My habit tracker

I am in a big life transition preparing to retire from owning my own business.  I have always known exactly where I'm going and what to do.  I have always preferred a paper planner.  I am finding myself with no habits, no routine, and ha pretty much shut down to not doing much if anything.  I decided that bite sized pieces and in writing would work best to keep myself accountable.  I slipped into bad routines like sleeping too late etc.  I started my habit tracker 6 days ago and so far, not bad.  I think it will help,
