I had a lot of fun making the drawings and setting up these collage pieces. I used some old litho and etching prints I found in my portfolio as backgrounds. I used drawings of everyday objects—furniture, telephones, and light bulbs—merged with leaves, wings, horns and bird skulls to form these imagined creatures. I rally like the strangeness of how these creatures came to be. There are so many possiblities to create new creatures, I almost could not stop!
