps, I have a magic media option to generate A content using Canva, and to have a lot more options out there. Through our lessons, I will show you what are all the need of those options. And at the bottom, you can see that we have the nodes outline timer, and we have the navigation of this document. I can zoom in or zoom out, and I can show the list of pages using thumbnail view, I click here, so you can see that it was there. And if I want to add another page, I can add here. And I have the grid view. If I have multiple pages, I can switch that into Grid view and I close the grid view. You also have the full screen view. When I choose that, it will be with the full screen presentation appearance. I press Escape now. So these are the options we have with design workspace. Whenever you, you know, prefer to choose any one object to add with the design, you can simply add using those options. Apart from that, most importantly, you to have the text here. You can directly type and you can select that. And when I select the text at the top, you can see we have the toolbar. That toolbar have all the properties of the object you have selected with the design. Like I was selected the text now, I have the text access here, I can change the font style here, I can change the size, I can change the color of the text. So all those things can be controlled using the tool bar which is present at the top. And I was choosing this picture. When I choose the picture, you can see we have the picture properties instead of text. So in this way, whenever you are selecting a particular object on screen, that toolbar will show the properties of the particular object. So these are, you know, the design work space of the Canva. We have the menu bar, the toolbox on left hand side, the toolbar at the top, and at the bottom, we have the navigation bar. All those things will help us to build the very good quality educational content using Canva. 5. Learn Grid for Resources: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the learn grid feature in Canva. As a teacher, this will be the very much useful tool for you. Let me show you how to use that. To access that, you need to come to your homepage. In this homepage, you have the second option which is learn grid. I click this Learn grid, and it load that particular homepage of Learn grid. And at the top, you can see it shows me that instant search option which shows the label search educational resources. So if you want to look for any particular educational resource, you can mention what you are looking for. And at the bottom, you can see it shows you that you are in the learn grid application. It will search only that educational resources, not the default templates. And that country, it will be the default one. Anyway, you can change if you want. So based on the country selection, it will show you that, you know, different category of resources available with the learn grid. Like, I'm going to choose Brazil. So the language will be entirely different in Brazil. They use the France. So all those, you know, that resource materials will have that language based on the France. And I choose this Australia. So you'll have the Australian English on all those educational content. So if you want the educational content based on the nativity, like, you know, the Pakistan or India or UK, you can choose that particular country and you'll get based on that. Like, here, I'm going to choose India, and I'll have examples designs all those things based on the India. That is the reason. And after that, I have the option called class. I can mention what kind of class material I require. I can choose the class. And here we started with nursery. We have the UKG class one to 12. So since you are a teacher account holder, you'll have all the resource access till the class 12, and it will display based on the student knowledge level with the class you have selection. And if I choose this UKG, you can see, how do we have the colors, templates with that particular class. So I was choosing the 12 again. And it too has a subject. I choose that. So in India, most of the will have these kind of subjects. It has, you know, the Pan language and English, math, science and social studies, and these are the common general elements. When I choose another country, I'm going to choose this France and let us check the subject. Is there any change? So here you can see that max, science, socio science almost the same. And you have another option here, which is topic. So you can select, you know, the freedoms and limitations, french justice principles. So if you want the selection based on that, you can select that also. Going to select another country here. I'm going to choose our brother's country. So when I choose this and here we have the subjects with different options. And here we have the same thing, we have English, math, science, and sociate science visual. So we don't have too many changes with that. I'm going to select another country here. So we have a lot of countries, and I'm going to choose this United States. I'm going to choose anyone state here. I I'm going to choose Texas. And we have a subject, which starts with English language R. So it's entirely different on math, science, and 21st century skills. So it depends, you know, it depends on that country was selected. So that's how the learn grid works. As you're required, you can select that particular country and you'll get all those resources regarding that. So whenever I choose that particular country or the class, based on my selection at the bottom, it shows me the different resources. So how it's possible. When the teacher was uploading that resource, they mentioned that it belongs to which particular classroom. So based on that only it filters all those elements and shows you when you go for the Instant search. So this is how you can access all those teaching elements we have with Canva here for teachers. You can see here we have those templates. I can choose load more option if I want to load more templates. Below that, it shows you the option create class 12 resources. If you want, you can choose and you can create your own resources. That's how we have these options that learn grid in Canva. It's completely the exploration of the existing educational learning resources you can access using Canva. 6. Presentation from Templates: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to create the effective presentation using Canva. In our previous lessons, I shows you how to use that learn grid. Using that, you are going to access the existing elements, the resources using Canva. But here I'm going to create the new document from the scratch. To do that, I can use this presentation option here directly, or I come to this Create button on my homepage. I click that and with this, I'm going to choose the option which is presentation. So I click presentation here. When I choose presentation, it shows you the different categories of presentation styles. At first, we have the presentation which is showing ten eative pixels, which are having full t resolution 1920 into tenative pixels. And we do have the presentation for the mobile, which is completely having that vertical view instead of this horizontal view. So it has tenetive pixels width and the height is 1920 pixels. It's in a presentation mode, you can see that how it has a resolution. And apart from that, we do know that this is 16 is nine aspect ratio, and this is nine is 16 aspect ratio. But here you can see that we have the presentation with the 43 aspect ratio. The traditional the CRT monitors will have this kind of resolution, which is thousand 24 into 768 pixels. So the thousand 24 is width and 768 pixels are height. And here also, you have a complete full chi display presentation. Based on the need, you can prefer whether you need a full it in landscape mode or portrait mode or 43 aspect ratio presentation. Right now, I'm going to choose this fully landscape presentation. Most of the people use this. I choose that option. When I choose that, it creates a new presentation as we create new presentation using this particular option, create new. But whenever you go here, you can see all those possible dimensions are available with that particular project. Now I'm going to name here, which is class one, and I have the presentation here. So this is the background of any design, and by default, it was not selected. When I click over that particular work area anywhere on my Canva document, it will be selected with the purple line. You can see that. And when it was selected, the tool bar we have at the top will show the properties of this particular page. Right now it shows you the ask Canva option, which is one of the A features. You can get the assistance from that ask Canva. I'll show you how to use that option in this lesson itself. And apart from that, you have the edit, that background color, the position, the comment, all options here. First I'm going to use the background color. So when I choose the background color, we have the color settings here. I can either choose my brand kid colors. You can see that. And I already selected a few colors with my color palette. I have the default colors there, so I can use those colors. Or here we have some default solid colors from Canva. I can choose if I want. You can see that you can uplay that. And if I want to aplay some gradient colors, which is having more than one color in the shape, I can use this option default gradient colors. So I click here, you can see that we have two colors here. You can see all those gradients having two colors. And if you want to customize the colors, yeah, you can do that. I'm going to have the blue now, and I'm going to customize this color. So to do that, I just scroll over the top area, and here I choose this option, add new color. So when I choose add new color, right now, it shows you present the selected objects color or the present selected area color. And I can change that basic color value at the bottom first. And after changing that values at the bottom, I can go to this, you know, that gradient or the color adjustment area. I can select what kind of tint I required or what kind of shad I required, or what kind of tone I required. So all those things are possible with this solid option. And if I want to select the color from the particular place on my screen, I to have the PCA color option. I can pick that and I can choose from which area I need a color, and that color will be added here. You can also directly add the Aiemble value of that particular color. If you have the value and accuracy, you can mention the exact aisembl value here. And if you want to go for the gradient color because here we have only solid color. And if you want to go to the gradient color, you can go to the gradient option. And it was added with two colors right now. So one is I was selected that background purple and another one was added by Canva. Now you can see, when I select this gradient, it automatically show that linear gradient option here, this is from the diagonal gradient, and we have the gradient from the corner to this point, and we have the center radial gradient. So it has five different options. Based on the need, you can prefer what kind of gradient you require. And you can also change the colors here. Like I'm going to select the second color, and I'm going to make some changes with the second color here. So you can see, it's easy to do that. And I come to the first color now and in first color also going to do the changes. So this is how you can do the color changes with Canva. You can select the object and you can select the background color, and you can customize the color palettes entirely. So this is how we add the background color that fit requires. And apart from that, now I'm going to add some designs with the background. So I choose this templates. It has a lot of, you know, templates here. If I want to directly update the design with the templates, I can come to the templates and I can choose what kind of presentation I required. And when I choose the presentation, it shows you that option, and you can see that it has ten slides. So if I want to apply all the ten slides on this particular presentation, I can choose this alateten pages. So all those ten template designs will be added with your presentation. You can see at the bottom, it shows me how many slides we have for this presentation. So this is how it was adding. And in the same way, I just choose this option back. And you can see, we have a lot of different templates here. And if we want to change the style of the template, like going to use this particular, you know, the granch style, and if I want to, you know, select the particular color tone using this particular presentation, I can come to the template first, and I can choose the three dots, which is the menu of the particular template. And at the bottom, you can see it shows you three important options, apply text only, a play colors only, and apply elements. Then finally, we have the fourth one, which is apply style to page. So right now, we have some kind of text alignment, texture size, and text to color, all those things with my template. Now I choose this option appla style to page so this particular template style will be updated with my this presentation. And if I was happy, I can choose this option, apply style to all pages. So all pages will have the same kind of style upgradation using Canva. So you can see how it was entirely transformed the way of using colors. Now, if you want to go for Undo, I can use the shortcut Command Z or Control Z as we use with desktop. And at the top, also, you can see that we have the undo option here and we have the redo option. So if you want to go back step by step, I can use this undo so that I can make that I can revert that function what I had done. So in the same way, I can apply any color with this particular design. I'm going to choose this particular template. I'm going to choose aplate to that particular page. And when I apply, I have the option here, which is called the shuffle style. When I click that option, it shuffle the colors we have with the particular template. So you can see how it shuffles the background and the text and the shapes of the Canva. So this is how we can directly use the template from that Canva, and you can also create from the scratch, you can add all those elements, as I was mentioned you. You can add a shape, graphics, photos, all the elements inside your design, and you can create the complete presentation for your students using Canva. 7. Designing Presentations From Scratch: In our last lesson, I shows you how to use that presentation template using Canva. And here I'm going to show you how you can create the presentation from the scratch. As we have created a new document, after adding the new document, you need to add the elements. So you need to select the background. You need to add the shapes, the images, and you need to add the text, all those things we are going to add manually. First, I'm going to have a white background. If it requires, I'm going to add the background color or background image. I'll show you how to use the background as a image also. So after having that new document, that new slide, you can see that this is slide one. And if you want to add more slides, you can come to this place, add a page, click there, and you will have a new slide. The same way, you can add any number of slides. Now I choose the slide one, and here I'm going to add my elements. So at first, I come to the elements, and here I'm going to choose my graphics which required with this design. So you have two ways to add the graphics. Here on your elements, you have the shapes and graphics. Shapes, as I mentioned in our previous lesson, it will have all the geometrical shapes you required for this design. You can also access the design using the shortcut key. For example, for circle, you can use the shortcut C. So when I press C, you will get the circle on this particular interface. And when I press R, I will get this square, and I can convert that square as a rectangle also. So beds and need, you can select which object you require. I'm going to select this rectangle shape first, and I can transform this option or, you know, this object using the transform controls. I can increase the width or height, or if I want to adjust, you know, the width and height together, I can use any one corner points and I can scale using Canva. And if I want to maintain the aspect ratio, I can just presold the shifty key on my keyboard so that I can maintain my aspect ratio. However, I can move anywhere I require. I can scale, and I can fix, how do I want. And by default, you'll have the color for the object. I select that object and I choose the color. I can select whichever the color I required with this design. And I select the background, and here I'm going to have a white. So based on the need, I can select at what area, you know, I required that color. And after having that, you know, I'm going to select the background, and here I'm going to change the color. And when I choose the color for the background, I'm going to select from the same color, but I'm going to add the tint value. You can also select, another color based on the combination which I require, and it's up to you purely you can select what kind of color combination you required. You can also have the white, you know, with any color that you have looks good. And here I'm going to use the one more, color element, which is the pink. So to use that, I'm going to have the one more object here. I want to duplicate this, so I wel over here, and I choose this duplicate option. I can also use a shortcut key Control D, and here I'm going to use directly. And I'm going to use this as a separate color. And here, I'm going to use that pink color with my design, and you can simply change the color tone as you required. So this is how you can simply add your elements here using that Oftion elements. You can add the basic geometrical shapes. Now I come to this, you know, back to the elements, and here I have graphics. I choose graphics. So in graphics, you can search any kind of, you know, cartoon or the graphic shapes you required. Like, I'm going to type animals. When I type animals, you can see we have a lot of animals here, and I'm going to add this graphics. Since my account was verified, it shows me that these elements, I can use it for educational purpose. If you have the free account, it will show you that, those elements are the pro elements, not free elements. But fortunately, you do have the free elements here. You can also prefer those elements for the design. Now I choose this one, the um, this object, and I'm going to flip this towards right hand side. So when I choose the clip that graphics or the photo at the top, you can see that you have the option called flip. I choose flip and I choose flip horizontally. So I will have the direction like this. When I use those animals on my design, better I can go for the green color background, which will be better to one when I use with the designs. And here I'm going to choose the green and I'm going to adjust the color. So I come to this new color option, going to select exactly what color I required. And here also, I'm going to change the color of the object. I select the same color again, and from that, I'm going to change the color value as I required so in this way, you can simply change the colors as you require. And if you want to maintain the contrast, you can add some other elements with this animal. Like, I'm going to delete this and to have some recommendations here. So this animal have the stroke, which is showing the contrast with the background. And I can reduce the height of this object. And I'm going to flip this. So this is how you can add any element inside, and you have a lot more elements out there. Like I'm going to need some plants. After adding plants, I had a lot of, you know, plants here. You can see that. And I can add whichever is required here. I'm going to choose this one. I'm going to add here. Or I have some shrebs like this. I can add those shrebs out there. So based on the need, you can choose whichever the element you're required to add with this place, and I can add the title at the top, or I can add the title at this area. I can mention the name. It's up to you and you can decide how do you want all those elements. So this is how you are adding that design elements, which is graphics, and you can also add the picture if you want. I come back to this graphics again and I choose photos. Just imagine I'm going to add your photo with this particular place. Just type teacher, and there are so many teachers photos out there. I'm going to select one photo, and I'm going to have this teacher's photo on this place. So when I add the picture, I can simply transform the picture also. I can use any one corner point to scale the picture, and I can use the middle points to crop the image. You can see that. I can use the middle points to crop the image. And when I use the corner points, when I just click and move, you can see that it automatically maintain aspect ratio. You don't need to press hold the shift tiki. But when I press hold the shift Tiki, you can see I can crop the picture. And that's how it works. And when I press, you know, just release that and I can also rotate using this rotate icon. And when I choose the picture and if I want to, you know, manually change the value of rotation and scaling, I can come to the top of this, you know, toolbox. I choose position. When I choose position on my left hand side, you'll have all the arrange options which shows the width, height and the rotation values. So you can also, you know, change the values manually. I'm going to choose zero and I press one. So you can see now it's clear, and I can also adjust the values with aspect ratio or without aspect ratio. Now, you can see clearly that I want to show only that teachers, you know, the face and not want to show the entire picture. So we can crap like this. Or you to have another way, so you can either crop and place like this, or I'm going to show you one more option with the Canva, that is frames. So I come back here, and here I have the elements. In the elements, I have option called frames at the bottom. So when I choose frames, it will show you a lot of, you know, frames which have the basic shapes. You can see we have the basic shapes and you to have a lot more different frames here. Like, I'm going to choose this frame. And now I'm going to place the picture inside the frame. So I just drag over the picture that frame, and you can see the picture automatically entered inside the particular frame. I can double click the particular, you know, the frame, and I can scale if I want to, you know, scale the particular teacher's face, and I can reduce the size of the frame if I want. So I can add the teacher name here. Do that, when I do the design work, you can see on my left hand side, I have the text option. So when I choose the T, I can access the text properties here. I can add the heading. So using this, I can add the particular presentation title here, the title and other all things. I can also add the subding here for adding more information about the particular presentation, and I can also add the teacher's name, so I can duplicate this And I can place this I can set that alignment into center. I can mention the teacher name here. So this is how we simply manage all those elements, and I can also change the color of the text if I want. I want to have the better contrast with the background, so I choose the different color for the text. So this is how you can add those elements. You can add the background color. You can add the heading. You can add the subheading. You can simply copy and paste that content what you have for your presentation. You can use all those elements. You can also duplicate this by press holding Al tiki. I just press hod the Al tiki, and I select that object, I just click and track so that I can duplicate that element directly. In place, how do I want with this design? I simply delete that. I'm going to have only those straps with different levels. I was duplicate and I create that illusion using Canva. So this is how you can add the slide. And in next slide, I'm going to add more details. Like I'm going to have that background color first. So I choose the background color. I select the color from my previous usage, and here I'm going to add one picture. So to add the picture, if you have not yet selected, which picture you are going to add, you can directly add a frame itself. So here you are going to add the picture representing that particular content you are going to add. And here I can add the text information. I can come to the text and I choose a subheading, and here I'm going to have the heading about this slide, and I'm going to have the body content from this place. So this is how I add, and I can set the style for the body content. And if you want some dummy text, yes, I'm going to have. So I'm going to use this magic write, and I'm going to mention this rewrite option. And here I want to add the information. And we can add more text if I want. So you can completely add text. If you already have that in a Word document, you can copy and paste here. And in this text field, you have a lot more, the default templates out there. You can directly access those things also. Like, I'm going to delete this. And here you can see that for text itself, you have the template. You can just place and you can expand if you want. And here, I just adjust as it requires. I change the alignment. And I can ungroup this by selecting that and I choose ungroup. I can also right of choose this ungroup option. And after that, I choose this picture frame. I can add the picture which I want to add. Like, I'm going to choose that graphics. If I want to add some live images, live that pixels, the Aster graphics, I can go for photos, and here I'm going to select some animals. Or if you want only cartoon, you can go for the graphics. Those things are the better things. So here I'm going to choose the photos. I'm going to choose tiger. And I'm going to have a lot of tiger images. So I click one and I just drag drop over the particular frame. It will be added inside. Now, I select the frame, and if you want to adjust the frame stroke, I can use that toolbox. You can see right now I have a stroke style. It was none. I choose the stroke, you know, into, you know, the thin outline which is having the fourth size. You can also change the color of the stroke as I record. So this is how we have the stroke. If I want, I can also increase the size of the stroke. So this is how we have the stroke and the frame options with Canva. You can add more slides like that. And when you do that, you know, the design work, you did some designs for this particular, you know, slide. Now I go to this, um, template option, and, uh, it shows you a lot of templates which is available with Canva, right? So, if you want, you can also interpret those template colors, which I showed you in our previous lesson. So, um, after this, I simply come to this third one, and here I have a lot of options already. You can see I simply come to this presentation. And whenever I choose the particular presentation, it shows a lot more similar items what we have with Canva at the bottom. So if you want, you can go and access all those things. This is how we can start to add your presentation from the scratch. You can simply use all those elements you want. And even if you want to add a video content, you can add it regarding that particular animal. Like, I'm going to choose this, and here I'm going to have that background, which is having the same color I'm going to use, and I'm going to add one video here. So I go to my elements and not in photos. I videos, I'm going to choose the particular animal. Like, I have the tiger here. I already shows me that magic recommendation was added. So it will be directly played when I run this presentation to the students. I can scale it if I want. And I can also create the frame. I can add this inside if I want. Since we used that for the photo in our previous slide, you can also use the frame for, you know, the videos also. Like here I have the device based frames. I'm going to choose which one I want. Like, I'm going to choose some design here. Fine, I'm going to use this one. And I just drag and drop this inside. Now I can scale the frame, and I can present as it requires. So in the same way, you can add any number of frames and you can add any number of slides and you can run. Finally, I'm going to present this. And before that, I can check the grid view, and you can see we have a lot of, you know, the slides in the same page. This is how you can do all those works. And here itself, you can just drag and drop to change the order of the slide if you want. And if you want to delete, you can select that particular slide or you can select multiple slides and you can delete all those functions using this option. I choose this closed grid view, and finally, you have created all those things. I select the object and I chose the position, and I choose orange. With this, I can also use this orange option to align the particular selected object with my background. I can use the vertical alignment, as well as horizontal alignment also. This is how we create that presentation from the scratch. You can use all the multimedia elements inside and you can create the effective presentation. In our next lesson, I'm going to show you how we have the present option to share our presentation with various modes and what are all the benefits we have when we use Canva for presentation. 8. Animation and Transition in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use that animation and slide transition features in Canva. To do that, first, I come to my slide, and in my slide, you can see that I have elements which is having the shapes, text, images, and graphics. Now I select any one element, I'm going to choose the graphics. And I choose graphics here on this toolbox, you can see the option animate. I choose animate. And when I choose animate, it shows me the two options on this left hand side. The first one is page. Second one is elements. I choose the first one page. So when I choose this page, the entire page will have the animation with this particular option. Like, I'm going to select this chill and that animation was added with all the elements, not only that particular slide. And I choose this one. I can see how it was added. I choose the pop and be. So whichever that particular transition means the animation you have selected, it will be apply for that particular slide. If you think that you need to apply the same animation for all the slides, I come to the bottom and I can choose this option apply to all pages. So all pages will have that slide function. And here at the top, you can see that we select the particular style, and after that, it shows me the animate on both our only Enter or only exit. You can choose whichever you want. If you want both means you have multiple slides. So I play the second slide. So when the second slide was loading on screen, you'll have the animation that is on Enter. When the second side leave and the third slide is loading, that time you'll have the animation which is on exit. So if you selected the both, both intro and the exit animation will be played. Or else if you want to control only enter or exit, you can manually switch that values. This is how we have those, you know, the animate option. And when I apply the particular animation, to have the setting here, you can change the values if you want. I select that. You can see that how it works, and those options are out there. So based on the need, you can choose which animate setting you require. And apart from that, I come to the elements. So in elements, we can set separate animation for indiger elements. Like, I want to set the animation for this giraffe alone. You can see that alone having the different animation from the page animation. And I can select the text. So the text itself have the unique animations for the text. You can see that, and it's not apt for this time, but still you just know what are all the text animations we have with the Canvas lights, and you have the other options with the particular animations. So the text itself have the different animation, and the graphics have the different animation for the elements. I come to this photo, the photo frame. Whenever I do the animation, that photo frame which is having inside, that frame also will get animated. You can see that how it works. If I want to add the individual animation for the photo frame, I can also add that. In the same way, I can add the animation for the individual elements or the whole slide using Canva. Since I was already selected, apply to all pages, it was already added and I'm going to show you how we are going to have the presentation for this upcoming lesson. Before that, I'm going to add the slide transition. To add the slide transition, I come in between two slides. So it shows you the plus icon. If you want to add a page, I can use that. But right now, I'm going to choose this ad transition. So I click this ad transition. It shows me the slide transison available with Canva. So it shows me dissolve. It shows me that dissolve option. I can set that value how long that dissolve should be played. And I can have a slide option. I can set the duration of the slide, and I can set the direction in which direction I need to move the slide. So you can control all those things using slide. And I have circle, so I can set the duration of the circle. And right now, it was in and I can choose out if I want. And I have that color vibe. By default, it will select the colors from our design and it will be added here. And if I want to change the color, I can change, and that vibe will be added. I'm going to increase the duration of the vibe, and you can see how that be was working. I'm going to change the value into one and you can see how it works each wipe from the top to bottom or from the corner, whichever the wipe you required, you can select that and you can also select those colors you required for the wipe. And you have line wipe and you have a match move, and you have the flow and have the stock. So all those options we have for the slide transition, based on the need, you can choose which one you want. So this is how you are adding the animations for the page and individual elements. You can also add a slide transition for any slide or all slide. So after adding that particular slide, I come back to this, you know, transition I come to the bottom and I choose apply between all pages. So the all phases will have the same kind of transition. You want to customize the particular slide transition, I can come to that place alone, and there itself, I can change the transition. You can see here I have different transition, and here I have the different transition. You can change the transition animations as well as you can also add the page animation and individual elements animation using Canva. 9. Presentation in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can present this with audience in Canva. So we have so many ways. Let me show you all those options with this lesson itself. At first, I'm going to show you how you can download this file as a PowerPoint presentation. To do that, I come to my design, the menu bar. In this menu Bar, I have option called present. You can see the present option, and I to have that all present modes. I click this A present mode, and it shows you three options, pull screen, presenter view, and Autoplay. So all three are entirely different. I choose present. So when I choose present by default, the full screen presentation will be run, and I choose present now. So you can see we have a complete presentation appearance, and the clarity is really good since we have used the graphics, all our vector graphics. And here I used the AST graphics for the image. And arrow indicates you have more slides on that particular direction. You can click anywhere with the arrow and that slide will move forward. You can also use our keyboard if you want. When I come to the left hand side, you can see this side, I don't have arrow because this is the first slide. That's why we don't have any arrow indicator. Now, I press this area so that second slide was loaded. Here you can see I had the arrow on right hand side. And I move this side, it shows me that arrow towards left hand side, which means I can come back and I can come to the particular first page. This is how it works. I can go forward or I can come backward. And now, again, I want to go forward. I click, so I got that third slide. So you can see that video was automatically play, and if I want to control, I can disable that autoplay using Canva also. Now, I come back and you can see this is how it works. So with this option, you to have other so many tools to control and get the attraction from the students to access that I come to the bottom of this and you can see that it shows me total number of slides available with this presentation. And on right hand side, you have that zoom in and out. So using that, it can zoom in the particular area. I can just navigate using my hand tool. And if I want, I can go for the Zoom out also. And I can use the fit option to fit completely with this design. So this will be one of the best thing you have with Canva. So the audience who see it at the far distance, they can also watch the elements, what you show with the presentation. The second, we have the draw on page. So if you want to draw a particular element on screen, you can use this option draw on page. So you have five options here with the colors. I use the pin. So if I want to use the pin, I can use the pin and I can draw anything I want to, this is a highlighter, and I'm going to use the pen now. So this is the pin going to use. So I just double click over that particular pen. And if you want to, you know, put some underline or I want to highlight the particular part with my slide, I can use this option pen to mark that particular area. The same way if I want to, highlight something, I can use the highlighter. So I can also change the colors if I want here, I have the color, the default colors. I can change from that to anything, and that color will be applied with particular tool. Like here I'm going to highlight the eyes. Or I'm going to highlight the eyes. So in this way, you can effectively use the pen to mark and write something with the particular design when you want to explain that with the students. And apart from that, you have the magic shortcuts. These are the great features we have with Canva. I'm going to show you how it's great. So you have the shortcut keys to access that. Like, I just choose the blur option. So when I choose the blur, whole presentation will get blurred and the audience will get the attention towards you, not with the presentation. And I can click there to remove that blur. I have a quiet. So if I want to say something quiet to the audience, I can use Q or I can use this icon. I have the bubbles. So if I want to add some bubbles with a background, I can simply use that bubbles also. And if you want the dram, all those magical shortcuts you can use if you want. And if you want to clear, I can use this clear option to clear all those functions. So this is how the magic shortcut works, and you to have the interactive Q QA with Canva Live. And if you want to share this presentation, you can go that live also. I'll show you how you can do that in our upcoming lesson. So after that, I come to this presentation again. Just hide it. And apart from this interactive presentation, I come to this right hand side, it shows you the option open presenter view. I click this presenter view and you can see it shows me the presenter view. And when I have the changes with this particular slide, you can see all the slides as a presenter, and I click this. So the audience will have the view of only the output, not all the slides. And it shows you the duration here and if I want to mark something, and I'm going to choose this here and I'm going to change the color. And whatever I do the mark here, you can see. In a presenter view, it's easy to do those changes, and it will be also added with your audience view. So this is one of the best thing if you are using this presenter view. When you have the dual monitor system, you are showing your screen on projector. Definitely, you can experience this with your laptop or device. So you can simply use this option, the presenter window, and you can control, all those things using Canva. Close this presenter view and from that, we have another important option with Canva, which is that remote access. So I come to this option which is more. And in this, I have the option called share Remote Control. When I choose the share remote control, it will generate the link and you can also generate this particular Q QR code. So with this Q QR code, you can access this presentations control. You can use any device like mobile devices or laptop or the tablet to access this Q QR code. And you will get the link using that link, you can control the entire presentation. You can move forward or you can move backward. Also access the magic shortcuts using that Q QR code itself. So it's a great thing to present using the Canva. You don't need to download and do all those things with the Canva. You can directly present this wherever you are. You just need the Internet connection. So you can do everything those sophisticated presentation using Canva. And apart from that, if you want to download as a PPT file or PDF instead of presenting directly, I can come to the share option, and in share, I have the Download option. When I choose Download, it shows all the formats you can download with Canva, and it shows you the PDF standard for email purpose, PDF for print, PPT, even video file formats. Going to choose this PPTX, and I'm going to select all the slides, and I choose this option, download. And it shows the limited media playback. Okay, all those things are there. I choose Download, and at the bottom, you can see the download process once initiated and it was downloaded. I just opened that and it was loaded. You can see how accurate that design. Apart from the frame, frame this frame was there. But here for the video, that frame is not there proper way. Otherwise, everything is good. You can see that text boxes all are really good. So this is how we simply present our PowerPoint presentation or the presentation, not PowerPoint presentation, the Canva presentation, we can design and we can present in a different way to the audience using Canva. 10. Interactive Q and A with Canva Live: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how do we are going to use that presentation with live mode. To access the presentation with live mode, I'm going to use the present option first. And in this present option at the bottom, you can see we have the interactive Q&A with Canva Live. I choose that option, and here you can see we have option to start the new session, and it will be the interactive one. So when I choose this start new session, it load that settings and it will load the live interaction sharing for the audience. So you can share your presentation to the audience. It was something similar like, how do we use the Google Meet or Microsoft Teams with audience. But the thing is here, I'm not going to see any of their face. They can access this particular Canvas screen, the presentation, and they can have the interaction with me if they have connected with the device. So right now, it shows me that sorry, live audience tools was unable to start as try again. Okay, going to try again. So I choose start new session. So it was initiated, and it shows you that two important options. One is scan the Q QR code. You can share this Q QR code, access this particular live session. Or you have another option here, which is copy invitation. So you can copy invitation and you can share it through the Gmail or Whatsapgroup. This is how we can share this particular meeting with audience. And after they click that particular Q QR code or they access to that particular copied link, they can get this particular screen on their device. And you can see here, I have the invite option. I can invite the people if I want to directly also. I to have the settings. I can enable the coins, I can enable the reactions, or if you want, I can shut all those things options. And when you presented entirely and you are going to stop the presentation, at the end, you can use this option end session. So here it shows how many people are in live. Right now, nobody is there, and I'm going to use this option end session. So when I end session, it automatically stopped that presentation work. So this is how we are using this live presentation with audience wherever they are in our planet and they have the Internet access, they can participate and they can have the interaction with the particular presenter. This is how we have the live presentation option in Canva. 11. Access Learning Materials: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can access the learning materials in Canva. As I showed you in our previous lessons, I use learn grid. So with the help of earn Grid itself, you can access all those educational resources from Canva. And here I have the subjects. I had to select which subject I required for learning material. So I'm going to choose this one, the signs. When I choose signs, I will get all the information regarding the signs. So you can see we have a lot of presentations. I can choose whichever I want, and those presentations will have the complete information. They are not just the templates. Remember that that have all the information which required for the student. So here, I'm going to choose one example. I'm going to choose this one. This is called the circulatory system. But when I roll over my mouse over the particular design, the resource, you can see it show it was a video, and it is also a video, and this is also a video. But here you can see that it has three pages, and each page preview was also there. So you can select what kind of, you know, the resource you require, whether it's a D you required or this kind of, you know, that document, the presentation you required, based on the need, you can choose which one you want. Now, I'm going to choose these types of waves. I click once. And when I click once, I can get the particular design with all the information, not just the design. You'll have the complete presentation, the learning material. And if you want, you can go and follow that particular creator. And this one was created by the Canva rating studio. So I was already following. You can follow, then you can access all those templates, the designs from them. Now, I'm going to customize this, so I simply choose this customize and when I choose customize, it shows me that design, it looks like a template, but this is not just the template. Itself have all that information, the scientific information about the types of waves. And you can see this is the first slide. Now I want to move to the second slide. So it shows you that earthquakes are waves we can feel and they provide the definitions. And there are, you know, the illustrations which indicates that particular slides information. Here I have the learning outcome. For any subject, the lesson, we need learning outcome, what you are going to learn with this and what is wave. We have a definition and that types of waves there and the types of waves are there. You can see there is a wave model, and I have the example of waves. And you have the reference. It was in a proper way with APA style and to have the page resource. So if you want to print it and if you want to do activity, you have the resource here, and you can also completely provide this resource itself to create the assignment with students. So they can create and explain what kind of wave it is, how it works. They can use those things for creating assignments. So that's how it works. You can see all those information are provided with that types of wave itself. You got the complete information about the waves. You to have the reference from which source it was created. The information was created, and the resource page is also there, and you can use that for your activity. So this is how those resources are highly helpful for us. The combination of all slides only converted as a video here, so we don't need to get confusion about the pages. You can see how we have all those information with the particular design. This is how you can access the learning resources from Canva, go to the learning cred and you can choose what kind of class and that country you have. You can also search based on the resource. I'm going to search about the cell. When I type cell and press Enter, it shows me all the resources which is available regarding the cell. Here I have the parts of animal and plant cell resource. I can simply click that and I can load it to customize and here I have the information about the cell. Can see that we have animal and plants. So on my first slide, the first page, I can see that I have animal cell and plant cell, and I have all those inner parts of the cell. And below, I have all the information. So if you want to conduct the activity, it's easy to conduct using those objects. Here we have the complete object. And here also, they have provided the resource page. You can conduct the test using those resources. So this is how you can simply use, you know, this learn grid option. You can simply provide the keyword. You can choose the particular categories, and you can access all those resources using Canva. You can see we have a lot more out there. You can simply go and choose load more, so you will get more the template, the resources regarding that contain what you required. So this is how we access this learning resources from Canva for Education purpose. 12. Creating Worksheets in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can access the worksheets and how you can create your own worksheet in Canva. To access that, I come to my homepage. Here I chose this option, which is templates. I choose templates, it will load all the worksheets and all other educational resources available with Canva. So here I can mention what I required or I can also directly choose that from this option, which is worksheet. So I click here worksheet, and it load all the worksheets available with Canva. So after choosing that, if I want, I can go for here and I can mention the particular category which I required. There are numerous languages out there. So based on the need, you can choose what kind of, you know, the language you required, and you have all the languages here. You can see that we have a lot of, you know, templates here. And if I want to access the particular template, you can click that. And before I choose that you can see, it shows you the resources, so the coloring book, have 27 pages and can directly use it. You don't need to spend the time to create all those materials. And here I have the design song lyrics, which is having eight pages. I have parts of that, you know, the body having three slide. And here I had 21 slides for coloring the animals. So you can directly access those worksheets and you can directly use that to create the artworks or the activity work from students. So now I'm going to choose one category. Like, I'm going to choose this dinosaurs. So apart from the educational resource, these are, you know, the pro account future elements. Since I was having the teacher account, I can directly access that, and I'm going to choose this option, customize this template. So when I choose customize this template, that particular template was getting loader, and you can see I have the dinosaurs with different species. So all those things are there to make colorful work. So this is how you can simply access. And even if you want to adjust and you want to do some modifications, you can do with Canva. Now we know how to access that design, that resources, the worksheet resources available with Canva. Now let me show you how you can create your own worksheet using Canva. So to create own worksheet, I can use this page itself. I have the Create blank option, or I have the create option here. I click that, and from there, I'm going to type the keyword here, which is worksheet. So when I type worksheet, you can see that it shows me four different options, worksheet in landscape, worksheet in port sheheet. And after the portrait, we have two more options here, coloring page and winces worksheet. So I'm going to choose this worksheet portrait. When I choose worksheet portrait, it'll have a portrait appearance. And in our templates, it will have a lot of templates regarding the worksheets. Let me show you that so here I'm going to access the template. So by default, you are accessing the template, and it has a lot of designs. You can see that. So here I'm going to create my worksheet. To create worksheet, I suggest you to do the page setting first, and I come to this file menu, and here I can see that it was A four size. So this is what exactly I need. And I'm going to define my page border. So to add the border, I go to the elements. Elements, I'm going to choose the shape, and in shape, I'm going to choose the means that object rectangle. I can also use the shortcut key which is R. So after adding that, I'm going to create one big size rectangle here. Now, if you want, you can keep the fill color or if you don't want, you can leave it. Like, I'm going to have some colorful background here. I'm going to choose the green, and here I'm going to have the same green color, but it has the variation. So I need a bottle like this. Or if you want some black and white background, yeah, you can go for that, you know, colorless background. And here, also, I'm going to have a colorless, but I just want to add stroke, and I'm going to make sure that I don't have any fill color. I add the stroke, I simply enabled and after enabled, you can see that it has the stroke weight. After that, you can see that we have the dashes and we can increase the size if you want. We have the three dash and we have the dots. So based on the need, you are going to select what kind of stroke you required. Apart from this, if you want to have the corner adjustment, you can see that you have the corners with sharp edges. So if you want to adjust the corner, you can adjust like this and you can also adjust the sides like this. So right now, default, we have four. I can adjust a corner like this also. And the most important thing with Canva is in elements, I have the graphics. So if you look for the borders, I can choose the keyword here, which is border. So after adding that border, I press Enter. So I will have the results regarding the border. So you can see I have a lot of free and educational content access. So instead of having that rectangle you are creating, I can directly add that border from my custom library. You can see it's easy to add any shape here based on the need you are going to add if required. Like, I'm going to have the O border like this, and I'm going to duplicate that. And here I'm going to flip horizontally and going to flip vertically also. In this way, also, I can set, you know, the border, and I can start my activities. But most of the time when you are preparing this for the school students, best thing you can have the rectangle, and this is the best thing because they need a defined area where they need to do the work. What is a boundary within which area they have to do the work. I strongly recommend you to use the rectangle shape, and apart from the rectangle, if you want to add some graphics over that place, you can add. So here I'm going to mention some information. So I just add the text to field, and I'm going to add the name of the student here. I'm going to set the alignment into left. And if I want to get some information like class or date, I can also provide here. Now, after adding that, I want to provide the space for enter the data. So I'm going to use a line tool to access the line tool, I can use the shortcut kel or I can use shapes. So here I have the line. I just click that. It will be added with my design. Or as I said, I just press L so I can access the line. And here I'm going to set the properties first. I'm going to set that line thickness into one, and here I'm going to, you know, expand that area. I want to duplicate this. I press Command D or Control D, and I'm going to reduce the size. And here I'm going to reduce the dimension for the class, and here I'm going to increase that for the class. So this is how I can add the student's details, and here I'm going to have some border. As I told you, you have the border on your elements. If you want, you can use. Or if you want to create your own border, you can also create that. Like, I'm going to use some shapes here to create my borders, so I'm going to use this one. Just imagine. I'm going to set that into black. And I just duplicate by using halt shift, and I just click and track my mouse button. Now I press Control D or Command D to get the duplication process in a default distance. So I can do like this. And after that, I can select entire things. So when I do the work, this rectangle disturbs me. You can see there. Now what I can do is I can right click over there and I can choose this lock so that I cannot select the rectangle, I can concentrate with the stars, the shapes. So I group that and I'm going to duplicate that entirely. And I'm going to place it here the same way. I want to add my left hand side and right hand side. So I just it again. I rotate that I need exactly 90 degrees, so I add the value 90 degrees. And here I'm going to add the information. And here I'm going to add the information. And I was, you know, need to add more flour. So I just duplicate and I place like this. Now I want to ungroup that. So I ungroup that and I want to delete all those unnecessary objects. Now, I group this again, and I want to place exactly where I require. So this is how you can simply create and add the element. Now, again, I group this and I duplicate that using Control D or Command D, or you can just select that and presold the Alt key and presold your mouse icon, and you can track and drop to get the duplication. Now what I'm doing is I just duplicate the same rectangle which I have behind. So I just unlock that first. I press Control D, I got duplicated. Now I just move that below, and I'm going to reduce the scale. And here I can adjust that. So this is how you can set your own border, and here I'm going to provide the information for activities. So you can use either rectangle shape or tables or, you know, lines to divide the work area. Like, I'm going to use my table here, so I can access tables directly from this place. I can choose what kind of table I require. I choose this one and I got the table here. And here I can mention how I need the activities. Through that, I just lock all those elements, which disturbs me, and I select the table now. Now I increase the height. So when I handle the table, if you select the particular cell alone, you can increase or modify that cell alone. So if you want to access the entire table, you can just drag and drop and select like this. And you can scale the entire table. Here I'm going to have my activities. Instead of that inner rectangle, I'm going to have this and I want to select the entire table instead of choosing the particular one. This is how I was modified and at the bottom, I'm going to add some more details with rectangle. Here I just unlock this inner border. And I delete that too. And here I'm going to add my activities. I'm going to add my clipboards and I'm going to solve that issue with students. So to do that, I come to the elements, and I'm going to choose the graphics, and I'm going to add the bords. So I just typed the Q bird and I was searching. I got a lot of results here. I'm going to load my elements. Like, here I want to add one bird. But in another place, I'm going to add two birds. So it's about activity. The one who is going to solve will handle this. So you can add the clipards If you want, you can add the text also. Like, I'm going to add A, and I'm going to load this place and this place also. Here I'm going to change that into B. Here I'm going to change that into C. So you can add all those elements as you required. So I just group that and I'm going to duplicate this and I'm going to change that box name. After ABC, I'm going to edit that into DEF and other things. And here I want to provide some information. So to get that information, I'm going to use the line tool. So I press L, I got line, and I'm going to get the information regarding the activity using those objects. So this is how you can create your own, you know, activity sheet, the worksheet, and you can plan based on your need for the Max subject or science subject or socio science. First, you plan it, and after planning that, you can use the page. You can use the text. You can use the shapes, you can use the table, the clipboards, the images, all those elements you can use, and you can simply create your own worksheet. So this is how we simply load worksheets from Canva. We can access millions of templates also, you can create your own worksheet using Canva. You can share it with other students. This is how we do the template creation for worksheet using Canva. 13. Designing Infographics for Learning: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create infographics for learning using Canva. To do that, I want to choose Create. In create, you can type the Q word infographics. We have another easy way to access the templates. First, you should have the look on the template, then you can create a new infographics. To access the template, as we do, I choose the templates, and here I'm going to type the keyword infographics. So I typed the keyword infographics, and at first, you can see search for infographics. I choose that option. When I choose that, it shows you a lot of infographics templates. I scroll down. You can see it's a huge list we have for the infographics. So the infographics itself having the default dimension, you can see that. And at first, I'm going to open anyone infographics. I'm going to choose this inverted, so I click that. So when I choose the invert braid, it shows me the document details here for which classes this particular content is app. And even, you know, for standard, it was app means you can use it. You don't need to use only for those classes. And it clearly shows what was the width of this particular document? What was the height of the particular document. So 802 hundred was the dimension of this particular template. I'm going to choose another design here, like I'm going to choose this animal classification. And here also, you can see that it has the same dimension. For all kind of infographics, you are going to use this particular option, which is the infographics with the dimension, 802,000 pixels. And you can simply open any infographics you required. Like, I'm going to choose this early, you know, the human forms. So I choose this customized resource. And we all know that when you scroll over the mouse, that time itself, it shows you whether it is a single page or multiple page. So it has all the details, whether it is a resource or you need to pay the money or what kind of resource it is. So I was choose and I got that particular infographics here. I just scroll and I can zoom it. You can see all those elements or graphics, and we have the text element. Here also, we have the graphics. I was loading the image, and we have a background image here, and here also, we have the text content with the shapes. So that's what we have for making infographics. The most important part is it should have the 800 pixels width and 2000 pixels height. So now here I'm going to create my own infographics using this option, which is create blank. I click here, and before that, you have that, you know, what kind of infographics you required, whether it is illustrative or, you know, the complete infographics or illustration or simple, you can choose what kind of style you required. As we know how to use the language option, if you want, you can also use that. Now I'm going to create my own infographics. So I choose this option, Create blank. After choosing create Blank, I will get the new design. And this infographics I was used from the template. It clearly shows you what was the dimension we have for this infographics. So I'm going to close this infographics now. And here I'm going to have my new infographics. So in infographics, most of the time we'll have that layout first. You need to set the background, whether it should be the color or it should be the picture you're going to use as a background. You're going to decide that first. You can create infographics for any subject to explain any concept in a simple manner to the students. So I'm going to add some infographics details here. So I'm going to choose that flowers if I want to add, the different types of flowers I can add, or I can add different types of sports. You don't need to create only, you know, the infographics for the science or max. For sports, also, you can create, which is one of the, most wanted area. So here, I'm going to create that infographics for sports. So what I acquired, as I said, I need a strong background. So I choose the background and I'm going to use the color Suppose most of the time, we are going to use the ground image and I'm going to set this the green color first. Now I'm going to choose my elements. In elements, I'm going to choose the graphics. I choose graphics. In graphics, I'm going to choose that keyword which is ground. IpresEnter. So EpresEnter it search all the ground based images, and it will provide me the details. So I'm going to choose which ground I require to add here for my design. So we have a lot of ground, which means I actually exactly required a stadium, but I got a lot of, you know, ground based images here. That's good. So I need a stadium. And I chose Enter. So I will get the stadiums based on my requirement. I didn't mention that for football or cricket. I was simply use the keyword Stadium. So it was loading a lot of images, and I clicked this one. It was for, you know, the indoor game or the night game I can use if I want. So I simply scroll it. You can see that we have the two segment of the image, that upper part and the lower part. So if I want, I can scale it as quos or if I need that lights there, I need to expand this area. I'm going to use that edit option. I edit option, I have the particular option called Magic Expand. I'm going to use it. To use that, I come to the tools and I choose C here I'm going to choose that option, which is magic expand. So I have that with reimagine. I choose magic Expand, and I was in a free form option. Now I just expand this area till where I required. But I choose expand now. It was loading. It's a complete A feature. For any image, if you feel like you lose the particular part of the image, you can again gain using this option, which is called expand. So it simply loading that information here, and I can choose whichever the template I required. Right now, I was choose this, and if you want to regenerate, again, you can choose new generate. For a teacher, if you got verified and you can use those A features for free, you don't need to pay any money. That's the power of that Canva AI teacher account. So you can use all those A features for educational purpose. So we got some more designs here. As I said, if you want, you can go for that. Otherwise, you can simply regenerate and you can select which one you want. Using this A, you can redefine what kind of picture you required using this magic expand. And if you are not happy with this and you need to use some other information, you can go for those information also. So here it looks good. I'm going to use this background, and I choose the back. So it was applied. And I come to these elements. You can see we have few more images also. Those images also looks good. You can see this image. You can see these images also looks good. So you don't need to, you know, hurry up. You can choose what kind of picture you required. And finally, you can decide that details. So after adding that the major, the background picture that creates a feel for you with this infographics, I'm going to add the title. So to add the title, I'm going to choose that text. I shows you in our previous lessons how to use this text. You have the apps to generate the different text styles. Like, I'm going to create some vibrant text. What I can choose is I can choose CAL, and it will show all the text based apps which is available with Canva. And with the help of that, I can create my own text, the new style text, which is not available directly with Canva. Like, I choose this itself, Type studio, and in this, I'm going to add the sports information here. So I'm going to choose that app, and I'm going to mention what kind of r till I required. So I'm going to add the title which is challenge or sports challenges or types of sports, something like that. So I'm going to choose the right one since we have a dark background and that green colored with the background, I'm going to choose the right color contrast with this particular background. So I had to be aware of that, and I'm going to choose which one is suitable for this. So this looks good, or looks good. And I'm going to choose the right one Okay, right now, I'm going to use this one. So I click here and I'm going to add that text which are required. So I'm going to type the keyword sports or I'm going to type the keyword outdoor games. So that should be my title. And here I can change the style if I want. There are so many text styles out there. Or if you want to stick with that default style, you can keep that. But most of the time, it was infographics, you try to use that easy readable font instead of using the fancy fonts. So I'm going to use another style which have the easier look to read. So I'm going to choose some, you know, SansoryFont. So it will show you the preview out there and you can choose what you require with that particular title. So after choosing that particular font, if you are happy with that, you know, you exactly require what you got with that, you can simply choose add to design. So after adding that add to design, I will have that particular graphics on my design area. So it has a proper contrast with the background. You can see that. And after adding that, I want to mention what are all those outdoor games we have here. So to refine that, you know, the working area, I'm going to use the line or going to use the shapes for the background. So it's up to you. You can decide how do you want to use. And here, I'm going to use the line first. Plus el. I got a line here. But first, I don't need the defined area, and here I knee, so I want to check that stroke size into one and I want to change the color from that to green. So I want to use the uniform colors. That's why I was changed. So here I'm going to have the first infographics and I'm going to have the second one here. And based on the need that you can maintain the distance, here I can see that, how do I have the distance? I just group that and I'm going to duplicate that again. And I'm going to place like this. So I have one, three, three, four, five, you know, the elements. I can add maximum five, and I can add the text information also. So here, I'm going to add one graphics or that image or the game image, and I'm going to, you know, provide that text details. Let me show how we are going to add those informations. At first, I'm going to add the image. You can either directly add the image or you can use the image frame to place the image. So right now, I'm going to use my elements. In this elements, graphics, I'm going to choose a game, which is outdoor game. So first, I'm going to use baseball. So for baseball game, I'm going to use one picture. So I'm going to use this one. Or if we need more details, I can use this picture. It shows what that person was doing. And I can place the image either here and I can provide the text information there, or I can mention that picture on this place. I can simply flip if I want and here I'm going to provide that information. So it's up to you can see that we have a lot of infographics with different alignments. So there is no any rules and regulation we have you had to provide only in this way, but you need to provide that in a balanced way. That's what you required. So it's up to you, how do you want? You can provide in that way. And here I'm going to add the information about the particular game. So I'm going to add the heading and I'm going to redefine the size. And here I'm going to have the game name. And inside here, I'm going to have the body text. So I'm going to change that size, and I'm going to change the alignment also. Here I'm going to have the body text. I can add what I require here. So right now, I'm going to add some dummy text. So I just want to add it. I just could create and I'm going to add dogs. And I choose the dogs, and here I'm going to add some dummy text. I want to generate that using A feature. So here I want to generate. So after getting that, I choose Magic write, and I'm going to mention that outdoor game. And I want to generate. As I told you, it was simply for fill that area. So instead of copying that from Laura Mibsum I'm going to copy that from this particular work. So here, I'm going to copy that and I want to delete that objective, and I'm going to paste here, and I delete that objective. So it has two paragraphs and I can reduce the font size if it requires. I select the entire, the paragraph and I'm going to remove it. And I can align as I required. So this is how we are adding, and I'm going to use the same elements here also. And this time, I'm going to place the picture here and the textual information on this side. The same way, I want to copy those elements and I want to paste here. So that on the other side, I'm going to place my other elements. Here I'm going to place another game Okay, so we need outdoor game. No indoor game. It shows some basic games, but I need some more results. So it shows you a lot of games. Okay, I'm going to choose this football. And it shows you a lot of kids based game. And after that, I'm going to add another one. And we need to add two more games. So you can provide the game information, the title and the body content. After that, I'm going to add the next game. I'm going to add the tennis. So this is how you can add all those details, and you can concentrate the typography. And I can also add some effects, the text effects using the effects option. I can add small rap shadow, and I can set that offset and the transparency value which helps us to have the rap shadow with this particular place going to set the offset value to, you know, increase. I'm going to blur a little bit. So based on the need, you can add what you required. And most of the time after finishing that, they remove that stroke, which is used to align that particular areas. This is how we create those infographics and you can add your image, your credits like who did this work, your institution name, if you want, all those things at this banner area itself. And sometimes the authors will provide their name here itself at the bottom with a footer. So this is how we generate our infographics for the students. You can collect all those, you know, the graphics using this Canva library itself. And if you want, you can also upload your own custom images. This is how we navigate our own worksheets, and this is how we simply navigate the infographics. You can also create the infographics from the scratch, like how we date with the background, proper typography, and proper image selection, which is the graphic selection for represent this infographics. 14. Scrollable Design in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the scrollable design in Canva. So this is one of the best thing you can use for classroom teaching with scrollable animation. To do that, I come to my templates. After I come to my templates, I'm going to type the keyword which is scrollable design. After adding that keyword scrollable design, I choose that particular keyword, and it loads a lot of templates here. So here I'm going to choose this particular document. So this is a scrollable design, and there are a few more documents out there. Most of the time, it will be a, you know, the doc of Canva. So I'm going to use this one. I click that and it shows you that particular scrollable design, and it shows you a lot more templates which is available with Canva. So I'm going to use this one first. I'm going to choose this option which is customize this template. I click that, customize this template. So it load that scrollable design. So why do we need this scrollable design? So within the small space, if you want to show some animated content which is showing the statistical data in a picture form in innovative way, you can use this option, which is scrollable design. And right now you can see it was that Google, not just Google, that Canva document. And I just scroll down. It shows you that information about academic research, and I come down, it shows me the findings, and you can see there is animation with the chart I scroll down, I can see that we have a lot more data out there, and you to have the video here. I loads the video clay and you have that data. When we visit the premium websites, providing that product information when you scroll, step step it load the particular product details. Same way, this Canva doc also having the scrollable design, you can simply convert any information into scrollable design, and based on the scroll, whether you can move forward or backward, you will have that particular scrollable animation. So it exactly almost looks like in the infographics animation, the motion graphics animation, which we are using, to create for information delivery. So I just scroll down. You can see that it shows you how many animations out there with this scrollable design, and you have the videos here. You have the images there, shapes there. All those information comes with this category, which is scrollable design. You to have the charts showing the animation and explain the growth and the details of that particular information. This is how the scrollable design have the structure. At any place, we can simply select that particular, you know, design area. You can edit if you want. You can double click there, and that double click process will open the separate, you know, the page for editing the content with that Canva document. So this is how we have scrollable design in Canva. You can see here we have that, you know, design area here. And if you want, you can add from this, and you can use that for the scrollable design work. You have a lot of, you know, templates here. Here also, we have that default template, what you have there as a scrollable design. It's just the page by page we have here. We don't have anything else. You are just going to create the design, and when you are saving that, it will be automatically converted as a scrollable design. You can change the values, data everything with this particular scrollable design itself. This is how we access the scrollable design in Canva. You can use the templates and you can access the scrollable design. Now, in our next lesson, I will show you how you can create your own scrollable design using Canva. 15. Make Your First Scrollable Design: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create your own new scrollable design using Canva. In our previous lessons, I show you how you can access the template, and here I'm going to show you how you can create that from the scratch. To access that, I create a new. And when I choose new here I'm going to type the keyword scroll. So when I type the Q Qard scroll, you can see we have only the docs with different dimensions, A three, A four, and we do have the dog letter, pageless, the legal, digital. So remember, whenever you want to create the scrollable design, you have to use only dog so you can access this new document or from the home screen, you can choose that doc itself. Here only you are going to create that scrollable design. So to create this scrollable design, first, you need to mention the content that theme for what purpose you are going to create this scrollable design. So here we can add the banner area work. Like, I'm going to create this scrollable design with some basic, you know, the concept. Like, I'm going to add the keyword education. And here I'm going to generate some content. So I will have my scrollable content with this AI. And after it generates the content, I simply insert that. And here I have a banner area and I have some more content here. Now, after this, or before anywhere, I want to add a scrollable design. So to add the scrollable design, I just press slash in my keyboard. So when I press the slash in my keyboard, I can access the search actions, and here I'm going to choose this scrollable design. Remember, we are going to select this scrollable design, and above that, you have the design option. So when I choose the design option, it will open the separate page, and there you can create your own design, and you can incorporate that with this particular Canva doc directly. But we are not going to do this. You can see this is that particular thing, the design. I just close that instead of that, I'm going to open another one, which is scrollable design. So I choose scrollable design. So after choosing the scrollable design, I have the two options here. It shows me add scrollable design and play with scrollable design. So right now, I'm going to choose this play with scrollable design. So when I choose play with scrollable design, it opens the separate tab. Our new document tab is there, and I choose this play with scrollable design. And here it shows that new document, and it shows you how it works. And it's a scrollable design. You can see that. I scroll down my mouse and it continuously showing that it was scrollable design, and it shows you how it has the design. So you can directly use this design if you want, or you can create your own one. So I was moving in reverse order. You can see when I come to this place, it shows you where we are right now. And when I scroll, you can see the animation actions which is added with that particular scrollable design. On your right hand side, you have that scroll, which is also moving our designs. So instead of choosing that, what I'm going to do is I'm going to add my own scrollable design, the new one. So I choose this ad scrollable design. When I choose add scrollable design, it will again open a separate window. There I can create my scrollable design, and I can import that, which means it will automatically added with my scrollable design area. So how it works, let us see. Now, after creating that, the add scrollable design, you have this user interface. It looks like it's a separate window. It was not the main window, but we have the same kind of design user interface. You can see on your left hand side, you have all those icons, and on template access, you can access the template directly and you can add the elements. You can start from the scratch using this blank doc mad. You can use elements text all functions with Canva. So here I'm going to start with the scratch. So I'm going to add the information here, like I'm going to add some elements. So in elements, I have a lot of charts, graphics. First I'm going to add some graphics, and I was choose education. So relevant to that, I need to add some images. So I want to add this one. And after that, you can see this document area. And in this scrollable document area, I have the default one page. I click that background page. So when I click that background, you can see I can adjust the height of the particular scrollable design page. So I can place my content anywhere and I can just adjust that particular height. Add a new page, and for that page, I can increase that height or I can reduce. So it's up to you based on your need. You can choose what kind of, you know, that size you require. And here I'm going to mention different educational functions. I'm going to mention signs. So I'm going to add it here and I'm going to add this one going to add this on this right hand side. And I want to choose the DNA helix, the double helix. And I want to choose this pocket launch. So I was added our four elements here. And after that, I'm going to add another page, and there I'm going to particularly add that chemistry subject. I was just adding for an example, but you can add as you require, not the same thing. Here, I'm going to add some information relevant to the computer science. So I'm going to add the chip here. And I'm going to add the person who was working with programming. So you can add those elements like this and you can add the text content for individual or the group of objects. Going to add some text here to mention what is that or what t of details I'm going to share with audience. And apart from that, I'm going to select this also, and I'm going to mention. I already know how to use this animate option. So I'm going to add it. And for the elements also, you can animate as I teach you in our previous lessons. And here also, I'm going to add some animation. And after that, I'm going to choose my page animation. We all know that I have a page animation option. For that, also, I'm going to choose which one I want. So for this page, I'm going to use this animation. For this page, I'm going to use this animation. And for this page, I'm going to use this animation. So for all those things, I'm going to choose that both option. When it enter inside the screen, I need to play that animation, and when that exit from the screen, I need to play that animation. Now, after that, I simply choose the option save. And here I'm going to choose some different transition animation for this particular page. So I got the access. And for this page also, I'm going to choose animate. And I'm going to choose the rise. And for both, you know, I need, and I choose Save. Now you can feel it. I scroll slowly. Based on my scroll movement, whether it just forward or backward, those elements will appear on screen with scrollable animations. So this is how we can add, you know, own scrollable design with any Canva document. It highly supports you to explain that, you know, the actions, the subject with the motions in the same document. I you can add any number of scrollable design with a single Canva document, and it's easy to create those things using Canva. And at the top, you can see I had a banner area. It was automatically added that background other things. And if you want to edit that thing, I can choose that particular banner area. Here, I can choose Edit, or I can tab that area. So that area design access will be opened with a separate document. There you can do that changes what you required. So it was getting opened, and I'm going to add the elements which I require. Like I can change the color if I want. I have the background colors. And I have the elements also. So if I want to change the elements, you can remove and I can add some other elements as I required. So this is how I do the correction work for the banner and I save. And in the same way, you can also edit our scrollable design. Remember, you have to add all the elements inside the design first. Then you have to add the animation as you required. Without animation, this scrollable design will not look much good. You can add the proper animation that explain what are all those elements. So this is how we create the scrollable animation in Canva. After you have completed that, you need to share this with your students or the public people to share that, I'm going to use the share option. And in share, you can see, we have a lot of options. In this, I'm going to choose this public view link. So when I choose this public view link, I can generate the public view link so that anyone can access this particular, the scrollable design when they have this link. So I choose Create Public Link, so it generates the public link, and I can copy this link and I can share with anyone in my website or, you know, the email where it requires I can share, and they can use that link to access the content. This is how we create that scrollable design from the scratch, and we are using Canva document, not with any other project work. Using the Canva document, we create this and we can edit at any number of times. We can do the modifications. Again, we can save. Then we can share using this share option with the public link. Remember, once if you shared, that same link can be used to access this particular design, even if we did the modifications with the Canva scrollable design. So this is how we create the scrollable design with Canva. 16. Designing Digital Posters: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create your own digital posters for your classroom using Canva. To create this poster design, before we create that, I'm going to show you how we can explore the poster designs available with Canva. To do that, I come to the templates, and here I'm going to type the keyword posters. So I can either type poster or poster design or posters, I click that particular option. So it loads a lot of poster designs, which is available with Canva. So if you want to create any posters for the subject or the event, you can use those templates if you want. Like, I'm going to choose one template here. I'm going to choose that this looks like, you know, the book rapper. I'm not going to choose that, and I'm going to choose another one. I'm going to choose this poster. I clicked that. And this is for an event, I believe. And you can see that it's about the science course. So they have created the course poster here in Canva. So in this way, you can create the poster for that event. And here I have, you know, the course poster. And this is about the talk event. Like, whether it's a guest lecture or seminar, for then you can create the poster. And here I have the poster for that particular travel, the tourism based design, and it's Carla. We create posters for the different purposes. For the course, we create the poster for the guest lecture or the seminar, we create the poster, and for creating environmental awareness, we create the poster. So based on your classroom need, you can create your own poster design and display with your classroom. So I'm going to create now the poster design from the scratch. I'm going to choose this create blank. So the dimension of the poster design is A three. By default, the poster design size will be fixed. The two A four sheets combine and create that dimension, which is A three. So after created this new document, I go to the file menu, and in file menu, you have the exact dimension of that A three here. So it shows you 42 centimeter width and almost 60 centimeter height. And on the right hand side, you can see it shows you A three, which is the minimum, print size for the poster. And if you want the better sizes, you can go for A two and A one also. Right now you can see that this dimension is A two, and by default, the A three is the poster print size. Okay, so just close this print option, and here I'm going to create my poster design. Remember, whenever you are doing the design work, at first, you want to create the background, then you want to create the layout and you need to add the frames for adding images. Then you need to add the images. Finally, you are going to add the typography work. That's how you are going to concentrate the poster creation process. So let us use the same way to create a poster design. Here, I'm going to create the poster design for international Environment Day or international, you know, that eco friendly day. So through that, I'm going to create the background first. I go to the elements. You can see we have a lot of category elements here, and I'm going to choose one photo for the background. I'm going to choose photos or I can choose graphics. So if you need a vector background, you can go for the graphics, and I can type the keyword, which is environment background. And I press Enter. So we got a lot of enronment based backgrounds. You can use whichever is good with your theme. And I'm going to choose something from here. Like, I'm going to add this and I'm going to scale this. Now I want to add the sky area. So I'm going to choose it from some other visual. And I can also use this the mountains looks good. I sent this picture behind, and this is how we have the look. I need sky now, so we have a white area there. If I want, I can add clouds alone with the blue or I can add the entire image for the background. So here I used the keyword sky background. I got the sky images you can see, and I'm going to choose any one picture, and here I'm going to add it. Okay, so this picture was not suitable for this particular concept. I'm going to use another picture. So this is also the cartoon, and I'm going to use the background alone from this. So I send this back I can use like this. So in this way, I can create my, you know, composed background. If you need a plain background, you can go for the plain background, or if you need something like this, you can compose with the Canva elements. And if you need to, you know, show more weightage for the text instead of background, you can choose the images and you can reduce the transparency. For the background, you can reduce the transparency. That doesn't provide any issues. But for these elements, if you reduce the transparency, it will cause the problem with the elements which is present behind that particular object. So try to avoid that. And if you want to adjust only that background, you can use the transparency and that will help you to provide more focused elements like text or other elements on this area. So right now, I'm not going to add because I already have the light background, so I'm not going to, you know, think about reducing the transparency of that background image. So I was added all those elements. I was moving a little more down. And here I want to increase that image size a little more. And here, I'm going to add the condent. We have enough space now to add the condent here. So after I did all those things, I'm going to add my layout work, so the background was completed. Based on the need, you're going to plan the layout, where you are going to place the logo and where you're going to place the title, where you're going to place the details about the particular event. So you had to plan everything as it requires. So here, I'm going to add some dummy text. And this is for the title and after that, I'm going to add a element at the bottom, going to use the rectangle shape. So I'm going to use a shape, or I can use a shortcut key R. So when I press R, I will automatically get the rectangle here and I can adjust the rectangle shape as required. And here, I'm going to add some tags, some text information. I reduce that with this. So apart from this, I want to make this rectangle into rounded corner rectangle. So adjust the round corner radius a little bit. Not too much of amount. Now I'm going to add the information about the environment. Like I'm going to choose the graphics again. And I'm going to add some endangered spaces here, like just use the keyword animals and a lot of animals here. I need to show some animals picture here. I was adding this one. And I was adding this too. And I bring this front. And I want to assemble more animals here. So I want to assemble wild animals, particularly. I want to flip this, so I choose flip horizontal and flip as I require. And I have a lot of recommended images. I can add whichever is required to be here. Like, I'm going to use this one. I want to flip this. And I can use in this way. So I just create the composition. And at the center point, I can add some animal if I have the larger animal than those things. So I can use this elephant. I'm going to place it here. Since it looks bigger, it can dominate all other animals. So instead of choosing this right lick option layer, I'm going to use the shortcut key to send backward. So I use a shortcut key, and you can see that animal clearly. So this is how I simply add all those things. We have a tiger in front and we have a lot of wild animals that herbivorous also. And if you want to add, you can add those snakes and other animals also with these elements. So here I'm going to add the title, and I'm going to add some more animals to create that, you know, the diversity. And here I just add this bird, and it will sit over the particular deer. And I want to add some more animals here. And here I want to add some. So I'm going to choose more from this. That snake is good, but I need the front view. I cannot use the snake, I believe. So this looks good, and it's a venomous and below other things, I just want to add some grasses, so I'm going to choose grass. And I had a lot of cottoon grasses here. It looks better. You know, it looks like wild field instead of having the normal field. So this is how I add all those elements. And after adding all those elements, I can add the remaining informations. So we have added the background, the images, and we are going to, you know, change the text here. So here I'm going to use another text. I type the keyword international. I set the alignment left. After I set the alignment left, I'm going to select this. And I was added the text Enronment. I can choose some contents to font instead of having this particular font style. So that will occupy only less amount of space. And this will be added here. So here I use the right alignment, and I make that all into caps. Here also I make all into caps with the left alignment. After that, I choose the text. I'm going to choose the right color for that. Well, based on that theme, I'm going to select the color. And if I want to add more dark values, I can add that to the title also. And here I select that international and a day. You can either use the same color and I can use the shadows for all the elements. I choose AFX. You have a lot of options here, not only shadows. You have the glow, echo, and all those options. So based on the need if you want, you can go for that. So it doesn't work properly. And no, no, no, no, none of those things, you know, work here. I was removing the effect. And if you want, you can, you know, fade the background a little bit, or you can select those text items, and you can simply add more dark values to that. And if you want to add some, you know, event information like where that particular event is going to happen, I can mention that with this rectangle shape area. So I'm going to choose now. And I want to bring that friend. With this area itself, I can add the information which is required to add with this international environment. And here also, I can use the color. And for the text, I can use another color. So here I duplicate the text. I'm going to use the white instead of using other colors, and I'm going to use the text in this area, which required to be added with event location or where that even going to happen. At any time that even going to happen, the date, all those information I can share here. This is how you create your own the poster design for your classroom. You can add more details here. I'm going to add some grasses here. Some shrubs will be, you know, looks good. Like, I was added this shrub here first. So this is how we create that poster creation work with Canva for your classroom. 17. Building Learning Activities: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can build your own learning activities for students using Canva. To create that learning activities, I go and choose this option, which is learn grid. With this learn grid, we have seen what are all the options we have with Canva. And in this, I'm going to choose this option, interactive games. I click Interactive Games. So here we have the interactive games students can directly use. You can customize it and you can share with the students. They can use this for learning purpose. For example, I'm going to choose this match A to B. I click that option. When I click that matching A and B, yeah, match A and B. Have this option and it shows you that illustration how it works. So you are going to match the A with B, the right answers. And here you are going to choose the curriculum. I'm going to choose some other country than India. So I was choose US and Alaska. And here I'm going to select this class, I'm going to choose that 12th grade and the subject, I'm going to choose biology. And here I'm going to provide the topic. So I'm going to provide the topic. So here I was provided environmental education. And after that, I come to the bottom, and here I want to write that, you know, what I acquired through this particular application. So here I'm going to write that Qin. I You can mention environmental education or environmental studies. Now after provide that prompt, I'm going to choose Create activity with AI. So we are completely going to use AI. Okay, here I want to select that particular area. So whether enormal changes or, you know, the effect, I chose enviromal changes, and I choose Create with AI. When I choose that option, it takes you into this particular screen, which is KNva AI. So right now it was KvA AI 1.0, and they already launched and Canva AI 2.0 is on the way soon they provide that and I will update those lessons with our classes. So it simply generate the code for that application I was asked. I want to generate that match activity from A to B, so it generates the code. Of course, we are not going to create any code. C by itself generate the code for that function. I'm going to use that directly, so it simply generate itself generates the question and answer. So this is what the students will receive, not the codings. And if you want to see the code, you can just enable this option. Show code. You can see all those things in the form of code. I just disable that again, and I was login again. And here I'm going to connect it with the way I require. So I was connected, and you have the data option here. If you want to view that data was submitted by the students, you can visit there and you can check the students detail and the right answers also. So here I'm going to choose the option. Check answers. I click here once. And my score is zero out of five, so nothing is right for me. And when I go to this option data, I click that and it itself create a new sheet, like, how do we have Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. It generate the new sheet with the name Canva code data VO. I click that option. So that sheet will have all the details about this particular activities score. Like, right now, I have provided the name which is John and the John will have the zero mark. I come to this place, you can see that it shows me the student name, the score, number of attempts. And what time and date it was. So that was the fantastic thing. You can reset again, and I'm going to provide the answers. This time, also, I was doing that in a random way. And after that, I chose to check answers. Okay, I was matched, all those things except this one. Now I check. So you can see three answers are right. I go to my sheet now. I refresh it because this is my second attempt, not the first attempt. Okay, so after checking that answer, again, I'm going to choose the data and the choose that. So it was connected to only one data from me, and it shows me the new data available okay, open it. I just refresh. Yeah. So that new data was added after the processing, and this is a second attempt that clearly shows. And at the same time, it shows me the score and the attempted time. It was loading that particular site. You can conduct any activity using those options, like I'm going to have the compute view here. So you can see that that activity perfectly work with the Canva. So this is how we do the work in the same way, I choose B. You can see, apart from match, A, we have that categorize option. We have a square option. So I choose a categorize, and this time I'm going to choose another country going to choose South Africa. And I'm going to choose the grade. And I'm going to choose the subject, which is maths. And I was selecting some random, you know, option, and I want to generate the costin and I create the activity. Again, it process. You can see it clearly used the AI tools. It process with Canva code, generate the lines. After generating the lines, it provides you the complete information with interactive activities. So here I have the result. I want to choose that particular answer and I want to place where we have the correct object. So this is the item one. It shows me that. And after completing that all those things, if it was right, I can go for check answers, and I can add multiples. I just try to add Then finally, I choose check answers. So it shows me that answers, only two correct out of ten, and I can reset if I want. The same way we can use this data option to view where the data was stored, and I can use the publish and I can choose the domain. And with that domain, I'll have this activity as a separate website. So this is how we generate the interactive activity using Canva. For education, we can completely gamify the content using Canva. 18. Whiteboard for Classroom: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create the whiteboard and how to use the whiteboard for classroom teaching in Canva. To use whiteboard, I'm going to create a new whiteboard. Through that, I'm going to choose this create option. In this create option, I have a green colored option here, which is whiteboard. I choose that. And in whiteboard, it shows me a lot of options, the default whiteboard, Brian Strom whiteboard, flowchart whiteboard, Team whiteboard, planning whiteboard, and a lot more templates out there. With this, I'm going to choose this whiteboard, the default one. Normal Canva documents, the background user interface will have only that white area. But here in whiteboard, you don't have that kind of white area. You have the dotted appearance. So this is infinite screen, so you can add any number of, you know, designs, and you can zoom in and you can zoom out to explain those things. So here I'm going to use the whiteboard. At first, you can see it was a blank area. So for whiteboard, you have a tools option here. When you are using this with your classroom, if you want to explain something by writing and marking, you can use those options. Like here I'm going to mention or I'm going to explain the subject. I'm going to use this concept, which is typography. And here I'm going to use the term photography. So when I explain the photography, I definitely need the explanation, and I need the proper images for the example. Here I have the text typography. I can also add that text inside the text box. So if I want to add the text inside the shape, I can use the elements. In elements, I'm going to choose the option which is shapes. With that, I'm going to choose that basic shape. I choose rectangle. And by default, you can see, I can type directly inside that particular shape, and here I'm going to paste that text content. I'm going to set the font size bigger. I'm going to set that into 30 or 50. Based on the need, you are going to select what should be the size here. I'm going to set that 80. Now, after that, I can set the corner radius if I want and I can set the background color. I'm going to choose the background color which is having light color value. For this text, I can convert that as uppercase or I can convert that text color from that dark, the black to some other color. So this is how you can simply add those changes. And when you use this whiteboard or not just with the whiteboard, even when you are using Canva sheets or the Canva document, when I create the shape like rectangle or circle, I will have the transform controls. Apart from the transform controls, we have four arrows at the top, left, bottom, and right. So with the help of that, I can expand the flow chart like appearance using the textbox. Like, S here, I just click here, drag, and you can see I was having the flow chart like appearance. So if I want to place here, I can place one. And in the same way, again, I select that object. From the same, I'm going to drag again and I'm going to add here. From this, I'm going to add the third one also. So you can add any number of, you know, objects from that. And from that also, I can create any number of objects. Like here, I need to divide that into two categories. So I'm going to have the two categories. You can see that, how I divide those things. And here also, I'm going to duplicate and I'm going to divide that into two. From that, I'm going to duplicate more. Like, I'm going to duplicate again further. So you can create all kind of, you know, the chart appearance using that option. But right now, I'm not going to require that. If I need, I can use that directly. So this is the easy way you can use with Canva. And after adding the term photography, I'm going to define that here. So I'm going to have the text. I just press slash. So when I press slash, I can access this, the magic aces, which is search actions. I choose magic write. And here, I'm going to type that defined photography. So during the class when you are preparing for your class, you can use this option and you can effectively present the information to the students. So here, I'm going to select only the most important part that technical definition, and I'm going to insert that using the text tool. I'm going to paste that This is how I do. And after that, I'm going to select that into uppercase. It should be lowercase because by default, that font will have the uppercase function, and I'm going to increase the font size. I'm going to reduce the width of the particular paragraph. Now, again, I'm going to increase that. We can see how we can increase and we can provide the definition. So it's easy to add those informations with this particular definition. And here I'm going to add on photo. I'm going to search the keyword. So here, I'm going to say history and presenter. So when I type the keyword history and presenter, it shows me all the images relevant to the history. And here I'm going to load one image. I was provided the topic, and I was provided the definition. Now I also provided one image to show that to support that title with this particular sheet. So with this Canva, you know, whiteboard, I can add more shapes like I'm going to add the rectangle again. And this time, I'm going to have only the border with that. So I make sure I have the rounded corners and I don't have any field colors. I have a stroke. I so from this, I'm going to expand more. So to do that, I can either expand with this particular shape, and I can add more features. I'm going to divide that into portrait and landscape photography, and I'm going to add more information regarding that, you know, the images example and the definitions, all those things. So once if you have completed all those things and you have, you know, stored with your Canva by default, when you go to the classroom, you can directly open that you can show that, you know, the title, the definition, and the examples directly without hesitation. Here also, you can add your own examples in the form of video. Let me show you how you can use those videos here. I'm going to choose the YouTube now, and in YouTube, I'm going to choose some photography relevant videos. I'm going to type the queer photography. I press Enter. After that, I got a lot of examples here. Here I'm going to choose one video. I choose this video. I copy this Now I want the same video in this particular whiteboard. So to place that, I just want to press Control V or Command V to paste that video here. So when I press Command V, I will get that particular video embedded with this whiteboard. You see that it was embedded and I can expand the dimension as it requires. And during that class, if I want to show that to the students, I can also show them. Like, I'm going to provide my presentation, which means whiteboard presentation to the students. And when I present, I can use the present option or I can directly also scroll and I can play here and you can have the view of that. Like, I'm going to have a preview, and I'm going to play this So it was running and I just mute the audio and I'm going to move forward. If it requires from this interface itself, we can bring the full screen view for that particular video, and it will work without any disturbance. So this is how you can simply add all those things. Apart from that, as I told you, for whiteboard itself, we have the special feature which is called tools. So by default, the select tool will be used, and we use that to select the object and access the properties of that whiteboard elements. Now, after that, I have the draw option. So when I choose draw, I had a lot of options here. I can choose which option I required. And when I want to write something here, like, you know, I have a graphic tablet means I can write anything. So it will be added, but right now I was having only mouse. So if you want to write something, you can use this option, pen and you to have the marker. So with the help of that, you can mark the important things, and you to have the highlighter. So the highlighter will help us to highlight the most important, you know, elements, and that student or the users will get attraction and gain access to that particular place through this. You can use the eraser also, so you don't want you can erase all those things. And you can select the color of the highlighter also. And you have the settings for the stroke. You can set as you required. You can see that. For eraser for highlighter, all those things, we have that. So with the help of draw, you can do all those things, and we have the shapes as we used with the elements. We have the same kind of shapes here. If you want, you can access that through the shapes. Now, I just tell it that. And after that, I have the lines. So if you want to draw the line like this, atoit line, I can draw that. And if I want the line which I was used in a flow chart, I can use it here. Like I was added first. I can change that position of the starting point and end point. And in between, if I want to adjust the length I can do, I can also adjust the width and height, all those things. So this is an important thing. Whenever you are going for that whiteboard with Canva, you always require this option, which is lines, and you have the sticky nodes. So if you want to provide some sticky nodes, you can also provide that here. You can share the information and will with that particular place itself. So it will be static appearance. Less someone do the changes. I have a lot of colors. So if you want to mention with different colors and you have to mention that data with different purpose, you can use the different colors, and you have the text tool also, you can see, I was added the text as I was using the text element in Canva. And finally, you have the tables option. So if you want to add the table, you can add it. And after adding that, you can come to this option, that border, you can set the border and table spacing, all those things you can do using this option. So these are the options we have with Canva whiteboard. You can use all the elements, text and drawing tools inside Canva whiteboard. Based on the need, you can choose how do you want the whiteboard. And here, too, I have templates, and if I want the template directly, I can go for the template. I can edit and do the modifications, and I can utilize that directly. So this is how we use that, you know, the Canva whiteboard for the teaching. You can prepare everything by incorporating the images, text, graphics, and video and from the other sources also like YouTube, and it will be completely, you know, that multiple media relevant and multiple media used rich lesson for students. 19. Work with Canva Sheets: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use Canva Sheets and how to do the basic formula functions in Canva. In Canva, we have the alternative Google Sheets and Microsoft Exel, which is Canva Sheets. To access Canva Sheets, I open this particular option sheets. I can also access the sheets from Create and here I have option sheets. And sheets, you can see that we have only one option. Since we don't have that kind of portrait landscape, A four or A three, we simply have the sheets, but we have a lot of templates. If you want, you can go for that. Now I choose sheets, so it will open in a separate window, and you can see the separate tab, you to have that sheet with the name untitled design. So I want to provide the name for that. So to do that, I'm going to add here students Markis and here I'm going to provide the list of students. As we use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, we are going to use the same data here. I'm going to add the serial number. And here I'm going to provide the name of the students. And here, I'm going to provide the marks. So here I'm just adding Language one, and I'm going to add language two. I just copy and paste using Control C and Control B. And here I'm going to add mathematics. In short form, I was adding math. And here I'm going to add science. And here I'm going to add social studies. So these are the basic subjects that, you know, the middle school students learning, and I want to align that with a proper bold text, and I want to set the alignment into center. And if it requires, I can add some background color also. So I'm going to add some light background color. I can also increase the font size since those things are the titles. And here I'm going to add the list of students details like going to add the names. John Clark Watson Sheldon. Ramesh and Ganesh. And here I'm going to provide the mark of those languages and MAX out of 100. Okay, that's not four sty five. So I use 47. I was adding some random values here. And I want to just copy and paste the same random values. So at the end, I select all those elements. I set the alignment. Apart from the text that name, I'm going to set other all alignment into center. Now I can increase the font size as I require. So after completing all those elements, I select all those text information, and I choose border, and I choose this all borders, and I can select what kind of stroke I required, and I can select the color of the stroke. I choose black now, and you can clearly see that border now. So in the same way we used to add that Excel sheets in Google and Microsoft Excel, we can do the same work with the Canva Sheets. I need to add the total here. So instead of adding that, I can directly extend this and I can rename that into total. So in Canva, you can either use the formula or you have the option, which is that, you know, direct A features to add the formulas. So you don't need to do the formulas here and just mention what to do, and the formula will be automatically added. Use that A features, I come to the actions. Here we have a lot of options. With this, I'm going to choose this magic formula. And here I'm going to mention that So it was just added our max from language one to social studies. And I submit, and it provides me that formula, and I was just had. I can expand the same formula all the places. And here I have a style. I can copy the style using this option and I can drag and drop so that the same style played all over the place. So it's easy to generate those formulas using A features, which is called magic formula. And you can generate any formula in the same way. You need to just provide the prompt by using the actions. And in actions, you have the option, which is magic formula. Here we find the exact action what you required, and that will be converted as a formula, and that works in a proper way. So this is how you can simply generate all those formulas, the data is using Canva Sheets, and we can use this as we use the Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. So after creating this, if you want to generate the charts using the data, it's easy to generate all those things. To do that, I select the data first, and after selecting the data, I come to the actions. And in the same place where we have used a magic formula, we do a lot more options here. And with that, I'm going to use the option magic shots. So I click this Magic Shots. When I choose magic shots for the selected data, it will automatically generate a lot of different category charts. You can see how it was hided. And based on the need, I can select what kind of shot I require, like the bar chart or adder chart, whichever you prefer, you can choose and you can add. So you can see how we have that, you know, based on the subjects, So once if you feel that particular chart is required, I can choose that particular chart, and that chart will be added with my Excel sheet. I can expand the chart on horizontal direction as well as vertical direction. I can also use the corner points to increase that particular chart in a proportion point. You can see it's easy and I can select the elements individually. I can do the alignment. I can do the changes of the text. So this is how we are using the Canva Sheets. We can use as we use Microsoft Excel and the Google Sheets. We can do all the functions, adding the data, manipulating the data using A formulas. We can add the charts. We can do every function as we use Microsoft Excel in Canva. 20. Bulk Design Creation: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create the bulk content design using Canva. So with Canva, you can create 50 or 500 designs in 2 minutes using bulk create option. To do that, you just need two things. First one, you need a database. You need the data of each and every design, which particular data you need to change. And second thing, you need a template. So if you have a template and the data, you can start and continue the work. Let me show you how you can do that work using Canva. To do that first, I want to create the design. So I'm going to choose my design. For the design, I'm going to use the data from my Excel sheet, the two marks. And to design, I'm going to choose the templates. From templates, I'm going to choose the mark statement. I'm going to print the marks as well as I'm going to print the total of the students. Here I'm going to type the mark statement or mark sheet. After choosing this template, I'm going to choose which one I can use. So here, I'm going to choose one design from this. So I'm going to use this one. I can customize the colors. So I choose customize this template. After choosing that, I'm going to change the background color as required. I want to change that into blue. So I prefer blue. And after that, I want to change that direction of the color. So I come to these colors and gradient. I prefer which direction colors are required. So if I want the dark color at the top, I can swap the colors. I just click and drag and drop over this place, and I can swap the colors. So here I'm going to rename that. You can add your name of the school. And you can mention that examination name here. After adding that, you can add the student name. So here I'm going to have the student name. I'm going to have the left alignment. And here I need to add the student's name. I increase the font size. And here I want to add the subjects and the mark. So I need only two columns. Instead of having all those things, I need only two. So I want to delete the column. So I select this alone, and I right link, and I choose delete column. So now you can see we have only two columns, and I want to change the name of the column. And here I'm going to add Marks. Now, I select this particular column, and I select that alignment into left. And for marks, yes, I need the central alignment. And I have only five subject marks, and the sixth one is total. So three more rows I don't need. And here I want to rename that into total. I can increase the font size for all those text informations. So from ten, I just rise the font size. And for this cell alone, I'm going to have the right alignment, and I bold the text. And I increase a little bit. So here I'm going to have the totals like something like this. So I was added the subjects and marks and student name, all those things which is required. And here, I'm going to have the examination other all things. And if you want to add the space for the teacher signature and all things, we can use this space. And here I want to do the remaining work. I just want to create another sheet here, that, you know, another field, not a sheet, bold that. I can increase that size so here I want to display the student name, and here I want to display the subject's name. Here I want to display marks. So instead of having that time, I'm going to directly add the subject's name. So here I was added language one. And I'm going to add Language two. Max science and social studies. So here I want to bold all those informations. After that, I come to this area and I have the particular students mark details. I select all those elements and increase the font size and overall the size, and I all that into center. Yeah, it was in the center position. And after completing your design work, yeah, I just need to do a few more changes. Instead of having this dark blue, I'm going to have that white. And instead of having that light color, going to have the dark color text. And here also, I need to use the same theme. So instead of having that dark, I'm going to have the light color values. So after changing that background, I want to select the text, but I want to increase the font size, and I want to change that normal text into bold. I can maintain the same kind of font throughout that design. So I choose open sans instead of the other font style. I can make the bold text when it requires. So after adding all those things, now I want to connect that design with my templates. So to do that, I want to do one important thing which is I had to come to my left hand side toolbox. And here I want to choose this option, bulk Create. So I chose Bulk Create. When I choose Bulk Create, it shows me that you need to provide the source for the data. Design is ready, but you need to provide the source. So what are all those ways we can add the source? You have multiple ways here. First one is you can use the sheets. So let's just click the sheets. So using the sheets, we can do all those functions. So I already have the sheet here. I can select the sheet. So this is was created using Canva. So all the Canva sheets will be displayed here, and from that itself, I can add the data here. Now, I choose done, and when I choose done, I have that option here, and I choose the back again. Apart from that, you know, that sheets you can use the Google sheets also, Google Analytics and other all options also you can use. And you can also manually add the data using enter the data manually. And if you have the Excel sheet on your local disk or CSV file, you can use this upload option and you can add the data. So you have so many ways to do that. But right now, I was used my Excel sheet from this Google Sheets in that Canva Sheets. So I was selected and I was having only one page with that, and I select that data. So after that, you can see, I have each and every column starts with serial number. I'm not going to use that serial number, but remaining all the things I'm going to use. So how we can connect that it's easy way. After you got that here, I come to my design area, and in my design area, I choose the student name, that text field. When I choose that student name, and at the top of this, toolbox, it shows me the connect data. Here, I click this connect data, and I'm going to mention that name of the student field. So this particular element was attached with this particular column, you can see that and after that, I want to connect that language mark. So here I choose this one. And with this area, I want to connect that language one. So I come to this place and you can see we have all those informations. Since it's a table, I cannot directly connect that. So what I do here is I simply select that particular cell and I delete that data and instead of that, I'm going to add the text of field here. So I press So when I press T or table, I will have the texto field. I add some dummy marks there, and I'm going to praise this mark here. So I just check what should be the size of this mark, and I disable that bold view. I set the alignment into center, and I want to keep that position like this. Now I duplicate that same text field, and I place in six places. Now I select all those elements, and I want to make that color into black instead of having blue. And here I want to bold that total text. Now it's easy to connect those field with the connected data. So I chose this connected data and I choose Language one. And here I'm going to choose Language two and mathematics, science and social science, which means social studies. At the end, I have the total, so I had to select the total. So this is the way you can connect all the data. You have the design and you have the database which is connected. And with that each and every column, we connect with a separate text field. And once if you have completed all those things, you come to this bulk create option again, and here I have the option continue. Before that, you can also have the preview. I click Preview here. So when I click Preview, it opens the preview, and it shows the student name and individual subject marks and the total. Now I go to the next one. So this is two, and this is three, four, five, six. So all those things are fine. Now I just close this and I can continue with that also or I can continue here. I click this continue here, and I ensure all the data are selected or not. Sometimes, if you don't want a particular data, you can simply disable that data alone. Now I choose the create six designs. I click, and it creates that design automatically, and it was saved as a separate file. So now I click that view design. So that will have all those six pages, you can see. We have a page one. It starts with John, and we have a page two, page three, page four, page five, on page six. So all the pages are here, and that original source design is there. At any time, again, you can reconnect or you can modify the design and you can generate again using this bulk create. So this is how we use this bulk create option. Ours used only six data, but you can add 60 or 600 or 6,000 any number of datas, and you can generate those data design in a few minutes using Canva. This is how we use this bulk reate option as a teacher for your classroom work. 21. Content Planner: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the content planner from Canva. To access content planner, I come to my homepage. In this home page, I come to the more option. Here I have the option content planner. I click that. So when I click that content planner, it will load you the present month completely with that special days which is on the respective dates. Like, for example, here it was 17th today, and here I have the 21st, the International yoga day. So in your school or educational institution, each and every week, you may have the events, and each and every week or month, you will have the special days. So you need to post that special days invitation or greetings through your social media. And if you want to automatically do that using Canva, this is the best place to do that, which is content planner. So how can we do that? At first, you can see we have a calendar. So for every month, I google the July, August, September, so you can advancly check and access each and every month. And with that month, I can add my own design, and I can share that design automatically through the social media. To do that example, I'm going to choose this 21st. I click Plus icon, or I can use this option, which is add new. There I can choose whether it is a event or post. Here I'm choosing that plus icon. When I choose plus icon, it automatically shows all the designs I have completed using Canva, and it shows me the templates here. Now I come to this place, I choose the International Yoga day. When I choose International yoga day, it automatically choose all those templates available with yoga. I can also choose from the scratch or I can directly use it from this template itself. Like, I'm going to use this template. I choose that one. When I choose that, it automatically open with a separate page. I can customize that logo and institution name, all those things. I can finally save that using my Canva account. And after that, I close that, and here I'm going to use this option, which is plus. And in this, I will have recently created design. So I choose that design here. And after choosing that design, it shows you that, you know, you can connect your account with this particular Canva account. So if you connect your Instagram account, Facebook account, and TikTok account, all those will be connected with your Canva. So I just connect connected, you can directly access and if you don't can connect. And after connecting that, what you can do is we can simply schedule the particular event on the respective day with the particular time. So you can schedule that event and you don't need to post manually on that day on that particular time, that particular design will be automatically shared with the social media pages. You don't need to do it manually. You can also do it manually. You can select that ad new and you can choose the event, and you can immediately post that event also using Canva. So well advanced, you can completely plan the month each and every month, the events. We can create all the designs within the same week. And throughout the year, you don't need to separately post each and every event. All those events will be designed by yourself, and it was scheduled through this content planner using Canva. It will automatically shared through all social media pages. So this is one of the fantastic facility we have with Canva. Must use this when you are working in a school. You can also use this for personal purpose like every day or every week, if you want to share a particular content with your students through social media, you can use this content planner. You can schedule everything, and you can share automatically using content planner in Canva. 22. Canva AI Tools for Image Editing: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how we can use the various image editing Canva AI features with Canva. To do that, I'm going to open any one document. I choose a presentation. So here I'm going to have a blank document. With that, I'm going to add a picture and we are going to do the A manipulation works using Canva. So at first I want to load one picture, do that I come to the elements. In this, I'm going to choose the photos. So I'm going to open A one photo. I'm going to add the model image, so I choose the model, and here I'm going to add the photo. I'm just adding this model photo first, and I'm going to add some complicated background photo also. Like, I'm going to add this picture also, but it should be in the separate slate, which means the page. And I'm going to add another model here. I'm going to use this model, and I'm going to need one more model for explaining those concepts. So all looks good. Going to add one more model photo here. And I'm going to use this one. So I have four model images that will help me to explain that A image reading features available with Canva. So now at first, I use this particular picture, and after choosing that picture, I come to my toolbox. With this, I have option called BG remover. With the help of this BG remover, I can remove the entire background above the subject with Canva. I can also access that feature using the Edit option. With this edit option, I can access all those AI features available with Canva. So here I choose C. You can see what are all those options available with this particular pin. And here I'm going to choose that. I'm going to remove the BG. So with this enhance, I have the option BG remover. I click once. So when I click once, you can see, we have a background as well as his dress having the same color apress control lizard. You can see still it works in a proper way. Now I'm going to use the same with this complicated picture. I'm going to use the edit, and I'm going to use this magic eraser, which means the background eraser. So when I choose this BG remover, it automatically remove even if it is a complex background. So this is how this works, the BG remover in Canva. In the same if you look at this, we have a lot more options. I have the option called upscale. So if I have lawyer resolution image with Canva, I can upscale that image in higher resolution. I'll show you an example for that. I was adding one new slide, and I already uploaded one photograph with Loyer resolution. I was adding that here, and I can see that I just expand the size, and you can see how we have the blur appearance of the picture. Now I want to upscale that. Now you can see when I zoom that how we have the blur, and I use the same picture here. Now, I'm not going to scale. I'm going to upscale the photo using Add and this A which, which is upscale. So I choose this scale, and I expand as I did with that picture. You can see the difference. I used the same dimension, but this picture have the blur appearance, but this picture have the very good appearance. So it was A upscale. I can also increase the size more and I will get the better quality when you expand. So you can see how we have the quality when I use the upscale using Canva. In this way, this option is best thing when you are using with Canva, which is this upscale using Canva. And apart from that, I too have a lot more options. I have the option called magic layers. So this is one of the latest feature added with Canva. This is one of the best thing I have ever seen with Canva upgradation. So here, I'm going to explain how it works. For that, I'm going to add a little photo. Going to collect that you know, the collection of images are required with a single photo. So I just type fruits. I have a lot of fruits here. I'm going to choose anyone photo with the fruits. I prefer this one. It has a lot of complicated pictures. You can see that, and it has various fruits with the collection. Now, what I do is I choose Edit option. I come to the magic layers. When I choose that magic layers, it analyze the entire picture. I analyze all the subjects, the object which is present on this particular, you know, picture, and it will separate all those elements, not a single subject. Not from the background alone. I will analyze each and every element and what are all the components of that particular object. It unless all those things. Finally, it works with the magic layers. So now you can see how it was separated with the background. This is the background, and this is the particular picture. Come to this edit, and I'm going to use this magic layer. It analyze all those pictures, starts with each and every fruit. It already removed the background that has white background with a little amount of shadow with that basket. But again, I was analyzing all the pictures because we have collection of fruits here and it analyze all those fruits. Let us see how it provides the result for this complicated picture. So this is not a simple picture. We have the complicated picture. And again, I'm going to use another picture here. Going to use this one, and I'm going to do the same thing with magic layers. So it analyze the background. Here we have limited number of fruits. We don't have too many category fruits. We have only few category fruits with this particular picture. So it analyzed with the background. I keep on analyzing that with the background. I'm going to use this picture, and I choose this at, and I'm going to choose the magic layers. So here I have four fruits. Let us see how it separate that layer. It's a simple picture. It was not complicated. We have only four different fruits, and it has to be very good with the results of magic layers. It scan all those pixels, and it will provide the exact result what we required. So it was analyzed everything, and it provided the result. Now you can see that I have a background which is the transparent pixel, and here I have a separate fruit. Here I have a separate fruit. Here I have the separate fruit. All or flat image, but this option, this magic layer option, converted everything as an individual object. That's why this is called magic layers. So that's one of the best feature we have with Canva. And apart from that, I have a lot more options here, I have that blur option to blur that. And here I have the magic edit option. With a magic edit option, I can do a lot of changes. Like here, I have a picture, and I'm going to select this option, magic edit. So I chose magic edit here. And I want to select the brush, and I want to mention where I want to do the modifications. So here I want to select all those areas. I want to convert that as, you know, the costume with the traditional Indian look. So I'm going to change that, not just the Indian look, traditional Tamil culture look. So I was selecting all those areas, and I'm going to add the costume change with that. And for the head, also, I'm going to provide the brunt next. So I just said a Tamil Sari for hair. And it generates that process with the AI, and at the end, it will have the very good result. Canva AI process works effectively. So when you have the picture, and if you want to modify that particular picture based on your need, you can simply change using the prompt. And also I want to change the hairstyle, so I choose the hairstyle. And after choosing the hairstyle and the ear ring, I just want to deselect. Again, I want to select that. So I want to add that hair and earring with the Tamil culture, the hair can be up to this shoulder area. So I'm going to provide the prompt. So I just want to add the Tamil, you know, culture hairstyle with flour behind the head. So it will edit the process. This is magic edit. I need to do all those changes. So she's from some, you know, African country or somewhere. But we can completely transform that curls appearance using this option, which is magic edit. This is how it works. We can completely transform that curl from one look to another look. And apart from that, I have many more options. Like, I come to the edit option, and here I have an option called BG generator. So if I want to create some other different background other than this, I can generate using this background generator. Like I'm going to add the prompt here. So I just want to remove that background, and I want to keep that girl at the desert. So let's see how it provides that background generator. It doesn't affect that particular picture. It changed only the background. I analyze the picture. I analyze which one is a subject, and it was generated like that. And I had to provide, you know, the better information. So I provide more detailed information, so it will be added there. Okay, so I had to do a few changes. This is violating their policy. So this is how you can do the changes with that particular picture. And I too have another option here, which is image to video. So I can turn any video as a image. Like, I'm going to choose this picture alone, and I'm going to choose that option image to video. And here, I'm going to generate five second video. I can customize and I can tell what kind of changes are required if I want to customize that. I'm going to use the smart, so it will automatically generate that video, the five second video from this picture. So let us see how it works. So it was added, and you can see, I have chosen the smart option that automatically generate that five second image to video, and this looks really good. You can see that the quality of that picture is really good when I was provided an input. And based on that, I was also having the very good output. So this is how you can simply generate that image and you can generate that image. After that, you can convert that as a video. You remember that we have edited the costume design as well as the hairstyle using that Canva A feature, which is magic edit. And we just created this five second A video from the same picture only. So this is how we have a lot of images, and we can use a lot of techniques to convert and edit with A, which is in Canva. All those options are really good. And whenever if you want to do the editing process with image using A, you can go and use all those options. You can also turn that picture into video using Canva AI. 23. Using Magic Design: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the Magic Design feature in Canva. With the help of this magic design, you can generate the A created design works. To do that, I'm going to open a presentation first. You can use any kind of design to generate this magic design. Since I'm going to create the presentation design, I was using this. So after opening your new presentation, the blank presentation, on your templates, on your left hand, you can see, we have option called generate. And before you choose this generate button here we want to mention what kind of design you require for the presentation. Like here I'm going to provide that, you know, that evolution of Earth. H. So I was just provided evolution of Earth, and here I'm going to choose this option generate. I click this Generate. So when I choose generate, it generate that pop and presentation for me, and below that generation process, it shows what are all the default that uploaded presentations available with the same term which is evolution of Earth. So there are so many presentations out there, and still it generate the first design for me. I can simply choose that and I can do the modifications as I required. So it was finalizing, and I'm going to use that for my new design work. The same way, you can generate any design using Canva, and I'm going to use this one. So I just provided the evolution of Earth. I didn't mention the number of slides and other all details that automatically added by Canva. I click here. So when I click here and I choose applay all seven pages, all those seven pages are added, and you can see how we have the look. Now, after completing this work, if you have a plan to change the colors or theme, as we know that I come to the templates, and here I have a lot of options. I can adopt any one particular style from this. Like, I'm going to choose this one, this style or I'm going to use this style. I choose three dots, and here I'm going to choose this option optical style to page. So that particular presentation style will operate here. And if I want to shuffle the colors, we can use shuffle. So in the same way, if you want to apply from this particular style, that presentation, you can apply the same thing with this. So it's easy to adopt and modify the styles from the existing templates, and you can add that with your new presentation, press Control Z, so that I will get back my original presentation. So this is how you can generate any design, not only a power point presentation, if you want to generate the Instagram post or YouTube thumbnail, whatever you have to create, you can simply come to this place templates and you can provide the prompt and you can choose this option regenerate your magic design in Canva. 24. Magic Media in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how can use the Magic Media function in Canva. So this is purely AI function. Let me show you how to use this. To use this, I was created one Canva presentation. And in this Canva presentation on my left hand side, I chose this option, Magic Media. So I click so that I can keep that option here. So in Magic Media, I have four options, images, graphics, videos, and three D option. I choose images first, so I can describe the particular prompt value here that Canva itself will generate that image based on our prompt. Like, I'm going to provide. So I want to create one mythological character which is Yoli. So this Yoli character will have the combination of the lion pace and the body will have also with structure of, you know, the lion, but it will be very big to compare that elephant. It will kill the elephant with single punch. So let us see how we have that structure, how it create that A create this Yoli character. And So this is what I require. And you can also choose the style. We have so many styles out there. So if you want the filmatic long exposure, minimalistic or photo, if you want to choose the cartoon characters or the dreamy appearance or anime character, you can choose any one style and you'll get that according to that. So I choose photo. You can also choose the aspect ratio, whether you need the square, which means one is one or 16 is nine or mine is 16. So I was choosing this landscape, but I choose generate. I choose generate, in general, in Canva, you'll have four previews. So based on the four results, you can choose which one you want. And if you are not satisfied with any of that, you can generate again. So it was not generated as I required. So I'm going to create again. So I'm going to provide that, you know, detailed information that this is a creature and it's from Tamil. So I was mentioned a creature, create a Tamil creature jolly and showed that dominates the elephant. Or I can say that Now, again, I choose generate. So it would generate. And since I was changed that, you know, the details, it will look for more detail. Since it's a creature most of the time that was not available with that, you know, Internet. And here we have some of the line. I can mention more detailed way. And Again, I'm generating most of the time we have this creature, you know, the representation in temples and the Vimonas of the temples. So let us see how do we have? Still, it's hard to generate, but it can understand, you know, different way. We try to generate those images as I requested. So this is how it works. You can generate the magic images as that prompt you have provided. You can also generate the graphics as you required. Like, I'm going I just required that graphics like tiger, chocolate. So I need this particular design for advertisement. So I can also select the style. Since it's a cartoon, like graphics, I have only vector styles, and I'm going to choose this generate graphics. So the tiger eat chocolate. That's what I was required, and I'm going to use that for advertisement somewhere else. So here I have very good pictures according to that need, and that looks really great. This is how I use this Magic Media graphics generation process based on the need, I can use which tiger I want. Or if I was not happy with that, I can generate again, so I will get the new tigers. The same way I to have the video. So I can provide that prompt and I can generate the video through the prompt. Like So I need a two D animation video. And that concept is human hunt Tiger. Okay, I just, you know, by mistake, I was elected. So I was mentioned and I was choosing this generate video option. So most of the time it will have the five to eight second duration for that video, and it will take one to 2 minutes duration to generate the video using Canva. Remember, you may have the five to eight second video length for single prompt based on that, that generation process, that concept, it will automatically decide the total duration of that particular generated video. And you can select that and you can select that means you can add that with your screen. And whatever you are adding from this magic media to this screen, it will be automatically uploaded with your uploaded category. So you don't just need to upload from the local device. If you are generating anything and you are added with your design area means, it will be automatically added with uploads. I'll show you that what are those elements are uploaded with this category. So it's going to get finished, and I'm going to show you that result. Same time, you can also generate the video, not just the video, the three D models using Canva. I to show you how it generates the three D models, and we can also have the three D, the view. You can turn 360 degree around that particular character or the model. Let's see, it's going to get finished with the video. So it was processing. So it was generated, and you can see the human hand tiger. Okay, that's not that video as we expected. But it was created, and I just clicked that. So it will be added with my areas, the design area. And in our uploads, you can see that that video was getting uploaded through Canva. And in the same way, you can generate the number of videos as required. And here we have that video having almost eight second duration. Now, I go to the uploads. Uploads, you can see those elements I was generated and added inside my design area. Those things are available with upload area. And in videos also I have that content. So this is how we are using that magic media video process. And finally, I have the three D option. With the help of that, I can generate three D models which are required to add inside Canva. So let's see how we can do that work. Like, I need a three D model of the house. And I choose generate three D option here. So again, it also create the four different models. It doesn't require too much amount of time. So let us see how fast it provide that information to you. It provides four results, and you can choose whichever the result is good for you as your requirement. So it was going to get finished. Shoo was only 30 seconds. And based on your Internet connectivity and the device speed, it may vary. Y. So it's going to get finished. It was just evolving that A tools. And you can see, three D models are already generated. I just load the first one and that model will be added inside my design area. So when I was added the three D model here inside my design area, we can see that we have the model. I can transform that to theN scale outside and inside we have that 360 degree rotation option. Can click inside and I can rotate that building. You can see. You can rotate that and I can see all the directions, not only that, you know, the front or back. It's a true 360 degree rotation function. You can move with any X, Y, or Z directions, and it to shows you that the origin of the grid. So this is how you can use the three D option. You can generate the characters that animals, the house, the stones, anything you want inside. You can also use this for graphic designing purpose, and if you want to change the direction a little bit, or you want to keep the house in a center position, you can do all those things using this option. This is how we are using the Canva Magic Media function. All those images, graphics, video, and three D, you can create using the Canva AI tools. 25. Canva AI 1.0: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the KNvA AI feature with Canva. In our previous lessons, I showed you we can use the KNva AI option. We have used many options available with Canva, and here I have a special option, which is Canva AI. I click that option. So when I click that option, you'll have this user interface. I never shows this user interface before to you, and here it shows you a lot of options. It shows you create student activities, design, image, dog, code, and video clip. So if you want to generate the AI content, you can directly use this KNvA AI also. With the help of this, you can create almost all kind of design and material work using Canva. And here you can see that this is a Canva AI 1.0, and the 2.0 is on the way. So you'll have a better experience with that. And before that, we have the Canva AI 1.0. This itself provide you all those facilities were required as a teacher and student. So here I come to this place. First, I choose this option, create student activities. So when I create student activities, I can mention what kind of activity are required. And based on that, it provides the activity with A future, and I can implement and I can share with our students as we have created that match A and B option in our previous lessons. So after that, create student activities, we have a design option. So when I choose that design, I have the different categories here. So if I want to generate the social media design, I can select that social media or if I want to generate the presentation for the students, I can search presentation, and I can choose the audience for whom I was creating or educational or casual or professional and the style I can choose from this area. Based on the need, you can choose what kind of design you require. Like, I'm going to choose this presentation, not presentation. We have used that many times. I'm going to choose this cards and invitation. And here in this category, I'm going to choose this invitation. So here I want to create the invitation design for that workshop. Let us see how it works. So I was just provided the prom to create invitation design for the VFX workshop. So I'm going to change it. So after provide that prompt, I simply choose submit. So I can add the remaining the logo and time and other all things later. I just want to know how it generates the designs. So you can see it generates four different designs as it generate that different the A images and three D models. And now you can see each one have the different aspect ratio. This is, you know, the one is one, and this is -16, and this is 16 is nine. Again, this is that -16. So all are different, and it simply generated the design which they required. So it required two more, you know, generation process. Yeah, it was completed. After that, what you can do, you can select that particular design, and I click this one and you can see I can customize entirely. And if I want to customize that, I can use this place itself. I can directly edit the particular text. You can see that. Or if I directly want to take that into Canva editor, I can use this option, use Canva Editor, so that we can access this design as we normally edit that with elements and all options. Or if I prefer this design, I can choose that one. I can edit. And if I want, I can go for this use Canva editor also. So it provides all the necessary, the elements which is required for conducting the workshop. I can add my institution logo and the name, all things at the top. And here I can replace the image. I can simply add the date and time. And if I want to add some more details here, I can add those things also. This is how it works. I choose the back button so that I can get back to this area. So this is how this works, the design works. You can generate any design for your institution, the school or the college, and you can simply create using Canva AI design. Now, again, I choose B, so we are in this design. I just close that and after this design, we have image. So through this, the Canva AI option also you can generate the image. I already shows you with the Canva Magic Media, how we can generate, you know, that image using the Canva Magic Media. Also we are going to use the same future. We are going to select the aspect ratio which you required. But here you have the more aspect ratio to compare that magic media, and you to have the style as you have the magic media. So you can provide the prompt and you can generate the picture. It will also generate four images. You can use that here. After the image, I have the doc. So for the document also you can generate using complete AI, not just with magic write, you can generate the entire document using AI KNBa. So other than that, you have the code, I will show you that in our next lesson and we have the video clip, so you can provide the prompt, I can select the remaining things and submit and you'll get the video clip. So these all are A features completely. You can utilize as you're required to generate that magical media A content in the form of images, designs, text, video. All those things are possible with KNva AI. 26. Dream Lab for AI Images: In Canva, we have the special feature called Dream Lab. With the help of Dream Lab, you can generate your own images, and this is the dedicated one for generating the images using Canva. To access that, I come to this Canva AI, and in this on left hand side, you have that icon, which is Dream Lab. And if you want to access this from your home screen, I go to the home, and in home, I have the option here called and in this, you'll have that Dream Lab. If it is not here, it will be available with this main menu, and I choose this Dream Lab now. When I choose Dream Lab, it shows me that I was already previously generated the images using Dream Lab. And here I want to mention what kind of images I required. Like, I'm going to provide that dot The total playing cricket with tigers. So that's what I need as an image. And I need 169 aspect ratio with a style of cartoon I don't need in the form of picture, I need in the form of anime. So I'm going to choose which format I need. I'm going to choose a vector. Now I choose this summit. So after choosing the summit, you can see with this stream lab, I can generate the A images to generate four images, whichever is required, I can use, and it was generated. You can see that it was having that turtle having the bat and turtle in the form of human character also, and the tiger is out there with the ball. So if you want that picture, you can directly download it and it will be stored in your device itself. Let's see the quality of the picture, and I was opened that picture. I'm going to open again. So the picture quality is really good. You can see it looks sharp with this full legit aspect ratio, and there are two balls. It should be only one ball and one middle stem is missing. And still, it creates, right? We can again, you know, provide the prompt and you can generate again with a better design. But it simply generate. You can also copy this, you know, the prompt and you can reuse and you can generate better, you know, the prompt editing process. This is how we use the Dream Lab, just dedicated one for generating that images. You can directly download the result with your work, the device. And also, if you want, you can go for Edit also. This is how we use the Dream Lab in Canva. 27. Canva AI Code for Gamification: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can generate the games which help us to teach the subject in effective manner with students, and those games will be interactive that will help the students to understand the subject in a better way. For this gamification process, we are going to use the Canva AI. In Canva AI, I has an option called code. This code, I can generate that interactive website, interactive apps, interactive, the games for the students. And here I'm going to generate a game. Let me show you how we can do that. You too can generate the quizzes for the subject, not just biology. It was just an example. You can provide prompt like this and you can generate the interactive certificate, all those things with Canva AI code. And here I'm going to mention that going to mention that, you know, they are going to understand the importance of what I'm going to provide that called, you know, um, that food chain. So after choosing that, I choose this submit. So it will randomly generate. If you have a plan to particular game, or you can mention that. And here I was provided genetic game for the science subject to understand the importance of food chain, and it was not provided the specific game. It will generate based on that requirement with my prompt. It will take some time because it generates the lines. Basically, it will take, you know, many lines of program to understand. So it will use many lines of program to create that game, and it will confort that game with a simplified code, and it too provides you the code. If you want, you can go and use that also. So it was processing, you know, and it was generating the code, you can see it shows you that processing animation here, and here it shows you how many lines it was adding. So it takes some time, and we'll get back to you, you know, when it was completed. So it was completed, and it generate the preview here after completing the process. And you can see that background is really good. Based on the theme, which is science, it was added, and it shows me that food chain process and the score is there and the level is there. It shows it has a five levels and the health ecosystem is there also. So it asked the costing to you, build a simple grassland food chain, and with the three organisms, it's going to work. So how it works, I want to start with the top here, so it should be the top. It's a predator, and I'm going to place this level two. And here, I'm going to add the crop. I was added. So it shows you that correct. And it was added 20 points. I go to the next level. Team Collaboration in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create your own team and how to collaborate the team members, like students, teachers, and admins in Canva. To do that, I come to my homepage. In this homepage, I come to my accounts. With these accounts, I'm going to choose my settings. And before that, here it shows you I have the team and the name of the team is Education. So I was created the team already, and I'm going to the settings now, and here I have my settings. I choose this team profile. So when I choose the team profile, here it shows you the team name. If you want to change, I can change the name here using this Edit option. And here I can add my team logo and the home banner image. So right now, I was not added any logo or team Avadar or banner logo here. If you want, you can go for that and you can choose what kind of background you required, what kind of primary color and secondary color required. We can do all those settings for your team. And apart from that, if you have a website, you can provide your school website here, and it will add an advantage so that the team member can access the website at any time. You can add the address, description, all those things. And if you want to delete the school, you can also delete that. So this is how we manage the team profile. And apart from that, I too have the option here, which is inviting people to the team. How to invite the people to the team. You can see here, I have the option called Invite People. I click that option. When I click that option, it shows you invite people to your school team. And here I have a link. I just click this copy link so that this link will be copied and I can share with anyone and that will be valid for 30 days. So this is one way you can share and you can invite the team. Also, you can share the link via the Microsoft Teams Google Classroom and remind. You can directly connect that with Canva and by click and share with us, you can also invite them to this school. Apart from that, I just click this back and instead of choosing this copy and invite, if I want to limit that particular people who join with my team, I can directly enter the team that email address with this particular area. So I can mention that email address. And here I have the role assigned. I have three options. So if I include the teacher, I can mention they are the teachers or if I was including the student, I can choose student include the school team Admin, who manage the brand gate, the design, other all template things, I can mention that too. So this is based on your decision. You can choose what you want. So after provide that email ID and the assigned role, you can simply choose the SIT invitation. So they will receive the email invitation. If they accepted, they will be added with your team, and we already know how we use that Google Classroom to share that link. So this is how we use that, the team option with Canva. Can create the team and you can set the team properties. You can invite the people with the team, and if they accepted, they will be added inside your team. So this is how the team option was working with Canva. You can create multiple teams for each class, and you can share the invitation with anyone who required to add inside the team, and you can manage the team functions using Canva teams. 29. Class Creation in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create your own class in Canva. In our previous lesson, I shows you how to create the team, and let us see how to create the class inside Canva. To create the class, I come to my open menu option. In open menu option, you can see, we have the recent designs. And with this area on my left hand side, I choose this option classroom. When I choose classroom, it shows all the details about the classroom on this left hand side. And at the center, you can see it shows you the classes, and you can explore about the resources which is available the grade and subject. We already know that. And if you want to know about the teacher essentials, you can learn the multiple things with the Canva using this option. Now, here I'm going to use this create a class option. If you already have that Google Classroom, you can directly import that class and bind with the Canva also. Right now, I'm going to create a new class. I choose Create a class button. When I choose this button, it shows you a year five history. So I can choose what kind of subject I'm going to teach. Like, I'm going to mention that there is of mass communication. So here, I'm going to teach about the mass communication theories and models, and I choose Continue. So here I was added, the class. And next thing what I need to do is I need to invite the people, and I can share that via Google Classroom, and I can share through the email also. So we already created the class. This is just inviting the people inside the class. I just close that. When I was created, here you can see, we have created the class, which is there is a mass communication. I can also use this ad people to add the people inside this particular class. So they will be part of the team member automatically. And here I can check the assignment of that particular members function, whether they are a member or admin, and if I want to remove them from the class, I can do that, also. So this is how we can create the class. And here I come to this place, I can rename the class. I can change the logo. And if I don't need, I can delete the class also. Again, I come to this left hand side. I click this place. When I click this place on the classroom again, it shows you that class you have created. It will show you the list of classes you have created using this Canva. Now I just enter inside and you can see that class members. Now, why do we need the class? That's an important thing. I go to my projects, and in my projects, I will have a lot of designs, lot of activities. Now I want to share this presentation with my students. So I just open a presentation or I can use the three dots to access the presentation, and you can see I can access the presentation. Or I just come to this place. I was opened, and from this place, I'm going to share this design to my students. How I'm going to share see here on my right hand side, I have a share option. I click this share, and here I'm going to mention with whom I'm going to share. So I can see only can see right now with this, or I can share with you that team I have here. I'm not going to share now. And here I have the option called Plus. Here it shows you, you know, we can mention the class name or that email ID or name you need to add. So here I'm going to mention my class name, series of moss communication. So when I type there and it was added, it shows that, and I choose that particular class and I choose share. So whoever present with that particular class, they can view that. Right now, they can also edit. I simply choose that they can comment, so they cannot edit the particular presentation design. They can either view or comment. Now I go to my class here on my home page. You can say I come to the classroom, and inside the class, I need to know whether that information was shared with me or not. So I come to this place and I have only one person, which is I am, so I cannot directly access you already have access with so this is how you can simply share your content with the class, and that class will have the notification. They effectively use that information for their educational purpose. So this is how we simply create the class and we can manage the class and we can share the information, the design and other all elements with the classroom for the usage. 30. Magic Activities: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how we can use magic activities feature in Canva. This is a new feature. Let me show you how to use that. To use that feature, I open my classroom, and in classroom, I have option magic activities. I click the magic activities. When I choose the magic activities, it shows you a lot of activity library. And with the library, I have a lot of information like question and answers, organize the short and show that, interpret data that rate of scale. So you can choose anyone activity and you can see how it works with this particular interactive sessions. Like, I'm going to choose this Organization short. And I choose this organization shot and it shows me that organization shot, and here I can choose the country which I want to choose, and I can mention the particular class students target students, and I can choose the subject I required, and I can select the particular mechanism or topic. I can also change the topic as I required. Here I can search like what I required, and here I'm going to choose that gene region. And here I'm going to make, you know, the statement what required. Since reality selected the topic here, it's optional only. If you want, you can provide. Now, I choose to create activity with AI. So, you know, the magic activities are completely generated with AI. You can use all those features. You can see we have so many options out there. All are created with AI. You have the storyboard creation with AI, and we have the adopted text option. You can try all those functions and you can create your own magic activities material using Canva. So it was coding and it was preparing the work. It was completed. Now I just click that and I was opening that particular content. I can also use this option to open. I just click that. It will be opened with a separate page, and you can see both are same. So now, you can see it shows you the instructions, and you have the tips also. And here I have, you know, the activities information. So you had to collect that information regarding this particular activity here, and the Ida blank is there and you have to follow that and you have, you know, the options available there. You had to choose which one is the right thing. In this way, you can simply generate the activity based information. Now, again, I come back to this place and in my classroom in the classroom, I'm going to choose magic activities again and I'm going to choose another one, a lot of options here. Like I'm going to choose create a storyboard, and I'm going to make what is required here. So we have the storyboard option here, and we have that information, what you required and I'm going to mention the text here for the story. I'm going to say you know, this is for the plus two. Going to select the ninth standard. It has some subject information here. Yes. So I have a lot of information regarding the ninth standard. And I choose this generate AI. So it will generate and it will provide you that information for the magic activities. You can directly share that with the classroom. Let me show you how you can share that with the classroom. So it was getting ready. Remember all those activity library elements are completely based on the AI. And if you want something new other than that, you can come to this place, and you can mention that can choose the class subject, and you can mention that learning purpose, whether it is for understanding or play or analyze, can choose that and you can submit it will generate that design. Now I choose this generated one, and here it shows that result with your Canva whiteboard. So this is how it works. And whenever it requires, you can go and create the activities, the magic activities. The students will work here and see that there is information for the students. So the students will work on those places and they'll submit the work. This is how we use this concept magic activities. Here, they provided a few examples. If you want something apart from this, you can create it and submit. You'll get that activity on this recent generation. This is how we use magic activities in Canva for interactive and activity based classroom function. 31. Create New Lesson and Share with Class: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create the new lesson for the classroom. So in a class, you have a lot of courses. If you want to maintain the particular course and the content in a separate area, you can use this option lessons. So let me show you how you can create that lessons using Canva. To access that, I come to the projects. So in projects, you can see we have a lot of projects we have created. And on this right hand side, you can see, we have a plus icon. I choose this AdneU. So when I choose ANU, it shows you add new folder, lesson design. So in this I'm going to choose this lesson. So when I choose new lesson, it will add the separate lesson title here. I'm going to mention what lesson I'm going to provide. So here you can mention the particular course, what you are going to conduct with Canva. Like, I'm going to conduct the course called photojournalism. So I create the course, and I can also invite the students with this page. Like, I use this add new option, and I can add the new designs also. I can generate the activities I can add inside. And here you can mention the lesson description of this course, which is, you know, the photojournalism. And after creating that description, I come to this bottom area, and here it shows you that you can add activities. You can add many kind of activities. I'll show you that. And before that, I come to this place. I chose three dots, and it shows you if you want to make, you can make a copy, you can move to another team, or you can delt the lesson if you want. So all those things are available here. Now I'm going to add a new one, so I choose Add new. And here I have the options, which is create new and other things. Now I want to add a new element here, I choose Create new. And in this create new, I choose video. And in this video, I'm going to choose landscape. So that landscape video will be added with this particular class, which is photojournalism. You can see this is that particular, the file, and here I'm going to change that if I'm going to create the first lesson for this photojournalism, I'm going to mention that lesson one. And introduction. I renamed that, and that will be updated here, just refresh so that you can see that same file name on this place also. So here I can create my own content. I can add the recorded video or I can record live or I can add the motion graphics with my voice, and I can use that for my lessons. So here you can see I was refershed and it was added there. So after completing that editing work, I can just close this, and it will be available with this particular lesson. So the photojournalism is the lesson. I can create lesson one, two, three, four, all those things with this particular lesson itself. I'm going to share this with the class, and we already created the class, which is theory of mass communication, and I'm going to change the name of the class now. Instead of the subject name, I'm going to change the name here. So I come to this class and I click the three arrows. And here, I'm going to mention that that particular class name here. So I just renamed the class first BSE visual communication, and again, I come to my projects and I have a lesson titled Photojournalism. Now I want to share the lessons photojournalism with the first year students, which is first BSE animation. What I do here is I assign this lesson to the particular class. So here you can see, I have the first BS visual communication. I assign that and if I want to share the information, I can add the notification to the students and I choose assign. So it will be assigned with students. Now, if I want, I can go for classwork again. So I will be on that page and I can add more lessons if I want. You can see I was added one lesson and it was assigned to. And it chooses go to lessons. So it will navigate with that photo journalism lesson. And I can add another lesson if I want to add. Like, I chose Create New and I'm going to choose radio, and I'm going to add the name lesson to and fundamentals of photojournalism. In that way, I can add a lot of lessons with a class, you know, through the lessons. And after, you know, once if you are already assigned the lesson to the classroom, at any time, they can access all those activities I was sharing through this lesson. So this is how we share the lessons to the classes based on the need, you are going to create all those, you know, the lesson content, and you are going to share with students. Here it shows you whoa it was shared. You can see that scroll over that, you know, my mouse. I itself shows who are all getting benefited with this particular content. Is how we share that, you know, the lessons with the students for education purpose. 32. Timer in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the timer function in Canva. To use that, I want to open any one document. I'm going to open whiteboard document or I'm going to open a presentation. So right now, I was open my whiteboard document. I already created that in our previous lessons. So here I'm going to use that timer function with Canva. So to use this timer function in Canva, you need to open any one document I was opened. And after that, at the bottom of this status bar, you can see that we have option called timer. So I click this timer. I can have the timer here. You can see that it shows you the volume option, minimize, and to have that select music. So these three options here to control this particular timer. And in this timer, I have the duration. I can set what kind of duration I required. And here you can see, I can manually change the value. I I need only 30 seconds, I can mention 00 and 30. Now, if I want to enable this time, the timer, I can simply press this button, start timer. Now I'm going to choose only 10 seconds. And after choosing the 10 seconds, I'm going to play. Let's see how it works. I can pause if I want, and you can hear the sound and there is a animation. So when you're conducting the class and you are going to provide some task and you are going to set the time for students on screen means, you can use this option, and I just reset using this button, which is reset timer. And here I can choose the music. You can see we have the focus option music dramatic, and I'm going to play this now. So you can add so sad, some background music there. And if you don't need a music, you can choose no music. This music will boost their activity when you're doing and you can control the volume here I'm going to reduce the volume instead of having maximum volume. So you can hear that he amount of volume. And if you want to increase, you can increase. So this is how it works. You can control entire the background music and that alarm sound also. This is how this function works, this timer function based on the need you can use when it requires. 33. Work with Form: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use the forms in Canva. Previously, we used addens and that, you know, apps to complete this task, but now Canva itself provide the form, and the data will be stored with your Canva sheets. Let me show you how to use that. You can use these forms in presentation or, you know, the whiteboard, wherever it requires, we can use. I'm going to open that presentation now. You can either open existing presentation or you can open new one. So I'm going to open my existing presentation. I was created using A in Canva. We used Canva AI one. And in this particular presentation, at the end, I'm going to provide one form to the students and they I'm going to fill. So after this page, slide seven, I add a new slide. Here I want to add the form. So how do we add the form? To add the form, I just press slash button, so we can access the search actions. Here I'm going to access that particular option. To access that, I come to this place and I choose Show More option. When I choose Show More, it shows me a lot of options here. You can see it shows me the shapes and a lot more options out there. And with this, I'm going to choose the option which is Forms. So you just scroll down. You have a lot of options out there. Here you can see that we have the form. You can also directly type here, which is form and you can see that we have the form here. I choose the form. When I choose form, it shows me that default form design, and you can have all the controls of the form at the top. You can use the colors here. You can see the background. I choose the color now and I'm going to change the color according to this particular design. I can choose whatever the color I require. I can handle that using this option. And we have the outline and selection color. So I'm going to choose this color. Instead of that, I'm going to choose which color I require. So based on the theme, I was selected the color, and with this color, I'm going to change a little bit. So I choose this color and I'm going to choose this. And here I want to change the color a little bit so that I will have a contrast between the background and the form. Here we have a form and we have the responses result in this place. Right now, we're not yet submitted, so we don't have any responses. And if I want to change the data in the form, I can use this option edit. So when I choose edit, it shows me the stens and settings. So here we have all the settings, and here I have the coins. So what is the first strain? What's your animal alter ego? So this is the question. And if you want to edit, you can go for this place and you can you mention whichever you want to add. And this is filling the blanks. And next we have the question which is choose, correct answer. So this question type is, you know, you are going to mention the answers by words. And here you are going to only select. And here you can see that they provided that, getting the data in the form of stars. All those things are here. If you want to add a new in, you can use this new question option, I'm going to choose this short answer question. So it was added at the end, you can see, I can scroll and I can move wherever it requires, and I can type the in name like a I'm going to type. So I was added, and here they are going to provide their answers. So this is how you can add any question, and you can see that short answer question, long answer question, multiple choice. You can add checkboxes. And if you want to add the email, you can add the email. S here, you can cat the email from the audience. If you don't need the question, you can select that particular. You can delete that. And if you need the exact, you know, the particular, you know, answer for the question, you can mark that as required so that you should add the answer, otherwise, the form will not be submitted. So I was adding those things. And here also, I'm going to add request, you know, the question. Then after that, you can see here how many stars you can add, can customize it, and you have to have that linear scale poll numbers, the mood meter, all those options available to create the perfect form using Canva. So this is how you create the form. Now I'm going to have the presentation with this. So let's see, I just have the presentation. And here I'm going to add the value. When I shared with students, they're going to add the values here, like I'm going to add Just type everything. And here I just type two here and I'm going to select some answer here. I'm going to select, how do you know how rested do you feel today, I was choosing my answer and I choose submit. So when I selected submit, all those values will be submitted, and it to shows me the answer here for the multiple choice question. Just press Escape and I come to this form and I choose and I choose the response. So when I choose the response, it shows you that who are all the people responded and what time and what are all the answers they have provided. And this is this is an important thing. You can get all the details from that form. You can use this for conducting the class test and the assignments. For all those purposes, you can use this form. So this is how we are using the Canva forms to get the data from students and users. 34. Add Poll in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to use the pool option in Canva. So if you want to get that, you know, detail from the audience using pools, you can post it and you can get the information from the audience. To do that, I'm going to open anyone document. So here I'm going to open with my Canva whiteboard. And with this page, I'm going to add a poll on this particular place, so the audience will react and answer for that particular pole. So I just press slash, and in this slash, I'm going to choose the option which is my pole. So to do that, I just press slash and here I'm going to choose show more and here I have a lot of options. You can see that. And in this, I come below. After that forms, we have that option. So look at carefully, we have a lot of options. After the form, we have the option, which is fool. So I choose fool and it was added here. You can see there can expand that size. I can either expand height itself or width itself, you can see that. And it has a default costin as we have that form. So to do the changes with color, I can use these options, the font styles. And if I want to edit, I can come to this place, dt. Here, I'm not going to use multiple costins. Most of the time, you're going to share no single costin with pool. So here I have only one costin. But if you have to add more costin two or three, you can also add. Right now, it was MCQ Costin. So if you want to add fifth option also, you can add and you can just close, and it will be saved automatically. And otherwise, all those options the functions works as the form with Canva. You do have settings, and if you want to show header, you can show otherwise, you can simply add the hide option. If you show you can mention what kind of pole it is and why do you need that pole. So this is how it works. And if you want to prevent the duplicate response, we can enable that. And if you don't need to, you know, collect their name, can simply avoid that, so their name will not be collected. So here you can see there your Canva profile name will be shared. If I choose this, do not collect names, it shows that would not be shared. That's important thing. If you want to maintain the privacy of that particular student, you can choose that do not collect the name. So this is how this poll works, and when the student access this particular page, I just make this full screen. They can choose whichever the option they need to choose, and that will be stored with the particular data. So this is how it works, pools in Canva. 35. Create Quiz for Lesson: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can post the quiz for the students using Canva. You can post the quiz with Power Point presentation or Canva whiteboard or any other material you are sharing with students. To access that, I'm going to open any one document. So here I was open my Canva document. In this, I'm going to add that quiz. I scroll down, and after coming down at the end, I'm going to add that. So to add that, I come to this bottom and I just press slash button to access the quick controls. So after accessing the quick actions, I'm going to type that keyword Q quiz, so I can scroll down or I can choose directly. Here I chose quiz option. And I choose quiz, it automatically add that particular question with this place, and I come to the edit option. Here we have the same function we have with form and it two shows me that data with the name form. So I can add my strains and choices. Like if I'm going to add another multiple choice costins, I was just adding and you can see we have two questions right now, and I'm going to add another costin and I'm going to add another coin, so you can keep on share the strains, and you can expand if you want the there. So this is how it works that the form based on the need, you can add what are all the elements you need to add. And if you look at this, it shows you the answers also. And if this is the right answer, you can see can move up and move down. If you want, you can do all those things. And it requires the response, yes. And you can see that if it is right, you can mention that that particular option is right, and that's how it was marked here. And after that, setting all those questions, I close, as we have seen in our previous lessons, if you want to change the color, can change the color here and you can share this with students. So in this way, also, you can use this quiz option. With the same option, we have the form. We have the pole and quiz with Canva. 36. Student Assignments and Feedback: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can share the assignment with students and how they can respond with the work as well as the feedback. Let us see how to do that. To do that, I come to my classroom. So I choose my left hand side classroom option. With this place itself, it shows you the option called assignment. It comes under this classwork, so you can share the assignments with the students, you can review, and if it was completely reviewed, those details will be shows here. So how it's possible to see I chose this assignments option. Whenever you share that particular lesson information, that will consider as an assignment. If the students are completed, they will mark as that was completed. And if it was completed in this place, it shows that it was completed, not waiting assignees. Right now, I didn't add any students, so I don't have any student to complete and share this. But if you have the students, you can see that it will show them the indication, the notification, so they can access the material, they can read, they can complete, and it will show that the completion rate is 100% for the work. Now I enter this lesson, and the name of the lesson is introduction the lesson one with this particular lesson, which is photojournalism. Here I have only one lesson right now, and now I go to my classroom, so inside the classroom, you can see, I have my class, which is supposed to be a special communication. And in this, you can see, I have only one teacher. But what I show is I go to the projects. And in this projects, I'm going to access this lesson. I'm going to use that photo journalism. That's the lesson name. Here inside, again, I'm going to add another activity. I click this button or I can use this Add New, choose Add New and I'm going to choose another video lesson. This time I'm going to use the portrait view. I just choose share. This lesson also will be added with my photo journalism subject, and I'm going to rename this particular file. Lesson two. So after adding that, I'm going to press Enter. So this lesson also will be stored after that lesson one. I just refresh it and you can see that lesson two was added. I just refresh here also. It was just loading. And here, it was modified. And in this place also, it will get modified when I just type or just click that refresh. So it was getting refresh. And it was loading that particular page. And here also, it will show you that particular lesson that content that was shared with photojournalism. So here it shows you that lesson fundamentals of photojournalism. So this is how we, you know, have the lessons, and I already assigned this, you know, with that, students so that they can easily have the access also see this page as a student. I come to the right hand side, I choose view as student. So when I choose view as student, it will have the look with the student page display, the preview. And if you want to do any corrections with that, you can do after having the preview like this. Now, again, I close this. I'm not going to do any changes right now. So this is how you are sharing that with your students, and I come to this classroom again. And with this assignment, it will show that lesson also. I shared lesson two fundamentals of photojournalism. That will also be displayed here. And for that lesson also, if the students completed, it will show you that it was completed at what percentage. So this is how you can track your assignment, and after the complete, you can have the review, and after the review, you can score them and it will be stored with the database. So this is how we follow the assignment and this kind of, you know, the lessons. I go to this lesson, and I'm going to open this with my projects. So I come to this place and I'm going to open the particular one, which is the photojournalism. So here I choose this lesson two, fundamentals of photojournalism. When the student have access with this particular content, if they have queries, if they have the doubt, they can clear with the faculty member, and to do that, what they need to do is they need to provide the comment. So when they comment, it will automatically added with this particular the informations. So the faculty member can access, they can know what they're sharing. I just choose this next activity. Right now, those two activities only out there. I was not added any other activities, and here I have the first activity. On one introduction. So apart from that, I don't have any other activities. I just choose this finished lesson. I was not added any lesson here. I just have the blank document. But when the student access that, you know, readable text or the video content or the design, after they completed, they can mark that and it will show the status of the particular student's work. And you can come to this place again, the classroom, and I'm going to choose the assignment. I choose this class. Okay. I was not a student. I was faculty, so still it wasn't that rate only. So this is how we can share the assignment with the students and they can complete and they can, you know, share their view if they want through the comments and feedback. And we can track what kind of rate they have completed that particular, you know, the lessons using this particular photo journalism class, the subject itself. So this is how we use these assignments and feedback functions with Canva. This will be highly useful to track the students progress level while sharing through Canva lessons. 37. Present and Record in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can use present and record future with Canva. This feature is available only in other countries. In India, this function is not available because there is another company, the Bangalore based company have the patent for this in India. This feature is not available with India, and if you want to access, you need to use other ways using some other PPN, you can access that option. So to do that, to use that option, let me show you how it works and how we are going to, you know, use this option present and record in Canva. To use that, I was open my presentation first. So this is my presentation. With this, I come to this top area, and here I have the option present. With this, I have a small arrow, I click that. It shows me what are all the options we have with present, and we have the presenter view. We know that the full screen, the autoplay and we have most important option here, which is present and record. I choose this present record. When I chose present record, it will show you that options, which is available to do the recording works. Here I'm going to choose this go to recording studio. I choose this recording studio option, so it'll take me into the recording studio. Right now, I didn't connect the web camera with this particular PC, so it cannot be able to identify my camera here. And if you enable that, if you connected the camera, the web camera or camera capturing that you are DSR or the video camera, you can have the view here and you can explain with the video itself. Here I have my microphone. I can select which microphone I'm going to use, the source of this audio. After choosing that microphone, here I have option called Start Recording. When I choose toot recording, it will be started and I can explain and the video and audio will be recorded with each and every slide. I choose start recording. It shows the countdown. So now I was started, the microphone is not compactible. Okay, going to choose another one. So this microphone I was right now using, you know, for this lesson creation, and I use this start recording. And yeah, this was working. You can see I have the very first slide. When you are a teacher and you are going to start your recording process, you will start like, Hi, everyone. This is encourage. I welcome to this lesson, which is evolution of Earth, a journey through time. And through this lesson, I'm going to explain you a lot of information about how the Earth was evolved from the beginning and what will be the present status and how it will evolve in future. Let us see the next slide. So now I choose the slide too, and here I'm going to explain the formation of Earth approximately four point llon years before, and I will tell all those informations about that particular information. Now I go to the third slide, and you will explain this particular slide how it happened, the Harden era and other things. You will have your own time, like, you know, ten, 20 seconds or 52nd or two minute. So in that same way, you can spend your own time with your presentation, each and every slide. Now I go to the next slide in the same way. I go to my next slide and explain all those things. I go to the next slide and explain all those things. And I explain the final slide and I also explain that feedback form. And if I was completed, I can use this option recording, and if I want to pause a little bit and I want to continue again, I can use pause also. Now I want to end, I choose end recording, and it shows you that the recorded content will be exported as a video, and it will be uploaded with the Canva uploading process. So it shows you that cancel and discord, if you are not happy with this recording, you can simply choose this cancel and repress, so that this content will be deleted. The video content will be deleted, and you can go for the new fresh recording. If this is fine, the recording is fine. You don't need to do anything else. Simply leave and it will upload that recording with the Canva. Now let me show you after the uploading process how we are going to use that in Canva. So now the recording was exported and it was uploaded with your Canva documents. And here also, you have a choice. If you want, you can choose discard to delete that. And if you want to download with your local device, you can choose Download. So it will be downloaded with your local device. You can see it was getting downloaded, and I can share that through YouTube or I can keep it with my Canva also. So you have multiple ways to do all those things. So let's see how it works. So that rendering process was completed, and that next process was initiated, which is the file downloading process. Well, that total duration was only that 8.9 MB, have the file size for almost 100 seconds. So it's going to get finished. Let me play this. And yeah, this was working. You can see I have the very first slide. So here I don't have any video because I didn't connect the video camera with, you know, this particular device. When you are a teacher and you are going to start with this lesson which evolve in future about that particular information. 20 seconds next slide in so if you have connected, your video camera, either the web camera, your visual will be here and you can do all those settings. Even when you have connected with camera, you can select what kind of frame you required circle or rectangle, and based on that, you will get the frame there. So this is how it works. The audio is really clear, and this is how we use this option, which is present and record with Canva. Remember, in India, we don't have this access. In other countries, you can use this option. India, you need to use some kind of VPN if you want, or you cannot access this future. So this is how we use present and record to generate and create video lesson using Canva presentation. 38. Creating Educational Videos: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can create your own video lesson using Canva. In our previous lesson, I shows you how we can use the present and record feature to record your video lesson. And here you are going to do your own video lesson using, you know, the recorded video, and you are going to edit using Canva. So after you have recorded your video, you can come to the Canva and you can create a new video editing project. If you chosen the vertical video, you have to choose vertical, or if you have recorded with Landscape more, you can choose landscape. So I have choosing this landscape. After this landscape, you know, the new document, going to add the title for this document. And after adding the title, you can see, we have the work area here. And at the bottom, we have the area which is called timeline. So with the help of this timeline only we are going to do all the video editing works. And in this timeline, you can see at the center, you have the plus icon. It shows you add media or blank. So using this option, you can add the video or images, which is going to edit with this particular document. Also add the elements, like you can add the text, shapes, other images. And even if you want to show the multiple video tracks, you can use these other options, which is add elements. And you can also use this audio option. I'll show you how to process the audio in our next lesson. Here, this is the user interface, and I already uploaded a few video files I want to use with this particular class. So to upload the video file, you have recorded using the camera or phone. You come to this upload option, and here I choose video, and I choose this option upload file. So after choosing the upload file, you can choose what are all the video files you need to upload you have captured. So I already uploaded the five video files, the example video files, and here I'm going to upload the sixth one, and you can see that video file was getting uploaded. So this is how you can upload your video file inside the Canva, and it will be available here. I want to add each and video file with my timeline. So to add that, I just click this place. And I choose this upload option. So from the upload, I'm going to choose the file which I want to add inside this particular timeline. So to add that particular video clip in your timeline, you can just trag and drop over that design area. And when you add in that way, you can see it was not added with this add media blank, the main timeline layer. So I just delete that. So instead of doing that, I just trag and drop over this main timeline layer. So it was added now the same way I add the other elements also, just drag and drop These are just random videos. I was using this to, you know, explain this concept, this lesson, video editing with Canva. And finally, I was dragging and dropping the final video I was uploaded. So you can see we have sorted all the video files, which is recorded, and I'm going to play that from the beginning. And when I place this cursor using my mouse at the beginning, here I will have the play button. So using the play button, I can have the preview from the first shot, last shot. Just have the preview here. So that video doesn't have any audio content, so it automatically plays continuously the video clips which I was arranged in my time len layer. So you have seen that I was added six video clips, and the total duration is 28 seconds. So you don't need to, you know, worry about the total duration. And in between, if you want to add any blank video clip, which means in future, you can add a video clip there. For that, I'm going to use this option, add media or blank. So I just click here and I'm going to choose this option blank. Now, if I want to add it from the stock video or photo, I can use these options. But now I choose blank. So the blank, that particular, the document area will have five second duration. And if I want to expand, you know, I can just come to that particular edge of the right hand side or left hand side, and I can expand the duration. Can see that? The same way, I can reduce the duration also. You can see that effect from the first frame. So you can either increase or reduce the duration of that particular clip. You can also move the clip from left to right or to left. So this is a blank. So I just move that to add some title animation at the beginning. Now you can see that a duration was 32 seconds because I was at 3.4 second duration of this particular clip. If you want to exactly manage the total duration of that clip, you can come to this place after selecting the clip. The top of the toolbar, you have the duration. Click there and you can manage that duration of that particular clip. This is how you decide. And with this video also, if you want to crop, at the beginning, you can crop it and if you want to expand, you can expand it. And this is how we just crop and trim, not dropping. This is how we trim the video clip as you required. And if you want to add some video clip in between, you can add this, you know, the blank with dotted duration, and later you can drag and drop with that particular place so that will be filled with the video clip you are dragging and dropping. So this is how we sort that elements inside timeline. And if I want to add more elements, like I want to add the title here, so I come to the text, and here I'm going to add the title, a lot of options here. So I come to this place, and here, I'm going to add the lesson name. So I ungroup that and I'm going to change that So you can just provide the lesson title here. And if you want to change the font style and alignment, you can do all those things here. So this is how we have, and I select both things and I choose Animate option, and I can add the animation which required with this. Like, I'm going to add this animation or this animation or this animation. Whichever is armed, I can add. And now I play that. So that animation will be played and removed, then we got that clip of the teacher. It was continuously playing. So you can add, you know, the text. And if you want to add some, you know, graphics, you can use elements, you can add some graphics. All those things will be available at this ft shot itself. And if you want to set the background color for this, you can go and select the background color. Like I'm going to use the dark or this kind of, you know, mid does or light colors. So based on the contrast, you can decide what color you are going to use with the background. And even if you want to use the background image or background video clip. I'm going to choose the elements, and I'm going to choose the video. And here I'm going to type the keyword background. I press Enter, and you can see it shows me a lot of videos. I can add whichever is required. Simply I need to do the same thing. I just drag and drop with this particular first blank area. So that clip was added, and you can see the total duration of that particular clip is only five second. But here we have a 14 second video that will be trimmed automatically based on the duration of that empty clip. So this is how you can add the titles. You can simply, just trim all those videos pungon. And if you want to split the video, can see that here I want to split this particular clip. And if you want to split, you have a shortcut key which is yes. So when I press yes, you can divide one clip into two clip. You can see that I press Command Z or Control Z. If you want to split using the mouse also, you can right link over there. And when I choose that right link, you can see it shows you a lot of options. And with this, I choose this option which is split. So you can see that it shows you the shortcut key here, which is yes. I can split the video, I can trim the video, and even if I want to craft the video like I was telling and sharing the information here. Now I want to add another video track with this place. Let me show you that So I just want some clips regarding that. You know, I'm going I just need, um, some children. Imagine I'm going to show some child and children to that example. So I'm going to have this video clip. So if I want to add the video clip, I just trag and drop over this particular area, which is that work area. And you can see that within that particular, you know, the timeline needle where I was placed, this video clip was added. I can just reduce the dimension, and I can mention that video where I need to place. And I can also, you know, set the duration of the particular video. And before that here, I want to add another video. So instead of children, I want to add child. So I have a single child. Okay, I just drag and draw. Remember, I just want to release outside, not inside the particular frame, and I'm going to reduce the duration of that particular clip. And also, I want to reduce the frame size. I want to play here, and it should be on, you know, this place in front of the plural form. So when I want to zoom this timeline, I can expand the area appearance. And here I just press control or command and I scroll my mouse so that I can zoom the timeline. And here you can see, just, you know, trim the particular video clip based on my need. And we have two video clips here. So at first, we have the child, which is the singular form. And then I have the children, which is plural form. So you can add the supportive videos on left hand side or wherever you are required. You can create the video overlays using Canva. So you can split and you can add, even if you want to crop some areas like I don't want to show the complete video clip. So that time I can use this option crop. I choose that and I just trim that particular kid as required. I don't want the complete landscape video, and I choose done. The same way I come to this place. So here also, I choose that video clip, and I just reduce that particular, you know, that frame size, and I choose the. So you can customize that appearance entirely using this option, which is trim, and that will be reflected with the output also. So in this way, you can do all those video editing functions. You can add the videos, you can add the blank frames. You can fill the video from your elements. You can upload. You can have the multiple layers of video. You can see that we have the main timeline layer and additional layer. Can add any number of layers for the video, and if you want to add the text and shapes, all those things will be available with the separate layers. And finally, when I want to export this as a video, I come to this place share, and after that, I come to this download. If you want to directly upload video the lesson with YouTube, you can connect to your account. You can directly share that using the YouTube. Now I choose Download, and you can see that it shows me that PfourFle format, which is suggesting this is the only video file format available here. And the full lecture is the normal document native dimension. If I want to reduce or increase, I can also do that. I choose Download, so it was getting downloaded first, it will render the video clip. After that rendering process is completed, it will start the download process. If it doesn't start the download process, I can manually enable that and I will get that video. Since you are doing the video editing, it may take a few more minutes or seconds to export that complete video. So just wait and you will get the result. So the export process was completed and the download was initiated. You can see, it shows one download is in the process. So the download process was completed. So this is the video file. It has the background video and lesson title. And after finishing that, the recorded uploaded video will be played. So if you have the sound, that sound too will play according to that, we do the editing process. So all those clips are continuously playing. You can see that there is no any jerk or disturbance. And we to cropped and added the multiple layers of video. Those things also shows out there. And the total duration is 33 seconds. I can see that. So this is how we can create any video lesson using Canva. You can simply record using a mobile phone or a camera. And after completing the recording process, you can just input inside the Canva. Using upload, you can do that. Then using the timeline, you can simply sort the video clips. And if you want to remove some areas, we can split it and you can delete it. And if you want to add those titles and other extensions, you can add all those enhancement features using Canva. And finally, you can export as a video. If you want, you can also export directly with the YouTube. So this is how we do the video editing work using Canva to do video lessons. 39. Work with Audio in Canva: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can work with audio in Canva. In our previous lesson, I shows you how to do the video education material using Canva. And here I'm going to show you how you can do audio editing work. If you already have the audio with the video itself, you can separate the video audio using that R lick option. After inputed the video, you can Rlick and there is an option called extract audio. Unfortunately, I don't have an audio with this video file, but if you want, you can use this option extract audio. That audio will be present in this audio track, which is add audio and you can edit that audio. Now, at present, I'm going to add a background music here. And I will show you how we can use the multiple audio tracks as it requires if you want and how we can do the audio editing work using Canva. So to add this, I come to the elements, and in elements, I to have the audio tab. So I'm going to choose this audio. And in audio, you can see, we have a lot of options. I to have the option here, which is generate AI audio and record voiceover. If I want to record, I can also record my voice over because if I have the images, if I have some stock footages, using those things, you know, without capturing, you know, the video using camera or the mobile phone, directly, I'm going to use my PowerPoint presentation, or I'm going to have the collection of other videos. By sorting all those things, I'm going to provide the voiceover. So that time you can use this option voiceover also. So you can use voice over or if you provide the content, you can convert that generate that as A or audio also, the voice, also. I'll show you that also with this lesson. No I'm going to add background music. So here I have a lot of background music. If you want to upload, you can also upload using the upload future, and using that, we can just drag and rap inside our timeline. But here I'm going to use some other audio from this. Like, I'm going to have the preview first. So anyone audio I'm going to add the very first one. I just trag and drop in this area, which is the audio track. You can see if I place here from this place, the audio track will be started and I was releasing this at the beginning. I have the purple color icon, that color background, and it shows you the audio track, the graph, how and where we have more audio, where we don't have audio. Now I'm going to have the preview. But so we have a complete, audio quality. Now we choose audio track and I come to this toolbox. Here I have the audio features. So if I want to split the audio, I can use the split, and you can see now we have the two tracks. So I can just split the audio if I want. Right now I don't need, so I press Control Z, and after split, you have a volume. Right now, you can see here what is the volume of the audio I want to reduce that, so I choose volume. Right now, it was 100. I can either increase or decrease. So since I want to use this as you know, mild background music, I can reduce that completely. So it was reduced, right? And if you want the fade at the beginning or end, like in the beginning, you need to fade in and at the end of this audio track, you need a fade out. You can use this option fade, and it shows you the fade in duration in seconds and fade out duration in seconds. So you can select how much duration you require, and it will be added with the particular audio track. You can see that it was added, and this graph shows you when I, you know, remove my mouse from the audio track, it shows you that fade out. And let us see how we have the preview. So it works properly. In the same way, if you want, you can also use this option fade in. So you can use this fade option. And we have a beat sync option. Integrating with Google Classroom: I in this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can integrate your Google Classroom using Canva. To do that, I come to my classroom. So when I choose the classroom, I can access my classroom page, and here you can see that we have option called Import classes. So I can directly import the classes, and it will be connected with Canva. So to do that, I choose this option, Import classes. And after choosing that, it will connect to my Google Classroom account. I had to choose Google Classroom. So the connection will be established in a few seconds. I had to choose my Google account and provide access. So after choosing that, it will be connected. And here you can see that it was connected, but I don't have any classes here. So it shows you you don't have any classes. I don't have any classes with this particular email dy. That's why it was showing that. And if you have the classes, the list of classes will be displayed here. You can either select the particular classes. And if you want to select A, you can use this option select A. You can choose import classes. So after I did that work, all those classes will be here. So when I do any updation with my Google Classroom or here, both things will be updated in our Canva classes. So this is how we integrate our Google Classroom with Canva. It's easy and this Canva itself having a lot of rich design and education materials to share with the students. 41. Canva LMS Integration: In this lesson, I'm going to show you how you can do the remaining LMS integration using Canva. So to do that, the LMS integrations, I come to my accounts, and with this, I have option settings. In settings, I have this dedicated option for doing this integration, which is LMS integration. So using the settings, I'm going to access that in settings, you can see a lot of options. And at the bottom here, you can see that we have security and in security, you have LMS integration. So when I choose LMS integration, it shows me this particular, you know, the interface, and here it shows select LMS. You want to select which LMS you need to, you know, integrate with Canva. So here I choose this Canvas or the model. So whichever the LMS you need to connect, you can choose here. Choose other ELMS. So if you want other ELMS, you can also choose, and you can choose the next step. And here you have that version of that LMS. I choose the next step, and you have to connect that particular LMS login initiation URL, public key, and other all information here. But if you are not going to use that, you can go back and you can choose which particular ElemA unit to connect. Have the Canvas account and you are managing all the classes using this Canvas elems. You can select that and you can go for the next step, and you can select which mode you want to connect. And you are choosing the next step and you are going to do all those things and choose the next step. So you had to provide the domain ID and the domain, and you can finish the setup. This way, you can connect all those LMSs, not only the canvas, you can use some mood or so DTL and this blackboard, whichever the elems you need to connect and integrate with Canva, you can use this option, which is LMS integration. You need to choose all those things in a proper way. And finally, you have to provide the information. You can get it from Canvas. You can find it the client ID and domain.
