Simple Habit Tracker
I enjoy drawing in my journal so I drew my habit tracker along with simple labels. I already am pretty good at remembering exercising, my physical therapy exercises, and taking time to be creative, but I still wanted to track my activity next month. The 2 habits that are new to me are tracking my water intake and writing in my gratitude journal.
I stacked exercise and physical therapy, as well as being creative and writing in my gratitude journal.
