Here is the self portrait of my inner critic. She showed me Sid (her name) with the character of "l'âge de glace" / Ice Age. I draw her, she did agree and it was fun! The cross represent the fact that she get most of her judgment because of religious beliefs as I believed since childhood that jesus was watching me, and all the mistakes that i will make will be seen and judged... so I needed to keep up with perfection! And thats true that my inner critic main topic is to be and look perfect! Even tho, we are a freak inside I think it's why she chose Sid in the Ice Age But I told her, that it was ok to show the freak, the real us to others. And if she sees improvements to make I will listen and see if I want to take it or not.
