I did multiple sheets of strokes with my favorite go to brushes, mostly round with very pointy watercolor brush size 12 and 3.

 

I switched to better paper and used some of my exercise watercolor palette.

I didn't like the merky middle too much so I just used a white get pen for a bit of contrast!

 

Very fun class, so useful!
