My Meditation

My meditation was an interesting experience. I have had a lot of stress in my life recently, and I am struggling to manage it. My Sati anchor was a visualization of an image of the woods that used to surround my childhood home when I was growing up. Unfortunately, my mind was racing, so I had trouble calming it. I think that the sparkles were able to settle a little, at least. I did feel slightly calmer than I did before. I felt fairly comfortable, though I did notice a lump of stress in my shoulders and in the back of my neck. I could only manage about ten minutes of meditation, but I would like to work up to doing longer periods of meditation at some point. I would also like to be able to relax more and not feel as much tension in my body.
