I'm not sure I'm ready yet to share publicly what I'm going through. I've written it in my personal journal.  But I want to share these symbols I've created. 

The birds symbolize freedom and the rainbows symbolize hope. I've painted the birds with gouache and postcard sized watercolor paper. While the rainbows were created with Procreate.
