Hi Jen! Thanks so much for taking the class and sharing your fab doodles - you have come up with so many different ideas to explore! I love the way you have started to layer them and create patterns - and those in the bottom right are starting to feel quite architectural, which is so fun! Love the little woodlouse on the left page too, that's such a fun use of your rectangles! Thanks so much for sharing this Jen, and I hope it's given you lots of ideas to play with!

Yes, I really had to work to make rectangles into something interesting to work with ... but here we are :) Thank you very much.  

Thought of a little jingle for one of your sketches. “Rectangle-Man!~Rectangle-Man! Only doin’ what a rectangle can!” PS To read that jingle, you’d never know that I quit one job, just walked out, over being asked to add more exclamation marks to a RI Philharmonic season brochure I was writing. Truth.

I love the song ... every time I hear a "Florida Man" news story I sing "Florida Man, Florida Man, doing the things Floridians can, Is he h*** or is he dr***, Nobody Knows, Florida Man."

Love your sense of humor almost as much as I love your art!
