studying the pair and I will be your teacher
for today and I'm excited about sharing with you this class called the three-step system for starting
your coaching business and monetizing your knowledge. Alright, so this is for you, if you have had a business
idea in your head for years, but you've been stuck because you don't know what to do next. You're currently at your job, but you're looking to
start a side business and maybe eventually
become a full-time coach or maybe just
keeping your job and adding an extra amount of money
per month to your income. Or your former athlete
and you don't feel like you fit in the
nine to five setting. This class, you'll
learn why starting your coaching business
is a huge opportunity. The number one
mistake preventing people from launching
their coaching business. How to stand out from
other coaches and what to do to get clients
without hard selling. So without further ado, I see you in the next video

2. Reasons to Get Started: Welcome to part
one of this class, which is called why starting your coaching business
is a huge opportunity. It's really not your fault if you've been feeling
overwhelmed or not confident or lacking courage about starting
your coaching business. Because there's so much
conflicting information online coming from
all sorts of people. You know, there are
people over there and the online coaching
world who are there only to get more money or to
show you their big mentions, or to show you the lifestyle without necessarily being heart centered or care about the results that their
clients are getting. They just want they are money. I was going to say
money generated, but they are actually
driven by money only. It's really sad
for our industry. And that's why
whenever you feel that this online coaching
that you wanna do is something that
is dear to your heart. Because your heart
centered person and you generally want to help people get results, then of course, you will send out above all
these other people which always live a bitter taste in
the mouth of these clients. Investing money and
not getting results. It's hard to make your
mind on who to believe and what to do first
to get started. It's very conflicting because there are a ton of
people to tell you what I'll do as I do and you'll get the same results that
some people make. You believe that you
have to follow their, their step-by-step because
if you don't do them, something bad's going
to happen to you, or they tried to get you with guilt marketing or blame
marketing and stuff like that. So yes, it's hard to
make a great choice. But one thing's for sure though, it's never been a better time to start your coaching business. Good news because the
coaching business market is booming. In fact, people are already investing a billion
dollars in it, and it keeps on growing. And more and more
people become coaches. And more and more
people hire coaches. And I'm teaching this because the great resignation and many people losing
their jobs during the pandemic have forced them to turn towards the
online possibilities. And definitely coaching is
one of these possibilities. And you know what, it's not as difficult as you
think it could be. And that's why I'm going to
teach you during that class. So I'll see you in the next

3. The Biggest Mistake to Avoid when Starting your Coaching Business: Welcome to part
two of this class, which is called the
biggest mistake to avoid when starting
your coaching business. So when you're
waiting for clarity, this is it because there's never a perfect time to
start and not getting cited as motivated by fear and leads to
paralysis analysis. When you take, You don't have enough credentials when you
think you're not ready. When you think that when you look at others
and you're like, Oh, they have more experience
than me or you're thinking, why would people would
pay me for my skills, are for my expertise and all these types of
excuses and crap. But the thing is,
if you don't go forward with studying
your coaching business, this is what's going to happen. Your business will
never get out there. You'll never be able to earn that extra money
that you wanted to bring into your household, or you'll never
going to be able to live your purpose out of
being an online coach. You would be frustrated
about it because you never got sign-in and you also
might feel like you failed. So do you recognize yourself making that
mistake and I will let you answer to that
question on your own. And that was a quick, kinda like punch in the face
video where I asked you and I confront you to
all of these excuses that you might have in your
head for not getting started. And I'll see you in the next video where

4. The 3 Step System to Starting your Coaching Business: Welcome to part
three of this class, the three-step system to launching your
coaching business. So step number one
is define your zone of your zone of genius is something that you do
better than other people. It's something that people
always come to you for advice when you ask others
like what your grade out, this is always the thing
that they pinpoint at work. It could be something very specific that you know how to do better than anyone
or your co-workers. They always come to you for that specific thing because they know no one is better than
you and doing that thing. It could be something that you
overcame during your life. You feel you have
power, experience, and knowledge enough to help others overcome the same thing. It could be something that you learned at school
during your education, or something that you
learned after that you train yourself on, but on your own, right? And that you are ready
to share with the world because you feel that you can make a change in
other people's lives. That zone of genius, nice to allow you to solve a specific problem for
a specific audience. And that's absolutely important
because a lot of people forget to do that type of market research
when they get started. And it's not working because they didn't nail
the message, right? They are not solving
a problem that people are actively
already looking to solve. And they get discouraged. That audience, as I just said, has to be already
looking forward to solving that problem
and ready to invest. So they're already running after you with money
in their hands because they're looking
for that solution for such a long time and
they know you are the, the answer to their problem. Set x2 is about creating
your coaching framework. And the framework is the
step-by-step you will lead your clients through
to get the results. So our framework, it gives clarity to your clients
and it increases the trust because
they know how they will get to their
results with you. Okay? So it does 90% of
the selling for you. In fact, when you have a
clear framework, well, whenever you are on a
phone with someone and you express how you are going to
lead them to these results. Let's say there are 34
or five steps and you express them very concisely than the person knows that you have a process in place already
in a framework and then they see themselves go through that in getting
to these results. And yes, it does
90% selling for you because you're showing them how they're going to get there. So you're not necessarily
selling them anything. You're sharing the
information with them. So will allow you to
feel comfortable and confident that you can
get these people results. And that's why
it's important for you to create a framework. Because when you talk about it, when you express yourself on your process or on your
framework while you are confidence
into your capacity to help your clients
saw that problems. And when they see
you show up with so much confidence
while they feel that they are in good
hands and they can sign up with you
without any problem. Then the third, that has to do with outreach and outreach. It's it's that first, this is the way to
get your first by clients without complex
technology or cells. These cells calls or cold calls, outreaches dislike
reaching out to people, talking about what
you do yourself, asking questions to others to
be generally interested in, see if you can help them
solve a specific problem. And outreach or
something so simple that the majority of
people forget to do it. So we can use simple outreach
on social media or through your current
connections to reach people and your framework
do the selling. So you can, you can
definitely outreach, do some outreach with people
from your close circle. It could be family and friends, not necessarily to work
with them directly, but if they know someone
who knows someone, you could go through your
current connections. It could be family, friends, it could be colleagues at work or any type of event
that you go to. See. It's not necessarily
to go to people and automatically
pitch your services. It has nothing to do with that. But it could be to
connect with people, relate with them, being
generally interested in them, asking questions to see if you could have something
in common with them. And then eventually talk
about what you're doing. Talk about your
coaching business, talk about how you help others. And they might know
someone who knows, someone who knows someone
that can be referred to you. And yeah, that's the
beginning of your business. People tend to forget that
actually the easiest way or the simplest way is to
actually get into conversation. When you clearly
express your framework in your marketing
and sales calls, it becomes a natural
decision for your potential client to actually sign up for
your coaching program. When you have the
right materials that perfectly describe an invite
people to work with you, selling becomes easy and
in fact, it's not selling. It avoids the
biggest mistake and implements the
three-step system and you'll create an amazing
coaching business. So what you get is that you
are a full-time online coach. You're having more clients
than you can handle. You manage your own schedule. You spend more time
with your family. Most of all, you're
living your purpose. So today you learned
a clear path to starting your coaching business and monetizing your knowledge. And many I've done it before you and it's
just a matter of taking time and implement what

5. BONUS Video: 5 Ways Redefine Success: Five Ways to redefine
success now. And this comes from my
heart, from my experience, from what I've, I've had as
an experience in business, in life and my mindset growth. So here I go. So number one, stop looking for success outside of yourself. And I feel that the
media and everyone does a great job about making you believe that the more you have, the more money you have, the more successful you are. And yet, a lot of
people have everything financially and then
they feel miserable. So in fact, you know, success, you have to find it from
within, inside of yourself. When you do find that, I strongly believe that, yes, it will be easier for you
to attract abundance, to attract financial freedom, and to attract wealth all
over your life, right? So when you have all this, well, it will be easier
for you to share an impact others because
literally inside of you, you will already
feel successful. Okay? Number two is take
time to evaluate what makes you happy and do
it for too long. In my case, I felt like a lot of people's other
people's approval was way too important
for me to be happy, for me to feel successful. So I was wanting always
to please my teachers, please my parents please. My family plays, my friends, please, my coaches,
please, everyone. And then what happens in that case is that at a
certain point you get lost. When you get lost, you
lose a sense of who you are and of course you
don't feel successful. So again, as I was saying
and point number one, it's really important
to go within yourself and find
what makes you happy. Because when you do
every single day, when you wake up, people
feel your energy. People feel that you're
authentic and what you're doing, and you start attracting the people that really
fit into your life. And of course you feel
like it's success. Number three is get rid
of the comparison spiral. I call it a spiral because
it could lead you to be very unhappy and
feel unsuccessful. Because, yeah,
there's this thing about comparing yourself with your neighbor, with everyone. And I remember when I
started my first business, I kept comparing
myself with people who have way more
experience than I did. And I was comparing
their success while their financial success or their visibility or
their influence with mine, who's just a beginner
at the time. And of course, this
leads to actually, this is due to fail, right? When you compare yourself
with others like that, especially others who
are not at your level. Plus eventually you realize
that these people to access that level of financial freedom
or success or whatsoever? Well, they had some struggles,
they had challenges, and they had setbacks that
they had to deal with, and they had to stay resilient
in order to be able to accomplish what they
wanted to accomplish next. So today I strongly
recognize that. And now the only person I, I compare myself to
as myself, right? So as long as I'm
becoming each and every day a better
version of myself. That's it. That's all you should actually
expect from yourself, not comparing
yourself with others. Number four, keep a
success journal and read it again and again when
you don't feel successful. And that for me, it means data. It's data that you are
influencing other people's lives. So testimonials, client success. Screen captures
when people claim their love to you or seeing
how beautiful or how, how amazing you are, or how impactful your
art in their lives. And then whenever
there's one day that you doubt or that you
feel unsuccessful, then you go back to that
data and realize that, oh my God, I'm successful. So you get rid of that success amnesia because you always have your bunch of proofs of success at hand and ready to be read by you
again and again and again. And then number five is be
open to transformation. You can become what you
inspired to become, what you aspire to
become if you're not willing to change internally. And that's the beautiful
thing about success. Feeling great with yourself
and feeling like a success is actually just a
opening your heart, opening the gates of
who you truly are. And definitely embraced
the uncomfortable parts whenever we want to access to a higher level of ourselves. Well, yes, we need to dig in. Sometimes it's the parts
that feel uncomfortable or that you've unsaid for, for so many years and
now you're ready to go out in the open and
just like uncover them. Because when you do that
on the other side of it is definitely freedom. It's success, it's inspiring so many other
people to do the same. And I feel that it could lead to a ripple effect and making this world a better place
because it all starts with you. So if you're feeling
better and you feel like it's success,
well, guess what? The way you behave
with other people. It's the battery
and then you might inspire them to behave a certain way and aspired to access a higher level
of themselves too. So that makes a ripple effect. And yes, that makes the
world a better place. So these were my
five actually ways to redefine success now. Okay, So now just go and do it.
