As a beginner watercolorist, this was a great lesson to study. My paintings so far have been all over the place as far as content is concerned. I do see myself being drawn to more botanical paintings and journaling, so it is good to think more about my colors. I am trying to curate a good travel palette, so I am glad that this lesson covered some ideas about that as well. I also appreciated the thoughts on paints from an environmental standpoint. All of this information is useful for me going forward in my journey with watercolor.
