Sati,Sabai,Cleansing,Stillness - student project

The 15 minutes meditation helped to discover myself.

I felt my sati needed more of letting go and being at rest within myself.

I was able to be calm for around 8 minutes and then I was able to hear background noises.There was heaviness in my chest,eyes did flutter open now and then.

I then started counting my breaths inhaling and exhaling in and out.

Very less thoughts came and the heaviness in chest rapidly came down.

I felt I needed more practice to take off like a flight in meditation.

I felt calm after doing this exercise.
