I REALLY liked this class!!!   I watched it twice, then listened to it while driving to work and back.     One thing among others that REALLY stuck out to me was the "procrastination is the thief of time".

** EDIT - next day - looking at this on my phone, excited to tackle the day, realized I mis-spelled thief!  I fixed it just now and re-posted it as my phone home and lock screens **

this year I am all about respecting my time and making the most of it, so that really hit me hard.   I thought a good way to embed this statement in me, (because when I repeat it, I have to just start the project, or finish it) would be to make a wallpaper for my phone and laptop so I see it constantly throughout the day.   One little affirmation on my bathroom window would not work for this important of a statement.  

here is the one I made for my phone wallpaper.   I used this new subaru outback car because it's my dream car right now.    I have a 2000 outback, and I know I can get a 2018 one this year if I just apply these tactics.

NEVER PROCRASTINATE !!!!!!   Think of it as hitting the PAUSE button on life,  there is no pause in life!   most importantly, sometimes you have to ignore the ones you love the most.
