I really enjoyed this watercolor exercise creating citrus fruits. Will Elliston is a wonderful teacher. As a beginner to watercolor, this was my first time using this approach of mixing colors directly on the paper. I loved the texture and color variation that I could achieve using this approach. While my finished piece wasn't exactly perfect, I like how it turned out. I always learn so much from my own mistakes. I am looking forward to painting with Will again in another project.
