  • I will practice being calm and respectful during tense discussions, focusing on listening rather than defending.

  • I’ll prepare before meetings to clearly express issues and possible solutions without blame.

  • I’ll seek feedback after difficult talks to evaluate how I handled them.

2. Constructive Feedback (4)

  • I will make it a habit to give feedback privately and with empathy.

  • I’ll use the “Positive–Constructive–Positive” method: start with appreciation, share an area to improve, and end with encouragement.

  • I’ll ask others to give me feedback too, to build mutual trust.

This self-assessment helped me realize that effective leadership is built from self-awareness. I learned that improving in communication during conflict and giving constructive feedback will strengthen my ability to lead the Humas team with empathy and clarity. I will continue this journey by practicing each skill weekly, tracking my progress, and adjusting my habits to become a more balanced, trustworthy, and inspiring leader.
