So guys, Are you excited? Let's go for it. 2. Fattoush Salad: Hello guys, I'm forearmed and wanting full-time businessman, a big time foodie. I love to cook food, brew, coffee, travel around the world and much more guys. Today I've got a course for you. It's all are Lebanese salad and guys, I have tried to simplify the course in the best possible way with basic equipments and basic ingredients. So guys, Are you excited? Let's go for it. So guys, let's move on to making for tuition. It's a classic salad. It's filling as well and very healthy. And I'm sure you're going to love this tone. Let's start. Let's start with dressing first. I'm using extra virgin olive oil. Next, I'm going to add lemon juice to this. Next I'm going to add salt and black pepper to this. Some freshly ground black pepper, some salt to taste, and handful of chopped parsley. If we talk about Arabic salad, generally they use some act, but it's not available everywhere. So what am using? Lemon zest and the taste profile is very much similar to that of somatic. So omega is basically Arabian plant. Now, moving ahead, I'm using some fresh veggies first time using tomatoes. You can also use cherry tomatoes as well. Next, I'm adding some onions to this. Makes sure all the veggies should be Dice sides. Next I'm adding some cucumber. What I'm using is some hand-drawn pita bread. You can use breadth of your choice. Even this will make your meal filling as well. Let's break this. Just roughly. Make sure the bread should be cooked well. That's it. Now let's solve this. Let's solve this. Then what I'm gonna do is, so right now I'm adding feta cheese. You can also use cream cheese as well. That said guys, it's done. And if we talk about flavor profile of this salad, It's amazing. Bit of tangy and full of flavor. I'm sure you're going to enjoy it. Make sure you try. This guy is. 3. Orange lebenese salad: So guys, moving on ahead. Now, let's make a very tangy salad that's in orange and Sesame. So guys, let's move ahead. Let's go for it. Let's add some olive oil first. Next I'm going to add some sesame seeds. So these are roasted. Well, this will give our right crunch to her salad. These are some red chilies. Now I'm going to add salt and pepper that must for every dish. Next I'm going to add some parsley little bit and some mint leaves. And give this a quick mix. I'm just going to add little bit of cheese to this. Use cheese off your choice. I'm just going to drizzle little bit of extra virgin olive oil just to give us sexy texture to your dish. And this is done, guys, guys, make sure you try this on a hot summer day. I'm sure you will enjoy this Fridays and beat the heat. Cheers. 4. Quinoa Lebanese salad: Guys, moving ahead. Now, let's make salad with kinda, kinda is grandson Latin America rich in fiber and very healthy. So come on guys, let's do this. And as always, Lebanese cell, it begins with dressing, undressing, begins with extra virgin olive oil. Awesome. Next I'm adding some lemon to this, and some red chilies, salt pepper, and handful of chopped parsley. Here comes some beans and some onions. And tomatoes. Mix this well. Very important to toss your bowl well, so that all the flavors can combine. And let's solve this. Broken wheat pomogrenate salad: Now let's make another healthy salad with broken v. So this is broken wheat pomegranate salad. Come on guys, let's do this. Let's begin with the dressing first. Either ritual, I'm beginning with some extra virgin olive oil, some red pepper, red chillies. But taste some salt, some black pepper. I'm going to add lots of parsley to this. Some fresh mentors. Well, you can also add basal instead of mint. Let's squeeze some lemon. Let's mix this well. Next I'm going to add some diced tomatoes to this pomegranate. And some broken V8 guys is broken, which was soaked in water for two to three hours minimum. Awesome. Let's make this Well, guys, it's always very important to toss your salad. Well, then only the flavors will combine well. Then I'm just going to finish this at some processed cheese. You can definitely use cheese, whatever you like. That's it guys. Your dishes done. Chickpea middle eastern salad: Next salad, what we're making is protein-rich. So guys, we are making chick pea, Middle Eastern salad. Come on guys, let's start, let's begin with some olive oil. Next, I'm going to squeeze some lemon to this. Next, I'm going to create some garlic around two cloves of garlic. Guys, I'm not a 100% sure. If everyone enjoys flavor of raw garlic or not. In case you don't enjoy, you can avoid this. Some fresh mint leaves. You can use dried basil as well, or fresh bezel, whatever you want. Let's make this awesome. This smells amazing guys. Next I'm going to add some protein to this. Some diced tomatoes and some days onions. Awesome. Let's give this a good mix. Awesome guys, Let's solve this. Looks awesome and pretty simple as well. Then I'm just going to finish this dish with some feta cheese. So guys, this dish was pretty simple and loaded with protein in case you guys want to make this a complete meal served. This is pig, chicken or grilled tofu, grilled cottage cheese, anything that you are comfortable with. And make sure you guys try this. You will love this. 8. Cucumber yogurt dip: Guys, now, let's start with cucumber yogurt Dip. I'm sure you're gonna love this. This goes well with Fallot, is that we make. So come on guys, let's move ahead. So guys, what I'm starting with some Greek yogurt or hunkered, whatever is available with you. I'm using around 1.5 cup. Guys. You can also try this recipe. You can also use this drip along with some breads. My views is some dried mint, parsley, little bit of salt, black pepper, one clove of garlic, LED screens, lemon. Next I'm gonna do it. I'm getting a little bit of cucumber to this. Let's risk this. Keep doing this unless you get a smooth texture. This is done. And this will go amazing with pita bread or the regular bread on your breakfast, the salad that we made right now. And guys, this will be amazing. You can try this with olives as well. And you will love this tiers. 9. Lebanese hummus: Guys, now, let's move ahead making Hummers, a very classic Lebanese dish. Let's go for it. What I'm using is some chickpeas. Next time adding is olive oil, some garlic cloves. Next time adding is sesame seeds. You can alter it in here as well. But this is one of the most common ingredient available in the pantry. So I'm using this. So tiny is combination of sesame seeds and olive oil. I'm adding around two cubed of Phi is. This will give excellent texture to your hummus and some salt to taste. And we're good to go. Guys, you can try this stuff, this with pita bread, nachos, or anything else that you want. And guys, you can also solve this is salads that we tried before. Guys, make sure to try this. You can also add number of variations to this. Like you can add boiled, be true to this, some spinach and also avocado as well, or say, roasted bell peppers, Cheers.
