Modern Leadership Feedback

Clarie did a great job giving leadership tips on how to properly execute sometimes difficult to hear information from leaders to their employees. Setting the tone of the meeting by how questions are asked, and how feedback is asked for, "Advice versus feedback" is excellent in giving the employee the feeling of importance and how thier opinion if valued in the organzation. 

Claire also talked about giving real life examples to the employee, that shows that everyone no matter your role in an organization has the opporutnity to improve somewhere. 

Oveall, i really enjoyed Claires class and look forward to taking another soon.
