Picasso was onto something. . . .

Picasso was onto something. . . . - student project

This class really put front and center the need to be properly compensated for your work. The Picasso story really illustrates (no pun intented) that people rarely see the art behind the artist and all the time an artist has chosen a class, research or taken lessons to better their craft. Picasso clearly brought forth acknowledgement when the onlooker only saw the parameter of time....it "only" took xyz or it's "only" a quick drawing. We all know as creatives that when you do gestural drawings deciding what lines to include and which to exclude will convey form or motion. Indluding too many lines could create confusion. Picasso got it right in his doodle, and he was definitly onto something.

I look foward to practicing this the sandwhich principle.
