I have now redone this so many times and I am really not sure how to get to the next step but I still feel like I am off from the light and clean look that I would like to achieve. 

I had some issues of the first layer drying in some areas before I could apply it everywhere and I then tried to compensate with too much pigment? At the same time it is too flat in other areas? If someone has an idea or knows of exercises that would help I am all ears.
