Morning Productivity

Why I want to wake up early?: To enjoy the cool temperature in the mornings before the sun goes up while I go for a long walk, to enjoy the silence that the morning brings, and to be able to prepare breakfast before the morning rush of my whole family.
Currently, I wake up at 9:00 am, my goal being 7:00 am or earlier.

I've decided that in order to stop the cycle of turning off the alarm and going off to bed I'll put myself some obstacles:
1.- My phone will be inside a box
2.- There will be a note reminding me not to go back to bed and instead go for a walk
3- The box will have a heavy russian dumbbell above it
4.- The box will on the other side of the room
Might seem extreme, but that's what I need. Also, the clothes that I will use will be ready in a chair next to it, so It'll be easier to get ready for the walk.
