My Monogram

What a fun little class. It sent me off on a mad tangent creating geometric patterns with the shapes, then once I'd published a couple of those to Redbubble I cam back to finish my project.

I tried it in pastels first of all. I think I may have cheated by overlapping some of the elements as you probably can't do that in Lego dots, but rules are there to be broken right!? I differentiated the N and the T by using warm colours for the first initial and cool colours for the second.

And although I like this it doesn't really reflect my personality. I'm not a pastel type of girl!

So then I tried something a bit brighter but still using warm colours for the N and cool colours for the T.

Then I thought I'd see what it looked like as just an outline. I'm pretty pleased with the result and will probably keep messing around with these shapes for a while now and see what other rules I can break.

Thanks for the fun class.
