One Shape, Many Ways / Curious Creature
Fun excercise, I liked the set time to just keep on going, not hesitating to much before starting the next form/idea. I ended up with multiple form combinations I liked. I chose one and started working further on it, then got stuck because I started overthinking every decision I made in form and color and overdoing it. Got back to my drawing a day later, fresh, and in a few minutes I made something I'm happy with :) And decided to combine the end result with the initial sketching page. Kinda like a creature peeking out of the depths, or rippled water, between the forms it originated from. Looking curious and also a bit like a Turkish eye, warding off negativity (maybe very literal, the critical voice you sometimes have while making art, like I ended up with yesterday).
