So pretty, Ingrid.  I really like how loose and free your painting is!

These are absolutely beautiful, and I’m so glad you’re back on Skillshare too. I love that this technique inspired you to immediately paint another piece because you can really feel the joy and freedom in both of these paintings. Your roses are gorgeous, and I especially love how differently these two pieces feel from each other while still using the same loose approach. The first one feels soft, airy, and fresh, while the second has so much richness, movement, and energy. You’re doing such a beautiful job letting the paint flow while still giving the roses enough structure and depth to hold everything together. And your color layering is just lovely throughout both pieces. Thank you so much for sharing these and for your kind words about the community. That truly means a lot to me. These are both pieces you should feel very proud of.
