Yay Marianne!! Look at you - this is such a great start. Making it a dog walk instead of just a fundraising walk is such a cute and great idea. Reading through this, I had a few thoughts to build on your excellent work :).I would say one missing piece in your "needs" is a marketing strategy. I don't think I talked about this in my course, but good to start thinking about how to get the word out super early... think about community calendars, flyers, social media, traditional marketing, etc. I also think the earlier you start talking about it, the easier it will be to get sponsors. Obviously it's not the greatest moment in March 2020, but thinking through your marketing strategy is a good start and will be a budget line item to consider.Two other things to mull over as you continue planning is how to incorporate both more doggie fun things as well as how to incorporate your "Why?" of spreading awareness. Doggie fun things are needed because you will draw a dog-loving crowd - so maybe the walk ends at a dog park or there are fun treats involved. And your "Why" is needed so that people know who is putting this on. Perhaps looking at other successful fundraising walks would be helpful...? I wish I had more suggestions for you on this point. Struggles - where to find a location for the dog walk. What else to have at the dog walk? Since it is a fundraiser what else should we do if anything?&nbsp;
