Hi all! Thank you so much for checking out my drills class. I think drills are a little like Marmite, love 'em or hate 'em. One thing is for sure though: DRILLS WORK. You will get better and you'll even watch me get better as we go. (Most of the time I went into the drills cold - no warm ups at all - so you'll see my wobbles and triumphs on screen.
