Ink lines and shapes. (I don’t have any ink so I created these in Procreate by making some brushes and playing around with the distort function).
Photo I took of a table cloth to use as background of illustration. I imported photo into Procreate and played around with it to make it look like a cloth a doctor of that time might use to lay out his instruments.
