I really enjoyed this project. I have taken several pattern classes but this one had the unique element of adding in texture in Photoshop which helps the pattern.  

Some of my sketches were from pen and ink and some were from Procreate from my iPad. I combined them here before I brought them into illustration to auto trace.

Next I added the textures in Photoshop. I had purchased Kyle's brushes previously so I used them like Dylan had suggested.

 Thanks Dylan, this class taught me several new techniques. I'm loving how adding the texture makes the design so much more rich.
