Mari, this is so elegant! 😊 The simplicity of the flower works beautifully, and I think a big part of that is the paper you've chosen. The texture adds so much character and interest, even with a very minimal design. It gives the whole piece a lovely handmade, almost botanical-illustration feel. I'm curious, what paper are you using here? The deckled edges and texture are gorgeous, and they complement this simple monochromatic flower perfectly. Thank you for sharing your project. It's a wonderful reminder that sometimes a few confident brushstrokes are all you need. 💜

Thank you Brenda! The paper I used  Handmade/deckle edge paper made from virgin Egyptian cotton -leader village. I got his from amazon. 

These are beautiful!! Definitely should be framed 💖

I used #10 brush and #4 for small strokes. I enjoyed creating these pieces. I plan to frame this someday. Thank you, Brenda for another beautiful class.
