Future Author Biography

Born in Almada in 1996, Tania Fonseca graduated in Business Management  from Lusófona University. Her lifelong passion for writing began with poetry and song lyrics, and evolved into full-length works of fiction that explore the complexities of human emotion and imagination.

In the past years, her novels and short stories have been featured in international literary magazines such as Granta, The Paris Review, and Tin House. She is the author of several acclaimed books, including the award-winning Whispers of a Dead Kingdom.

Recognized as one of the most promising voices of contemporary literature, her work has been translated into multiple languages and presented at international book fairs and literary festivals across Europe and beyond. When she is not writing, she mentors aspiring authors and contributes essays on creativity and storytelling to major cultural publications.

Her vision as a writer is to continue weaving stories that resonate deeply, inspire reflection, and connect readers across the world.
