Saturday afternoon I found myself wondering around Prinseneiland, Amsterdam.  It's a part of Amsterdam I haven't fully explored. The pace is slower and the buildings are beautiful. Shortly after arriving to the island I met a wonderful lady who was kind enough to let me interrupt her dog walk for a few photos. 

This photo reminds me of Vermeer's painting of the Girl with a Pearl Earring. I'll call it, Lady with a Gold Earing. 

After parting ways, I continued to wander the island and found many beautiful Dutch buildings.
