Love the south in the colder months. I'm in the country south near Tampa, Florida where there are many farms & trees with Spanish moss. 

Here I used mixed watercolor pencils, watercolors & a little white gouache. 

 

Here I happened upon those elusive birds nests... at night you you might catch the hoot of a lone owl if the wind's blowing right.
