Waking Up Earlier

Why?
I want to become a skilled software developer. Wake up earlier to study.
I want to stop arriving late to work.
I want to have enough time for a good healthy breakfast.
I want to have enough time to plan my day.
Current wake up time:
6:30-7:30 am
sleep time:
10:30-11:00 pm
Target sleeping time:
10:00pm
Target wake up time:
04:00 am
>>if I sleep at ten and wake up at 04:00 am, i will be able to sleep through the complete cycle and have a "jump" wake up time without interrupting my sleep.
I will also have an extra hour awake to study.
Current struggle:
snoozing the alarm when it goes off
sleeping late
not having enough sleep
waking up tired
Goal:
To earn a good income from my skills hence improved lifestyle.
To leave my 8-5 employment and enjoy flexible working hours
To have more free time
