Actually, I'd like to achieve more of that thightness in the first rough, but I guess that will come in the kerning tables.

Hi Oscar. I thin the concept has potential! The descender (look at the g) seems to be too small, in contrast with the d which looks ok. Remember that all descenders should have the same height and look somewhat coherent with the ascenders. About the lowercase e, my approach would be to do it in an upright italic style.  keep up the work :)

These are my first attempts. I'm trying to make a friendly typeface without any sharp edges. Will it be too blunt? I don't want it to be a childish typeface. And how should I work out the "e"?
