Had my doubts. One of my degrees is in psych. Daniela explained this calmly, credibly. It sounded like a reasonable practice. Convinced, I gave it a try. Oh, man, did I ever feel chill! This I found curious since the hubs is away, and he took one car while the other’s in for a fix-up.... I started to feel less tethered, and sure enough, that scribbling got me feeling centered and focused. 

TIP: I listened to one of my favorite albums by Jon Batiste, “Beethoven’s Blues.” Such gorgeous music added to the experience, so thought I'd share info about this musician and this particular title.
