dishes because I have a husband and
a child who are held fix this course we've designed to keep in mind the people who love
to eat Indian food, but sometimes find it a little difficult or pink

complex, not too much. This course is meant for
people safe from age 15 to it has no limit as

2. learning about spices and utensils: Talking about Indian food, Indian ******, Indian culture. There's so much to say, there is so much of color, there's so much versatility, so much of vibrance,
love, warmth. In every Indian culture, in every household
or different ones, there is some kind
of celebration, some kind of ritual which is around phone does so
many things that we do differently at our houses
and Gujarati household, you will see mothers
making lap see for the Sherif in South India. If you go, you will
see them making pie awesome for
different festivals. If you go to Northern India, they are making
something for lowering. Every festival is associated
with some kind of food. Our culture is very
rich with traditions. Lot of family values. People believe in
joint families, people believe in God. There's so much spiritual
things around here. This country has
so much to offer, this so much which
is written about it and yet so much
which is unexplored. There's so many people
who've come to this country. Inserts of food,
inserts of inner peace. Pinion culture is not
only about people, it is about textiles, it is about food, it is about architecture. We can talk about things
which are Indian endlessly. We have so many languages
which are spoken here. So many different religions, so many different festivals. Indian culture is
rich in science, Indian culture is
rich in mathematics, Indian culture is rich
in cold medicines. Indian culture is
Richard Ayurveda. This so many foods that
revolves around Ayurveda. There is so much that we talked about food where the food
is healthier for you. They didn't. Culture has put us on a world map for
so many things. Agora for being in
the Seven Wonders, turmeric for his cancer
curing properties, for finding 0 in mathematics. For UGA, there's so many things which are existing in
India are spoken about worldwide practice
across the globe and has done so much of benefit. People come to India
looking for treasures, looking for food,
looking for textiles. Countries has all
kinds of posts. We have Cs, we have
mountains, we have forests. This so much this country
has got to offer. Let's talk about traditional Indian vessels and the material. Indian School in so many
different kinds of veces, we cook in different
kinds of utensils. Could I use one of our
most traditionally spoken about vessel which is
largely made of copper. Then we serve our food on
a good traditional day in silverware because not
only is it rich in culture, but also has great
properties for your health. Food or water consuming silver has its own benefits
for your body. Food is usually served in
cancer vessels in India, which looks yellow in color, close to golden copper. It has great health benefits. Food is cooked in earthen
vessels like the Avars, like Handy's, because it
tastes sweeter, better. And also very way. We use stone where to grind up pastes like motel
and fast food is usually serve in southern part
of India on banana leaves and other parts of
countries where disposables are made
of dried leaves. These are not only good
for the environment, but also the food
tastes better on them. Did not only look beautiful, but they're also biodegradable. So they're great for
the environment. Now that everybody has become so conscious of not using plastic, bamboo is used in India
for so many purposes, from making baskets to
making toothbrushes, to even making straws. We even cook in bamboo shoots. Traditionally, given flour. Wheat flour was made in stone with it used
to be time-consuming, but because of the speed, the nutritional value of
wheat used to retain, because it was not
done very fast. Now, all those old
methods are coming back. We are now making
cold pressed oils, slow grind it flowers
because these things you used to retain the
nutritional value of the green and seeds. Indian ****** are
absolutely versatile. They're spoke about worldwide. Certain Indian ******. So rich in its values to
saffron is one of them. Saffron is one of the
most expensive spice or ingredient which is used worldwide and it
is cultivated in a high quantity in the
northern belt of India. Cardamom has amazing aroma. It is used in savory and
traditional sweet dishes in India and worldwide. Cardamom pods are grown on a higher number in the
southern part of India. Red chili powder is made from red chilis which
are grown in India, which have great aroma, great color, great texture. Mapping is said to have its
own benefits for your gut. It is great for your body. It has great digestive
properties and is used on a very large
scale in Indian cooking. As FIT does King. King is used in tempering, in Lord of cultures in
there, in southern part, in northern part, even in Woodruff and eastern
parts as well, has cut friendly properties. It aids gas and also is
good for your stomach. It is usually given to children when they have stomach aches. I don't recall the used in every Indian household
gives great taste, gives great color, and also has cancer fighting properties and many other health benefits. If somebody has a cut or
a wound in the house, what do you usually do is depressed turmeric powder to it. Brown mustard seeds
called azurite, traditionally known as has
great heat to it and it's amazing and taste great in
tempering and also in pickles. Human, human has a very knotty and a delicate
aroma when roasted. Human is used widely in all cosines and also is
used in all the cultures. Schumann smells amazing and
has great coolant properties. Black peppercorn, black pepper
corn is used worldwide. Black pepper corn is considered
a black gold of India. It has great taste. Not only does it have
a great taste and gives that added
spice to your dishes, but also is good for your gut and has great
medicinal properties, has been given to
children who are in India when they catch
cough and cold. Cinnamon is one of those wonderful ******
which are so versatile, can be used for deserts, can be used for baryonic, can be used for caries, and also is used for so many automatic
other things that may not make is a
very automatic spice, which is usually
added to deserts. It is used in deserts worldwide. Not make, not only
taste great in deserts, but when added to milk with saffron helps you sleep better. Since he spoke about
Indian culture, Indian ****** and investors, I'm going to teach
you a few easy, simple Indian recipes
which can be made at home. And you can enjoy
with your family, made 27 simple
dishes from Chuck, Nice to drink, to routines, to caries, to rise. I hope you enjoyed
these recipes. Make them home with your family. Hi, this is funky Jackson. I'll be taking you through the Indian cuisine in the most
simplest way you can make. I give you shortcuts, tips and hacks on how to
make Indian cooking simpler, easier, and also healthy. Talking a little about myself. I'm a mother to
her nine-year-old. I've spent 13 years of my life
working in the newspaper. I'm a self-taught cook. I love to go kill the dishes. My husband is a gym freak. Most of the times
I'm trying to work my recipes around our family. Something for my son's, something for my husband. Food really intrigued me. There's so many
things that you can make this so much
out there to learn. I feel it's such a
work in process. Every day I come
across something new. Every day I watch a new recipe. I wanted to try something
home with my son. I want to teach him
something to cook. Food is always a center
of conversation. Be it your evening t v2 dinner or beat and
extensive party. All we talked about or think about is planning the next meal. Let me take you through
this journey in my style.
3. 3 Orange Gravy: Let's make the very basic
and delicious orange curry, which is ideally used
in so many in and vegetables also maneuver masala. It's very simple and needs very basic ingredients and
it's very easy to make. Let me take you through
its ingredients. They're very basic and
available at home. Usually. We've taken
chopped ginger, ginger, garlic cloves. You've taken chopped onion. You can take these roughly
chopped onion also, and you can later add a few fine onions to bring
that crunch to your gravy. And it's absolutely oxygen. You've taken chopped tomatoes, dry ******, cashew, milk. Basic ****** like
we're totally powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, a little bit of garden masala. And let's start. I'm taking approximately ten cashews
and soaking them in mink. Can take cashew pieces, you can take whole cashews. You can take warm milk, you can take room temperature milk. This aside. The LEO or cashews becomes soft, leave it aside for a good hour. We do this thing for so
many gravies because it provides great body
and creaminess to your career and also
richness in a band, I'm going to use a mixture of oil and to prepare
this vegetable, you can absolutely use
only good if you want. But this mixture helps you to
get a good viscosity here. Always helps to make
sure that you get, doesn't get burned off. Some added one spoon of oil. I'm adding one's going
to be making caries. Portion size of two. Once this mixture is hot, I'm going to add human
seats that the human sees brown and I'm gonna add roughly chop gingiva, roughly chopped garlic. I've taken three
cloves of garlic. If you like your vegetables, more garlic, you can
add more garlic. Roughly jumping everything. And I've not made a
pace because everything what is whatever
that were cooking in the pan is going to go
straight in the blender. Some saving a lot of steps here. I'm not making any payments. We are going to make one. Cory only. Showing
the shortcuts. You can see ginger garlic
half cooked off slightly. I'm not going to be around
them because this is all going to get blended and it's going to be
a part of the gravy. These are not the extra
additional tempering that we usually add
enough vegetables. I'm going to add CRI,
roughly chopped onions. I'm only dropping everything that roughly you can even talk. Finally, it is not a
problem, but as I said, everything is going to
go into M60 and you're gonna blend it to
a smooth paste. Make sure you pick
up your anions. Well, we don't want the drawer teased of onion
coming in your gravy. There's one more hack
of making this gravy. You can put everything
that I am adding the pen, pressure, cook it. Very simple process. Saves a lot of time, doesn't require too much
attention to extending on the gas and tastes great. If you want a person to
understand things in the kitchen, you notice so many shortcuts to things that you
can actually do. Not you can follow these recipes as we've simplified
every step for you here. Once your onions as
slightly translucent, I'm going to add tomatoes. I'm going to add roughly who tomatoes to
this 2.52 tomatoes. I have finally, each
of the tomatoes, yo you can use each of them. It is also, it is
absolutely fine. Once in the middle that added benefit that you have here
is that you do not have to keep studying because
tomatoes have so much water that it will never let anything that is in your pan born that fast. I'm going to add my dry
******. Somebody called up. I've taken a quarter
teaspoon of Dominick powder. Spoon up but actually powder. Or is it honest? Remember the chili
powder is your choice. You can add as much hot
or he do want a new food. I'm adding quarter teaspoon
of Rosa cumin powder, coriander seed powder,
little girl masala. Good of a sudden
now is basically a mixture of hand
founded a mixer, grinded roasted dry ******. Like cardamom cloves,
coriander seeds, etc. These ****** are readily
available in so many brands. Every individual has
their own preferences of what kind of
spice mix they like. Somebody likes
spice mix where it has more cardamom,
somebody likes gloves. I always use very less guarded
masala because I don't like the heat which it releases, that aftertaste, which it
has never add gotta Masala. In a larger quantity. Smaller portion of them are
soluble also do a great job. It's job is to provide
flavor and aroma. Now let it sit and
let your tomatoes and onion Kirchhoff for
another five minutes. My tomatoes have
cooked off nicely. You can do a similar thing
for you on and gravy also, just the ratio of the
metals to onions, like take less tomatoes, take more onions,
then it'll become your brown gravy.
I'm adding salts. There's always two days. There's no sixth
measurement of salt. Have you had a person
who doesn't understand much cookie? Never worry. You can always start
with putting lesser and then keep tasting and
increasing your salt. Again, there are
different types of salts. Normal salt will be less salty sometimes if
you use rock salt, it is slightly more Saltillo. For tomatoes and anion
have cooked off. I'm gonna stop the gas MCAT. She's had been soaked
in milk and it's almost been sitting for an hour. Now, what I am doing here is I'm grinding
everything together for you to find a shorter
method of doing this thing. I'm going to add my cashews
and milk at the bottom. I'm going to add my
cooked of tomato, onion, garlic, and ginger. On top. Saving is your choice. If you want to save
it, if you don't, like the tomato pills
coming in your mouth, you can see, but otherwise
is gravy is good to go. I'm just gonna give it
to blitz and it's done. Have blips it and
my gravies ready? As you can see, it
looks nice and thick. It's blended. Well, let's come together and
you saw how simple it was. Everything goes in one
M60 and it's ready to do an additional tempering to bring out a little red color and
add extra flavors to it. I'm using the same pen where
I cooked off the gray. I'm adding spoon on key. I'm gonna make sure
when it comes to heat, I'm going to add a spoon
of Kashmiri chili powder, which is not spicy
but adds great color. Then I'm going to add
my cinnamon stick. One cardamom and took gloves. Make sure that you do this step. Would you not to burn
off your CD powder? Gravy. Now, mix that extra, additional tempering
that we've done. If you were making
funny button was Allah or wedge McCann voila, what we do is we add butter, cream to give you a gravy, that creamy texture,
that milky taste. Currently, this gravy
is a base gravy for so many vegetables that
you can make out of it. I'm going to cook it for
another five minutes. On a blue flame. I'm adding a little water. You can see my gravy
looks nice, rich, thick cashews and milk help bind and bring
everything together. Your gravy will not split, it will not look separate. This is your basic orange gravy. Few, like it's sweet, you can
add a bit of sugar to it. Cook for five minutes. That'll bubble away a
little. And then it's done. This so many variants and versions of making
this orange gravy. While we puree everything
in the beginning we use a puree of onion VP
array, the tomatoes. So we blitz and grind everything beforehand
and then we cook it off. What I have done here is
Book of everything in one path and then just
flips it in one grinder. Simpler, easier, and it tastes the same one pro tip that
I can give you for any of these Indian caries
which have got a Masada and these whole ****** is
let it sit for a while. It is better when it
has sat for 23 hours. There's certain vegetables
like Bindi and ALU, which is simply cooked. They don't need to
sit for too long. In fact, they don't taste as great if they've been
sitting for too long. But these gravies, the
aromas, the seep in. And it is better when they've
been sitting for 23 hours. If you plan to make
maybe a penny better masala or a wedge mark
cannula or mixed vegetables. The evening with gum
routines, with hot sorties. You can make this gravy in
the morning and let it sit. You're going even refrigerate
it. Gravy is ready. I'm gonna start with the gas. Going to get it out in a body. If you were one of
those working humans, you can keep this
gravy refrigerated. You can deep freeze it. Then simply use it on time
to time whenever you need, you can you can
add mixed veggies, you can add, you can add your marinade chicken to cook it for a while
and it's ready to go. You can add drones. Gravy can be a base
for many, many things. It's done. Indian dishes are known
for something they usually known as funnel button
masala or wedge McCullough. This is red gravy is a base for so many delicious
gravy vegetables, which are usually used for eight with non-routine
two-party, even sometimes with rise. It is not that
difficult to make it at home as we sometimes feel. I'd get overwhelmed when we
eat things in the restaurant. It's simple to make
and as you saw, takes very less time to.
4. 4 White Gravy: Moving on to now making every child's
favorite white gravy. Why do these very simple, very quick, and super delicious. Let me take you to the
very basic ingredients that we require to make
your white gravy at home. What a white booby. We need
cashews, chopped onion, chopped garlic, some gingiva, some dry ******,
cloves, cardamom. German seats. Fresh screen. Let me show you how to make it. I'm going to soak
my cashews in milk. Gravy is all about
milk and cream. You can even use fresh smelling. The fact that comes out of
the milk when you boil it. Let you cache you sit in
the milk for one hour. Pan. Some key. I'm going to take
please, bonds are good. I'm going to add Cuban. My key. I'm going
to let it down. This certain steps which we
have learned comes in so handy because there's
so many dishes which have similar ingredients
in Indian cooking. Similarly, if you're
making South India, you will find several
steps which are common. Once you cumin is brown. I'm going to add my
chopped ginger, garlic. Gross thing it very little. Y be cocoa up everything
before we blend. The rawness of the
vegetable disappears when you make puree off
onion automator. It is pretty different to if you cook them off
and you've guided, I've used finely chopped onions. You can take onions which
are roughly chopped, also slightly bigger because it's all going to
go in a blender. On ends at great flavor, they add this natural
sweetness to your dishes, wherein your gingiva
adds heat and spice. Your dishes. The base flavor of ginger
and garlic is spice. Onion is sweetness. Whenever onions will
become translucent. I'm going to shut off the gas. I'm gonna take a blender, my soul caches and
make which has been sitting here for an OVOC. And add my gingiva garlic
onion mixture to it. Blend it and make it up. Find Paste. I've blended my gravy. It looks like this. Off-white color. Moving onto, I'm going
to be in a band. You can add chopped onions here. You can add drop garlic herb. I'm just going to add my face right now because
I'm going to keep it simple. You can do these alterations
depending on what kind of vegetable or what you are
using this grid before. You can use it for both tau, you can use it for hematoma lie. I'm going to clean my blender and add a little water to it. One of the most crucial step you're in this gravy is cream. This is supposed to be a
rich and creamy gravy. This is not spicy. Visit slightly sweet. Have added
approximately one bowl, say a 100 grams of Gremio. This gravy is rich.
It's delicious. It's slightly sweet. You have to add a little
bit of sugar in this gravy. All these are the
bees Grevy's for so many vegetables that
you can make at home. I have not added because pseudonymity dried
fennel grape leaves in any offered so far because they add a little
bit of bitterness. I'm going to add it when I
use it to make my vegetables. These are base gravies
that we've prepared. You have added sugar. If you are somebody
who likes sugar in the caries go or you
can add a little more. I'm going to add just jaundice, pinch off, gotta Masada for
that aroma. Not too much. We don't want these gravy to get overpowered with any
kind of spice or heat. Very plain, simple, tasting,
creamy and delicious. Let it boil it isn't, and pick it when it's
ready to serve them. My baby has been boiling for five minutes now it looks thick. It has reduced its water. This much quantity
that I've prepared. Good for two servings,
for two people. I want to switch
up the gas and so it now restaurants tidy, white gravy is ready. The source, simple
and easy to make. It was simply fall in
love with the recipes. Every time I have walked into
a restaurant as a child, I remember I would complain
a lot that my food is spicy. My father used to make
it a point that he would order any vegetable
in white gravy. He would ask the captain to make sure that food was not spicy. This gravi is super
easy to make. Kids love it. Even adults do. And there are very few
steps to it wherever, very few things you need. Make your white gravy
for children today.
5. 5 Green Gravy: Moving on to now, making
restaurants that green really, it's very simple to me. It's vague, fresh because we're using coriander and finish. The color is spectacular
and it's not as complicated as it
looks. Let's stop. Green gravy will
be needing washed, roughly chopped
spinach and coriander. This is where we get the
color and flavor from. For the heat, we
need green to list because we're not going to
use regularly powder here. We are not going to use
any dry ****** as in red, actually powder,
automatic powder here. We're gonna need
cashews soaked in milk so that we can get that
body for the gravy, the thickness that we want. We're going to use garlic, ginger, and chopped onions. These are the best
ingredients for a green gravy who's starting with soaking approximately
ten cashews in milk. Use room temperature for warm milk for
soaking or cashews. Let it sit aside for one hour
till your caches software. And then we'll puree it with our coriander and
spinach in a band. Take one's going avoid. One's going to let it splatter and turns
slightly golden brown. Once a human fetus actually brown and they have
released the aroma, add roughly chopped garlic
looks small piece of ginger. I'm adding one green Julio. You can add more if you want. One chopped onions. What I'm showing you
here is a 1 fourth Cory. Everything goes in the pan, then everything goes in a
blender and it's ready. This gallery is easier to make. Why? Because whatever
that we use in this gravy cooks really fast, spin it and coriander have almost 80 to 90% of water and cook super-fast when heated. Once I ended a little brown, I'm going to add the
required amount of salt. And I'm going to add as
soaked spinach and coriander. You can blanch these beforehand. Blanching is a process where
you put your spinach leaves in a pot of boiling water and get them
out after two minutes. If you don't intend
to make a beauty, you can even then soak them in ice to read in
the green color. Spinach and coriander
pulsars really fast. If you can see the
volume in the pan. Looks as if your pen is
full after two minutes, you will see that they
are reduced and they are less than half and quantity, let it sit for two minutes. Give it a mixed. Every once in awhile, if you can see a spinach
has already wilted. Spinach and coriander
release a lot of water. We're not going to
burn off the water here. It is up to you. If you want to burn
off the water, you can burn off the water. I'm going to use this water for my career because it has a
lot of nutritional value. I'm going to add a little
bit of Guatemala here. Sometimes there's a little hack. If you cannot find gotten my salary or out-of-stock or government colonial house. You can use pound body masala. It's always and
always make sure you don't use truck load of *******
Masala in these gravies. We don't want a gravies to
be tasting off got a masala. We want them to be tasting
of the ingredients, the vegetables that
we've added in them. Can you see, as I said, everything is wilted, your spinach recording and
everything has strong. It's 1 third, 1 fourth of the side of the what we'd added. I'm going to bring the
gas on high flame, burn a bit of water
them off a little. Additional step. Spinach is
known to be slightly pungent. So you can add a bit of sugar here. Here's
a little tip here. Whenever you are
cooking spinach, spinach has slight pungency. Add small spoon of sugar. We don't want sugar,
two eggs weakness, but this sugar will help you cut the pungency of your spinach. This has cooked off. I'm going to switch
off the gas now. Whenever we're cooking spinach makes sure you
don't overcook it, otherwise you will lose
the vibrant green color. Let it sit and cool down for five minutes before we
add it to the blender. Here, I have taken a fist
full of tightly packed, full of Spanish would be approximately 200 grams of spinach and 150
grams of coriander. This is. For two servings. Spread it in your pan, so it cools off faster.
Take a blender. Your cashews have been
sitting for one hour. They've soap nicely and the cash-flow and
milk to the pen. Cooked spinach coriander
mixture to the pen. Blitz it. If you are short of cashews, you can even use melon seeds. Lot of people use melon seeds. Idly cashews bring
that creaminess. The purpose of adding
caches is to add richness, creaminess, texture
to your gravy. It brings great body. If you are short of it,
you can use melon seeds. I'm gonna blend it now.
Green group is ready. It looks absolutely spectacular. The color green is so
vibrant, so fresh. Now let's do an
additional temporary and we can even
add a little green if we wanted to this heat
Japan had one spoon oaky. If you must have
seen in our recipes, we've not added
additional extra grease. Grease mix all your
dishes a little heavy. So if you eat little,
you feel full. Green gravies are
usually a little spicy. And restaurants, as you can see, a G is hot. I'm going to add
chopped Chile's. Bring out that extra hot flavor. I'm going to add small stick of cinema, some chopped garlic. When small garden month to clue. Dodoma, gonna add lambda. We do this. It has written the beautiful
fresh green color. If you overcook this,
it becomes grey. Data bit grade becomes
slightly dull. You're not going to cook
it too much here also, we want to read in the
freshness, if you like, your green gravy to
be slightly creamy, It's an optional step of
adding fresh green to it. I'm adding not too much, say maybe two spoons of
cream added richness. I'm going to add very little
water because this gravy doesn't need more
water at this stage. My mother always has to tell me that rinse off your blender. There's so much of your career
which is already stuck. The blender rinse it off. This is a two-step process. It cleans your blender also, of course, halfway,
not thoroughly. And you are making the optimum usage of
the gravy that you just made and reducing
wastage also. Always listen to your
mother's always right. I'm going to bring
this gravy to boil, shut the gas down
in five-minutes. My gravies ready? It looks the right
texture, the thickness. Perfect. I'm going to switch off the gas and want to
solve it, didn't boy. This is a texture that
we're looking for. And if you feel sometimes that you gravies
a little running, keep it in the gas before I minutes to make sure
the water burns off. And also always remember these gravies have
cashews and cream. So they will thicker
nib there has been sitting for a
while on a shell. They will pick up
agreeing baby is ready, serve it with mixed vegetables
or pioneered a good to go. A restaurant style
green breve is ready, very delicious, very easy, and also very nutritional. This gravy is actually
considered a little spicy because green is associated with a lot of
like hi everybody baryonic. That is always on
the ****** side, but you can always
ever own version, never add virtually pounded
food always and always add green to it so that we make sure that color doesn't
get disturbed at all.
6. 6 Jeera Aloo: Moving on to making
a potato vegetable, we're making the most loved for the two vegetable in
India known as JIRA ALU. The process is very simple. It doesn't take more time
and it taste simply amazing. Let's start. I'm taking a pan.
Turn on the heat, treat or four spoons of oil depending on
how many but it was you're taking if I've taken
three medium-size potatoes, prepared the potatoes
for our ALU, does boil them, peel them, and cut them into
one inch cubes. Let's start by
heating oil in a pan. As the name suggests, it's Deidre ALU will add human. We let it brown. Once a job becomes golden brown, add a little
bit of herring, curry leaves, chopped
green chillies, slice the green chilies. In the center. You can add more green
Julie's if you want. Feel and chop potatoes. Gonna add my dry
******, salt to it. You can always add a little bit of salt
while you are boiling it. But it was maybe in a pressure cooker or on
an open pan with water. You can split your potatoes
while you are boiling them so that it can cook faster. I'm going to add
virtually powder, very little turmeric
to bring out that orange view veil numeric. I'm going to add coriander
and cumulative powder. I'm going to add
dry mango powder, also known as untrue
pinch of got a masala. Just for the aroma. I'm
going to give it a mixed. The oil will help you
put your potatoes. But all the ******
that you've added. What we do is we make
sure that the layout, the potatoes in the
pen little bit, it'll brown at the bottom and we'll give it
a little crisp. Let us sit in the pen for
awhile. On a medium flame. Make sure that you
check on them. Do not leave it unattended, otherwise you put it
Those might burn. Tip. What I can give
you here it is, if you think that your potatoes look a little undercooked, not done at this stage. You can add a little water, cover it with a lid. Once they come to the
consistency that you like, you can open the lid and let it cook like
this and brown later. Gently. Store potatoes. Always remember they're
already cooked. Just making sure that
they're quoted well with the ****** and we have
browning them a little. If you mix those,
store them vigorously, then it might turn marshy
at this stage where, but it doesn't almost
quoted and done. I'm going to add a
little bit, of course, bulimic phenyl group
leaves, dried. They add grader Roma. These dishes goes very well with your truly served as a main dish as well
as as a side dish. Also. Before I shut the gas, I'm going to add some fresh
coriander leaves to it, give it a mix so
that the coriander, just a little giga ALU is ready. Let's solve it. You'd
always very comforting. That is delicious
and as you saw, it's very easy to make certain ****** which
you don't find available. Use the ****** which you
already have at home. Garden shed with a
little press coriander. And you're good to go. Giga ALU is ready. The burrito cubes look, audit very well with ******. Two-party operetta. It's very easy to make. Your giga ALU is ready. It asked me Can simple, as you already saw it. A quick tip if you want to
reheat your data, value, sprinkle it with a little
water before you put it in a microwave if you
want to heat it on a panel. So just to add a little water
as this is a driver to put, when you try to heat,
it becomes more dry. And also one thing, if there's a little
bit of leftover, you can put it in
the refrigerator, mash it and use it in your parameters at
stuff alu apparatus.
7. 7 Bhindi: Moving on to making every child's favorite
vegetable, windy okra. It's a simple process. We need very few ingredients. Let's get started. Heater pen, and add approximately two to
three teaspoons of oil. Remember, Pokhara has a
slimy sticky texture within, which needs a little more oil than other vegetables
to cocaine. Once your oil comes to
heat, the oil is ready. Add half a teaspoon
of cumin seeds. Greeting of global Gallic. This is an optional choice,
an optional argument. If you don't like
garlic, don't have it. You can found it. You
can mix the grind it. I'm adding my garlic to the oil so that my
garlic cooks slightly. Once your garlic starts
emitting the aroma, you can add in your chopped
lady fingers, okra windy. I've taken approximately
200 grams of windy hertz. Nap, chop them. The easiest form you can do it. This is a quicker
job for the Monday. You can cut them around,
got them lengthwise. As you can see, the
oil is coded over. The belief. Really takes a
little longer to put another vegetables because we need to get rid of
the slimy texture. As we can see, that slimy thing. It is written zinc
protocol making windy. Always use a methyl which is double the size of the
quantity that you've taken, so that it gets adequate space for the slime to get
cooked off with the oil. Do not add salt. In the beginning of
cooking your bendy. Otherwise, your vegetable
starts releasing water, will take, will make it more climbing and will take
longer to cook off. Spread your lady finger
on the pen nicely, and store it every 23 minutes. If you can see the lady fingers started
rounding a little on the edges and half of
us lamp is burnt off. The idea to keep
storing is to make sure that your bendy doesn't
get burned from one place. It is evenly cooked. Very nice snack that
you can make with okra. We can DRY code them
with gram plot. When you slice them this big and add dry ****** to
that ground floor, like ritually powder,
salt, and deep fry them. They are called karate Bindi, who are in India, is
simply delicious. Always solve you've
been D gently so that you don't end up
eating them too much. The seeds will pop out. Otherwise, if you
mix them too much, it'll become mushy.
If you can see. The Oakland has already reduced a little from
where we started. They've shrunk a little in size. Now I'm going to
add the dry ******, which is virtually powder. Salt, little bit of turmeric, rid of coriander, cumin powder. Dry ****** also help you remove the slimy
texture from the Windy. Windy cost. I incur a non-stick pan. Make sure that this line is cooked off and it doesn't
burn from the bottom. If you use a steel with all the muscle is going to stick at the bottom and it's
going to get burnt. All the dry ******. Vegetable is almost
ready to serve. It has retained this
green color because we have taken a bigger vessel. The mouth of the vessel
should always be big. If you take a smaller
or a smaller vessel, it will turn dark. Had been these ready? I'm going to start
off the gas now and then I'll solve it. Oprah vegetable is
daddy just good to eat with any kind
of data to party. And you can even add a cardioid. We add win this war
cardi also at home. If you do not have
any dry ****** at room like red chili
powder automatic, you can make it with
a green spice space, which is green
chilies and garlic. It would rather also look
very lush and delicious.
8. 8 Stuffed Tomatoes: Who doesn't love tomatoes? Let's make this simple, delicious stuff, the meter dish, we're using these little bit of onion and fun things
in the stuffing. Let me show you how, what
our stuff, tomatoes, I've cleaned and
washed tomatoes, and I'm gonna show you
how to scope them. It's very simple. I'm
going to cut the top. I'm gonna scoop out the
seeds and the flesh. But you're not going
to discard it, will use it for us stopping. This is our though you
can scoop your tomatoes, moving on to the next step, to them preparing
for it, ammeters have scooped them
BCE either dump, because you can see is a cavity which has been
created for this topic, but we have not discarded
the insights of the tomato will use this
to prepare the stuffing. Stuffing. We need raw peas, which we are going to send
me grind in a mixture. We need a little bit of garlic, chopped onion, a cube of Bonnier which we
are going to grade, or you can even measure
it with your hand. And especially chopped coriander and chopped green chillies. Let me show you how to
do this in a grinder. I'm gonna course leak, gosh, my piece, not
parallely coarsely. This is what a costly
branded please look like. You're not fine grinding them, of course live render them
the mesh at beneath. Ready. He didn't bit of oil in a band. Make up, stuffing, hits. Rid of cumin. Once the Little
Brown had a bit of garlic, about two to three groups. Half chopped onion. Days. You can add your semi grinded
fees that they can get cooked in the oil window. You don't break
too long to cook. Cooking it on a medium flame. I'm adding a bit of soil,
a little bit of water. I'm adding a little
bit of a tomato stopping me Topol came out of. These have to be cooled. Do 80%. The rest windy. It can be cool too when the
Stafford in the tomatoes, tomatoes, Baeza called torque. And I'm going to add a
little green tulip mast beneath lot of fresh coriander. Shut the gas. Being
a stopping together. Confess it down so that
it keeps getting matched, becomes smooth or odd. Stuffing is ready. I want to get it out
in other vessels and we'd put it to cool down. I'm going to stop with this. Topic has now hold down. And tomatoes are ready to stop. Stuff them generously. You can use the same
stuffing for making stuff, Capsicum, bell peppers also. You can use the
steam stuffing to stop between two slices of Benito and flying them together. Whenever you are
doing some stuffing, makes sure that you
stop at generously. The main tool in
stuffed which the width of the stuffing,
that's it down. Make sure it goes to the bottom. Looking simply
gorgeous, the color red contrasting with
white and greens. This is a very
clean tasting dish. This can be had with vegetables
or even just like that. You can even bake
them in the oven. You can cook them off a pen. The cooking time for
tomatoes is quite low. It's not going to take
us very long to cook off this simple, yet amazing. Tomatoes are stuffed in ready? Now you're gonna put them
in a pen. Don't own a band. Approximately two to
three tons of oil. The oil evenly, the pen. Once the oil comes to heat, start putting your
tomatoes in the pen. You can put them sideways.
We have to put them. It was from all the sides. Ok. Now I'm putting them on one side and I'm going
to add a pinch of salt, roll them over in the oil. I'm going to keep the
temperature low or medium. Cover your tomatoes
with the lid. Let it cook with its own steam mixture that you keep turning
them from site to site. Because you can see tomatoes are already cooked from one side. Wherever you see the narco, just don't that site. The bottom of the pen takes
another five minutes. And I stopped to metals ability. What their majors are ready. They've been cooked
from all sides. Just falling apart that the perfect texture.
Let's get them planted. Cusp of tomatoes already. On days when you want to eat something simple
but yet not simple. Something homely, but which
has a touch of a restaurant, something which is delicious
yet way by heartwarming, this dish is simply nutritional, DST, good-looking and
takes up all the brackets. Egypt with its opacity. Just like that even
needed with bread. It works wonders on
kids and others too.
9. 9 Curry: Moving on. Now let's
make Indian cardi, for which we have a bowl full
of current and Graham flag. The steps away. Simple. Let
me take you through it. We're making two portions
of cardi for which I will take one. And the second level of code, I'll add spoonful
of Graham flag. Maybe add a bit more
combination of Graham Florida anchored to make sure that when you start heating
the code, it doesn't split. I am making sure right
now that I'm breaking all the lumps which are in the chord or
violating the grams left. You can see it has to
form this creamy texture. It takes about one
minute to biscuit. Your base is ready. I'll add a little water to it
now. Give it one more misc. You can see this is
the consistency. This is our base of recording. Now, moving on to step two. I'm going to take up inch of ginger and simply global garlic. Smash it down and
make a fine paste. That's a garlic
and ginger paste. You can even add to this paste. But I'd rather prefer
to slit the chili. The tempering, the guarding.
The space is ready. Can see nice texture. Second step is to split. Actually. Dropping the chili can sometimes make your
cardiac usually spicy and you split actually. You can know how much spice
you can control your garden. This is your prep for
your cardiac Masada. Now moving on, add approximately
two spoons of oil. Human seats. I suffer
a data he got, he leaves, curry leaves
brings up great aroma. Nitrogen, calcium. The disk. Amazing. Your split to list. Your
ginger garlic paste. Let it cool for a minute. Let all the aromas release. You paste is ready. Thoughts browning.
Just a little. Not too much. Your grandpa. Liquidate that we've
made here on the side. Now, add salt to taste. Bring it to a boil. Something that you
should always keep in mind while making cardi is that you have to keep
studying this continuously. Otherwise it will
split. If you see here. If I leave the body just like
that, it starts splitting. Always make sure when you make RD keeps storing continuously. Your colleague is ready when
the gram flat and the code together is cooked form a bond. Let's add a little bit
of turmeric powder. Manichaes, cancel
fighting properties. Great color. Dishes. This something that you should
know while adding chili. We cannot make an estimate of how a green Julie,
how spicy it is. Yamato, you can sniff it. You can see if it didn't, if you can understand the spice, but you can test
from a small corner. Got a small gonna tested
before adding it. You see your card
is come to a boil. Reduce the temperature. Almost there. I'm gonna add a little bit off because pseudonymity
to bring in the flavor. So many kinds of parties
which are made across India, not Indians mix every color
is which have buckled up. These make nitty-gritty,
which is a sweet cardi, which has cinnamon sugar. It is amazing. Every culture has its own cardi. Then you can see it's as simple as that.
A new car is ready. I'm switching off the gas
now and let's solve this. Last step would be
to add coriander. Just as we shut the gas. The recording is
ready. Let's solve it. As I discussed and told
me before that there's so many variants of cards which are made
across the country. Code is usually consumed
with the comfort food, kitchen, or even rise. And sometimes even
with Rudy because kids love to live there,
all these in guardian have.
10. 10 Veg Biryani: Let's start by making one of the most interesting dishes and dish which is known in
the royal families. In any families. Let's start by
making which brand. It is said that baryonic and not be vegetating only
chicken Berenice with any but
vegetating virion is equally delicious and flavorful. Let me take you
step-by-step on how to make this wedge barrier nice,
smoothly and easily. Brianna can be overwhelming, but technically, I think
it's only lies in the prep. Prep of Bernie might
take a little time, but it is very simple. It needs quite a few
basic ingredients which are available at home. Let me take you through what
all we are going to need. Here. I have a few dry Bailey's, cloves, cardamom,
cinnamon sticks. I have cases which I'm
going to soak in water. I have baryonic Masala, which is readily available in the store if you
want to make it, it is not that difficult either. Here I have a gingival
actually paste. These are the basic
few drying readings which are we're going to need. Here. We have chili powder, we have cumin seeds, we have turmeric powder, salt, and coriander seed powder. Let me take you through the wet prep that we
are going to need. We're going to need
chopped onions. We're going to need fried
onions, chopped tomatoes, Powerball vegetables,
which is a mix of peace, cauliflower, carrot, and beans. You can use your
choice of vegetables, but these are the
journal vegetables which we use in any kind of rice prep, and they're easily
available everywhere. We have freshly plucked
coriander and mint leaves. These are not the leaves,
we don't cut them. We just pluck them off the sticks and we
have FAR boiled rice. We actually, why do
we call it power boil or say that these
rice is cooked to 70% or 80% because it will cook with the Bernie altogether
when we cook in a pot. Let us begin on how to do it. The first report I'm going
to do is add water to set. You can even add milk. This soaking process will make sure that as aspirin
is deadly for cooking. Why do we need this
to bring the aroma of saffron and color to our rice. If you can see it's already started releasing
this orange color. We need to leave it
for 15 to 20 minutes. And we can see how wonderfully
orange it becomes. Usually chicken or any kind of neat requires Moree mission. So what we do is we mix all are wet and dry ****** together. Basically, we put our meat into the code and we let it sit for one hour to make sure that all the flavors are soaked in. In vegetarian dishes also, we can do the same prep, but usually vegetables
don't require myelination, will cut it short and we'll
start it easy and we'll just start cooking off all
the veggies on the pen. Is a dish which
is usually cooked in DCG is the best to
make billion in a pan. I'm going to take about
four to five spoons of g0. We're making two portions
of Briana, Briana to paper. I'm gonna hit my G.
Once I B is hard, I'm going to add cumin
seeds and my dry ******, my gaze a little hard. I'm going to add
the cumin seeds. Wait for it to splatter little. My mother-in-law always
says that you should wait for either your mustard
seeds or cumin seeds, the splatter so that it
releases the aroma within. Human has a very OD flavor. You can see it's already
started flattering in MCI. Have added for close
to six cinnamon, one belief, three
pods of cardamom. These bring so much flavor. Such lovely fragrance
in your phone. Everything has
medicinal property and is great for your hand. Once this slightly cooked, I'm going to add my gingiva
collectively paste. Want to know what my temperature
is so good for your God. Godlike is great for your heart. Melt simply the vine plant, the base is added,
cooked a little. I'm going to add
my chopped onions. You can, at this stage you
can add a little salt. Salt helps release water. It even helps. Making your booking a little fast,
data bit faster. Once the onions on
slightly translucent. I'm going to add
one chapter middle. I am taking your vegetables, which I have prepared for
Bernie for two people. If you have more accordingly, you can increase the quantity
or the vegetables required. Submittal, we'll take another
five minutes to cook. Once you've added the tomatoes, you can start adding
your dry ******, which is your red chili powder. I've taken half to one
spoon of virtually powder according to how much heat
or how much spice you like. I'm taking about one-quarter
spoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of
coriander seed powder. Half is one of those
acumen powder. I'm going to give it a mix. Tomatoes release water. We're not going to burn off
the water completely because I cook in that water. The rice grain, which
we've left 20% uncooked, will cook in the water
released by these vegetables. I'm going to add half a
teaspoon of video name Asana. You can add a little more if
you think you require more. When all these fights is
that cooking together, they release delicious
smelling aroma. I will let my tomatoes
Coke for two more minutes. And then it keeps on that I am pressing them down with
a spoon and mixing them. We don't want our veggies
to get burnt off. My onion tomato mix looks
cooked at least 80%. At this stage. Now I'm going
to add my mixed vegetables, which I have power boil approximately 75 grams
of french beans, 50 grams of cabinet, 50 grams of peace. Approximately 75 grams
of college class. You can add while, but it'll fried, but it'll
also do this mixture. But I have, I'm adding finance. I'm not adding potatoes.
For this video. You can see the colors
are looking brilliant. The vegetable looks very
well coated with our ******. Now I'm going to add funnel, which I've cut into
two centimeter cubes. This is an option
which you can add, which you cannot
edit is up to you. If you've absolutely
gorgeous here. Once you've added
the paneer mixture that you do not keep mixing this too much because otherwise your cubes will
break and crumble. Now I'm going to add chalk, Chile's green chillies
add a great flavor, but also it adds spice
to a bit any ad, as much as you can,
take the heat. I'm going to add
freshmen cleaves, bringing lot of
taste and flavor. And they are otherwise
considered great cooler. And I'm also adding
coriander leaves. These are not
chopped. Their hand don't, let me give this a mixed. Looks. So fresh at this stage. Embryonic masala is
coming together. At this stage, I've
shut off the gas and I'm adding four
spoons of code to my mix of veggies and
gravy and all the elements. Why God, god is an essential
part of cooking a billion. And why we've
started on the gas. Because if you add
CO2 hot things, usually it has a
tendency to split. If only you could smell the aroma as you
had in my kitchen, it smells absolutely divine. Always remember that video. Johnny, is another
step of cooking. We adjust preparing here are the ****** and the
wedge you mix here. This will be cooked for another 45 minutes to one
hour in an urban clay pot. Video name masala is ready. Let me take you to
another step of layering. Barbarian. I've taken out and bought a cleaned thoroughly
inside and out. This approximately can have
400 grams of any food. I'm gonna layer it first
with my cooked rice. Always remember this rice is
only cooked up to 70 to 80%. The rest will cook with RBD, any mixed, the spice
mixed Masala mixer, veggie mix that we've prepared. Some people put all
the veggie stuffing at the bottom and then the loaded
with the rice at our home, we prepare it in layers. Once you've put a little Rice, I'm going to add little bit of a fright onion whose fridges few leaves of hands-on
maintained coriander. Now I'm gonna load it with our veggies, which
we've just prepared. Form another layer of layering
is absolutely up to you. You can make as many
layers as you like. You can only make two layers, only Verdi and only
arise if you'd like. But there's only one thing
that you need to make sure that the top layer
will always be rice. Top layer cannot be veggies. Got my rise. I'm going to add a
bit of code to make sure that my video
knee doesn't dry. This will provide the necessary
moisture and creaminess. It was my good. Again, a few fried onions. You can add as much
green chile as you want, because green chili, essentially
the part of the journey, will not make a very way. You hotbed Ernie, what is
traditionally a spicy dish? I'm gonna down all
my veggies here. This either by the
Bernie is green in color and has green
mix of spinach, lot of green trees. It is very, very spicy. Vignetting is ideally
consumed with writer or good, because it needs something
to cool it down. I'm gonna leave it, fill
it up with my veggies. My advice. I'm not pressing anything down. I'm just letting everything fluffy so that it has
its own space to cook. Was my rice, which
has been sitting. If you can see, being absolutely
orange and beautiful. I'm going to add this
stuff and water. Not only adds an
actual orange color, but also great taste. Saffron is one of the most expensive
ingredients in the world. After adding this afternoon,
I'm going to top it with my fried onions. Few fresh leaves.
Meantime, coriander, and I'm gonna now seal it. Now this is a very
important part. There are two ways
of sealing it. Either you can see
it with a foil if you don't have a
roti door at home. Otherwise, usually what we
do is we do to the apathy, DO anaphoric, I've heated a cold piece to bring
out that smoky days. I'm gonna add a spoon
or gay quickly, then covered fast width. You can see it's
releasing smoke. It's the taste which adds, I'm gonna cover it
quickly with apathy flat, I'm going to flatten
it with my hand. I'm adding a spoon of gay
on top of my rice address. I'm gonna have colored with Japan and seal it
so that it cooks in its own steam and smoke. Apply a little UI
on top of this. Very, very little. We've
locked a bit of money. Now. I'm going to leave
it in the oven to cook for 45 minutes to one hour. Or Danny has been
sitting in the oven for 45 minutes and it's done. It's looking
absolutely beautiful. Dome has become golden down. Let's cut it open and see
how it looks from inside. Began it looks study, Let's solve it now. Want to get the coal out. You can see everything
looks cooked and nice. That ice looks nice and
yellow with saffron. Begin whenever you're solving
the video and make sure that you get everything
out from the bottom. To rise looks just right. The colors of the vegetables. Saffron color looks
brilliant, looks moist. We don't want all arise
to be yellow color. The gradation, the
shading, looks beautiful. Garnish it with a few leaves, with a choice of writer. And it's done. This new wedding,
no celebration, no party, which is complete
without a Boolean. And it's a great combination of rice, vegetables,
automates, good. It's like bringing
everything together. It's a wholesome dish
and it is absolutely delicious and brings
out a happy feeling.
11. 11 Jeera Rice: Let's make D That eyes now. I'm adding what did
you append to boil? This will be approximately
three cups of water. My rice is one cup, and I'm adding a
spoonful of salt to it. It's very important to add salt to the water
while you're gonna boil. It's very important to add
folder the water while boiling your rise to make sure that your rice has
solved from within. This is a very simple tip. Always add salt to the boiling water when you
went to cook your ice in it to make sure that
you'll rise green has altered within an is
just not overtly quoted. When you eat it, you don't
find the lack of salt. The water is hot. I'm adding a couple of
washed basmati rice. Always wash your hands
before you start cooking. Wash it with water to make sure that whatever is the powder coating rather
than the new green, is washed out completely. Fujita rice be always use the long grain vast
materials for its flavor, fragrance and it appearance is boiled in 3D because you can see every green and separate a pro tip
while boiling rice. Don't take it all the way. Leave a little bite
to it because that is the consistency that
you're looking for engineers. He depends. Add about three teaspoons off. Clarified butter. We usually is made
of the milk facts. The recipe is pretty simple. So many Indians may get home once the game is hot at
a spoonful of cumin, jaundice, spoonful of human. Because after all it is That's an adequate
amount of data. Has already started splintering. Take it off the heat at a
small spoonful of King ad. Your rise to it. We've already added
four to the right. So when you add fault again, do not add quarter totally with D doggy and
a combination of him. Test your eyes a little. Always. Before adding salt, as I said before, just needs a pinch of
salt and that's it. You can see that ice
looks nicely coated. Now we're going to add
handful of chopped coriander. To add the freshness and flavor. We leave a little garnish
on top tip while adding coriander to any
disvalue cooking it only at coriander when you are
going to switch off the gas. Coriander takes literally
two seconds to cook. If you are going to add it. While you're cooking,
It's going to turn black. Gis isn't ready. Let's solve it. Let's
split up our rice. Rice. And alpha is considered
comfort food. It's like a warm hug. On a winter night. It can be ate for lunch, it can be it for dinner. It is something
which any person in every person When cannot think of any other foods will order. That's our geodatabase, That's garnish it with some coriander. It's ready to solve it with a piping hot Godel
and you are done. Gina guys is ready. There are certain things
that you should always note, which I've already
said in the recipient. Repeat again. Always add salt to the water
while boiling your eyes. Second, do not boil your
rise to the last step. Keep it a little row
because in the heat altered cooks and the rice
will stay in shape. Always that chocolate
of coriander, it brings out amazing
flavor in your database. And also depolarize is mandated, like peanut butter
Mozilla in every wedding.
12. 14 Methi Matar Malai: Moving on to making
restaurant style maybe matter my life may take translates to fund a Greek malignancy.
It's to make fat. These two ingredients are commonly found in every
Indian household. This heartwarming,
simple, delicious dish is not only
nutritious but creamy, rich and loved by all age
groups despite its written as, let me show you how to make
it matter my life and a band. I'm going to hit
two to three tones. I'm going to add to it. Human is essential for all
our Norton and cosine because it adds a lot of already the taste and
aroma to the dishes. My cumin is brown.
I'm going to add approximately foreclose
of chopped garlic, tea to foreclose
of George Gallup. Chopped garlic works very
differently than minced garlic. Men's college mixer. Overall, this guardian gives that a little bit of runners, whereas chopped garlic
whole shape gives, it comes into bite. It tastes way deletion
then roasted in. That's my job, gullible just
becomes slightly brown. I'm going to now add
half chopped onions. Whenever the recipe says, fine. Please don't go and grind it. Don't make a puree,
don't make a paste because chopped onion,
chopped garlic. Tomato is going to taste very
different to your period, onion or periodic
or aperiodic golly. When you add chopped garlic and onion and adds a lot
of texture also TO ditch. Everything becomes
just a smooth. Once they are garlic and
onion have cooked off, I'm going to add fresh
may, tea leaves. Piano grape leaves,
the comment two sides. One is the smallest size
and one is slightly bigger. The bigger ones are
said to be less bitter. We've used those today. We call it menopausal. I've taken a bowel full
of meta phenol group, leaves. The green. Super-quick to cook. They don't take more time. Get an a loop limb.
Want to add salt here? I'm going to add a bit of sugar to balance the
bitterness of maybe, as the name suggests
me pia mater. This vegetable has lot
of breast milk, fat. Whenever we Indians boil milk
or there's a separate layer of fat which floats on top, which we remove and
use in cooking. Sweep as well, less
savory dishes. Army t scooped. I'm going
to add my boiled peas. I've taken about 75 to
100 grams of world peace. I'm making a portion
size for two. I had a bit of good
on my solitary here. I'm going to now add
my life milk fat. To this. The moment mallei hits the ban and catches the
heat, it starts melting. I'm adding a couple of
milk to a vegetable. The MLA, everything
is coming together. You can even add cashew
pays you want that your, the baby is not
becoming thick enough. You can add a little
bit of three moles. So if you wondered richness, I've added four spoons of my life and about one
cup of milk with this, if you think your gravy
is not becoming thicker, you can add a bit
of cashew paste, which will bring body and
bring everything together. This will not take too
much cooking time. Also, the wide grip with that we prepared is also a
good substitute. If you do not have
my lie at home. You can use that after your
p's and myth he is scoped. You can just, I had
that white gravy. Animate the matter My Lai the shortcut to your
meeting matter, mallei, would be done. Hardware table is ready,
it's time to serve. Restaurant style. May team on MLA. He did at home with full non
routine Peralta hallways. Make sure that you balance out a little bit of
the bitterness of mating with your
sugar sweetness. The mallei adds a lot of
creaminess and richness to it. Matter Mela is ready. Did you see how simple it is to make rich creamy had
so much milk, fat. All children love
milk and sold waters. The peas give that
added sweetness to it. The MIPI brings that necessarily witness
which is required. It's absolutely delicious. Eat it with a non
oddities garlic none, and you'll fall in love with it.
13. 15 Whole wheat chapaatis: Moving on to, let's
make Indian flat breads more or less lecture parties are day-to-day bread which we
use an eat with subsist. They are made in
every household. Some make it ten,
some naked fat, Some make it small,
so make it big. So let's start and I'll
show you how to do this. Let's first take a
proportion of the flower. We have full-width flat here. I'm taking approximately 1.5 bull should make t2
for two parties. If you're making smaller, if you're making big, you can make to two bodies out of it. You're going to add
a spoon of salt. Once one of oil. Water to your requirement. Bind your flat pad water slowly, that you only add the required
amount to bind the door. The excess of water will make your dough very loose and r10, once you think of ingredients
have come together, start using your hand to
bind the dope and add water. The goal on as you require it. If you can see the
dough is leaving the sides, your bowl is clean. How would you know that
your DU is coming together once the sides of your
vessel a cleaner. Whenever you prepare, leave it aside for at least
ten to 15 minutes for the gluten to walk
into bind. Do is ready. I'm going to add very
little oil to smooth out the surfaces and
then we leave it aside for ten to 15 minutes. Japan, the dough
is ready to party, has been sitting
for a while now. Take very little oil
and bind your door. Make your Dough Smooth. Since has been sitting
for almost half an hour. Now. The gluten is binded. If you can see, it
looks smooth and nice. Now, make brown blue balls of equal sizes for
your typography. Smooth it out
between your hands. This is the size of a newborn, which we live to a medium-size routine will not be or
not making very small. We are not making
very big routines, medium-sized routines. I always wondered how our
mothers and grandmothers make equal-sized ruble
only on an estimate. They never take any
measuring scale. But it's always the right size. Thus the blue ball, dry flat. Press it a little quarter
totally with dry flat, so it's easy to roll. Sometimes if you realize that your dough is a little runny, you can replicate it for a while and it can
become a little form. Let me roll it out for you now. You can see your
two-party taking ship. Always make sure
whenever you are ruling, use the rolling pin on the
edges of your routine. Never in the center as
the center does anybody getting ruled out whenever you
put pressure on the sides, the sides become of
the equal signs. Sprinkled a little flat
as and when needed. Spread it across its body. If need be, you can put it
a little easier as well. Japan is ready to
go on the grid. This podcast I am
on a staff to hit. I'm going to now cook. Myelopathy to party has a
Twilio cooking process. The moment you see
small bubbles forming, you can flip on-site doughnut a little so that
it's evenly cooked. Many times it happens that while we're making the capacity, there is a small
boost on the side and the topography doesn't
become into a big balloon, which we expect it to be, but it's absolutely okay. You can see the bubbles for me, which means the other layer
of the topography is cooking. Can see the brown dots. We let it go for
one more minute. You can see this layer
of Japan de-scoped. Now we're going to flip
it and put the flame. That's a perfect. Your
body can lower the gas, get it out on a plate, and apply a little. If it was my mom, I would have
had at this typology with two spoons of everybody
watches what we eat. Hitting the body
without Gies, a crime. To body's ready to be solved. Party is our everyday food. The Indians each party in the morning and night and
it goes well with dal, it goes velvet sub z. It is very simple to
make a two-party. It doesn't need
any fermentation, it doesn't need any sitting. Just the door needs to rest
for 15 to 20 minutes or half an hour as long
as you can keep it so that the
glutamate binds well. If you let the dose
it for awhile, you can be sure that your Rudy's will come out
soft and fluffy. Just needs to rest for
15 to 20 minutes or half an hour as long
as you can keep it so that the
gluten binds well. And if you let that
sit for a while, you can be sure that your route is will come
out soft and fluffy.
14. 16 Naan: Moving on to now making none
which is not in flatbed. Instead of using
whole wheat flour, now we'll be using
all-purpose flour. Mother. Let us begin the process. First. We will take
approximately 1.5 bowl. Purpose far. This is basically
refined wheat flour. We shall be making non-stem, this non competitively
thicker to that of two-party and up
bigger than size as well. They usually meet in
Kunduz in restaurants, but we shall be
making them on TVA. And I'll show you how
after we've taken the all-purpose flour
will add code to it. Brings softness, little
darkness to your breads. Have added two spoons
of code to this. I'm going to add salt to taste, which is approximately
half a spoon. I'm going to add baking
soda and baking powder. We add these to make sure
that our breads are fluffy. You can even use East
if you wanted to, but this is the easier
form of making beds. I'm adding 1 fourth spoon of baking soda and half a
spoon of baking powder. Usually the acid present
in the good reacts with your baking soda
and baking powder and heads to raise your bread. I'm going to add
one spoon of oil. Now, what a half a
spoon of sugar to this. The sugar doesn't add sweetness, but it kind of balances
all the flavors present in your Nando. Mix everything together. Add water stepwise. Always make sure
that you'd never add too much water at one goal. Because then you will have to then keep adding
flour to make sure that your loop comes to a certain
kind of consistency. Once the ingredients
have come together, you can start binding
you do with your hands? Binding the door with my hands. Now. Always remember
any door that you bind should sit at least for 1520 minutes for the
gluten to come together. Otherwise, whenever you
will try to roll them, the edges will not
come out smooth. Any bread which
has baking soda or baking powder needs a
little time to work. If you have code from
the previous day, the darkness of that
code would work wonders with your baking
soda or baking powder. You can see is coming
together quite nicely. The dual ideally has to be
springy, which you can see. This is the final step, had a little oil on top
and smooth out your DO. Do is nicely done. It has left all the sides
looking very, very good. Don't overwork the door in
the process when you bind it. We can maybe do a little bit more once we start rolling out. None. If you can see our
non-dual has raised, well, It's become
nice and springy. We'll use a little oil
to smoothen it out, binding it to make sure
that it's smooth and nice. You can see the texture. Looking very nice.
Nando is ready. Let's make the dough balls, non-dual balls as
slightly bigger in size, the nephropathy because
their ticket ready. I'm putting a nun the wall in a bowler dry Meta,
all-purpose flour. The defined flat quarter thoroughly so that it's easier
for you to roll it out. Always remember, the
nuns are ruled over. The shape is not necessarily, but this is how we've
seen it for so long. Let's roll them. Always
remember it's going to become a little stretchy as this bowl has baking
powder and baking soda. Sprinkle Florida. Do you find it
difficult to rule? You're gonna roll it long. Whenever you're rolling any of your OT non Golgi apparatus, make sure that even because you don't want them
to be born from one side, thin or thick on the other side, it'll leave your routine
on the cooked or overcooked is almost ready if you feel you can stretch
it from my hands as required. Will sprinkle a few
black sesame seeds, little bit of coriander. Before we roll it the last time. Let's give it one more rule so that everything sticks on it perfectly and doesn't get out when we are
cooking it on the TVA. To go on the brilliant, I'm
flipping and applying water. We want this one side, the none to stick
to it properly. We don't want it to come off as we do not have
them loser at home. You're doing it on at AVA. This is an age-old trick
people use at home. Once you've applied
enough amount of water on the TVA,
stick it nicely. Put it on the gas.
The ones that book. Once you start seeing
these bubbles, slightly bigger bubbles,
we flip the nano. I'll show you how to cook
the number of flip the TVA and make sure that the
scoop on this side as well, do this on a high flame. Keep turning the none. We have to make sure that it
has brown bubbles on top. Now I don't know why
he's put water so that it doesn't
follow that above. And we are doing this. Keep turning the none. Wherever you see that
it's not cooked. Done that side
towards the flame. You can see on scooped. Now, look how gorgeous it looks. Let's get it off Ivana. This is what your Mac side
of the non will look like. Let's apply g. Restaurant style. None at home is ready. Did you see how easy it is to make restaurants
Thailand at home? Always make sure that
you let the door rest. Let the baking powder and
baking soda do its job. Never rushed her do. But keep it in a vessel
with a cross on it or in a closed box to make sure that
the dude doesn't dry out.
15. 12 Paneer Butter Masala: Moving on to now making
funny better myself. It's everybody's
favorite adult child. Everybody loves it. It can be hybrid routine
non grata, also with rise. Let me take you
through the first step of making the gravy of
funny, better masala. Let me take you through
its ingredients. They're very basic and
available at home. Usually. We've taken chopped ginger,
ginger, garlic cloves. You've taken chopped onion. You can take these roughly
chopped onion also, and you can later add a few fine onions to bring
that crunch to your gravy. And it's absolutely optional. You've taken chopped tomatoes, dry ******, cashew, milk. Basic ****** like
ritually powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, a little bit of garden masala. And let's start. I'm taking approximately ten cashews
and soaking them in mink. Can take cashew pieces, you can take whole cashews. You can take warm milk, you can take room temperature milk. This aside. The LEO or cashews becomes soft, UV it aside for a good hour. We do this thing for so
many gravies because it provides great body
and creaminess to your career and also
richness in a band, I'm going to use a mixture of oil and to prepare
this vegetable, you can absolutely use
only gave you want, but this mixture helps you to
get a good viscosity here. Always helps to make
sure that you get, doesn't get burned off. Some added one spoon of oil. I'm adding one's
going to be making Curry's portion size of two. Once this mixture is hot, I'm going to add human
seats that the cumin seeds Brown and I'm gonna add roughly chopped ginger, roughly chopped garlic. I've taken three
cloves of garlic. If you like your vegetables, more garlic, you can
add more garlic. I'm roughly chopping
everything and I've not made a pace because
everything here, what is whatever that
we've cooking in the pan is going to go
straight in the blender. Some saving a lot of steps here. I'm not making any basis. We are going to make
one. Cory only. Showing the shortcuts. You can see my ginger garlic
half cooked off slightly. I'm not going to be around
them because this is all going to get blended and it's going to be
a part of the gravy. These are not the extra
additional tempering that we usually add
enough vegetables. I'm going to add CRI,
roughly chopped onions. Buy. I'm only dropping everything that hopefully
you can even talk. Finally, it is not a
problem, but as I said, everything is going to
go into M60 and you're gonna blend it to
a smooth paste. Make sure you pick
up your anions. Well, we don't want the drawer taste of onion
coming in your gravy. There's one more hack
of making this gravy. You can put everything
that I am adding the pen, pressure, cook it. Very simple process. Saves a lot of time, doesn't require too much
attention to expanding on the gas and tastes great. If you want a person to
understand things in the kitchen, you notice so many shortcuts to things that you
can actually do. If not, you can
follow these recipes as you've simplified
every step for you here. Once your onions as
slightly translucent, I'm going to add tomatoes. I'm going to add roughly who tomatoes to
this 2.52 tomatoes. I have finally each
of the tomatoes, yo, you can use each of them. It was also, it is
absolutely fine. Once in the middle that added benefit that you have here
is that you do not have to keep studying
because the metals have so much water that it will never let anything that is in your pan born that fast. I'm going to add my dry ******. Somebody called up. I've taken a quarter teaspoon
automatic powder. Puna could actually
powder fall isn't always remember the chili
powder is your choice. You can add as much hot or
heat. You want a new food. I'm adding water, spoon of Rosa cumin powder,
coriander seed powder. Little girl masala, is basically a mixture of hand founded or mixture grinded,
roasted dry ******. Like cardamom cloves,
coriander seeds, etc. These ****** are readily
available in so many brands. Every individual has
their own preferences of what kind of
spice mix they like. Somebody likes
spice mix where it has more cardamom,
somebody likes gloves. I always use very less garden
masala because I don't like the heat which it releases, that aftertaste, which it
has never add gotta Masala. In a larger quantity. Smaller Persian Gulf
War II muscle will also do a great job. It's job is to provide
flavor and aroma. Now let it sit and
let your tomatoes and onions cook off for
another five minutes. My tomatoes have
cooked off nicely. You can do a similar thing
for you on and gravy also, just the ratio of the
metals to onions, like take less tomatoes, take more onions,
then it'll become your brown gravy.
I'm adding solids. Folder is always to take this no sixth measurement of salt. Have you had a person
who doesn't understand much cookie? Never worry. You can always start
with putting lesser and then keep tasting and
increasing your salt. Again, there are
different types of salts. Normal salt will be less salty sometimes if
you use rock salt, it is slightly more saltier. Tomatoes and onions have cooked off. I'm going to
stop the guests. Like Yeah, she's had been
soaked in milk and it's almost been sitting for an hour. Now, what I am doing hers, I'm grinding everything
together for you to find a shorter
method of doing this thing. I'm going to add my cashews
and make at the bottom. I'm going to add my
cooked off tomato, onion, garlic, and
ginger. On top. Achieving is your choice. If you want to save
it, if you don't, like the tomato pills
coming in your mouth, you can see, but otherwise
is gravy is good to go. I'm just gonna give
it to blitz and it's done as blips it and
my gravy is ready. You can see it looks nice
and thick. It's blended. Well, let's come together and
you saw how simple it was. Everything goes in one M60
and it's ready number to do an additional tempering to bring out a little red color and
add extra flavors to it. I'm using the same pen
where I cooked up the gray. I'm adding spoon on key. I'm going to make sure
when it comes to heat, I'm going to add a spoon
of Kashmiri chili powder, which is not spicy
but adds great color. Then I'm going to add
my cinnamon stick. One called demo and took gloves. Make sure that you do this step. What do you not to
burn off your chili powder, add your gravy. Now, mix that extra additional
tempering that we've done. If you were making
funny button was Allah or wedge McCann voila, what we do is we add butter, cream to give you a gravy, that creamy texture,
that milky taste. Currently, this gravy
is a base gravy for so many vegetables that
you can make out of it. I'm going to cook it for
another five minutes. On a blue flame. I'm adding little water. You can see my gravy
looks nice, rich, thick cashews and milk help bind and bring
everything together. Your gravy will not split, it will not look separate. This is your basic orange gravy. Few, like it's sweet, you can
add a bit of sugar to it. Let me cook for five minutes. That will bubble away a little. And then it's done. This so many variants and versions of making
this orange gravy. While we purely everything
in the beginning we use a puree of onion VP
array, the tomatoes. So we blitz and grind everything beforehand
and then we cook it off. What I have done here is
Book of everything in one path and then just
flips it in one grinder. Simpler, easier, and it tastes the same one pro tip that
I can give you for any of these Indian caries
which have got to Masada and these whole ******, let it sit for a while. It is better when it
has sat for 23 hours. The sodium vegetables
like Bindi and ALU, which is simply coped, don't need to sit for too long. In fact, they don't taste as great if they've been
sitting for too long. But these gravies, the aromas, the sepal, and it is better when they've been
sitting for 23 hours. If you plan to make maybe a penny better
masala or a red mark cannula or mixed vegetables in the evening with gum routines, with hot sorties,
you can make this gravy in the morning
and let it sit. You can even refrigerate it. I'm gonna now pan fry my
one-inch phonemic cues, which I have prepared. Funnier is usually cotton different sizes
for aponeurotica, we usually make a square
flat this pony better, masala, this is the
cut that we use. I'm going to leave
them in the pan. People try to, I'm just
going to penetrate it. I don't make it very
heavy for myself. Fantasizing is a
process where we are browning the edges
of the Pentateuch gives a texture of crying, but we are not using
excessive oil. Reviews approximately
three to four spoons of oil in a pan. You're going to flip the funnier
once the bottom is done. We can cover maximum sites. We can even do two sides, we can do three sides. 12 bands. I met Benito cubes in a non-stick because
I don't want to fry them and make
them too heavy. I've taken 34 spoons of oil and I've placed my
paneer cubes on top. What a flip sides, one side is scoped, can see to become
nice and golden. Want to flip the sides. Just want to make
them nice and toasty. Going to don't want to burn
them and make them too brown. Pieces already. Look nice and toasty
and golden brown. I'm going to get them off on a tissue paper to soak
in the extra oil. When you are
penetrating the plant. It also shows you
one thing that when you were trying to store
them up in the gravy, it will not break the edges of the paneth will not
break the will. They're square-shaped. Again, see, it's leaving
the oil behind. See. This way makes sure that you
don't eat the excess oil. Not in the same pen. Want to prepare the
tempering for our greedy? I'm gonna add one
genders, spoon, butter. As the name says, it's
funny button masala, but there's a little
oil in the pan, which should be because otherwise your water
will get burnt away. My button has melted. The quantity of
butter is up to you, but as the dish says, it's funny button masala, drive it to be a little
generous with the water. I'm adding chopped
garlic butter. Now I'm going to add a little
bit of chopped onions. Gravy, so delicious, enrich,
and everyone's favorite. I've not come across one person who would say, I
don't like funnier, but if anybody has to
say Punjabi cuisine, I think the first thing that comes to mind is
funny, better method. I've added chopped tomato. Very little all this. We've already had
gone in the gravy. This is to add an extra layer of texture,
geography, that bite. Gonna cook it a little
and add Christianity, but actually powder for
that extra added color. Then ADA gravy to it. The grid with if you've
already prepared my tomatoes, onion, garlic has cooked
off in butter nicely. Want to have the gravy?
Now I'm going to add one jaundice Pune of cream. Give it a good mix. Always keep checking your gravies for salt. Needs a little salt. To make this vegetable spicy
or sweet is up to you. This gravi is
usually a little on the sweeter side as it is loaded with green
cashews button. A lot of dairy and
creaminess and richness. You can add a bit
of sugar to it. I'm adding a pinch of sugar
to this metal down the gravy, which looks nice and creamy. I'm going to add a bit
of custody matrix. Once my Grevy's scoped off tough meaty is essentially a very important part
of Indian cooking. Has a lot of health benefits. The seeds are added
to Italy, better. Material leaves are added to North Indian car is maybe vegetable is made
in Gujarati cultures. Fresh meat, fresh fabric. Going to ease ready.
Now I'm going to add my funny cubes to it. After you've added
the paneer cubes, please make sure that you don't
store the gravy too much. You don't want to break them. Vegetable as almost done. I'm going to add a
spoonful of butter. I'm going to add a
spoonful of butter at this stage. Then. Lastly, when I solve it, the better that we first
used was for the temporary. This will give that row buttery taste course when we garnish it. But coriander and butter, in the end, that the
bottom melt. Your pony. Better masala restaurants
started bonnie better masala is ready to solve. This gravy can be used mixed vegetables for
your confidence, for your Bindi also, but not so running, you can
reduce this gravy a little. You can make a ticket and use your lady fingers
in this gravy as well. Once stored in the
freezer, this grid, we can be good for 15 days, maybe a month or so. Sodium iodide container. There's one tip that
I would like to give when you are hot refrigerating your excess vegetables in
bowls in refrigerator, always cover them with lead. These gravies are so
dense and so much, it has so much of
dry ****** that it will make everything in your
refrigerator smell of it. Everything in a refrigerator will start smelling of funny, better masala if you've
not put a lid on it. Now let's serve up
anybody masala. Now let's garnish it. Had a little butter,
leave it to melt. Bit of cream. Some actually chopped coriander. Restaurant style Funny button
masala is ready to sell. Strong style, funny
better masala is ready. You saw it. It is so simple to make and it has heartwarming,
really delicious. It goes well with
so many dishes. It can be made at home with all the simple ingredients
that you have. It is super deletion
and loved by all. So you saw how
easy and simple it was to make Funny
button muscle at home. It needs not many ingredients. It needs only simple ingredients
and it is loved by all. Make bunny better masala
for your family today.
16. 13 veg Silsila: Let's move on to making
red cell synapse. That's insula is
more or less like a mixed vegetable that
we're going to make an arrest on style One
drivers in which you're going to show and one with
the gravy, Let's start. Put a green gravy will
be needing washed, roughly chopped
spinach and coriander. This is where we get the
color and flavor from. For the heat, we
need green to this because we are not going to
use ritually powder here. We're not going to
use any drives biases as red chili powder,
automatic powder here. We're gonna need
cashews soaked in milk so that we can get that
body for the gravy, the thickness that we want. We're going to use garlic, gingiva, and chopped onions. These are the basic
ingredients for a green gravy. I'm starting with smoking approximately ten
cashews in milk. Use room temperature for a warm milk for
soaking or cashews. Let it sit aside for one hour
till your caches software. And then we'll puree it with our coriander and
spinach in a band. Take one's going to boil. One's going to be cumin seeds, splatter and turns
slightly golden brown. Once Acumen td is slightly brown and they have
released the aroma, add roughly chopped garlic
looks small piece of ginger. I'm adding one green Julio. You can add more if you want. One chopped onions. What I'm showing you here
is a 1 fourth carry. Everything goes in the band, then everything goes in a
blender and it's ready. This study is easier to make. Why? Because whatever
that we use in this gravy cooks really fast. Spin it and coriander have almost 80 to 90% of water and cook super-fast when heated. Once I run into little brown, I'm going to add the
required amount of salt. I'm gonna add as soaked
spinach and coriander. You can blanch these beforehand. Launching is a process where
you put your spinach leaves in a pot of boiling water and get them
out after two minutes. If you don't intend
to make a beauty, you can even then soak them in ice to read in
the green color. Spinach and coriander
called similarly fast. If you can see the
volume in the pan, looks as if your pen is
full after two minutes, you will see that they
are reduced and they are less than half and quantity, let it sit for two minutes. Give it a mixed. Every
once in a while, if you can see, spinach
has already wilted. Spinach and coriander
release a lot of water. We're not willing to
burn off the water here. It is up to you. If you want to burn
off the water, you can burn off the water. I'm gonna use this water for my Corey because it has a
lot of nutritional value. I'm going to add little
bit of God on masala here. Sometimes there's a little hack. If you cannot find gotten my salary or out-of-state AlphaGo Masala in your house. You can use pound body masala. But always and
always make sure you don't use truck load of gotta
Masala in these gravies. We don't want a gravies to be
tasting of good, a masala. We want them to be tasting
of the ingredients, the vegetables that
we've added in them. Can you see, as I said, everything is wilted, your spinach recording and
everything has strong. It's 1 third, 1 fourth of the side of the what we'd added. I'm going to bring the
gas on high flame, burn a bit of water
them off a little. Additional step. Spinach is known to
be slightly pungent. You can add a bit of sugar here. Here's a little tip here. Whenever you are
cooking spinach, spinach has slight pungency. Add small spoon of sugar. We don't want sugar
to x weakness, but this sugar will help you cut the pungency of your spinach. This has cooked off. I'm going to switch
off the gas now. Whenever cooking spinach makes sure you don't overcook it, otherwise you will lose
the vibrant green color. Let it sit and cool down for five minutes before we
add it to the blender. Here, I have taken a fist
full of tightly packed, full of Spanish would be approximately 200 grams of spinach and 150
grams of coriander. This for two servings. Spend it in your pen so
that it cools off faster. Take a blender. Your cashews have been sitting for one hour. They've soaked nicely. The cashflow and milk. To the pen, cooked spinach coriander mixture
to the pen, and blitz it. If you are short of cashews, you can even use melon seeds. Lot of people use melon seeds. Idly. Cashews bring that creaminess. The purpose of adding
caches is to add richness, creaminess, texture
to your gravy. It brings great body. If you are short of it,
you can use melon seeds. I'm going to blend it now. Green group is ready. It looks absolutely spectacular. The color green is so
vibrant, so fresh. Now let's do an
additional temporary. And we can even add a
little green if you want to this heater Penn had
once been a key. You must have seen
in all our recipes, we've not added
additional, extra grease. Grease mix all your
dishes a little heavy. So if you eat little,
you feel full. Green babies are
usually a little spicy. In response is
again, Zia is hard. I'm gonna add chilies. Bring out that extra flavor. I'm going to add small stick of cinema, some chopped garlic. Small garden month
to clue. That. Number gonna add. Let me redo this. It has written the beautiful
fresh green color. If you overcook this,
it becomes grey. Data bit grade becomes
slightly dull. Not going to cook it
too much here also, we want to read in the
freshness, if you like, your green gravy to
be slightly creamy, It's an optional step of
adding fresh green to it. I'm adding not too much, say maybe teaspoons
of added richness. I'm going to add very little
water because this gravy doesn't need more
water at this stage. My mother always has to tell me that rinse off your blender. There's so much of your career
which is already stuck in the blender instead
of two-step process, it cleans the blender also, of course, halfway,
not thoroughly. And you are making the optimum usage of
the gravy that you just made and reducing
wastage also. Always listen to your mothers. They always right. I'm going to bring
this gravy to boil, shut the gas down and
five-minutes my gravies ready? It looks right texture,
the thickness. Perfect. I'm going to switch off the gas and want to
solve it, didn't boy. This is a texture that
we're looking for. And if you feel sometimes that you gravies
a little running, keep it in the gas before I minutes to make sure
the water burns off. And also always remember these gravies have
cashews and cream. So they will thicker
nib there has been sitting for a while on
a shell. They will pick up. Agreeing live is ready for bed since it's more or less
like a mixed vegetable, is just when we do at
restaurants that we've done a different kind of
cutting for the vegetables. You've got the beam's cross. We've got a little carrot cross with chopped our potatoes. You're using capsicum, onion, we've cut them and drink
size and we're using P's. It's a very simple process, but you need to understand the crucial step here
in mixed vegetables, every vegetable has a
different cooking time and should be added while making the vegetables
step-by-step. So if for instance, we will start by cooking
our potatoes and RPs because they will take
the maximum time to cook. And we'll be adding our Capsicum
in the end because they take the least time to
cook. Let's start in. Let me show you
how to do this in a band at approximately
teaspoons of oil. If you must have noticed
in all of our dishes, we have used low Greece. Greece mixed dishes very heavy to take over the freshness
of the vegetable, whatever it is, it
feels oily intima. So try to use less Greece
where it is not required. I'm adding cumin. Once my cumin browns, I'm going to add a spoon off. Chile, ginger, garlic paste. Acumen is bound. There goes my gingiva
seat is Alec best. Cook up the pace a little. Now, add your dice. Data to this. What do you do can be
cooked in several forms, but those can be fried,
they can be boiled. You are cooking but it
was in a different form. This is more or less
like pan frying. This little brown.
The edges keep them a little crispy and they
will soften slightly, but they will hold shape. They will not become
too blogging. This wasn't a cooking, but it was needed to be
stored and move. Every three minutes. We don't want them to burn or coal from one portion
and not another. But they don't usually
have a lot of stars. They have a tendency to
stick to each other. If you can see here, you can keep storing them
and separating them. Can spread them in
a pan and cook. I'm adding data bit sold to the burritos only to
the required amount of, but it was not for
the entire vegetable. My buddy those edges
and started burning. So in this vegetable, what we're going to do is we're going to cook
vegetables separately. We're going to cook the
vegetables together. Who's cooking time
is parallelly the same that we can read in
some kind of crunching them. Once a potatoes are done, I'm gonna get them
out of the pan. And I'm gonna put carrots and beans because
they're cooking time practically is similar.
For potatoes are done. I'm gonna get them out now. A little oil which
is left in the pan. I'm going to add very little
to it. Like a small spoon. I'm going to add my
carrots and beans to it. Vegetables are cooked like that. They retain their natural
color. They don't downgrade. Beans will be nice
and vibrant green, the character be nice
and vibrant orange. Vegetables. We have already added the chili garlic
taste or the potatoes. You can add the sub
z gotta Masala, which is available
in the market, and it's an optional choice. You can even add red chili powder if you like
the red color in your sub z. That's an optimal choice again, for the cooking process, for beams and character
slightly different. Once you've sorted them, add a little water. They need a little
water to cook. These vegetables have no stats content in them whatsoever. Once you've added water to it. Very little water, not too much. We covered it with a
little gizmos stood. We've not added too much water, so keep an eye on your pen. It will not take too much
time for it to burn off. This one bean to
know if it's cooked. Nice crunch, I'm gonna
add a little bit of salt with beans and Canada done, cooked and they still
have not lost color. Look at it. I'm gonna leave it aside in the
plate next to the body. Now whatever little oil is left, I'm gonna cook off
my cauliflower. I'm adding a little oil. Cauliflower is also vegetable, which is going to require water, gets slightly in the oil
first before adding water to it and add a pinch of salt. You can see I call it beta
cells are running a little. I'm going to add a bit of
water covered with the lid. Leave it to cook off.
They began to see the water buffalo Islam
gluten, That looks good. Still holding safe,
listening and ready. I want to get it
out. And I played. Last step of cooking is cooking
the capsicum and onion. Digging a little oil, adding your onion rings
and your Capsicum. What these veggies take
very little time to cook. And they taste amazing
when they're half rho, do not need too much time. These are two vegetables
which are amazing, even when consumed raw, even consumed semi row and even went fully
cooked. Pinch-off thought. Just very little water. Once your capsicum and onion
have cooked up slightly, add all the vegetables which are sitting on the side and go, they're calling
plan your potato, your beans and carrot, and your boiled peas. Vegetables are good to
eat just like that also, you can add this
mixture to your right. You would add it
when you mix two any gravy of your choice. You can add dry ******. You can add a little bit of
tomato paste also to it. So much that you can do
with this mixed vegetables. It needs a bit of salt overall. Always watch it
when you're making this vegetable that you
thought doesn't go overboard. Mixed wedges, ready? Now what I'm going to do here is
I'm going to show you how it is going to look in a green gravy mixed
vegetable can be consumed as it is also adding a bit of
subsequent to this, valid only for the aroma. Now I'm going to add
green gravy to this, which is made from spinach, coriander, onion, garlic
that a bit of green. You can add small cubes
of Benito also do this. This is absolutely
restaurant style, has great flavors, has great
crunch to the veggies. They are not overtly cooked, have been individually
cooked in oil. The taste amazing,
just as they are. I'm going to add a bit
of custody method to this for the finishing touches. Your vegetables wholesaler,
two ways is ready. One you can solve dry and
one with the green gravy. That's this. Green GAVI goes very well with
his fish as well. Even your problems. Your seafood vegetable
similar restaurants style is ready to serve. Garnishing it with a
few fresh onion rings. Restaurants helping
you sell slides ready. It's basically mixed vegetables that we've done in two ways. Mixed vegetable dry and mixed
vegetable in green gravy. This is one such vegetable where the people don't like
to eat veggies like a children or sometimes
it's just too fussy who don't like to eat
vegetables just like that. They would absolutely love this. This curry itself has so much of nutritional
value because it is made from spinach and
coriander, very fresh tasty. And it is delicious injury.
17. 14 Methi Matar Malai: Moving on to making
restaurant style maybe matter my life may take translates to fund a Greek malignancy.
It's to make fat. These two ingredients are commonly found in every
Indian household. This heartwarming,
simple, delicious dish is not only
nutritious but creamy, rich and loved by all age
groups despite its written as, let me show you how to make
it matter my life and a band. I'm going to hit
two to three tones. I'm going to add to it. Human is essential for all
our Norton and cosine because it adds a lot of already the taste and
aroma to the dishes. My cumin is brown.
I'm going to add approximately foreclose
of chopped garlic, tea to foreclose
of George Gallup. Chopped garlic works very
differently than minced garlic. Men's college mixer. Overall, this guardian gives that a little bit of runners, whereas chopped garlic
whole shape gives, it comes into bite. It tastes way deletion
then roasted in. That's my job, gullible just
becomes slightly brown. I'm going to now add
half chopped onions. Whenever the recipe says, fine. Please don't go and grind it. Don't make a puree,
don't make a paste because chopped onion,
chopped garlic. Tomato is going to taste very
different to your period, onion or periodic
or aperiodic golly. When you add chopped garlic and onion and adds a lot
of texture also TO ditch. Everything becomes
just a smooth. Once they are garlic and
onion have cooked off, I'm going to add fresh
may, tea leaves. Piano grape leaves,
the comment two sides. One is the smallest size
and one is slightly bigger. The bigger ones are
said to be less bitter. We've used those today. We call it menopausal. I've taken a bowel full
of meta phenol group, leaves. The green. Super-quick to cook. They don't take more time. Get an a loop limb.
Want to add salt here? I'm going to add a bit of sugar to balance the
bitterness of maybe, as the name suggests
me pia mater. This vegetable has lot
of breast milk, fat. Whenever we Indians boil milk
or there's a separate layer of fat which floats on top, which we remove and
use in cooking. Sweep as well, less
savory dishes. Army t scooped. I'm going
to add my boiled peas. I've taken about 75 to
100 grams of world peace. I'm making a portion
size for two. I had a bit of good
on my solitary here. I'm going to now add
my life milk fat. To this. The moment mallei hits the ban and catches the
heat, it starts melting. I'm adding a couple of
milk to a vegetable. The MLA, everything
is coming together. You can even add cashew
pays you want that your, the baby is not
becoming thick enough. You can add a little
bit of three moles. So if you wondered richness, I've added four spoons of my life and about one
cup of milk with this, if you think your gravy
is not becoming thicker, you can add a bit
of cashew paste, which will bring body and
bring everything together. This will not take too
much cooking time. Also, the wide grip with that we prepared is also a
good substitute. If you do not have
my lie at home. You can use that after your
p's and myth he is scoped. You can just, I had
that white gravy. Animate the matter My Lai the shortcut to your
meeting matter, mallei, would be done. Hardware table is ready,
it's time to serve. Restaurant style. May team on MLA. He did at home with full non
routine Peralta hallways. Make sure that you balance out a little bit of
the bitterness of mating with your
sugar sweetness. The mallei adds a lot of
creaminess and richness to it. Matter Mela is ready. Did you see how simple it is to make rich creamy had
so much milk, fat. All children love
milk and sold waters. The peas give that
added sweetness to it. The MIPI brings that necessarily witness
which is required. It's absolutely delicious. Eat it with a non
oddities garlic none, and you'll fall in love with it.
18. 15 Whole wheat chapaatis: Moving on to, let's
make Indian flat breads more or less lecture parties are day-to-day bread which we
use an eat with subsist. They are made in
every household. Some make it ten,
some naked fat, Some make it small,
so make it big. So let's start and I'll
show you how to do this. Let's first take a
proportion of the flower. We have full-width flat here. I'm taking approximately 1.5 bull should make t2
for two parties. If you're making smaller, if you're making big, you can make to two bodies out of it. You're going to add
a spoon of salt. Once one of oil. Water to your requirement. Bind your flat pad water slowly, that you only add the required
amount to bind the door. The excess of water will make your dough very loose and r10, once you think of ingredients
have come together, start using your hand to
bind the dope and add water. The goal on as you require it. If you can see the
dough is leaving the sides, your bowl is clean. How would you know that
your DU is coming together once the sides of your
vessel a cleaner. Whenever you prepare, leave it aside for at least
ten to 15 minutes for the gluten to walk
into bind. Do is ready. I'm going to add very
little oil to smooth out the surfaces and
then we leave it aside for ten to 15 minutes. Japan, the dough
is ready to party, has been sitting
for a while now. Take very little oil
and bind your door. Make your Dough Smooth. Since has been sitting
for almost half an hour. Now. The gluten is binded. If you can see, it
looks smooth and nice. Now, make brown blue balls of equal sizes for
your typography. Smooth it out
between your hands. This is the size of a newborn, which we live to a medium-size routine will not be or
not making very small. We are not making
very big routines, medium-sized routines. I always wondered how our
mothers and grandmothers make equal-sized ruble
only on an estimate. They never take any
measuring scale. But it's always the right size. Thus the blue ball, dry flat. Press it a little quarter
totally with dry flat, so it's easy to roll. Sometimes if you realize that your dough is a little runny, you can replicate it for a while and it can
become a little form. Let me roll it out for you now. You can see your
two-party taking ship. Always make sure
whenever you are ruling, use the rolling pin on the
edges of your routine. Never in the center as
the center does anybody getting ruled out whenever you
put pressure on the sides, the sides become of
the equal signs. Sprinkled a little flat
as and when needed. Spread it across its body. If need be, you can put it
a little easier as well. Japan is ready to
go on the grid. This podcast I am
on a staff to hit. I'm going to now cook. Myelopathy to party has a
Twilio cooking process. The moment you see
small bubbles forming, you can flip on-site doughnut a little so that
it's evenly cooked. Many times it happens that while we're making the capacity, there is a small
boost on the side and the topography doesn't
become into a big balloon, which we expect it to be, but it's absolutely okay. You can see the bubbles for me, which means the other layer
of the topography is cooking. Can see the brown dots. We let it go for
one more minute. You can see this layer
of Japan de-scoped. Now we're going to flip
it and put the flame. That's a perfect. Your
body can lower the gas, get it out on a plate, and apply a little. If it was my mom, I would have
had at this typology with two spoons of everybody
watches what we eat. Hitting the body
without Gies, a crime. To body's ready to be solved. Party is our everyday food. The Indians each party in the morning and night and
it goes well with dal, it goes velvet sub z. It is very simple to
make a two-party. It doesn't need
any fermentation, it doesn't need any sitting. Just the door needs to rest
for 15 to 20 minutes or half an hour as long
as you can keep it so that the
glutamate binds well. If you let the dose
it for awhile, you can be sure that your Rudy's will come out
soft and fluffy. Just needs to rest for
15 to 20 minutes or half an hour as long
as you can keep it so that the
gluten binds well. And if you let that
sit for a while, you can be sure that your route is will come
out soft and fluffy.
19. 17 Kulcha: Moving on to now,
making cultures. Cultures are more or
less light per address, but the preparation is
slightly different from them. They're stuffed generously and they taste amazing virtually. And also with code. Let's start with
peppering the door. For your culture. Usually, in our households
we use all-purpose flour, but we will give a
little healthier twist and add whole wheat
flour also to this, taking three-point ball of
all-purpose flour Mehta, and adding equal amount
of whole wheat flour. You can directly use the
door that he made for none. You can make a cool jazz. But I am giving you
a twist where you can include this in
your day-to-day eating. Adding two spoons of
half a spoon of salt, half a teaspoon
of baking powder. 1 fourth spoon off baking soda. Once small spoon of sugar. What half a teaspoon of oil. You can use whichever oil you use in your daily
eating to add to this. Bed does not add water and
bring everything together. The help of his phone. As you saw in all the
three bed recipes, we've used a spoon, you
can start using a handle. So from the very first step
of binding your dough, but this helps you make
it a less messier of. All your ingredients have
almost come together. Once you see that they've come together, use your fingers. Add water. Hadn't been acquired by adding a spoon or two maximum of
water at one time. Never overlook the door. We want the baking soda and the baking powder
to make our dough. Fluffier drives as well. When we start cooking a breads, you can see I do is almost
coming together using a touch of oil to smoothen out the door. This is a tip with
my mother taught me that whenever you
binding the door, whenever you sites
come out clean, it means you do as well binded. You consider those ready. Contrast can be
of various kinds. You can make political gel, you can make potato culture. Today we are making
a paneer Cooja. I'm gonna take it to the
ingredients of the staffing. We've taken graded when it
freshly chopped coriander. Finally chopped onions,
some chopped green chilies, garlic in a ball. I'm going to mix everything
and then add my dry ******. Go to the graded. Funny. You can even mix a little
cheese because nowadays, everybody loves cheese,
some green chili. Just the heat and the spice. As for your test, chopped
onions, chopped coriander. The dry ******. I'm adding salt to taste. Little bit of red chili powder for the heat and the color. The word Optometric
powder, coriander seed, and cumin powder,
pinch of Masada, the auto mine, just a little
bit of GI mango powder. I'm adding a bit of
cumin seeds to this, not too much, just a little. You can even add
Gadamer, Dwyane. Feel like the taste
makes it sadly. Make sure everything
comes together. The green chillies, funny, all the dry ******.
Stuffing is ready. Our culture do is ready. It's been sitting
for half enough. We've used a mix of whole
wheat, all-purpose fat. Take a little older
to smooth it out. Needed a little. Needing brings
everything together. Makes it smoother
for you to rule. Culture do is ready. Let's make the walls. As we're going to
make stuff cultures. You need a bigger one blue ball would be approximately
100 grams, one hundred and one
hundred fifty grams, depending on the size of
the scalar that you have. If you want to make bigger
culture as you can. Ready to rule, I'm gonna
don't get an a bowl of dry flat halter totally
before I start ruling it. I'm gonna, I'm gonna
start ruling my culture. Rule it to the size where we can put the stuffing
and you can close it. Sprinkle a little flour
on both the sides. Sometimes you find it
difficult to turn it, just pick it up and
flip it makes you, whenever you're making
stuff, culture. The edges are thinner. That when they come
together they do not make a very thick layer of do. We rolled it out now
I'm going to stop it. We've prepared the stuffing, as you can see of paneer onion, coriander, green
chilies and garlic. I'm gonna make a tight ball. Without stopping. It's not
going to taste as good. So please be generous
with his stuffing. I'm gonna place
it in the center. Close culture. Making pleats. You can
take the extra du, which forms on the
top in the center, then cruise at nicely. Now, we're going to take
GI flop, sprinkle it. Make sure that you roll
your culture after this step very
slowly and gently. Do not put additional pressure. We do not want a
culture to crack. You can see put out her OT kind of a
thing is see-through. You can see the stuffing, you can see the greens
of the coriander. The moment you find it
difficult to roll it. Take a bit of dry flop, going to crack open a little. So do not worry about that little bit of
racking open is okay. It has come to a size. When I just need to
make a one more roll, I'm going to put a
little dry flat and put black sesame
seeds and coriander. Unrolling it one last
time to make sure that your coriander Annual
Black sesame seeds stick well on a cool job. And they do not come
off while cooking. Culture is ready
to go on the TVA. Once you pull just ready, flip it on the other
side, and apply water. You don't have a brush or
you don't have a spatula, you can use your hands
that is absolutely fine. Make sure you wet and
decide thoroughly so that it sticks to your TBA. Never take a non-stick
the world to make nanorod culture at home because it will not
serve the purpose. It will not stick to the tower. Once you've applied
genres amount of water. Just stick it on that. The process is quite
similar to that of a nun. Let it cook on a
medium to high flame. Remember, in a culture
you have them stopping. It will take slightly
longer to cook. You can see it is already
started forming a few bubbles, will wait for two more minutes. Meanwhile, we can even
turn that a little, that it's evenly cooked. I'm turning the little
so that I'm making sure that it's evenly
code from the bottom. Now I'm going to flip this. Just like I did with the
cook it on a high fame. Keep rotating. That. Of course I get enough heat. Bring it as close to
the flame as you can. Filming amazing bubbles. It's cooking very well. Their culture almost done. Again, see it has
lovely brown particles. You can show by
now would be done. Flip it and check.
You can see it's nice and brown has this
nice brown bubbles. Let's get it off the gas. Brush it with some contrasts,
ready to be solved. I like vanilla and my culture. And as I said before, just having can be of variety, you can make potato,
you can explain it. You can make cheese, all
these mega favorite feelings so that your kids would love the culture that you make at home.
20. 18 Dal: A bowl of delicious toward done. Here I've taken a bowl of toroidal called pigeon pea also. Soak it in water before
you make any dal. Always make sure you
watch it three times. The doll with your
fingers, if you see it releases this milky liquid. Whatever is usually used
to preserve these dolls. As they're used your
long watch it off, wash your dal three times before you start
using it to cook. When you read your third wash, you'll realize that
water looks less smoky. It looks more clear.
Once you reach that stage where the water
starts looking clearer. Soak the dial with
water and leave aside for one or two
hours for better results. And if you think you don't
have that much time, at least leave the dl for 1520 minutes before you
start pressure cooking. It has been washed three times. Number of soak it in
water and leave it aside. Always add at least double the water to the
ratio of huddle. If you can see the water
looks much more clearer. Leave it aside for
15 to 20 minutes. If you can leave it aside for one or two hours,
nothing like it. You will see that the doll
forms those white edges. That means your software, it is getting software and becomes slightly
soft in the water. Once you're done, Let's
soaked for good half an hour. I'm going to add
it to the cooker. Pressure, cook it for
about five vessels, will add half teaspoon of salt, half a spoon up turmeric powder. While boiling the
dance. Done has been Persia cook
for five whistles. This is what it looks like now. Nicely done. This is what
the texture looks like. If you want, you can use a journal and break
down the particles. If you want, you can
keep the dial as it is. I'm going to keep
the dial as it is. Keep it as simple
as it can be four, You guys are hot bowl of
that is like a warm hug. Let's prepare the tempering
of the data enough. People making LDL always
use a heavy bottom vessel so that the adult doesn't stick at the bottom while
it's getting cooked. At teaspoons of oil. Spoon of cumin seeds. Add one small spoon off. Make sure your acumen sees as slightly
brown and not burnt. Slicer green chili. I had a few correlates. I'm breathing a clove of garlic. Garlic and practical,
inseparable. If you asked me garlic, this amazing in
any kind of null, then we're gonna
grade a little ginger to give that warmth and flavor, spicy flavor to your LDL. Goes a ginger, garlic and
chili and the tempering of the LDL dependency. This flattering noise
is so satisfying. Mixture none of
your ****** burned. Keep a gas on medium to low flame while you're
processing your tempering. Once you've smelled
the ginger garlic, dough tomatoes, I've taken one bowl of finely
chopped tomatoes. Let it cook slightly. You can, with the help of your lately, you can press the
tomatoes download. Model it. I didn't see it
looks beautiful right now. The red and the green color. While preparing a dull, what you can keep in mind is the variance
that you can make. You can add onions to your HDL. You can remove the tomatoes from Italy if you do
not like tomatoes. Tomatoes that book down. Let's add our dry
****** as we've already added turmeric and salt. While I was, while our towards
that was getting prepared. The cooker, very little
of those guys ******. The temporary, I've added
very little Doumani powder. I'm adding half a spoon
of Rachel the powder. I'm adding half a teaspoon of
coriander seed powder mix. Now, let's add them up. There's a cook dull.
The temporary. Give it a mix. The color already
looks beautiful. Add water to adjust the texture because we will need
to boil this dull, but 15 to 20 minutes on
a low flame on the gas. Give it a store every
five minutes to make sure that your HDL doesn't stick at the bottom
of the vessel. This recipe is not only hard, but also very healthy
because it is protein dense and also it's vegan. If you can see the Dallas
started simmering, some storing it.
Every five minutes. Let all the ******
come together. Leave it to similar
on a low flame. For 15 to 20 minutes. My daughter has come
to a great texture. It has thickened and
everything has come together. Before I switch up the gas, I'm adding coriander to it. First, coriander leaves at Grade color and
taste to your LDL. May I say lentil soup. Now let me serve this done is consumed in every
Indian household. There's so many kinds
of data that we have towards the moon. All protein dense,
the great for health. When we say it's a
great combination of carbs and proteins
and as a meal and whole. Let me gardeners my
dad with a little bit of coriander on top. And UDL is ready to serve. Null is not only a warm hug, but it is extremely nutritional. It has great amount of protein. Also, in India we give
dull punny to kids, also, the boiler dial, we add
water to it and the liquid important is given to children for its
nutritional value. The combination of dal Andres would be found in every
Indian household. And not only it is delicious, but packed with nutrition.
21. 19 Carrot & chilly Pickle: Let me show you how to make an instant character
and cherry picker. I've taken one, peel the carrot. I'm going to chop
it into fingers, approximately 2.5 inch long
and three centimeters thick. Remove the center of the
carrot, as you can see it here. I've taken two carrots. Carrots can be found in red and orange colors in
season you'll find red carrot. Otherwise you will find
these orange carrots. Either of them are fine to use. I've sliced to lease
from the center. Add it as much as you require. I've taken two carrots. Unfortunately. I've got them lengthwise into
approximately 2.53 inches. Moving on to the next step now, heat the pan and add
teaspoons of oil. The oil come to heat. Add your carrots. Had a spoon of salt. Always remember, in any picker, oil and coal, there is a very important role
in its preservation. Be a little jaundice
by using salt and oil, but also acts to the test. So don't worry about it for one minute so
that the softened a little as instant because I will not leave it aside in the brim for long or maybe
in the sun for long. Does the poking,
you cook it off on the gas and make
it slightly soft. Add two forms of vinegar. Vinegar brings the sadness and the pickles that also preserve the topical lidocaine
get cooked. The vinegar and oil. Add a little water if you need. Don't add too much
water because we don't want a carrot to get
cooked too much. We need a bite. They just need to soften.
From the outside. You can see the vinegar and
water has dried off your cat. It seems to have
softened a little. Set them aside to cool down. I'm going to add two spoons of master seeds to a
grinder and grind them to semicolon texture. They don't need to be fine. They just need to
split into half. Let me show you how it looks. If you can see the coarsely
grinder mustard seed, this is what they look like. The master teeth look dark brown and black
from the outside, they look ocher yellow
from the inside. Mustard seed at a great flavor and also texture to your picker. Take another pen
and heat some oil. Now we're going to prepare
the tempering of a picker. I'm taking approximately
three teaspoons of oil. We've added a carrot
cooking process we've taken to sponsor file now I've taken three
spoons of oral, topical required or in. So don't shy away
from using oil. Oil is hot. I'm adding the mustard
seed, starts flattering. Now add agendas, spoon
of rhetoric powder. Bring a nice color
of your pickle. Bring great flavor. Add him to it. I've added one small
spoon or King, brings great aroma
to your pickers. Also known for its
digestive properties. Hearing aids, digestion
number to add the sliced green tea leaves.
Just makes it a little. We don't intend to
cook the Chili's because the Chile's
need to have that bite. Meaning it's in the Chile's. I'm going to add a carrot which
we had set aside to cool. Mix it all together. Always check whatever
you preparing for salt. You can see the colors
are looking amazing. This manual is beautiful. Autocad. It's a coated well. I'm going to start
off the gas now. Make sure your carrots, annual chilis are quoted
value with the spice. Salt. If you feel it needs more. Any pickle is usually dot n has not just salt over the normal salt that you eat in your everyday food because they're supposed to
be salty and sour. Canada, Chile instant
pickle is ready. Now being put it in a jar, stored in a cool, dry place,
ordinary refrigerator. I'm going to store the
keratin typical in a jar. It was great. Virtually. Order Butterworth has
your morning breakfast. Some kind of rice, can stay up to a week and
can be made in a Jiffy. It takes five to ten
minutes to prepare. Goes great with
you indeed, meals. Once you pick, call it in
the jar. Shut the lid. Pickle is ready. Always make sure that
you store it in a cool, dry place or refrigerator.
22. 20 Sirke wala pyaaz: Let me show you now how to make restaurant style when
he got pink onions, known as SERCA value appears. The recipe is very
simple and very easy, and you can make
it home anytime. For this, we need anions. We spill them and
kept them ready. We need chopped beetroot. If you have small
beetroot one the truth, or maybe half of a beetroot. I've taken one Chile,
I've sliced it. It's optional to take Julie's. We need vinegar and
water and salt. Let's begin. After going approximately a
hundred and fifty, two hundred grams of onion. These are polar Nunes, baby onions readily available. I'm going to add these
slides, Julie's to it. Also adding chopped beetroot. We add beetroot for its
sweetness and its color. Now I'm going to add 1.5. Couple of years ago. A little bit of water
that goes with vinegar. Half a cup of water. It
should be filled in the brim. Everything should dip nicely in the water and
vinegar mixture. I'm adding agenda spoon of salt. Always remember that whenever
you're making a pickle, salt vinegar should
be on a higher side then otherwise that
we use for cooking our normal everyday
vegetables or dishes. Put our onion pickle is ready. Now let's draw this. Boarding in the vinegar
and water mixture. Pickle jar is almost ready. You can just close the
lid and it's done. Did you see how
easy it was to make this restaurant style
vinegar, pink onions. Leave it overnight for two
days and they're good to go. You can refrigerate it them and use it for ten to 15 days. They taste amazing with
an OT in the dishes. And you can sometimes even
needed just like that.
23. 21 Green Chutney: Let's make some lip smacking green Korean that
Jack me. Let's stop. We need a grind up.
Take a grinder, add coriander leaves,
Fresh. Add some leaves. Leaves sometimes
can be optional. It depends on what kind of
truck knew you were making. Add some bank diagrams.
Jonah, as we said. Jenna, because it brings
the Cherokee together, it gives a body
through your truck, me, a green chili. It adds grid spice, add as much as he does. You can take add lemon juice. I'm adding, let
me do some steps. I'm adding this much right now. At some basic salt, some cumin. Now, we add as much water
as we need and we grind this project needs that ID and you can see it's
all lush green. Let's get it out in a bowl. You can see the consistency. Not very thick. It's not weighed on me. Perfect. With your morning Dakota
burrata sandwiches. With your meals, you can add a spoonful
of strategy in your, in your, in your butter milk. Green tetani is ready. The so many variants
which you can create with this green chutney. You can add a clove
of garlic to this. You can even add code to it. And it's mostly like
the chutney which is served in restaurants with
the ordinary tickers. You can even add sugar to it. It makes it like a
variant for your chart. So many things that you can do to this green chutney
and eat it with.
24. 22 Garlic Chutney: Today I'm going to show you a spicy garlic chutney made with simple ingredients
like tomato and Kashmiri, two leaves which
are found at home, and it's super easy to make. Let me show you how Porter tomato, Chilean
colleagues, acne, we're going to roast one tomato, an open flame, and make sure that the entire
skin gets charged. Once the skin is charged, will remove the skin and blend. And theory that the middle, beloved the diameter of the skin comes up really easily
once it's charged. But wait for it to cool down. Otherwise, you might
just burn your fingers. Feel my Demeter. What
roughly chop it. Want to add it to the blender. Now I'm going to add actually stood someone to blend it now. Has smoked tomatoes and
Chili's and now blended. And I've done into a pace, moving on to the
next step for making our garlic certain points. One soil is hot. Add smaller, spoon, or
maybe like agendas, paint and add actually powder. Now, add your garlic. This is approximately ten clubs. Coca-cola, Alex, slightly
before adding in the tomato on the
Kashmiri chili paste. Once you see the two garlic
has cooked off slightly, add in your tomato
and Christianity. This is supposed to be spicy. Garlic tritone. You
don't like spicy. You can add less jelly. You cannot add the
whole Chile's to it. Also, you can make a similar chutney width, green chillies. The difference there would be, we don't add the tomato because we don't
want it to turn red, we want it to look green. I'm going to add salt. Since we have
smoothed out tomato, the cooking process of
the tomato is 50% done. 50% will do it. Your excess water is
getting burnt off. We are making sure
that this journey is not very water, It's
not very running. If you like it running,
you can keep it running. I'm making it
slightly thicken up. The means garlic
also we have kept, is slightly chunky and has not been grounded
to a fine paste. Junkie garlic pieces
taste delicious. I'm adds a lot of texture
to your technician. You can see the Gallic
certainly is coming together. It's releasing a bit of all. You'll also see this
reduced forming loose lump. You can make it
more tighter also. But this texture is good enough. That's so many
versions of chutney, which you can do with the metal also only chili powder also. This version is
simpler, quicker, faster, and delicious to make. Godly chutney is ready. Let's transfer it into a bowl. Solve this chutney animal. Sees just has the right texture, color, smell, and taste to it. This technique can be
stored in the refrigerator, not outside, because usually the climate story is
quite humid and hot. It can stay in the
refrigerator for up to seven days and it can
be eight with any two-party, any kind of bread that you like. It can be used as a spread
for your sandwiches as well, can be mixed with a little
bit of munis if you like. It has a lot of users, you can. Sometimes you might not
have garlic at home and you want to use garlic
for your vegetables. You can use this for tempering. You can use this model as well. This simple, easy garlic
****** each at me. He's ready. It's such a delight for
the tourists in old days and even today when people
travel with their two parties, with their breads, that
Hitler's their pockets. They always carry a big jar of this garlic
certainly together, because this can stay for a couple of days also
doesn't get spoiled. People don't have to
carry vegetables with it. This is a heartwarming dish
and a very simple ones.
25. 23 chass: Moving on to making buttermilk, traditionally in India
known as charge. We are making the simplest
version of charge by using code
McCullough and water. Let me show you how to make it. I'm taking approximately
three teaspoons of code. You can make code at home
or you can buy ready. However, you prefer a tip
of making code at home. If you have occurred, which is left off from
the previous state, you can bring your milk
to boil and bring it to a temperature where when you put your finger in the
market doesn't burn, then take your milk
in a container. As much as the code that you
want to make an ad slowly, the code of the previous
day to it and keep storing for about
one minute and cover it and leave it in a humid or a warm place in your
house document and warm place in your house. A new coach will be ready in approximately six to seven hours depending on how hot
it is around you. I've taken code in
this traditional port. This is how we actually
make butter milk at home. But now, since everybody
uses shortcuts, you can simply use
a blender to on your current water and
masala and it's ready. This refreshing probiotic,
good for your gut drink. It takes approximately under maybe one or two minutes
to make not long. I'm using this Jonah. I'm going to be to the code that it is left
without no lumps. You can join it like this depending on what kind
of virtual ANA you have. Once all the code
lumps or broken, I'm slowly adding water, whisking, making sure
there are no lumps left. Now I'm going to add
a little masala. I'm adding black salt. You can add normal salt, you can add pink Himalayan salt. But as it is a probiotic and is called as a
digestive drink, I'm adding black salt and
roasted cumin powder. Not only it is greatest thing, but it is amazing for
digestion and very, very good, friendly, has
great probiotic qualities. Pouring bottled milk in a
glass, ready to consume. You can chill it in the
refrigerator for a while. Bottom milk is ready. Not
only is it great tasting, but it is missing
for your stomach. And it has great
provided the qualities. You can do a lot of
variance with your charts. You can add a spoonful
of green chutney to it and you're going to have
this refreshing taste. You can also do tempering where you can take a little oil, you can take mustard seeds. You can also add a
little bit of cumin. And this temporary you
can add to your charged with a few curry leaves that
gives a great taste to it.
26. 24 Shikanji: Let's make the
world's simplest and the most refreshing
drink, lemonade. A pro tip for making lemonade. Ruler nimble lemon. On your platform,
kitchen platform. Like this. This will yield
modules. Let's stop. Lemon. In India, we have
many names for eliminated. We call it chicken Ji, we call it MIMO pony. So many ****** that we add. We start by making the simplest
form of limited today. Lingual Barney have squeezed half a lemon, adding
a little more. Now I'm going to add sugar. Approximately three
to four points, depending on how
much suite you like. I am adding crystal sugar. You can add powdered sugar. You can add sometimes as another very nice shortcut
to making lemonade. You can put everything together, put it in a blender.
I'm adding water now. Put it in a blender and your
laminate is ready to drink. You can make under two minutes. I'm going to go the
traditional Indian way and I'm going
to store it all the way till the sugar mills. Muscle goes almost dissolve. Since I'm only making a lab, I've chosen to do it like this. If you have to make a batch, say maybe five or six
planes are coming, you can grind the entire batch
of lemonade in a mixture. You can add your
glucose tends to boiling water and then maybe
put it later to chill. This is a very gut
friendly drink as well. In case some days you have a little like your
stomach is disturbed. It heavier dishes. What you can do is simply
add a little ginger, a little black pepper, and a little bit of
black salt to it. And this can do wonders to that. Marshall goes almost done. I'm adding a little
black soul to it. As I not only like the taste, but it has its own
health benefits to your lemonade is ready. The sugar has melted, you eliminate is ready. You can garnish it with
a little mint. Mint. And it's absolutely good to go. It's as simple as it gets. What you can do is if you want a little twist and
make it fancy, you can crush a few
mental leaves and you can make it into a fresh
green color eliminated. If you want to maybe add a little alcohol or any
kind of liquor to it, you can add Woodcock and gene. These two can go absolutely amazingly well with
your lemonade. You can add soda to make
it fizzy and refreshing, and also add a lot of eyes to make it chill
and super good. And also add a lot of eyes to make it chill
and super good.
27. 25 Kesar MIlk: Let's make a glass of milk. Milk is a delicacy which
is enjoyed across India. And people love it in Windows. It is that one glass
of milk which has all the flavor and taste of GI fruits afternoon
and cardamom. And it is so simple
and easy to make. Let me take you to the
ingredients first. As you know, we need milk, saffron, cardamom, and some dry fruits,
and of course, sugar. Let's get started. Let's
make a quick dry food mix. I'm taking six elements to cashews and six P's statues
in a jar and grind it. You can grind it to the kind
of consistency you like. If you look at course, you
can guide your course. I like it finds,
I'll make it fine. Motor, I'm gonna
bound to carbon MEMS. We're going to use the steep not the cover because we are not
going to filter over milk. Let's remove the cover, the peel of the cardamom pods. You can save these pills
and put it in a sugar jar. The ones that you use
to make your tea. Holly sugars will
become smelling nicely of cardamom in a pen. Add approximately 200
to 250 mLs of milk. Depending on the size of
your glass or your cup. Teaspoons of sugar. You feel like it Most sweet. You can add more or less
sweet. You can add lists. Now I'm adding the
bounded cardamom seeds, approximately five to
six tens of Safra, grinded dried fruit
masala to the milk. Once you've added
everything to the milk, except through NACADA, mum, sugar, your driver of masala. Just bring it to a
similar ones and then slow down your gas
on a low temperature. Let your milk reduce a little. You can see the milk has
already started simulating. Cook your mic down on a limb and make sure
you keep studying. You don't want the
fact of the milk to deposit at the
bottom of your pen, the codomain saffron do its job. Once a milk is ready, it will look a
little pale yellow. Kids ready. It looks
nice and thick and also has caught on to the
yellow color of saffron. It's ready to solve now. Gonna check with
one or two strands of several milk is
ready to serve. Have it on a cold
day of heavy rain. Keep this spice
mix ready at home. Rather than giving any
pre-mixed thing to your child. Add this to a pot
of boiling milk and give this nutritional and
tasty milk to your child.
28. 26 Kheer: Moving on to making
killer now, well, this is one of the
most easiest desert that you'll find in
every Indian household. Maybe with a little twist. Or digitally, we can say that
it is an ordered in this. But if you go to a Gujarati
household, you'll find k. If you go to a shouting
and household, you will find the
person which is made with the Walmsley
noodles and milk. So the preparation
is almost the same, it just has a little variation. But in India, kid
is something which every household relates with
and it's very easy to make. First, let's take a pen. Take a heavy bottom pen. We're digging a heavy bottom
pen for the reason is when you are trying to boil
your right and meld together, you do not want any of
it either your rice, either your milk, the milk fat to stick at the
bottom of the pan. Let's start with taking
two spoons of GKE. Will be pipetting approximately
one portion of kid, which is a medium bowl. Once a geek is a
little hard to see, as I said, every culture has its own way of
making it Keep. This is the version which
I learned from my mom. If you can see, the GEE
is a little hot now, we'll add about
spoonful of ice to it. You can see 1.5
school and that's it. Let's roast this rice at a low flim to release
the aroma of the rice. Also, the rice cooks
a little engaged. If you wish. You could smell it. Making sure that we
keep storing this, that we do not burn the rice. Just have to look
slightly golden. If you can already
see some specs are looking slightly golden brown. It keeps storing that
you're rises evenly cooked, evenly roasted in G0. Here is a comfort food
for all Indian families. Every family uses a different
grain of rice to make kid. Somebody would
make, use basmati. Somebody would use a thicker
green, smaller green. So it is up to you today. We've chosen a small green rice. Make the kid rice
green as roasted. Well, it looks
nice and balanced. Now we'll add milk to it. Approximately one cup of milk. Let's say 200 or 250. You can reduce or
increase the quantity of the milk. To your preference. Some people like the
key to be tickled. Some people like it milky. Really bring this to a boil. Now. First, I'm taking it on
a high flame at the moment, increasing the heat and
bringing them into a boil. The one thing that you
have to remember about kid is you have to keep
starting at every five minutes. If you takes about 20
to 30 minutes to cook, to reduce down to ticket. But if you leave it unattended, the milk fat and the rice might stick to
the bottom of the pen. If you can see the milk has
already come to a boil. Now we'll add sugar. I'm adding four
spoons of sugar here. Now. Lower the heat and let the heat fluid's job and let the milk reduce and
the rice brain cook. Well, making the
key role is make sure that you keep studying. This. So many things that
you can do with a kid. So many options. You can make the key begun
by opting for goods, milk, almonds milk,
coconut milk. If you are diabetic or somebody has a sugar intolerance
in your house, you can switch to
Stevia, coconut sugar. Just keep changing the
dish as how you like it. And as we are preferences
to key the scope to Midway, your milk is boiling your rice. Green has got halfway. We would be adding a
bunch of dye fruits. We found them first. We want the drive
food to be cooked slightly, not all the way. And we don't want them
to be row either. The added grunge, the
lovely texture to your kid. Add whatever dried fruit which
is available at her house. The dry fruit with you like. You can see, this is what the
pounder texture looks like. It's not completely
crumbled and it has few small and
big pieces too. We've founded cashews,
elements, and pistachio. You can add any driver
to your liking. We don't want the
day fruits to lose. Its crunchy entirely,
but we want, we don't want them
to taste draw. You can see the kid
is now taking shape. The milk has become thicker. That is green is becomes
slightly bigger, but it's a little more
cooking that it requires. We'll also add bounded cardamom
to Karl Marx and saffron. Cardamom is one of the
king's ****** of India, originates from South and is used throughout India
in variety of dishes. Be deserts, very unease. So many. You use it in tea
and other beverages. And it has lots of
health benefits to, I'm adding the
cardamom to the kid. Number of little saffron. Saffron is considered gold as far as crises are concerned. Not only for its price, but also for its qualities. Saffron has medicinal
properties. It adds grid color to
your dishes as well as amazing flavor is cooked. The milk has reduced
the rice scoop totally. This is what it looks like, nice and thick. Now
let's split it. I'm Ganesh it with a few things. We'll garnish it with
some rose petals. Graft, chopped element,
fluid elements, some dried rose petals. You can even take fresh
rose petals if again. And also some saffron. A few strands, not many. Saffron is known
to even generate. He didn't. Nobody. Here is one of the easiest
Indian deserts to make. It is one of those deserts
which you can consume cold and hot and can make so many variants with
adding different diet, fruits and ****** to it.
29. 27 Seera: Let's make cheetah slash hello. This is one of those dishes which is not even
considered as a desert, but it is also considered as
it is consumed with foodie. It is released across the country and has
so many variance. What we are making
today is similarly now known as Sugihara. People even make ADA like wheat Florida people
make dry fruit flies, which is accrued walnut Alba, which is very popular
by DOM element L valve, which is also very popular. Let's take you to the
simple steps of making a Sue-Je hardware today.
Let's start with. This hardware needs
generous amount of give and I say generous. It doesn't mean that we're
gonna fry it and run it, but do take an extra
two spoons off. Just to make sure that you
Sue-Je is roasted correctly. Today I'm gonna be making
one portion of Galois except taken about five
to six pounds of gay. I'm willing to roast
2.5 spoons off Sue-Je. Similar. The first step and the
most primary step, this osteo Sue-Je,
some Molina in key. It has to turn
slightly golden brown. Before we add anything to it. Hello is considered
even auspicious. You will see it in
so many Buddhas, in Ganesh, in Buddha's at home. So I mean our input D is
also used to meet lose. It has to turn golden brown
before we add hot mic, do it. We will not be adding cold milk, neither room
temperature. Hot milk. Whenever my mom or
for that matter, even if we stopped making
Sue-Je Hilda in the front gas, we usually put k0 and similarly NAMI roasting it and on
the burner at the back. Read heating though Mic. You can see Sue-Je has
done golden brown, similar, nice roasted
in the game very well. Want to add hot milk to it? It's going to start sizzling. Just be very careful
while adding milk. I'm adding three-quarter
full of milk. Now read what it do. At this stage, I'm going
to add my cardamom, which are founded Gardner
mom is essential to all our Indian
deserts because it adds a dimension of
flavor and aroma. You can see this is ticketing. When would you know
that this is called when it stops leaving the pen. You can see it's already
started leaving the pen. The moment it starts leaving
the pen, we add sugar. For this much, I
will add 1.5 spool. Also. I'll add half my
dry fruits to it. And half I'll see you
for the garnishing. And also two strands of saffron. Not much. Little color, aroma. Do you hallway is
one such thing, which is mid instantly. It's very fast. It's delicious. But the tip, what I would
like to give you about Judy, always, never let it
out of your site. You cannot stop
studying it at all. That's the only cumbersome
process about this hallway. Otherwise, it is super easy. The moment you leave
it out of your site, you might burn your hoodie. You might not bring
it to a consistency. You can see your hallways
coming together. It's almost ready. I have made one portion here. I'm turning off the flame now. Hallways come to the
right consistency. You can see it's luscious
and it has a shine to it. Now let's put it up. Take a ball and brush
some good in it. Let's make this splitting
a little interesting. Code all the sides
properly with that to make sure that our
HVAC comes out correctly. Now, take your hardware and
press it down in the bowl. Now, in what your ball onto a plate of your
choice. Wait for a minute. Dries out on the
plate, garnish it now. Little dry fruit. To add scrunched and beauty
and strand of saffron. That's your Sue-Je hover. Your simple and easy
to DALYs ready? Better than at home for
your loved ones and enjoy.
30. 28 Cucumber Raita: Let's make cucumber, right? Ingredients that you
need for cucumber ITA is a bowl of rich, thicker. We need some shredded cucumber, chopped green chillies,
little bit of coriander, salt, and red chili powder. It's quite simple to make. And it's consumed
with so many things. We begin by beating
the code a little, breaking the lumps here. Let's beat the code a little. Make sure that we
break all the lumps. Bring it to a
smoother consistency. What do we need to make sure
while breaking the lumps? You don't do too vigorously. Otherwise the code
will become thin. Not bringing a great texture
consistency to your writer. You can see I'm
bringing the lumps. You can even use a vapor that'll maybe faster
than your process a little. This is another
shortcut to doing this. You can just pass
your code through a sieve and you can break
the lungs immediately. These are the shortcuts
I've learned while my mom is teaching me
cooking in the kitchen. When she looks away and she's trying to teach us the
traditional recipes, we find the shortcuts
to make our life easy. I'm putting the
code in the ball. Making approximately
medium-sized bowl writer of taken 150 grams to
200 grams of code. Now I've adding shredded
cucumber to it. So many kinds of writer
that you can make at home. It's quick and simple to make. Now I'm adding little bit of
chopped green chili into it. I've taken half a
green chill it. I like my writer a little hot. You can add truly as
much as you want. I'm adding a little
bit of coriander now. Now there's a little pro tip here while using your coriander. I'm going to show
you how to chop it. While chopping the coriander, what you can do is do not
discard the stems completely. They have great flavor. Don't take it too much, but adding a little
bit of stems with the leaves adds great
taste and flavor. Also crunch. I'm adding
my coriander to my right. I'm going to now add
a little bit of salt. Just mix it, mix
everything together. You write it. I'm going to add a little bit
of red actually in the end. Just to bring a little color and of course a
little more heat, right there is consumed
with Bertani tape. You can even have it as it is. My personal favorite, is another pomegranate
and pineapple data. It has that fresh sweet taste as well as a little bit of
Tang and punch from the fruit. Is ready. You can put it in the freezer until
it for awhile and consume it. And it's good to stay for 23
days in the refrigerator. But you commoditize ready. It's very simple to make. You can add so many
variants to it. You can add fresh fruits also, you can add vegetables also, the matter of words is an
amazing combination with cucumber in Cucumber writer or any other writers stays
in the fridge good for two days and you can consume it with any food that you want.
31. 29 Garlic Raita: Moving onto another
simple recipe, Let's make garlic writer. I'm making one
mole of writer and my proportions currently
are on that size. If you're making more, you can
increase your ingredients. I have one peeled garlic
clove, one green chili, which I'll chop a little
bit of fresh coriander, black pepper and salt and
a bowl of beaten code. Let's start making this. First. We'll miss the garlic
in a modelling pester. You can grind it to if
you find it simple. On a hot pan at a
spoonful of oil. Got to add the means garlic. Garlic a little still
you can smell the aroma. It browns and ground. We're done with this step, adding a brown garlic and a boy. Now dropping a green chili, green Julie and a little bit of coriander to give
that freshness. Let's add this to our write up. The green chillies
accordion doors. I had a portion of
Beta encode to it. Remember, raw garlic might
leave a stench behind. So always R22 garlic a little, add black pepper powder. You can even add semi
crushed black pepper, a fine powder, and absolute. Mix it up well, your
garlic writer is ready. We can garnish it with
a little coriander. Garnish with a little coriander, and with a finch full
of black pepper. Garlic breath is ready. What we've done here
is we've changed it from virtually powder
to black pepper. Black pepper has great
qualities for digestion. It is even set to have
other medicinal properties. You can stick to whichever
kind of tree that you like and enjoy
your iPad chilled.
32. 30 soup: Guys, let's move
on to tomato soup. Another most loves
to open India, also known as tomatoes and
Jaeger. Let's go for it. What I'm using is 500
grams of tomatoes. Small portion just to
add color to it too. This is carried
for the sweetness. What I'm using is
around two spoons of voice lentils just to
give thickness to the soup. This is a GYN. In case
you don't have this, you can use leaves as well. Also aroma to your soup. This is handful of
fresh coriander. Just going to cut the metals next time using
two glasses of water. Next we're going to add
the metals to this. We're going to add
some French wine. Beetroot. Get. It says, well, also to spawns off any lentils that's
available in your pantry. This is just watched. Handful of fresh coriander. Let's cover this and boil. This will take around two
integer 25 minutes to cook. One low heat. Once we can go to, well, let's mix
this using Blender. Let's bring this. Let's boil this again.
A little bit of salt. Some roasted humans,
black pepper as well. Let's mix this. This one's pretty simple, guys. If you want, you can also
add butter in this and also some fresh cream
that's optional. I prefer to keep it
simple and healthy. And guide, make sure you
try this super healthy, quick, delicious and easy.
33. 31 Pineapple lassi: Hi guys, saw right now we're
making pineapple. Let's see. I tried this recipe in one of the finance restaurant and
the way it's super awesome. Let's do this. Next. We're
going to imagine it. Pineapples with brown sugar. Guy damaging a pinch of salt. Add a pinch of salt in
anything that three, add a pinch of sugar in
anything that's salty, That's going to give excellent
flavor. Let's met in it. This makes sure pineapples
are myelinated evenly. And one more important
thing, guys, make sure we don't have to use code the
stem of pineapple. Whereas our lastly,
we'll get better. Let grilled pineapple
venule grill. The pineapple sugar will burn and it will give
amazing caramel flavor. Keep this on time.
Pineapple tones, little bit of brown
sugar begins to burn. We can see that sugar is
starting to calculate. We'll just compute for
another one minute or so. Let's transfer pineapple
two, mixed up. Next time adding some cinnamon
powder. This is optional. I personally love
cinnamon very much. Guys don't like, It's
okay, Don't add. You can start anywhere as well. To add flavor. Let's say
sugar, do this, right? I'm using brown sugar. If you want, you can use coconut sugar regulation,
whereas as well. Next I'm gonna, You're good. It's very thick. Complete water is
stream from this. Let's add ice cubes. This smells amazing guys. Then I'm just gonna garnish with some chopped nuts and seeds. You can use any Math Sense
eaves of your choice. Guys, out of all the
recipes that we have made, this is the best my personal favorite
drink, quite refreshing. And you just can't miss this.
34. 32 Sprouts salad: Let's begin with salad, sprouts, salad, Indian, very
easy. Let's do it. I'm adding sprouts. Next time, onions, some drop shadows. Next I'm going to add a
little bit of salt, mango, Bordeaux, black pepper,
lemon to squeeze. Then we're gonna add some peanuts to give
the continuous to the salad. Should be nuts. You can also use any
other Nazi want. Let's give it a quick mix. Not sprouts. You can also use microgreens data available
near you. This is done. Let's solve this little bit of coriander that will give
freshness to the dish. This is freshly chopped.
It's done, guys. Write this out quick,
tasty and delicious. I'm sure you will enjoy this. Take this before you
start your meal.
35. 33 Paneer tikka: Whenever we talk
about Indian food, one thing that we can't miss it, because whether it
can be phonetic, I assumed the Gobi
DKA and much more. The method is almost same
for all that the costs. Today we are doing phonetic car, what you're using
today's cottage cheese, the methyl anion, then
green bell peppers. Let's begin The
myelination first. What I'm adding to
meet symbolic state, cottage cheese, some
green bell peppers. You can also use red and
yellow bell peppers. Tomatoes. The size of
the vegetable should be little big so that we can
insert this insecurity easily. Let's begin with
the myelination. I'm adding is your good. Make sure the entire water
stream from the yogurt. Next time I didn't get ginger, green chilies, garlic piece. Next time adding salt to taste a little bit of
turmeric for the color. Next I'm using a Kashmiri image. So this is basically
